My order has been returned but the refund hasn't been initiated yet. It's been more than a week from when I was asked I to fill out the bank details form.
It has been too long, I have been mailing with queries, surely this wasn't expected out of levis.

I was sent wrong product for the online purchase at levis.in . The product was never picked instead of I have spent 20+ hr now sending e-mail or calling them . They create return order after return order but never get's picked up .

I ordered a pair of jeans from levis website but had to return it due to size issues. The return was picked the next day. The delivery boy said I will get a mail for the refund to give bank account details. No mail came so I mailed them instead. They asked for my bank details. I gave. But nothing happened after that. I am waiting everyday for my refund but it is not getting processed. Please help.

Sir I received wrong jeans, Got a cheap pair of jeans and the cost much less than what I ordered.The jeans look completely different. I already requested for return but The delivery boy refused to accept the return product. I call Levi's customer care many times but they don't take seriously on this matter.Despite calling many times the company did not help me

Have ordered a pair of jeans from Levis India and returned due to size issue.they picked up the order immediately but didn't refund my amount.they didn't contact or respond even after lots of mails and calls

I had ordered (Order # IND[protected] on 26/03/2023) the below product (jeans) from the Levi's India website.

The product that was actually delivered to me was not the same as pictured in the product description (see uploaded picture for evidence).
I returned the product as there was no option of exchange since the product itself was incorrect. I then wrote two reviews on the website, the Levi's management did not publish my reviews (probably because they pointed the shortcoming of the website), but what's appalling, is that they continue to advertise the same product as-is on their website.

I want to report this unethical behavior of misguiding customers with the wrong pictures of the product and then making them go through the stressful wait of return and refund. I don't want any other customer to be fooled by this website again. As corrective action, I want the website to update the product description with the actual pictures of the product, as this is not expected from a Brand's won website.

Bought jeans for 3199/-, grey colour, made alteration, but not used, rags etc are not removed, jeans slides down from waist feels uncomfortable.
May I exchange it with other.

I purchased levis 512 black jeans from Amazon on 10-Oct-2022, and only after four months of wearing, It developed a tear in the crotch area, clearly a product quality issue. Last month the day it tore, I filed a complaint on the levis India website, which they ignored.
I was a faithful customer of Levi's, and 512 is a fit I love. Usually, levis jeans last me for at least a year and a half without serious damage. Only a bit of colour fade happens. But this time, I was surprised to find my jeans torn. I thoroughly follow the instructions of the company and handwash the product in cold water.

I bought a denim : BNG Ribcage crop Bootcut worth rupees 4699/- at the Levi’s store Sindhubhavan, Ahmedabad, yesterday. Since I felt it was loose at the back today morning I visited the store to exchange it. The New Denim 312 shaping slim is priced at 4299/-. When it came to managing the payment the store refuse to give a refund, a credit note. I was ready to let go the amount, even that didn’t seem possible. The only option is to spend more money. I don’t like anything else at the store presently. I was suggested to buy something and exchange it when there was a new stock. It seems then I will sure have to buy something more expensive as again there is no refund.

Online search of Levi’s refund/ exchange policy shows no such requirement. Please address this problem/ suggest a solution.

I returned two products which was ordered through levis.in. and it was a prepaid order. The return was picked up successfully.

Its been one month now but i still haven't received the refund amount. The customer care claims that the refund was successfully processed but it is still not reflecting in my account. The same is verified with my bank.

The customer support is really irresponsible and they don't reply to mails or rarely receive phone calls

Please update on this. I am trying to place a return request for one of my orders but everytime it shows there's some technical issues. I've been trying to reach out to your customer service but no one answers. My order no. is IND[protected] .

I had purchased 2 Levis Jackets worth rs 10000 rs. I wore jackets very rare only for 2 months of this 2022 winters. I washed for 1st time as per instructions written on Jackets. After wash Levis graphics on arms have cracked and looking so cheap as if Jackets have been purchased for 200 rs from grey market. Highly disappointed to see this. I want full reimbursement for both Jackets. Or else will take further legal actions... wants urgent action on the same

It's been a more than a month since I returned my product and my refund is still not generated . Their policy is to refund within 15 days but it's been a more than a nonth. Please sole the issue as soon as possible .If they said on their website that they refund within 15 days so why refund is not generated till yet. This kind of negligence is highly intolerable. and I have received no update from Levi’s reg my refund for both returns. Repeated mails have gone unanswered and the customer service phone numbers are never reachable. What a pathetic state of affairs at such a reputed brand. Online shopping at Levi’s India is best avoided

I have some issues with Levi's India for not supporting their online customers who invest so much time buying their products. my order is to be returned since i created the return for the same but no response has come from customer service providers of Levi's company. neither they call nor they pick up our calls. their replies are not at all supporting for me. its been a month now since my order needs to be returned but no pickup partner has been assigned to me till now.
as my return window period is coming to an end in 3 or 4 days, after that that product wont be of any use to me, but Levi's is not at all responding back to me even after mailing them regularly.
my money is stuck with them (2049 rupees).
they are not sending me any partner for taking the parcel back so that my money can be returned to me back.
once a pickup partner came and refused to take the parcel without any reason. simply saying that its not his job.

I had to return back a pair of jeans i ordered online from Levis. They have been silent on my refund details since day one. None of their customer care number is working. Nobody acknowledges my mails. Worst part not a single contact number of Levis can be found anywhere in the internet. I have not recieved my money back yet.

I bought a pair of jeans from Levi's, Pacific mall, Tagore garden. I wore it and went out. I found it has started bleeding color and the color has got onto my shoes and other clothes too. I spend money on travelling to go to the store again and even on dry cleaning my jacket and after I complained about all this at the store they gave me a slip and now it has been 13 days, I still didn't get any kind of compensation nor I got refunded.
