I was placing my order today on the levi’s app. i paid for the shoes via my google pay app and the amount was deducted from my bank account but no order was placed. please help me out and kindly help me get my deducted money back.

I bought a levis jeans for 3k and it started forming bubbles on the first wear. It's really dissapointing to face this. After paying a hefty amount for just a jeans. I have complained twice on their customer care number, they said to visit the store. They say, it depends on your and store people's mutual understanding. What is this answer? I would not recommend anyone to buy levis, if this is the behaviour they are upto....

I order a pair of shoes from levis.com
As I had size issue so, I returned it and asked for the refund.
Few days after a delivery guy came for pick up and took the item. Within a day I got a mail from the customer service asking for the details of bank for the refund.
After providing all the details, they said they'll be forwarding to the account department.
Now it's been more than 10 days I haven't received...

I had placed return request for wrong item that they delivered, but no executive has come to pick them
Pla initiate the service and refund asap...

I haven't got refund for this order IND[protected]. The order was picked on 14 September but they haven't initiated any refund yet. Every time I mail them they revert back they've forwarded it to the finance team and they need some more time. How much time they want I don't understand...

This is really sadening I've been trying to connect with customer care but no one is replying. Each time I ask for an update they ask me to wait and they've forwarded it to the finance team . For this order INDO00604497. It was returned on 14 September and it's been a month i haven't got my refund ....

I bought a tshirt from levis store in lulu mall lucknow its color got fade after 2-3 washes.
Please admire my request so that I can get refund of exchange of the product...

But customer care service person saying sir we can't give the delivery..we can give the refund..still not received my product or not received my amount.....

I had taken 4 jeans from Levi's shop at infinity Mall Malad West Mumbai on 18/7 /2022 recently when I wore one of the jeans it was shocking that the colour of the jeans was coming out due to which my clothes and my bag also got spoiled and the said colour even spoiled my sofa there after I checked the other jeans which was dark in colour and the same thing was happening to the other jeans also I have kept the jeans intact without removing...

Yesterday i have done a purchase of 3358/- from ghitorni levis store outlet. When i asked for the bill they said that you'll receive a soft copy through your mobile phone. But i haven't recieved any soft copy. I have nothing related to the purchase. They haven't given anything....

This is experiencing this issue second time i have ordered online few sets of Jean's placed a week before and not yet delivered, if i see the tracking status it shows pickup not done, and customer service is not providing proper reply. Customer service say they will call back in an hour and will never turnup.
Last time I waited for the order for almost 20 days and finally cancelled it. During cancellation customer service will mention...

I had visited the levis showroom at Grand central Mall seawoods ..The experiencd was pathetic since awful customer service ...When i visited a lady executive and a junior sales executive were showing me my required jeans ..I had to shop 2 jeans ..total shopping expected was 9000 plus ...They both were about to givr me jeans for trail of my size ...all of a sudden Atish a sr sales executive cut there interaction with me sending them ..again...

I purchased a Levis 512 Selvedge black with a waist size of 30. Since I was unwell and had to buy a size smaller than what I wear which is 32. When I measure the seam of the pant. It's 34. I got it to the notice of the store which is the Santacruz Linking Road Store in Mumbai. I must tell you it was the most horrible experience ever. The customer service person.lied he had no stock and made me come the very next day in the morning...

I have ordered a product on Friday 9th September 2022 from the Levis office website, (Order No: IND[protected] to which I got it on Sunday which was 11th September 2022 from Delhivery shipping partner, but since the product was a misfit. I immediately placed a request for return for which it got picked up on the very next day which was a Monday 12th September 2022 by the same Delhivery company. Sir, the website says...

I bought a Levi's jacket some time ago, which I started using recently but it has recoloured just after the first wash.

I reached out to brand customer support and they mentioned to drop an email to [protected]@levi.com, I did that but didn't get any response. Then I added [protected]@levi.in to the mail and its been more than 5 days there is no revert from the brand....

I placed an order for Levis denim men shorts from Levis online store on[protected].

My 1200/- also got deducted from bank account for the same. (Proof attached)

But now when I see my order status or track my order, it shows that you have not placed any order.

Please it's a request to refund my money and ask Levis not to do such fraud in future.
Levis is a big company atleast maintain...
