      Sir,

      I, Krishna Rao, belong to a very middle class family. My parents and I struggled a lot to stabilize our financial condition.
      My mum is illiterate woman and somehow we managed to teach her how to sign. My mum heard from somewhere about an LIC policy which doubles the amount in just 5 years. One day in my absence at home my parents called one known LIC agent. He said there is indeed a policy which doubles the money. He was actually talking about ULIP , but he never revealed the market risk in front of my parents. He just tried to sell the policy somehow without revealing anything about the policy and my parents are so innocent that they believed what the Agent was saying.
      My mum purchased the policy and we paid the annual premium of Rs 20000 for 5 years (total 1 lakh rupees). After maturity the sum of amount reached to just 1 Lakh 7 thousand rupees. We couldn't do anything because that was Market value.
      But that was not the end of our problems. We convinced ourselves that we have to accept what we are getting. I was following up with the Agent for NEFT formalities so that the maturity value can be credited to SB account directly.
      But one day after maturity we received a letter and shocked to know that we are not getting the money. It will be used to purchase Pension Plan of LIC. When I complained then I came to know that it was in the contract. But we never knew it.
      How can our money be snatched like this? The monthly pension amount will be far less than that of post office MIS. Why should we leave our money.
      We want our money back but the company is not at all helping us.
      Sir, 1 lakh rupees is a huge amount for us and we are in urgent need of the money. Please help us.

      Please find attached the compaint letter that I had sent to LIC GRO. Also find the letter that we had received.

      This lic company is doing fraud to public ..even I a m experiencing the same problem but before the due date date 1 month age my agent has submitted the document so that I could get my money and no pension is done to me
      Date of maturity of policy 31 March 2019
      Document submitted to claim money 22feb 2019 ..will update ...further
      Will take lic to court if needed even I have submition slip

        My son Ankur Agarwal who is in America since october 2010 was sanctioned housing loan by LIC Housing Finance Ltd New-Delhi on 09.08.2010 under Griha Prakash scheme vide file no.118100 a/c no.[protected]. for Rs37.00 lacs.against flat no.R0170j00803 eco citi sector-137, Noida. A demand letter was tendered at LIC Housing Finance Ltd for issuing draft for Rs/-291854- in favour of Supertech Ltd.It was advised to me that first I should make a payment of Rs50000/- directly to Supertech Ltd to enable LIC housing finance Ltd to issue the draft.As per their advise I made a payment of Rs50000/- on 11.04.2013 ide cheque no.836678 drawan on PNB Prashant Vihar Delhi and proof thereof was also made available to LIC but so far no cheque has been issued by LIC nor any reason thereof has been assigned. A mail dated 01.05.2013 to Mr pramod Kumar Area Manager has also fallen on deaf ears. My son is paying penalty at 2% p.m. for the default period. You can very well see the treatment being given to my NRI son which is a cause of deep concern. You are requested to intervene in the matter and contact me at my mob no.[protected].

          I have taken home loan from LIC Housing Finanace limited,Dwaraka Palza, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam, Andra Pradesh vide Ref No.[protected]
          On 12th Jan 2013 I have deposited Rs. 200 (rupees Two hundred)requesting photocopies of loan documents vide receipt no.60111373. Even after four months I have not received the documents inspite of regular followups.Since I require the documents very urgently i request you to kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.

          Application Document — Non receipt

          I had sent my application document to AIIMS, New Delhi by Speed Post from Jammu under receipt No. EE[protected]IN on 17th March, 2008. The document is seen to be not received by AIIMA as per their web based information system.

          This document as per tracking record is sent to Delhi and shown to be delivered on 18th March, 2008 at 00:00:00 Hrs.

          The timing shown on the track record appears not correct and hence doubt on its delivery to recepient.

          Please get it investigated as I believe I am not in a position to compete in the examination to be held on 18th May due to non delivery of my Application document to AIIMS, New Delhi.

            I had deposited post dated cheques to LIC housing finance ltd but since last two months no EMI deduction occurred from my saving Accounts. If lic deducts EMIs at a time then it will be overburden for me. Please regularise EMI deduction. Again as per my loan agreement interest rate shoud have been 10.25 % but statement is showing 11 % and actully it is charged. This is also a negligency from LICHFL side please expedite and find some solutions to these happenings. My A/C no is [protected] , loan amount is 12,75,000 Rs .EMI is 17216 Rs

Renuka Amount of Loan Rs 4,00,000/= Every month between 5th to 10th i used to send my EMI cheque to the LIC office at TIRUNELVELI regularly but the amount is not credited in my A/C ,due to that i am not getting the receipt since last 18 months. whenever i approached LIC office, i am not proper reply and defaulter notice i am getting regularly.I request your good office to send me a A/C statement since 2003,payment if any for the same can be send to you as and when required pl.

