I Payment insurance premium on line, payment id JSBI[protected], Lic order no[protected], Rs 12010, Dated - 03/06/2017 11:52:21, But not Received Premium Receipt on that time, so I submit complain and my phone([protected]) number to link bo_ [protected]@licindia.com,
Sir, on that time (01:23 pm to 01:33 Pm) Dated 03/06/2017, Customer care Person calling from your office ([protected]@licindia.com) Phone number - [protected] to my submitted number and he inquired about My ATM debit card number, expiry date, cvv no and OTP number, for refund my unpaid premium to my account, and he said if I am not given that password /Pin he will not Refund my Transaction Failed Premium to my account, and not any responsible Lic Company .
Sir, Please Identify that Person take necessary action and punished him, .
