please verify the policy and gave me the status of the policy .Frequently we are contacted to the Agent of the policy, he said that policy surronder forms and policy bonds are also submitted to Development Officer but till now there is no response from them and Branch Office also.

    Before 10 days i visit your branch in Tirupati vide code no 713 and handed over 6 policies for cancellation and to credit the proceeds to my savings account. Upto today only one policy is cancelled and credited the amount to my account. For the remaining policies they did not give proper reply and told that it takes a long time. Please do the needful in this matter as i need the amount urgently

      This is regarding the policy no.[protected] which i have started/ opened in 2000 through the agent name kanta jain. I have not received a single amount from this policy till date, however i have paid all the amount on annual basis regularly. I inquired in lic jabalpure office, from there i got to know that this policy is completed in 2005. I request you to kindly provide me all the information about the money or amount which i should receive on annual basis in detail till the 2015 and take the necessary action which is required.

      I request you again kindly provide me all the information about my money till date as soon as possible because i have not received any amount from lic against this policy.

      Please don't let me to make a complaint in beema lokpal.

        This is to inform that my policy no.[protected] has been surrendered by me on 05-May-2017. Even after 10 days of the surrender I have not received any form of communication for its progress. After visiting the office at Varanasi Trade Center I understood that the authorities are unable to trace my document. I would like to have a prompt response on this as I am a senior citizen and this is giving me nightmares.

              I and my family are the policy holder in the lic since many years. I came to pay the policy amount and had shortage of money and had already requested the person who collects cash that i can pay only 1 policy and please let me know which is due... I also told if she can help me to pay which is urgent and due that i will pay. I was the first customer in line to pay and she lost the temper.This happened in jeevan bheema nagar branch office bangalore. and some lady staff named suvarna i guess...shouted but sor please give training to the staff to well behave and have patience and not to lose temper.

Claim application submitted to Life Insurance Coporation of India Office, at Badami, Dist: Bagalkot, Karnataka. Certificate by the employer ie., Deputy Commissioner Vijayapur furnished and order copies for sanction of leave produced as asked by the LIC. Requests made. Personally visited the Branch Manager LIC of India, Badami and Claim Section Case worker. But till todate no claim is finalised. The same is pending since 10/5/2015. Hence request to direct the LIC of India, Badami to settle the claim early.

                        No claims have been settled by LIC for my pension policy after maturity. The number of policy is[protected]. I have paid all the premiums and also requested for issuence of duplicate policy at Akola, Maharashtra branch 972. The first request along with all formalities and documentation was submitted on 25/03/2011 LIC branch 2, Ram Nagar, Akola. The reminder regarding this was again given on dated 13/06/2011. However, till today no duplicate policy has been issued nor the claims are settled. No communication from LIC Akola branch. Hence, My agent Mr. Yogesh Hissal was sent to LIC office however no solution from LIC.

                              I am an advocate of guarantor bearing loan no. [protected] through application no.14808625 of amount rs.5, 00, 000/-. The loan application was applied by the loan holder namely shekh noor bashar which was sanctioned on 23/12/2009. Unfortunately, loan holder died two years ago having no family members behind except his widowed wife who was living at present in her parental home. That is why, no one from his family go to intimate the department of granting loan. After taking loan, loan holder was not in touch of the guarantor. When guarantor received a letter form bank then he knows about the real facts. Now the guarantor is bound to make the default payment of said amount. Hence, he required all the documents of loan and want to know that: -
                              1. Whether loan holder secured himself by insurance from lic?
                              2. What is the liability of guarantor?

                              Therefore, it is respectfully prayed before you to give directions to the lic hfl department to provide all necessary documents as well as details which the loan holder carried at the time of sanctioning loan amount.

                                I retired from M/s. Avery India Ltd in March 2013 and my pension was processed through LIC superannuation scheme and I started receiving my pension to my bank account from the month of December 2013 on wards.
                                From the month of May 2017 i.e. this month I had not received the amount.
                                I have not received any letter from LIC for existence certificate and I had not submitted any on my own.
                                Kindly let me know the reasons for non remittance and what action to be taken from my side to resume the same.

                                    I have surrendered a policy having no[protected]. I have closed the policy on 22 apr 2017 in the home branch office of my policy (Nigadi, pune).

                                    Even after closing the policy, lic have withdrawn 1809 rs from my account on 28 apr 2017, by ecs transaction.

                                    Currently i'm out of town for few months, so it's a very big hustle for me to go to lic or hdfc branch physically in pune to solve the issue and stop further ecs withdrawals from my account.

                                    This issue is wasting my a lot of time and money, so please asking lic to return back 1809 rs to my account and stop further money withdrawing from my account.

                                      I have made a online payment against Life Insurance Policy No[protected] in the name of my Daughter Ashima Singh amounting to Rs 789/- through ICICI Bank Net Banking vide Payment I D No. IICI[protected] on May 7th, 2017. The payment has not been credited in the said policy as the payee was different than the insured. Thus the payment has been made in excess. I have further made the payment against the policy in question using the other Bank Account.

                                      The excess payment received may please be credited back to my ICICI Bank Account No[protected], wherefrom this payment has been made.

                                      Auto debit Mandate for LIC premium of Rs-2417 already cleared by ICICI bank during Jan 2017. NACH form already submitted to LIC branch no of times. But received reply from LIC that Mandate rejected due to NO ANY REASON.And advised to contact Branch.Pending since last six months.Branch people not serious for this .

                                      Sir, I (Bhavna dashrath naik ) have made payment of my lic policy quaterly payment of 6281 on 27.04.2017 with payment ID of IUB[protected]. but still date i have not received the receipt of the payment in my mail
                                      Lic jeevan suraksha (endowment funding) policy. Payment of my policy no[protected], has been completed on 28/3/2013, but i have not yet recieved any statements regarding the maturity of my amount till date.
                                      Please submit a statement showing the total amount which i have been receiving as i am getting less amount rather then the normal amount.

                                        I have paid the premium for policy no.[protected] for rs.12010 through sbi debit card on date-23/04/2017
                                        And time-10:53 pm. I didn't received any mail of premium payment receipt. It was written on the lic site that within two days the lic premium payment receipt will be mailed on your mail id provided.
                                        O, please send me online payment receipt to my e-mail.

                                        I have been getting my pension every month from 2004 onwards.