                Non Payment of Survival benefit amount and Non information on Maturity of Policy

                I am an Employee of BHEL Hyderabad. All the premium of the policies in my name are deducted from my monthly salary.
                One Insurance Policy No[protected] was due for payment of Survival benefit amount on[protected]. LIC of India neither bothered to send the cheque to my home nor intimated to me about the amount due to me. LIC earlier used to send the Post dated cheques' one month in advance . They have not sent the amount so far....

If I opened the agents portal Iam getting the result "The server closed the connection without sending any data". Please install my agent's portal or please send me a new portal ID. Thanking you.

                  The following numbers hardly ever respond. Every time I try, either phone keeps ringing or engaged.

                  National helpline does not respond with HUMAN EXECUTIVE either.

                  VERY POOR SERVICE FROM LIC FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS.

                  BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING NEW POLICY THEY CHASE YOU.

                  LIC — no response

                  sir i have lic money plus plan , which is not responding .

                  LIC — Poor Customer care

                  It is my personal experience about the LIC Asansol Branch.
                  These bunch of employees(not all of them) do not care when it comes to the delivery of the services to their customer.
                  Nether they can not provide correct information nor they are ready to help to when it is needed. These bunch of people do not bother about you and me, the customers. They are rude and they are there to harass you.
                  They are not accountable to anyone. That is their life long job and so they don't care the quality of service they provide to their customers.
                  My personal experience as follow.
                  My policy matured and I phoned them to ask what documents are needed to claim the benefit. I was told nothing additional. Only the policy document and the letter which was sent to me(only on my request). So, I went there with my policy document and the letter they sent to me to my home address. I submitted my documents and they compared my signature with my 20 years old signature. Surprisingly it matched perfectly!! Then they started to show their muscle. They asked me show my ID. I did not expect that but fortunately I had some ID with me. Then they ask me find a person who can identify me. Fortunately I had my brother with me. But again my brother has to be identified by some sort of document.Then they ask me a revenue stamp. So these bunch of lazy pigs can not keep even revenue stamps with them. So I had to go out to buy one which was more expensive that the its price tag.After all these non-sense I asked them to pay me the money. They initially refused to say that they can not as it is illegal and they do not known me(after alll those phone calls,submitting all those documents, comparing my signature and identifying myself)! To make it legal I had to see the AGM and after a lot of argument I forced these bunch of to make a payment.
                  I ask the higher authority to look into the customer care side of the LIC. I am sure these behave like these with other customers every day.These bunch of pigs should be punished for their poor customer care.

                    I have surrender my wealth plus policy to get immediate money since 17.04.2013 even for less payment then I have paid to the LIC, all the formalities are completed and also given bank details to transfer the fund in my bank account. but till date (04.05.2013) the LIC is not responding. I am badly in need of money and I am not getting my own money on time. LIC people are very irresponsible and careless.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I am Nitin pushpadh and my policy no. is[protected].
                    Against complain no. 257964 you told that my police are surrendered but payment will be made after completion of 3 years that is in Feb.-2011.
                    My question is how can you surrendered a policy before time if locking period is 3 years, I need money now but if you are not able to provide than you should contact (Contact no. you are having) before blocking the Policy.
                    I will not bear the loss for interest amount of this 9 month period and if you can not give me money than continue my policy.
                    I have given application to LIC Indore, LIG branch but there is not any reply from there end, If this is your attitude to treat with complains then I am really feeling sad to purchase a LIC policy and linked with LIC.

                    I have taken a policy Jeevan Rekha in the year 2002 for sum assured rupees 2 Lacs and half yearly premium is Rs 6322/ since Nov 2002 I am paying premium regularly and once my son have got Rs 20000/ after completion of five years.                       Hi,

                      This is Sameer Salastekar from Virar, Thane. My loan account no. is [protected] with LIC Housing Finance Ltd. taken from Borivali branch.

                      I have submitted the foreclosure cheque amounting to Rs.7.60 Lacs on 12th March for closure of said loan account. Some excess amount of approx. Rs.7500/- was paid by me during foreclosure which LIC is suppose to refund but the same is not yet received to me till date.

                      Inspite of several follow ups with branch people and Branch Manager there is no proper response at all from them. Zero sense of accountability / responsibility by LIC Housing Finance Ltd. borivali branch.

                      I expect the intervention and support in closing this long pending issue and LIC should refund my money with interest for the stipulated period of delay.

                        My son Ankur Agarwal jointly with Anjali Agarwal both NRI presently in USA raised housing loan from LIC housing finance ltd vide loan a/c no.11018960. last demand letter for around Rs/-293000/- was submitted with LIC on 09.02.2013 and in turn LIC advised me to make a payment of Rs50000/- directly to builder M/S Supertech Ltd which I made on 11.04.2013.and the xerox copy of passbook duly attested by bank manger was also provided to LIC around 20th April. Delay in payment to builder by LIC is putting my son to a loss of intt @ 2%pm.You are requested to please intervene in the matter immediately and istruct them to make good the loss suffered by my son.

                            Dear Concern,

                            It was regard to my Loan no[protected] which I had taken from LIC Housing Ltd at Jogeshwari Branch in the year of 2012. Now I have sold my property to someone and requested for List Of documents in home branch dated 02/04/2013 and confirmed to me that same I will received after 15 days.

