      My lic policy no[protected], matured on 29/03/2017 at domjur br. It was assigned by indian bank/domjur br. Bank already submitted policy and request for issue chq/drafts. But lici office say that it will be pay through rtgs to bank's own a/c. Bank say we have no a/c to receive the rtgs. You can pay to parties a/c through rtgs. Lici says it is impossible to pay parties a/c. It will be paid only bank's a/c. Iam suffering. Total fact complained by me on 30/5/17 (Id;1585277), but no responce. Pl. Tell me how and which i can get justice.

        I've sent all the required documents along with the lic policy transfer application to lic branch 16j (Bahadurgarh, haryana) so as to transfer my lic policy to gurgaon branch.

        But despite taking regular follow-ups its been more than 2 weeks nobody is replying to mails and nobody is picking-up the phone calls.

        Really very pathetic to see so called digital india.

          Non receipt of maturity amount from lic policy no[protected] due date 05.08.2016 maturity amount rs 297500. L have not received any letter regarding payment of maturity amount before due date /after due date nd till today. L submitted all papers by post before due date. Also submitted affidavit on rs 200 stamp paper as required by claim officer on 12.09.2016. The claims officer was satisfied on 12.09.2016 and told me that the maturity amount will be credited in my bank account. Till today i haven't received my maturity amount or any letter regarding the payment.

          While trying to pay premium online, getting error as "Premium cannot be paid for this policy. Please check the details and try again." When I tried to reach customer care, they are not receiving call. After providing all the information to answering machine, the customer care executive is cutting the call.
          Site login is not happening for existing customers, its very difficult if this happens

            Golap ali, candidate of a lic agency having urn - lici[protected] & transaction no - lic[protected] is trying to pay the exam fees through online banking but unable to pay the exam fees. He is a repeaters candidate, he had failed to pass the exam in his 1st attempt. After log in to iiiexams.org websites, he is failed to pay the exam fees as the system is failed after the icon 'proceed to pay' is not operational. Please do the needful so that he can pay the exam fees. Thanks.

              Hi,

              I had to enroll two LIC policies with employer. However i am getting issues with both of them.
              When i enrolled first policy[protected] it got enrolled and i got confirmation mail in my official mail id. However once i logged into the portal and i tried to click on 'Enroll for Employer', i got message 'No policy found for enrollment'.

              When i tried to enroll the second policy[protected]at https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html link with my organization 'Cognizant', i am getting error message 'We are unable to process your request.Please try again later'.

              Please look into the issue and let me know if any other information required.

                But till today the amount has not been credited to the policy holders bank account, even after repeated phone calls to the lic office.

                    Due to urgent need of money i surrendered 3 of my policies under lic of india on 19.04.2017. Those policies were under ecs mode and premiums were debited on monthly basis from my savings account. I received the surrendered amount on 23.05.2017 in my bank account through neft. The delay in processing is noticable and during the processing unfortunately premiums of each policy were deduced for the month of april on 28.04.2017. However after receiving the surrender amout, once again premiums were deducted from my account on 29.05.2017 which is 6 days after i received the surrender money.
                    My policy numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] and the monthly premiums were rs. 817.00, rs. 2507.00 and rs. 1752.00 respectively.
                    I therefore, hereby complaing about inconvenient service that resulted in post-surrender deduction of premium amount from my savings account. I am also requesting you to promtly take action to stop the ecs mendate and refund the extra money deducted for lic of india.
                    I am also informing you that i contacted the falakata branch on 30.05.2017 and there i was advised to wait for few days as the money will be returned to my account automatically. But that never happened. On approaching a bank personnel i was informed that ecs deduction will continue until lic stops sending mendate for that and the deducted amount can only be returned by lic office.
                    Kindly consider my request as a serious matter and very urgent as well.

