i have registered my email ID is satyam.[protected]@gmail.com for LIC OF INDIA for any correspondence and iam paying all my premium payments through net banking . but iam not receiving payment made receipts to my mail . please help in this regard and also i want SMS alert for all my policies. my registered mobile No.[protected] already i have registered customer but when trying to open it is asking no.of questions

I am trying several time to register new user but the wab site is not working every time site opened the registered user page.
Hi friends

I have a LIC policy which I took from an agent. I want to continue my policy but I want to discontinue with the agent. As we don't have good relation now, I don't want him to get any benefit from the money we pay.

Please advice me how to go about it..

I'm Sai Kalki went to the gajuwaka LIC branch and at a time 1:15 pm the staff left for lunch.And the time went on to 2:00pm and 2:30pm and 2:45pm ...Then at 2:45pm she came in to her cabin and it's way too late by then.I totally waited almost an hour after the lunch break.Please see this reckless behavior and take appropriate actions.

    The above policy was matured and the concerned documents in full were submitted
    to the Branch office for making payment .on[protected] and till date payment not received

    We have been informed by the branch that the cheque has been sent to Punjab National Bank,
    Ansari Road Daryaganj, New Delhi-110002. PNB says that they have not received any such cheque or draft
    till date from LIC. Under the circumstances we are shuttling from one place to another

    It was clearly mentioned on the forwarding letter that the amount should be credited to my account
    number [protected] with HDFC Bank, Ansari Road Daryaganj, New Delhi and blank cheque was
    also attached

    Would you please take the necessary action and arrange the payment immediately

        Mr. Dharmendra took loan against our above policies giving bogus signature on our behalf and took Lakhs of rupees. Our ORIGINAL POLICY is also with him.
        We have been regularly paying the premium amount to this Mr. Dharmendra Thakkur, but he had not payed the premium to LIC against our policies. Now with our continues follow up Mr. Dharmendra paid the premum, but the loans still pending. He is not ready to pay the loan he took by giving bogus signature of our. He took loan from our kid's policy also. Request you to take strict action against this Dharmendra and help us in this regard.

          I have already registered in LIC India Customer portal (https://customer.onlinelic.in/LICEPS/Login/begin.do?ebiz#Login).
          Previously I have successfully enrolled one LIC in this site. But now it is showing error.
          Every time I click on enroll policy from LIC india customer portal (https://customer.onlinelic.in/LICEPS/Login/begin.do?ebiz#Login), it redirects to blank page with log out button.
          Please check this issue as soon as possible.

          My LIC agent mentioned my name in LIC policy with my husband's name whereas we didn't wanted to change my name after marriage. How should i change my name back to my name in the policy as i don't have any documents with my husband's name to claim my policy at the end.
          I too facing the same problem. Unable to login to LIC portal to view my enrolled policies.

            Hi,

            I am not able to enroll/add new policy online using my existing LIC login. When I click on enroll policy, it take me to logout page.

            After I login to the customer portal (https://customer.onlinelic.in/LICEPS/Login/begin.do?ebiz#Login) using my credentials and then enroll policy under e-services tool, it just forward it to the logout page.

            Kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

                Not received the annuity pention for 2016-17, inspite of submitting life certificate.
                Bank is sbi, pbb, mangalre. Amt is. Rs.3, 495.
                The amt credited on 01.10.2016 is for 2015-16. So one instalment for 2016-17, which should have neen credited during nov 2016 is still due.
                Pls look into the matter & credit tje same asap to my account.

                LICHFL has been charging floating rate of 11.45 % on my housing loan account without changing the rate considering decrease in floating rate.
                I have raised my concern to the officials at LIC. I need reversal of excess interest charged and recovered from me for the past years.
                Whenever I am trying to register as a new user by clicking on "New User". It takes me to login page.

                I am not able register and enroll my policy. What kind of backward software engineers have these guys employed.
                Have paid lic premium online but payment status says failed but money has been detected from account and receipt is also not generated..

                  I am able to log in to the portal but i am not able to receive any policy details after entering policy numbers. please do the needful .i hope it is because of some problem going on with the portal . because of this i am not able to view any of my clients policy details and also that denies the service which i must b doing to my clients . i kindly request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible .

                    I have an LIC policy with policy number[protected].Premium amount is 18195.I paid 18483.10 with late fee 288 rupees on 30th June around 5PM.Amount got deducted from my credit card and payment receipt is not generated till july 1st.Even when u check for receipt online it is saying that no Premium paid in 2017.I am really scared about this.I dont know to to whom we i have to contact.Can some one please help ne out on this.

                      I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
                      Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

                        After making so many followup now came to know LIC is unable to proceed for making my payment due to some technical issue.

                                  I'v policy (No[protected] at ur b041 branch. It was paid throgh ecs but since nov'16 no ecs has come to my bank. No ecs bonced in my a/c also. A/c steel running on.
                                  Lic not sending any information to me that sine nov'16 that policy premium not paid.
                                  Was it my fault after keeping enough fund in bank a/c if ecs has no come?
                                  If ecs not bounced then why ecs closed since november?
                                  Had my bank told that i stoped any ecs??
                                  Then what is my fault & why i'll pay the penalty to restart it which ur branch telling me...

                                        1. I have got the following five new bima bachat (Table-816) policies opened on 28/04/2014 in my name and my family members in your cab branch

                                        [protected] 28.04.14 tbl 816 207060 rashmibala panda wife sa 280000 280000
                                        [protected] 28.04.14 tbl 816 162690 rashmibala panda wife sa 220000 220000

                                        2. As per provisions in the policy, 15 per cent of sum assured, shall be paid to our registered bank accounts through neft after 03 years, i. E. On 28.04.2017.
                                        3. Neft has been registered with lic for each policy mentioned above and acknowledged by lic.
                                        4. Though almost two months passed after the scheduled date, your cab branch has not yet paid the amount, which has caused unnecessary harassment and financial loss to me as a sr. Citizen with not much scope to earn and manage family.

                                        You are requested to enquire the matter and arrange for release of my overdue amount with penal interest from the person responsible, at the earliest.

                                        Sir, i uday patel have paid lic premimu for police no.[protected] date 11/01/2017 rs.1888.90 through www.lic india.com but i do not recived any recipt till date and time.rs.1888 debited from my account on same time .please do the need ful.