                            But still I have not receivedd the same and when I am trying to contact on [protected] / [protected], both are ringing and there is no response. When I personally have visited to the branch they said what can I do, if your List of Documents has not come.

                            Then I met to Mr. Mayuresh Limye Area Manger and he said he is going about to leave for few days and unable to resolve your problem.

                            My one question to all of you that one person who is sitting in Zonal Head Office Branch as a Area Manager and when I asked to resolve my problem, and he is saying that he is about to go on leave and what he can do ?????????? even he has not asked to their staff that what is exact problem.

                            Then I visited to a lady who was sitting in Branch name, Madhura and saying that if you will forcing us to on priority then you would create a problem for yourself ??????????????.

                            My request was dated 02/04/2013 and still I have not received my List of Documents and if I am trying to get it after 15 days which was committed by the staff, after then I was told that I am creating a problem for me only ??????????????.

                            It is a very very very ????????????????? on your customer service where LIC is planning to open biggest banking sector over the country.

                              Since last 30 years I had been paying the Insurance premium.in my own name.
                              Now at the time of maturity, LIC and their associates are harassing to me for non payment on time.
                              Reason: LIC wanted one new policy from me so that I can further invest the maturity amount with LIC
                              When I refused to deposit maturity amount with LIC, they are harassing to me since last one month for non making the payment on time.

                              This is to inform you that LIC is un-necessary harrasing to me in making the maturity amount on time. I am running behind the LIC Branch 11B since last one month and they are regularly harrasing to us.

                              on 11th April they have confirmed the following:

                              Maturity claim amt. Rs. 218400.00 has been paid wide our cheque no. 0308001 dated 28.03.2013.

                              My residence is hardly 1km from the LIC branch 11B.
                              since last 11th April and today is 15th. I think it will further take one month to receive the cheque from LIC

                              Is this not a corruption. I will approach to Central vigilance commission and raise the voice against such harrassment by LIC offices to their customers.

                              After 30 years, when the policy is matured, the policy holder have to face the problems in getting his hard earned money back again and again visiting branch 8 to 10 times LIC branch office visit,

                              I had purchased one policy in the year 1982-83, there was no any information during such years.

                              while submitting for accepting the matured policy, I had to run visit branch office almost 6 times for submitting the original policy. There is no positive response to the investors and policy holders when the policy submitted, it was told that the payment will come online into your account.

                              Till date I am running behind LIC Laxmi nagar, Radhu palace, Branch 11B due to poor services.
                              I think i will get the payment after next 2-3 year.
                              LIC policy is same like 30-40 years earlier had. LIC should change its policy and grievances should be removed immedietly. Today is the market of competition among the multinational Life insurance companies service providers.
                              I do not think that any illiterate person will get his payment timely from your organisation.

                              Non receipt of confirmation of payment of my maturity

                              I am running behind your LIC for the maturity amount, but there is no any response . Either I will have to give new policy then only I can get the matured amount. Is this not a monopoly or promoting the corruption.
                              Is this not the duty of LIC to inform to policy holder and send their customer relation officer to resolve the grievances.
                              We as customer have to be face the problems.
                              This problems we do not face in opening a new LIC policy.

                                hello sir!
                                Myself Kapil Vijaykumar Burhade, my father had opened three months premium policy at 17/03/1993 for 20 years at Shrirampur branch, LIC. Policy No.[protected]. i had submitted my original policy, maturity form and bank account detail to Shrirampur branch at 09/03/2013 i.e. before maturity; the date of maturity was 17/03/2013 and since one and half month I've been calling to Shrirampur as well as Ahmednagar branch for policy money but Shrirampur people says that they have sent my form to Ahmednagar and Ahmednagar people says they didn't get it.

                                I had no option but this, LIC people don't even bother to answer properly.

                                    i have a money back policy .my policy no is[protected]....i was due to get a amount of rs 11150/- the due dt was 17mar.....i didnt get any correspondence even thou my full address is mentioned on the policy..after waiting till apr 5th..i enquired reg same by phone i was told to scan my policy and send same along with my bank account no ....same was done immmdtly.....again after waiting for somany days....i sent a mail on mail id [protected]@licindia.com....no reply..nor money is recieved..its very fustrating because i dont get any numbers...and no communication at all..why should i ran from pillar to post to get my money
                                    which i paid..local office at blr says we hv to contact tambaram branch chennai.

                                    rq pl look into the matter and help me get my payment.....after this i will never think of buying a lic policy
                                    imagine after geting old..how much we have to struggle to get our lumpsum money when i cant get a small amount of 11150/- on time...

                                      My LIC policy ,no.[protected] matuerd on 11/04/2013, and due for payment. The policy was submitted at branch no. 914 on 14/04/2013 along with the full documents.The reciept no.is 61170.
                                      LIC has not yet credited my money in the bank.Kindly do the needfull.