                      Regarding case in honourable supreme court, t. Nadu temp full time tem lic emp assn vs. Life insurance corporation of india and ors case no. Civil appeal 6950/2009, 6951/2009, 6952/2009, 6953/2009, 6954/2009 and 6956/2009, curative petition civil[protected]/2017 all dismissed and disposed date 22/02/2017. Honourable sir, the honourable sc gave a judgement dated 18th march 2015 to absorb all the class iii and class iv terminated employees who had worked during 1985 to 2001 in life insurance corporation of india. But do to non action of the corporation the case was followed by a contempt petition 459/2015, 634/2015 wherein the honourable sc ordered the corporation on 8th august 2016, to absorb all the class iii and class iv who are working till date giving all the monetary benefits and 50% back wages worked with lic 1985 onwards date within 8 weeks. But this is the second time the corporation does not obeyed the honourable sc order. Neither did the corporation implement the order by taking action to absorb, nor did they gave any information about their plans to implement the order 8 weeks which were give to the corporation to implement the order are over now. Note - i have worked with life insurance corporation of india kheda branch - 87/1, nadiad division, gujarat, india duty 112 days as an assistant year 1993 - 94 period (1) dated 16/11/1993 to dated 05/02/1994 - total days - 82 and (2) after one month, extension order of 30 days but i have misplaced the said order.

                        Hi iam harishanker and i have several policies in lic almost 17 with nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[prot... etc and i hav applied for a loan in the month of february submitting all the documents and also got blood tests done, my lic agent perumallu submitted it, however it is approved after 5 long months of wait in june and this is extremely frustrating and because of this delay from your end, i could not claim it for tax benefits and i am at loss. Iam at a huge loss because of this.

                              I refer to the annuity policy no. 30659 of mr. Ninu khanna, on which the quarterly fixed annuity amount is received, the quarterly amount which was due in the month of april’17 is still not credited to the account. We tried to reach out the concern lic branch office located at delhi (Pension and group schemes department) jeewan prakash, 25 k. G. Marg), but we are not able to get through the given telephone numbers and the email id.

                              I have enclosed the existence certificate for the said annuity policy and request to please register our grievance and please respond us on our request. Looking forward to your earliest reply on it.

                                  In connection with above i have visited man a times purnia branch office and put my grievances before mr s. K. Chand, bm, and also request to muzaffarpur bo, bhagalpur do and co_crm, lic_eps etc but in vain. Still my claim is pending.
                                  The claim is pending due to the reason of lic accounting system that which one of their office will create the master of ordinary or salary saving and all like that.
                                  May i know that due to their bad working culture should a genuine customer be harassed.

                                    My annuity payment was due for payment of about 1500/-p. M. As per policy documents. But after lot of reminders to lic branch chikodi, at dharwad vision in karnataka. It is lately started that too onlyrs.996/= p. M. I have to the branch, division office several times through phone, but only assurance received from branch, do, & pension centre at bangalore. Now from march 2017 paying 1338/=p. M. Without paying the arrears of payment and difference in actual payment to be received w. E. F. From december 2015.
                                    I am now making my strong complaint for payment of arrears of annuity with 12%interest on the amount to paid to me immediately.

                                    Sir, I ( tapash dutta)paid my premium dated 09/06/2017 policy no[protected] amt 1675/- & i could not received premium receipt .the amount of 1575/- has been debited from my account .so you may kindly arrange me the premium receipt & my email is [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      A senior citizen quotes with a heavy heart, requesting kind, urgent intervention of the appropriate authority on:-

                                      1. Me, as the co-applicant with my daughter as the first applicant had availed a hbl (24.50 lacs-emi rs.30099/=) from lichfl alipore branch, kolkata, wb in dec 2013. Since the very start of the loan total non co-operation, harassment continued by most of the officials posted time to time. They never send annual statement/ interest certificates, even after calls/ mails etc from our side. Latest instance, my mail dated 27/03/2017 is yet to be responded after expiry of 76 days!

                                      2. Though, beyond all hardships after retiring from service, also before retirement, i had never never never failed to have funds in my sbi account, ensuring clearance of emis on the due dates (06th for us). Shockingly, every time i visited the alipore office, officials behaved ill with me with rough tones telling "return/ non-payment of one emi. But, when asked by me for evidences on this, they were always unable produce any documentary proof. Suddenly, a few day back, while trying to check cibil, it was a shock for us to see a noting of an overdue of the emi amount + some charges thereat.

                                      We request for proper investigation & action thereof at an early date.

                                        Above my policy matured on 29/03/2017, which was assighned by indian bank/domjur br.Now lic saying we, pay only indian bank/domjur br.And give us a/c no.To make rtgs.Bank say we have no a/c to receive rtgs direct. Iam paying int to loan.It was complained by me to your site on 30/5/2017.But unfortunately no reply/payment.Pl tell me where and how i, get proper justice.
