Yesterday i purchased levies top from city center i, kolkata, having 30% discount whereas bill shows a discount of 21.6%. On query it was explained as 30% discount on mrp plus gst. If that is so, then its an additional 12% gst on 70% gst (After discount) which can't be collected. Basically it is fooling the bewildered customers by giving 21.6% discount instead of 30% as displayed. The scheme applies to any and every discount given by levi's.

The policy must be changed.

    We purchased a denim on 6th jan 2018 from levi's outlet in goldighi mall silchar. For alterations we specifically told we want the denim just folded from bottom. Only after they assured they would alter in the manner we told, we agreed to pay. Despite of this we got the denim 1 inch shorter than told.
    This is really annoying and not expected from levi's brand.
    Sales representatives someshwar and archana have cheated us. And now what should we do with a denim which is an inch shorter.

      Yesterday i visited a levi's store in rohtak haryana and i bought 2 jeans for which they charged gst on mrp. How can this be possible???
      And when i told them that they can't do that they were like its company's policy.

      It's clearly written on their pamplet too that taxes extra... But how can this be possible...

      I want strict action on it...

        I purchased 4 jeans on 22nd december 2017. I asked him for the alteration and tapering but he said u can come next week after the sale is over i can give you within 2 days. I clearly wanted my jeans to be tapered and at that time just to sale it he said he said yes its possible. On the other hand my friend while trying out jeans from the female section and asked for a black jeans he gave one and when she said any other type is there the guy said we don't have time to show you can check yourself, then what the hell is your job. 2 of the sales person were fighting about the sales numbers and customers. Today after purchasing we went for tapering the guy is saying we cant taper as this is double stitched and blamed us that we took the wrong product and as i asked about the store manager he went and talked to one guy in kannada and said that store manager isn't there. We then didn't argue much and while leaving saw the store manager standing there only. These bloody people are playing with the customers. There only target is to increase there sale, doesn't matter what problem customer is facing. This indira nagar store is so worse that the people out there inculding the manager talk to u as if he is giving all these for free

        I urge levis to atleast take some action against them so that they realise that levis always stands for i. E. Customer satisfaction.

        I purchased 3 jeans from pacific mall subhash nagar on 31/12/2017. My waist size is 28 and Size written on jeans waist 27 which is not fit to me.

        One jeans I use for one day I feel this is not perfectly fit to me. Please exchange the both jeans with size of 26.

        Please let me know the procedure.

          Today i purchased two items from levi's store (Ne real con). As said by shopkeeper that there is a 40% discount if you are buying 2 items. My total bill amount was rs.5798 after 40% discount the amount should be rs.3478 rupees but shopkeeper said your billing amount is rs.3896 when he was done the billing. When i asked why you have charged rupees 417 extra. He said it is gst.
          But why separate gst on these items when already all type of taxes have been paid? And it is written on price tag also that (Inclusive all taxes).
          Please clarify and do the needful.

          A jeans of Rs 2999(inclusive of all taxes) costs me Rs2351 after 30% discount.
          Not giving printed bills for purchase.

          If required money receipt can be produced.
          Poor quality of jeans provided
          after the wash the jeans is full of pills which makes it quite uncomfortable to wear

            Hi,

            I bought a shoe from levis showroom of indiranagar bagalore, during end of last sale worth of rs.4500 with around rs.2600. Shoe sole got torned in 2 months, and after a month i went to same showroom, they registered my complain and called me after 4-5 days for the replacement. They didnt have the same pattern show and offered other shoe which can be bought which are the same rate i purchased rs2600. However, i didnt like any of the available shoe coz i bought shoe with rs 2600 which was worth of 4500. But they were showing me shoes which were in the range of 2600. So i asked him i will come again when the next sale will be on. On this the sales man said that i cannot do so because it is against their policy.

            I dont understand what policy he was talking about or he was only giving excuses. It was my intelligence to bought shoe during sale. He cannot stop me to get the replacement during sale when i bought the show in sale only.

            I left the shop, still they haven't called me. Could you please help me to resolve this as i am unclear what to do.

