I paid Online premium for my LIC Policy[protected] for year 2016. Amount is debited but LIC website is not showing any payment information or statement regarding this. I have all the transaction details.
My father name has wrongly been mentioned as sh. R.Singh instead of sh. Tara Chand.my policy number is[protected].i have visited hansi branch of lic and submitted related documents with application but there is no correction till now.
I, rajendra bafna agent of lic of india is connected to railway station branch of jodhpur with agent code[protected] and licence number-1822985.

      I ( Shive Parkash Goyal ) policy holder[protected] getting pension Rs 24000/- yearly on dated 1st Nov.of every year, But this year I could not get, than I approach to Jeevan Shree BLDG, Pune on dated 31/8/2016 and submit my existential certificate along with National Electronic Funds Transfer-Mandate Form
      Nothing happen up til now.
      I approach again two times to Jeevan Shree Bldg not get proper reply, and no money in my bank account. They told me that they have send to your office for further approval.

        Sub: give absorption and consequent promotions letter with arrears; based on hon'ble supreme court's judgment dated[protected] passed in civil appeal (s) no. 6950/2009 & a batch & judgment delivered in contempt petition (c) no. 459/15 tamilnadu terminated full time temp. lic emp. assoc. vs. s. k. roy, chairman, lic & ors. on 09.08.2016.

        Ref: application of the applicants intermidary application through speed post in cont. pet. no. 459/2015 & 21/2016 in civil appeal no. 6950/2009 before hon'ble the supreme court.

        Respected madam,
        I, had worked in lic of india in divisional office of jodhpur itself as under :
        Period of working as typist (eng) cumulative figures
        22.08.1988 to 5.10.1988
        10.10.1988 to 14.11.1988 totalling 81 days 81 days

        7.2.1989 to 18.3.1989
        24.3.1989 to 2.5.1989 totalling 80 days 161 days

        Period of working as stenographer (english)
        13.07.1989 to 19.9.1989 totalling 65 days 226 days
        Now, after the directions of hon’ble the apex court in the historic case (supra) in cont. pet. no. 459/2015 & 21/2016 and in slp (c) no. 6950/2009 & batch. i am required to be absorbed by the lic of india after granting all promotions, pay revisions, admissible allowances to regular already working employees and other related service benefits fro the date of my joining in 1988. hon’ble justice shri v. gopala gowda and hon’ble justice shri c. nagappan while pronouncing the judgement in civil appeal nos. 6950, 6951, 6952, 6953, 6954 and 6956 of 2009, specifically directed to issue absorption letters and implement the order within a period of eight weeks but the corporation has not yet issued any absorption letter even after passing of one and a half year of the date of judgment i. e. 18.03.2015.
        As per the verdict of the judgment of the hon’ble apex court, all such concerned members/workmen including the applicant herein, are eligible who have worked for such number of days on the respective post to be absorbed in the corporation right now without any delay with all benefits.
        The corporation is well aware that civil contempt petition (s) bearing no. 459/2015 in civil appeal (c) no. 6950/2009 and a batch, were filed for the non-compliance of the impugned judgment of the hon’ble supreme court dated 18.03.2015 against sh. s. k. roy, the then chairman of the corporation and the said contempt petitions have been allowed by hon’ble apex court on 09.08.2016. thus, while allowing the said contempt petition hon’ble apex court gave eight weeks time to comply with the order dated 18.03.2015 with liberty to file a fresh contempt petition by the aggrieved.
        As per the judgment of the apex court, the corporation is required to immediately send absorption letter absorbing me on a post on which i would have reached after getting all timely due promotions according to my qualifications that are b.com, m.com, llb, dcll, needless to say on being called i will submit documents for verification.
        In view of the provisions and the statute of the lic of india, as per the promotion guidelines, i am required to be given all timely promotion (s) being a post graduate, giving weight-age over the incumbents who are simply graduates and accordingly fix my seniority. further, i am eligible for all financial benefits as per orders dated 18.03.2015 and 09.08.2016. the corporation while issuing absorption letters is required to mention the post on which i would be absorbed after promotions deeming that i am in continuous service in lic for last 28 years right from 22.08.1988 i. e. the date of entry in lic jodhpur divisional office, jodhpur.in other words, the benefits an incumbent would have get treating that the workmen have been working in the corporation continuously holding them entitle to all promotional, financial and other benefits and such other benefits which are being granted to regular employees, are also to be calculated and paid while absorbing and issuing letter of absorption mentioning the total emolument to be paid.
        In view of above backdrop i humbly request you to absorb me immediately from 22.08.1988 i. e. the date of our first engagement in the lic of india with all benefits (promotions, seniority and financial benefits including the pension) and issue necessary orders without any delay as i have suffered a lot in this regard. on closure of consideration period granted by the hon’ble supreme court in the contempt petition (supra), i shall, needless to say, approach the hon’ble apex court for the willful inaction on the part of lic at the cost of the corporation and thereby we would pray to hon’ble court to restore the slps original order pertaining to grant of 100% arrears of pay/allowances in that situation, to all such employees including the applicant herein, for the non-compliance of the highest court’s order of the nation.

