Basavaraj M. Patil, having LIC Policy bearing No.[protected]. He expired on 10/05/2015. Claim application submitted to Life Insurance Coporation of India Office, at Badami, Dist: Bagalkot, Karnataka. Certificate by the employer ie., Deputy Commissioner Vijayapur furnished and order copies for sanction of leave produced as asked by the LIC. Requests made. Personally visited the Branch Manager LIC of India, Badami and Claim Section Case worker. But till todate no claim is finalised. The same is pending since 10/5/2015. Hence request to direct the LIC of India, Badami to settle the claim early.

    No claims have been settled by LIC for my pension policy after maturity. The number of policy is[protected]. I have paid all the premiums and also requested for issuence of duplicate policy at Akola, Maharashtra branch 972. The first request along with all formalities and documentation was submitted on 25/03/2011 LIC branch 2, Ram Nagar, Akola. The reminder regarding this was again given on dated 13/06/2011. However, till today no duplicate policy has been issued nor the claims are settled. No communication from LIC Akola branch. Hence, My agent Mr. Yogesh Hissal was sent to LIC office however no solution from LIC.

          Sir,
          I am an advocate of guarantor bearing loan no. [protected] through application no.14808625 of amount rs.5, 00, 000/-. The loan application was applied by the loan holder namely shekh noor bashar which was sanctioned on 23/12/2009. Unfortunately, loan holder died two years ago having no family members behind except his widowed wife who was living at present in her parental home. That is why, no one from his family go to intimate the department of granting loan. After taking loan, loan holder was not in touch of the guarantor. When guarantor received a letter form bank then he knows about the real facts. Now the guarantor is bound to make the default payment of said amount. Hence, he required all the documents of loan and want to know that: -
          1. Whether loan holder secured himself by insurance from lic?
          2. What is the liability of guarantor?

          Therefore, it is respectfully prayed before you to give directions to the lic hfl department to provide all necessary documents as well as details which the loan holder carried at the time of sanctioning loan amount.

            I retired from M/s. Avery India Ltd in March 2013 and my pension was processed through LIC superannuation scheme and I started receiving my pension to my bank account from the month of December 2013 on wards.
            From the month of May 2017 i.e. this month I had not received the amount.
            I have not received any letter from LIC for existence certificate and I had not submitted any on my own.
            Kindly let me know the reasons for non remittance and what action to be taken from my side to resume the same.

            I shall be very much obliged to know the reasons for stopping and what need to be done for its continuation.

                I have surrendered a policy having no[protected]. I have closed the policy on 22 apr 2017 in the home branch office of my policy (Nigadi, pune).

                Even after closing the policy, lic have withdrawn 1809 rs from my account on 28 apr 2017, by ecs transaction.

                Currently i'm out of town for few months, so it's a very big hustle for me to go to lic or hdfc branch physically in pune to solve the issue and stop further ecs withdrawals from my account.

                This issue is wasting my a lot of time and money, so please asking lic to return back 1809 rs to my account and stop further money withdrawing from my account.

                We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
                With reference to our telephonic conversation dated May 02, 2017, we inform you that ECS Mandate of ₹ 2417.00 for LIC has been set-up under the Mandate number M[protected] on Saving Account XXXXXXX4151 on December 22, 2016.
                Further we inform you that there is no ECS rejection detail is showing for LIC as well as we have not received any debit presentation against the Saving Account XXXXXXX4151 from LIC.

                  I have made a online payment against Life Insurance Policy No[protected] in the name of my Daughter Ashima Singh amounting to Rs 789/- through ICICI Bank Net Banking vide Payment I D No. IICI[protected] on May 7th, 2017. The payment has not been credited in the said policy as the payee was different than the insured. Thus the payment has been made in excess. I have further made the payment against the policy in question using the other Bank Account.

                  The excess payment received may please be credited back to my ICICI Bank Account No[protected], wherefrom this payment has been made.

                      Even after many reminders for the issue there is no response from their end no answer for any of the helpline numbers.t here is no acknowledgement any of the request.

I am struggling to contact customer services there is no response from their end. atleast they can inform what is the reason for delay in debiting the said annuity amount.Even though i have sent the survival certificate from my end there is no response. The acknowledgement be sent to the e-mail ID mentioned for the purpose of IT. As per the direction shown on the screen, the premium receipt acknowledgement needs to be sent in the e-mail ID provided to the purpose.

                            I have deposit of rupees 25000/- for register a new policy in lic india on year 2013 but due some reason if did not buy policy from lic due to term and condition but they refund my amount into four part in form of four cheque sumit singh bhadoria (Self) 5200 rs, kusum bhadoria (Mother) 9800/-, nitya bhadoria (Daughter) 5000/-, suresh singh bhadoria (Father) 5000 /- due to unavalibility of acount in name of my mother kusum bhadoria i could not got cleared cheque no.112403 dated 24 oct 2014 i deposited my ceque in lic branch morena branch code 0356. So from 2015 april to till yet lic is not refunding my amount. I prsonally met with branch many time since 2 year but satisfactory answer recieved

                              Sir/mam my father took lic policy on 28.10.2013. And expired on 11.11.2016. (Policy no. Is[protected] now my father is no more as i claimed they said he has given wrong information about his age so we will not provide claim. (A/c to service record 15/03/1942 and a/c to pan card 28/10/2013) i agree my father gave wrong information about his age according to service record you can check pan card online that is ep[censored]ely correct. I want to ask u one thing if you have to go with service record why didn't you ask first' why they issued policy. Whos mistake is this company cheat people this way. If company did not issued policy my father might deposited in good banks and get good interest rates. Sir we are very middle family belongs if you will not give justice i will complain on pm complain box. Thanking you i hope you will not disappoint me.

                                    Esteemed madam/sir,
                                    We have been fighting for the regularization of our service in the permanent rolls of the corporation since 1991. The apex court of india had given a land mark judgement on 18/03/2015 while disposing off the civil appeal no.6950 of 2009 with a clear direction to regularize the terminated employees with 100% back wages and consequential benefits. But the corporation filed a review petition and which was disposed off on 09/08/2016 with a little modification on back wages i. E. 50% instead of 100%. Despite the above two directions of the sc, lic filed curatives to quash the above orders which were rejected, dismissed and disposed off on 22/02/2017. Still the corporation is silent and not in a mood to implement the sc order. So, please co-operate us for sustaining the dignity of sc and restoration of natural justice

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have not received the monthly pension amount of rs.7977 wide above referred annuity. Last receipt was on[protected].
                                      I had written an email also on[protected] reminding the same.

                                      Please arrange for payment of the due amount of rs 7977/-, in my bank account as usual, for last two months viz. April and may-17.