              This is an incident from Levis - Delhi (Volga), Cannaught Place Branch, New Delhi. Bill Transaction No. 22640, dated 23rd December, 2017.

              We purchased 4 denims from Levis Store bearing M.R.P.s like 2799.00, 2999.00, 2999.00 and 5599.00.

              But the man on the billing counter scanned the tag of Rs.5999.00 instead of Rs.5599.00. His mistake coasted me for Rs 400/-.

              Concerned authority may note down the complaint.

                The store manager at the south extension levis store is very rude and unprofessional. He does not know how to speak with his customers and uses very rude language. He mentioned that his name deepak though he did not carry any sort of levis or government id.

                He mentioned that alterations to a couple of jeans will take upto 30 days and upon requesting him to consider the time period he did not listen and started working on something else.

                His actions suggested that he wasn't even listening to his customers.
                This incident happened on 25th december 2017 at 8pm.

                I had a Very bad experience with the store. They are telling the customer to use their material store for trials.
                Please look into the matter otherwise it will spoil the image of Levi’s. Moreover if they are short of space then they should have tell me to wait instead of offering me store that too with cctv installed in it.

                  This complaint is being registered to report highly unprofessional behaviour by levi’s south ex store manager deepak solanki. He quoted a 30 day period for alteration of a couple of jeans which were incorrectly altered by the same store previously. Upon requesting, he turned rude and was very unprofessional. I am not even sure if that’s his real name as he did not have any levi’s id and no other government id. I have been a levi’s lover but would look at other options like benetton and zara. People like deepak solanki are a disgrace to the brand and should be fired. I am attaching his picture as i don’t trust the name he gave me.

                    This is reference to my order no. [protected]. As per the offer of buy 2 get 2 free, we got 8 jeans from elante mall, chandigarh. But we were charged rs. 600 extra for the same. As i am attaching the picture of my bill, you can see that with the billing of first two jeans, the next two were free and same as with the next four. The total amount comes out to be rs. 13596. But they charged us rs. 14196. Kindly refund us rs. 600 we paid over and above. This is highly unprofessional and cannot be expected from such an esteemed company. Kindly look into this matter and reply soon otherwise we have to approach consumer forum.

                      I bought it from levi's store on ground floor in logix city centre mall, it has only "r" mentioned on back pocket tag.
                      They gave manual bill and payment receipt of "adidas gurgaon".
                      It seems fake product sold. I was sure about levi's exclusive stores that's why i did not scrutinized the product and invoice.
                      Please help me to finish the matter, feeling cheated.

                        On asking for exchange of a particular levi's item purchased from mall of india (Noida) manager of the cannought place b block branch replied that the item
                        Is used (Even he was not sure as price tag was intact with the item) and told us that material of that item is not same as that of item available at the store.

                        For your kind information, we got the article exchanged from gip mall (Noida). The only thing was the we travelled 20kms to get the services which we were told will be available at every store pan india.

                          I have purchased a levi's brand belt of rs 1300 on 15/11/17 from thir exclusive showroom at gandhi road tirupati branch.. It got damaged in just 10 days.. Worst belt ever used and fully waste of money... How a branded belt can be like this in just 10 days... Now i am in nellore and i can't visit tirupati again... First i have contacted wit them.. But they said.. They have to ship it from us nd canada so i have to pay shipping charges also... How can they be such irresponsible

                            Worst jeans ever bought . The Jean tore in just one week o[censored]se . Worst quality and worst product ever . And then the company ain't exchange the product as well . The worst customer service ever. Very disappointing with such a big brand and the quality sucks . The staff are rude and they dint help in anyway . Such a bad impression on the brand because of such a bad product.

                              I am extremely disappointed with levis. I bought a new pair of 711 skinny and today the denim tore badly at the seams after 3-4 wears. All my life i have never experienced a denim tearing thread-bare.
                              I had bought this pair on september 2017 from lifestyle kolkata and paying 3500 for a pair of jeans which did not even last for 2months is a thorough let down.
                              I have been wearing levi's for so long never faced an issue but after this i will never ever buy anything from levi's

                              If this is the quality that levi's is putting it's shameful that a brand like levi's is going for such cheap marketing strategy.

