I have not yet received pension under my jeevan suraksha policy no.[protected]. Earlier my pension used to be credited to my bank account with sbi in the first week of april every year.
Kindly expedite the release of my pension annuity.

Dear sir me get a sms and email on lic that mandate registration charge of rs 2500 is debit on my accounts.what is mandate registration charge??..if it cost 2500 rs please stop this.me not need mandate registration.plz help me sir as soon as possible

    I refer to the annuity policy no. 30659 of mr. Ninu khanna, on which the quarterly fixed annuity amount is received, the quarterly amount which was due in the month of april’17 is still not credited to the account. We tried to reach out the concern lic branch office located at delhi (Pension and group schemes department) jeewan prakash, 25 k. G. Marg), but we are not able to get through the given telephone numbers and the email id.

    I have enclosed the existence certificate for the said annuity policy and request to please register our grievance and please respond us on our request. Looking forward to your earliest reply on it.

      The monthly premiums of the above policy were remitted under sss scheme from various
      Branches of state bank of mysore without any gaps. Whereas, on enquiry with davangere
      Lic office, i was informed that premiums were not remitted since apr.2004.
      During the said period, i was transferred to various branches of state bank of mysore
      And premiums were remitted under sss scheme. Now, i request you to verify the records
      And get the things corrected. My above policy was matured in 2014. But i could not get the
      Maturity amount due to this discrepancy at your end.
      Your early action in this regard will help me to get the maturity value of the policy which is long overdue.

      I have a policy in life insurence corporetion india the trams was 16 years so after 3.6 years letter when i withdraw my money they said me 50% money cut from my sevings money.plz help me.i dont want my policy.my name chiranjit ghosh my policy no is[protected]

        Dear sir
        In connection with above i have visited man a times purnia branch office and put my grievances before mr s. K. Chand, bm, and also request to muzaffarpur bo, bhagalpur do and co_crm, lic_eps etc but in vain. Still my claim is pending.
        The claim is pending due to the reason of lic accounting system that which one of their office will create the master of ordinary or salary saving and all like that.
        May i know that due to their bad working culture should a genuine customer be harassed.
        May i appeal to all the higher official of the concern depttt to early payment of maturity.

          My annuity payment was due for payment of about 1500/-p. M. As per policy documents. But after lot of reminders to lic branch chikodi, at dharwad vision in karnataka. It is lately started that too onlyrs.996/= p. M. I have to the branch, division office several times through phone, but only assurance received from branch, do, & pension centre at bangalore. Now from march 2017 paying 1338/=p. M. Without paying the arrears of payment and difference in actual payment to be received w. E. F. From december 2015.
          I am now making my strong complaint for payment of arrears of annuity with 12%interest on the amount to paid to me immediately.

            A senior citizen quotes with a heavy heart, requesting kind, urgent intervention of the appropriate authority on:-

            1. Me, as the co-applicant with my daughter as the first applicant had availed a hbl (24.50 lacs-emi rs.30099/=) from lichfl alipore branch, kolkata, wb in dec 2013. Since the very start of the loan total non co-operation, harassment continued by most of the officials posted time to time. They never send annual statement/ interest certificates, even after calls/ mails etc from our side. Latest instance, my mail dated 27/03/2017 is yet to be responded after expiry of 76 days!

            2. Though, beyond all hardships after retiring from service, also before retirement, i had never never never failed to have funds in my sbi account, ensuring clearance of emis on the due dates (06th for us). Shockingly, every time i visited the alipore office, officials behaved ill with me with rough tones telling "return/ non-payment of one emi. But, when asked by me for evidences on this, they were always unable produce any documentary proof. Suddenly, a few day back, while trying to check cibil, it was a shock for us to see a noting of an overdue of the emi amount + some charges thereat.

            We request for proper investigation & action thereof at an early date.

              Above my policy matured on 29/03/2017, which was assighned by indian bank/domjur br.Now lic saying we, pay only indian bank/domjur br.And give us a/c no.To make rtgs.Bank say we have no a/c to receive rtgs direct. Iam paying int to loan.It was complained by me to your site on 30/5/2017.But unfortunately no reply/payment.Pl tell me where and how i, get proper justice.

Please give the information. Also say the details how to check the status of my policy online. I'm getting the letters from lic insurance company stating the units.                         I have worked with LIC for 85 days from 16/5/88 to 8/8/88 and as per LIC notice Dated 21/7/2015 I have also submitted my bio data in time. As per SC order dated 9/8/2016 & 22/2/2017 LIC must implemented the CGIT Award within 8 weeks I.e. on or before 30/4/2017 but it has not done sofar. Please lodge my statement as a complaint and let me know when it will be cleared. In addition to that even after I am regularly contacting CO and DO regarding this they are playing like a football.

                            Sir, on that time (01:23 pm to 01:33 Pm) Dated 03/06/2017, Customer care Person calling from your office ([protected]@licindia.com) Phone number - [protected] to my submitted number and he inquired about My ATM debit card number, expiry date, cvv no and OTP number, for refund my unpaid premium to my account, and he said if I am not given that password /Pin he will not Refund my Transaction Failed Premium to my account, and not any responsible Lic Company .
                            Sir, Please Identify that Person take necessary action and punished him, .

                                  I m anil kumar singh i taken the policy lic of india by agent madhu singh which code are 06089291. I gave rs 70000 in cash and i told her money investmented in single premium but she investmented only money (27777+11570) in regular plan with two policies and not given the receipts.some times later she gave me only receipt which i known us its plan are regular term and my name and address, my other information are wrong so i want cancel the policies and returned my money

                                    Our office is situated at raj guru market near bus stand panipat,
                                    While from bus stand bus washing area, when they dispose the water in sewer. The sewer water back and our office area is full of this dirty water, our employees are facing difficulties​ in reaching the office. More over there are three offices and one hotel. So you are requested to arrange to clean the sewer so that this problem may be resolved. We are attaching herewith vedio of the same, that is against the clean india mission.
