    Its been more than one month since i have paid three polices online in the payment acknowledgment it was mentioned that i will receive receipts within 48 hrs but till now i have not received so request you to process this on priority.

      I like to inform you that i am a policy holder of above no. Which is matured on 28.3.2017. I submitted all relevant details as your requirements with cancelled cheque to your end on24.2.17. But till now i didn't get any matured amt. However today i went to your office for non payment. Relevant madam helped me with status report that cheque will be issued. And consequently i went to respective sir for issue suchcheque. But he would not hear any my delay payment or for issuing cheque to me. Only he said it is to be done later. I astonished as a customer he didn't help any type of help. However very previous
      Day i attended the branch managers' meeting of bgvb at icmard kolkata delivered on lici product selling through bgvb by gm, sri s. Ghosal, lici, eastern india where he would provide to help any time any type.
      But here mr sir (Bagnan) didn't hear my problem. However this is not my complain. This is my normal utterance.

        Respected sir, my lic hfl account no. Is[protected]. Rs.20222 is debited from my axis bank account from 15.03.2017. Where as emi debited from my account was rs 19459 from previous 2 years. I don't know the reason for it.in loan documents, emi mentioned is 19433 rs. Only. I have sent also email to lic hfl area manager, patna but he is not giving any positive response.                 My name is Sahil sharma, I have one policy registered with LIC office Jammu, rail head complex (14bo) & policy no.[protected]. Presently i am making premium payment quarterly but now I want to change the premium payment to every 6 monthly period. I cannot go to their office in Jammu and writing this mail because I am working in Indian Navy & presently posted in chennai so right now its not possible for me to go there. In December 16 when I went Jammu I visited there office for the same issue & they told me to send mail for changing premium frequency only after making payment of premium due in march which I did. But now despite of my repeated mails they are not responding. I am attaching the screenshots of mails which I have sent to them.

                  No transaction in bank account statement. Looks like some fraud has been done on LIC side

                  Contacted LIC Branch manager- Chhatarpur (MP) and Punjab National Bank many times, they blame each other. Lost work time and peace. Involved fraudster should be hit hard and behind the bars. I need my hard earned money back with compensation.

                    I'm Ekta Baldodia daughter of the deceased policy holder Mr. rajendra kumar Baldodia and i'm writing this e-mail on behalf of Mrs. Sona Devi, she is the mother of the deceased as well as the nominee of the policy . Mr. Rajendra Kumar Baldodia opted for a policy in 1996 with the policy number[protected] which had been matured in july 2016.The policy was of about 2 lakh 11 thousand and he also took a loan on it of about 1 lakh 63 thousand (approx.).Mr. Rajendra Kumar Baldodia, the policy holder, has expired on 9th of june 2016 that means before the maturity of the policy. An amount of 48, 248 had been credited in his account on 29/07/2016 (account number -[protected]) which should not be the complete amount as death has happened before maturity and also it has to be credited in nominee's account after re-evaluation. we have forwarded our file twice with all the paper works but we are not getting any response from your side. Kindly acknowledge this matter at your earliest.

                      Received a call today 19th April 2017 from LIC claiming that my policies were lapsed and cancelled. Since I used a Trucaller on my phone it's showed me it's was a Delhi call. I answered the call and a guy called ' Kartikeya Dwivede[protected]' told me that my LIC policies are cancelled and needed me to verify some information.

                      I told him He's not from LIC and asked him to verify his LIC office & agent code. Non were received so I cut the line. He called me back on another no [protected] ( Shivam Tomar2) and told me that my policies are cancelled.

                      This is to keep the forum updated on the fraud that is still going on. Hope some authority can assist on this matter and take action.

                              I mr. Koishik send resistance at 47 christopher road, kolkata 700046. I genuine policy holder of lic since 6 to 7 years, my policy no[protected]. I have an loan against on my policy. So i wish to clear my loan against my policy and also want to take a new policy, for that today i visited at your beliaghata branch, kolkata - 700010 (West bengal) and spoked with the branch manager mr. Sukumar uppadhay discussed about the loan clearance, on the moment he getting irritated on me and do misbehave and also use abuse word on me. As i am the respected and responsible citizen of my country i want to complain against your staff for his this kind of behavior. And also it's my humble request to you please take a strict action on him and give him a lesson on the value of each customer..

                                    Grievance Description : The Honourable Prime Minister, Sub :- Regarding case in Honourable Supreme Court, T.Nadu Temp Full Time Tem Lic Emp Assn Vs. Life Insurance Corporation Of India and Ors Case No. civil appeal 6950/2009, 6951/2009, 6952/2009, 6953/2009, 6954/2009 and 6956/2009, curative petition civil[protected]/2017 all dismissed and disposed date 22/02/2017. Honourable Sir, The Honourable SC gave a judgement dated 18th March 2015 to absorb all the class iii and class iv terminated employees who had worked during 1985 to 2001 in Life Insurance Corporation Of India. But do to non action of the corporation the case was followed by a contempt petition 459/2015, 634/2015 wherein The Honourable SC ordered the corporation on 8th August 2016, to absorb all the class iii and class iv who are working till date giving all the monetary benefits and 50% back wages worked with lic 1985 onwards date within 8 weeks. But this is the second time the corporation does not obeyed the Honourable SC order. Neither did the corporation implement the order by taking action to absorb, nor did they gave any information about their plans to implement the order 8 weeks which were give to the corporation to implement the order are over now. Note- I have worked with Life Insurance Corporation Of India Khambhat-0847 Branch, Divisional Office Nadiad, Gujarat, India duty 115 days as a Typist year 1995-96 period dated[protected] to dated[protected]

                                      I (Ankita purkayastha) have not received the payment receipt either via mail or via registered address till now. I paid my premium of rupees 11, 902/- on 4/4/2017, with payment id ihmp[protected], my policy id is[protected]. Please do the needful. It was told while paying that i will receive the receipt within 48 hours, but i have not received it yet.

                                      All other insurance companies like sbi life insurance, icici, hdfc ...etc pvt insurance companies customers can pay there premium through PAYTM, MOBIKWIK, Its easy to pay premiums in paytm like sites so kindly provide paytm payment service.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        This compliant is against the lic housing finance ltd.

                                        I have taken home loan from lic housing finance ltd in aug 2015. Till dec 2016, the emi has been deducted properly and correct amount, whereas after that they changed the amount in the system, and now the amount is deducting less.
                                        I have raised this is issue with my agent, have update him and the given the necessary documents to him and the rest of the payment i have to pay later with to my agent personal account due to time constraint, some where i managed and i personally visited the branch and again submitted the necessary document and paid the balance emi through cheque. But still the emi has deducted less. After continues follow up there is no update from the branch officer and the agent.

                                        Kindly help me to get relive from the problem.