          I am an lic policy holder. I am liable to pay a quarterly premium. I pay it online. But for the last 3 quarters, i completely forgot about it. Last week, i remembered it and tried to do it online. When i gave all the details in the site and clicked to pay, i got an error saying i cannot make the payment online for that policy. I was shocked and reached out to the customer care. I came to know that my policy has lapsed and hence i was not able to pay online. I was also told that i need to visit one of the main branches itself (Not even a satellite branch) to do this whole procedure. This is very painful. This is very bad and disappointing. Any web site will let you make payments online, though with a fine. Lic is least consumer friendly and least co-operative. This is causing unnecessary inconvenience for the customer. Please act on this as soon as possible and help me activate my policy online and continue with my online premium payments.

          It is not at all acceptable to lapse a policy, if a customer misses payments for just 3 quarters. Also, LIC must send reminders for payments via SMS and email. Almost every other company is doing this. It is disappointing to note that, LIC is still not following this. It is high time, such common things are implemented.

                  But at the time of payment transfer from LIC they made payment in my previous account and for that i loss approx Rs 5k.

                    Let me know about my policy bearing number[protected], had been enrolled in the month of June ‘ 2016, but till date, I have not received Bond paper against my policy. It is going to be complete one year . I have received only receipt against my policy.
                    May kindly look into the matter and take needful action for the same.
                    I have several times contacted with LIC Advisor but everytime i receive inappropriate response, either they dont pick d phone.I am really worried as i've also been promised many bonuses and an additional medical policy benefit, i think its all fake.Please be trace out the actual condition of the policy and take action on the person who is associated with this policy, and send me details about the reason of non- dispatch of the LIC Bond paper in respect of the above cited matter.

                              I have paid my LIC premium through online payment mode. the amount debitted from the Bank account but the LIC premium account has not been credited. i enquired with the bank regarding this problem and they told that the payment was very much successful in the bank side. then i clarrified it with the LIC staff in the related branch. they told that no such payment was made. and the payment is not available even with rejected payment account. Need information to handle this problem. to whom i contact to solve this problem. reply with some fruitful detail

                              I have sent reminder so many times and also submitted the life certificate but not received the pension from the month of aug. 2016. I have retired from BHEL Jhansi. The details are attached herewith.

                                I Subrata Sarkar registered as new customer today on 10/09/2016 with my phone no. [protected]. But when I tried to add user ID and password, it shows a message that
                                "New Registration
                                Some error has occurred !!!

                                  It has been 6 years they are not able to resolve simple thing. Every months EMI is getting deducted from my saving account as ECS. Due to their JUNK USELESS SYSTEM. Every quater i am reported as defaulter. Following up every month/quarter, they say next quater it will be right but no change. In between they set right but that was on for hardly 3 quarters. Now when i am trying to apply for home loan it is getting rejected as it is still showing defaulter. CIBIL rating are gone bad where as i never ever defaulted on any payments. Today they have given some explanation which is REALLY REALLY ABSURD ILLOGICAL explanation i have come across. Explanation is EMI got change so that is why this discrepancy is not being handled by their system, where as from account ECS is getting debited with new EMI.

                                  Tried to write from their website, that is another JUNK site they have. It say mobile number is mandatory but does not allow to enter, so you can submit any complaint on their website. Are they so dumb that they did not try even to check once if the basic thing is working or not. But this how it is their are no laws to punsih them for all these...Rating 5/5 on customer complaints...becuase noboyd is able to log complaints so it is always 100/100

                                    Dear team request you yo update the ecs system.
                                    My ecs got dishonored for a month of 15th july and i made a payment with cd chargers on 25th july online. But the ecs for the month of aug and sep not submitted to my bank account and when i try to make a payment through counter they asked to pay cd charges again for the month of aug and sep giving the reason the online system is slow in updating the payment.

                                    I have taken an policy#[protected] from agent paying rs. 5000. We did not get the information from him or from office to pay the premiums.

                                    We handed over the policy to agent to inquire, he keep postponing, but no use at all. He didn't provide any information. Last month we went to office and verified and got to know it has been foreclosed.

                                    Without providing information or notice how they can foreclosed.

                                    Please anyone help on this.

                                    Very very bad, no response to my post. I suggest people not to choose LIC, instead go for other private bank investments. Atleast they will respond on calls or mails immediately.

                                      Hi sir/madam,

                                      I have purchased lic endowment plan on 28th june 2016 through mr. Vivek sexsena (+91-[protected]) and check was cleared by 4th july 2016, till date they are not providing any status, and not getting any documents or even the receipts. Even though at starting i was getting call from lic sales team ms. Ruchika[protected] and that time she was assured me for better services but since long time i am trying to call her but she is not picking my phone call. I really don't know now to whom i will contact. It is my worst experience and i will suggest to everyone please avoid to take lic policies from these guys.
                                      Please guide me if some one have same experiance.
