Our office is situated at raj guru market near bus stand panipat,
While from bus stand bus washing area, when they dispose the water in sewer. The sewer water back and our office area is full of this dirty water, our employees are facing difficulties​ in reaching the office. More over there are three offices and one hotel. So you are requested to arrange to clean the sewer so that this problem may be resolved. We are attaching herewith vedio of the same, that is against the clean india mission.

Without my permission agent take loan
He has already my lic bond.
When i told for surrender of my lic police then some
Money come in my account then i told to agent he not gave conform answer.

I think agent and manager both are involvement.

Lic policy premium is not paid for many years as they don't take the premium in Chennai branch . My policy is taken in ranipet branch . They want me to come to the branch in ranipet for this ...iam ready to do online transfer also...

Lic staff of bhawani peth, satara do not talk properly and unitedly harass me. Anjum shaikh, one of the staff member has abused us very badly. I am attaching the screenshots of her messages. When asked about different policies of lic, she asks us to invest in her private money lending services and offers fixed amount of interest. She has no respect for your company and misusing her position.

Above my policy, matured on 29/5/2017. It was assinged by indian bank/domjur br. Mank claimed for payments, but l. I. C. Says that, it will be pay only by rtgs. Pl give your a/c no. Bank says, we have no a/c to receive the rtgs, you can pay parties a/c. Or issued chq in favour bank. L. I. C. Says no. It will be pay only bank a/c throu gh rtgs i am suffaring pl see.

I have applied for the surrender of my "endowment plus" policy no.[protected]
on 7/05/2017 in the concerned branch of LIC Shalamar Road, Jammu.
The concerned staff could not make the closure of my above said policy as per his statement " system ( computer ) is not closing the said policy " the reason for its failure was beyond his knowledge.
Ultimately, the concerned staff conveyed me on 26/05/2017 that the same has been sent for the approval and it may take 6/7 days to settle.
On my inquiry on 29/05/2017, the status was again unknown.

I have been suffering for no fault of mine, I have surrendered the policy to meet my financial requirements but failed to understand such a big organisation and how I am suffering.

My brother named sudarsan k has a lic policy through agent named sabitha. On october 29.2016. Above mentioned agent inform us about the certificates should be produced. After collecting all documents now she plays fraud. She escapes from us. She told she wants 3lakh from that policy money. After making the agreement with the nominee that she gives 3lakh to the above agent then only she will bring that bond was her condition. We are from poor family. We don't have photo copies of that policy number records. We don't know the number. That agents superior named sudha also plays a major role to stole the money from this policy. This premium is under the nurani palakkad branch. Please do favour sir. We are helpless. We lost our brother apart from that we are tortured by these type of frauds. Please help us

With reference to Incoming Marketing Call from LIC Agent bearing Mobile No.[protected] on 26/05/2017

I wish to bring to your notice that Agents of your Financial Institution are marketing your products through Mobile. One may have been or is a customer of your Financial Institution but that does not give any rights to bypass the DND registry.

I wish point out that they are creating a nuiscance by making calls even on week ends or sunday afternoon. They also make calls early in the morning, marketing Loans and this is quite irritating since no one would like to start their day with discussion on loans

The Mobile is a personal means of communication and its a paid service unlike the Television where ADs are used for supporting the content. I wish that your Financial Institution provides the necessary notices to your marketing agents not to disturb/trouble people by making calls on their mobiles.

Kindly advise your telemarketing agencies or agents to stop creating a nuisance by making telemarketing calls to mobiles, bypassing the DND registry.

Hope this email brings about a change in the way of your marketing stratergies.

I'm balaka bhuniya. I have a policy of lici bearing number[protected]. Date of commencement of the said policy was 16/3/2002. Table and term of the said policy is[protected], sum assured one lakh rupees. Before two years i paid premiums through salary saving mode and last two years i have paid premiums through ecs mode. My last premium was completed on 28/02/2017. Monthly premium was rs.613. My first money back of 20℅ of sum assured one lakh was rs.20000 due on 16/03/2017. But lici bagnan branch gave me rs.19382 in stead of rs.20000. As i have paid premiums through ecs there was no chance of premiums due. I complain to lici customer care several times but they give no answer about less money back payment. Hence i complain against lici to you for resolution.

My father had taken lic policy and within 2 years my father had expired. For my father's policy i had been paid the premium amounts through internet banking, in this internet banking i have scheduled some dates before the due date so that the premium amount deduct automatically from my account and pay the premium automatically. But at last after the death date i forgot to remove the schedule, and mistakenly one premium was got paid after death date. Whether is it possible to repudiate the death claim by stating the reason "premium was paid after death date".in this regard kindly clarify this and if any terms and conditions or circular are there. And further ecs is not updating. They mentioned that ecs is rejected due to signatures default. We further verified the same with bank banker said everything is fine from their side.
And further 2nd time also documents given, again cheque payment is clear, same signature but ecs is not updating.
Kindly update my policies. Other wise cancel my policies.

I am a lic policy holder of policy no[protected]. I couldn't received the money back value of rs 75000 due from december 2016 to till now... I complaint the branch office of phulbani about it.. But i am not found any positive result from the branch... I have some problem so money is now very necessary for me... I try to solve this policy problem but i can't.. At last i complaint to you to solve my problem very soon..