                              I do not know how i will be or at all will be compensated or not but levi's surely has lost one customer

                                I had purchased one paired of levis shoes from connaught place, new delhi in month of january 2017. After that i was visited the levi's store and asked levi's person about the same but they denied to change the shoes. How they treat me like this??? I also bought on jeans which is okay to me but shoes are worst. After used two times they looks very ugly and the material is too poor. I purchased these shoes in rs/-45, 00. I had believed on levi's but after buying the shoes i think i was wrong. Levi's is very poor brand. Because i am a regular customer of levi's. But after bought the shoes i am very upset very much. How can levi's make such a worst shoes and sale them in rs/-45, 00.

                                This was my totally bad experience to shopped with levi"s. I am attaching my shoes pics as well as debit details.

                                I request you by this mail that please note my problem seriously and refund my rs asap. Otherwise i uploaded the shoes pics and video on every social sites.

                                  Hi,

                                  I spoke to your one of the customer care representative regarding the exchange of a faulty t-shirt which has issues in the fabric. I have attached the pictures of the t-shirt. Kindly look into and let me know.

                                  I have purchased this t-shirt on 11/11/2017 in levis showroom chromepet - chennai.

                                  When i asked for a replacement of it, they representative said me that the t-shirt can't be exchanged just like that and they have to send an email to the qa team in bangalore to find whether it is fabric fault or it is my fault. I agreed with them and gave my t-shirt. They told that they will update me on monday ie.20/11/2017. They called me today morning (21/11/2017) and informed me that the t-shirt cannot be exchanged since it is not the fault in fabric side and the qa team in bangalore have confirmed it and they have sent an email on it. They have mentioned that it is my fault. I asked the representative over the phone that it is your duty to give me a piece which doesn't have any fault and he is not agreeing with it. I asked them for the email which they have sent and the representative agreed to send that one. But after some time he is mentioning that internet is not working but he was able to respond to my messages which are really cheating. I called them once again and asked them to send me the photo of the email which they have received, but he told yes sir i will send it. But until this time i haven't received anything from them.

                                  The faulty t-shirt is still in the showroom.

                                  After a long time, the representative is telling that the manager didn't send an email and he has sent it thru whatsapp and he got a response. I am very much surprised what they are going to tell in future.in the message it is mentioned that it is paint stain. If it is a paint stain the representative and a normal human being and touch and recognize it. There is a limit to cheat the customer.in the message which i got from the representative, it clearly states that he has sent the message today ie 21/11/2017 to a number at 12:06 pm after my call which i placed at 12:01 pm. Can't bear these kinds of things. It is totally crossing the limit.

                                  I have all the proof's with me which i recorded in phone and whatsapp message. If you require some more please look into cctv camera which might be recorded.

                                  I am very much heartbroken with their pathetic service by the people in levis showroom chromepet - chennai. Why they have to cheat the people. I would have agreed and spoken to customer care if i would have seen the email which they would have received from the qa team from bangalore.

                                  With this, i am concluding that i may approach consumer court if i didn't get any proper response from the customer care side and the showroom side.

                                  Bought a jeans around 5 months back from Levis Tezpur but found defects near the rise. Went to the store today but now Levis Tezpur is refusing for any help, sent me back without a word of affection. Neither any exchange. I don't think I will be able to make further purchases from Levis, though was a regular customer since 2013.

                                    Recently bought a jeans from levi's store located in wipro campus, hinjewadi, pune with the bill no 910. I am really not satisfied due to no of bubbles appeared on the cloth.

Purchase date of that mens jean was 5/6/17. Invoice no. Was 235. And show room name was west wind retail pvt. Ltd. Sco-85 gf. Pla market hisar haryana 125005. I got a phone call from your office next date after logging the complaint and said we will get back to you. Sir a long time has passed but i did not get any response/update from your side. Kindly tell me what is the status of my complaint. Sir kindly let me know whether iwill get the justice or not. Kindly look into the issue genuinely and do the needful. So that our faith in the brand remain intact. Hoping for a positive response from your side.
