Dear Concern,

It was regard to my Loan no[protected] which I had taken from LIC Housing Ltd at Jogeshwari Branch in the year of 2012. Now I have sold my property to someone and requested for List Of documents in home branch dated 02/04/2013 and confirmed to me that same I will received after 15 days.

But still I have not receivedd the same and when I am trying to contact on [protected] / [protected], both are ringing and there is no response. When I personally have visited to the branch they said what can I do, if your List of Documents has not come.

Then I met to Mr. Mayuresh Limye Area Manger and he said he is going about to leave for few days and unable to resolve your problem.

My one question to all of you that one person who is sitting in Zonal Head Office Branch as a Area Manager and when I asked to resolve my problem, and he is saying that he is about to go on leave and what he can do ?????????? even he has not asked to their staff that what is exact problem.

Then I visited to a lady who was sitting in Branch name, Madhura and saying that if you will forcing us to on priority then you would create a problem for yourself ??????????????.

My request was dated 02/04/2013 and still I have not received my List of Documents and if I am trying to get it after 15 days which was committed by the staff, after then I was told that I am creating a problem for me only ??????????????.

It is a very very very ????????????????? on your customer service where LIC is planning to open biggest banking sector over the country.

    Since last 30 years I had been paying the Insurance premium.in my own name.
    Now at the time of maturity, LIC and their associates are harassing to me for non payment on time.
    Reason: LIC wanted one new policy from me so that I can further invest the maturity amount with LIC
    When I refused to deposit maturity amount with LIC, they are harassing to me since last one month for non making the payment on time.

    The customer contacted Branch office, Customer care, IIRDA Insurance departments, but no any action has been initiated by LIC .

    Is this not a corruption in LIC Department and un-necessary harassment to the lic policy holders.

    This is to inform you that LIC is un-necessary harrasing to me in making the maturity amount on time. I am running behind the LIC Branch 11B since last one month and they are regularly harrasing to us.

    on 11th April they have confirmed the following:

    Sir,
    Maturity claim amt. Rs. 218400.00 has been paid wide our cheque no. 0308001 dated 28.03.2013.
    BO-11B

    My residence is hardly 1km from the LIC branch 11B.
    since last 11th April and today is 15th. I think it will further take one month to receive the cheque from LIC

    Is this not a corruption. I will approach to Central vigilance commission and raise the voice against such harrassment by LIC offices to their customers.

    While opening a new account for the policy Holder, your agent speak very honestly about LIC and appreciates about its goodwill. The investors come into the net of LIC and their agents.

    After 30 years, when the policy is matured, the policy holder have to face the problems in getting his hard earned money back again and again visiting branch 8 to 10 times LIC branch office visit,

    I had purchased one policy in the year 1982-83, there was no any information during such years.

    while submitting for accepting the matured policy, I had to run visit branch office almost 6 times for submitting the original policy. There is no positive response to the investors and policy holders when the policy submitted, it was told that the payment will come online into your account.

    Till date I am running behind LIC Laxmi nagar, Radhu palace, Branch 11B due to poor services.
    I think i will get the payment after next 2-3 year.
    LIC policy is same like 30-40 years earlier had. LIC should change its policy and grievances should be removed immedietly. Today is the market of competition among the multinational Life insurance companies service providers.
    I do not think that any illiterate person will get his payment timely from your organisation.

    Reason for non _making of the payment for maturity amount.

    Non receipt of confirmation of payment of my maturity

    I am running behind your LIC for the maturity amount, but there is no any response . Either I will have to give new policy then only I can get the matured amount. Is this not a monopoly or promoting the corruption.
    Is this not the duty of LIC to inform to policy holder and send their customer relation officer to resolve the grievances.
    We as customer have to be face the problems.
    This problems we do not face in opening a new LIC policy.

      hello sir!
      Myself Kapil Vijaykumar Burhade, my father had opened three months premium policy at 17/03/1993 for 20 years at Shrirampur branch, LIC. Policy No.[protected]. i had submitted my original policy, maturity form and bank account detail to Shrirampur branch at 09/03/2013 i.e. before maturity; the date of maturity was 17/03/2013 and since one and half month I've been calling to Shrirampur as well as Ahmednagar branch for policy money but Shrirampur people says that they have sent my form to Ahmednagar and Ahmednagar people says they didn't get it.

      I had no option but this, LIC people don't even bother to answer properly.

          i have a money back policy .my policy no is[protected]....i was due to get a amount of rs 11150/- the due dt was 17mar.....i didnt get any correspondence even thou my full address is mentioned on the policy..after waiting till apr 5th..i enquired reg same by phone i was told to scan my policy and send same along with my bank account no ....same was done immmdtly.....again after waiting for somany days....i sent a mail on mail id [protected]@licindia.com....no reply..nor money is recieved..its very fustrating because i dont get any numbers...and no communication at all..why should i ran from pillar to post to get my money
          which i paid..local office at blr says we hv to contact tambaram branch chennai.

          rq pl look into the matter and help me get my payment.....after this i will never think of buying a lic policy
          imagine after geting old..how much we have to struggle to get our lumpsum money when i cant get a small amount of 11150/- on time...

                  I am RANJIT SHAW residing at 18, Canal Street, Kolkata – 700 067, had a LIC Policy with CBO Branch No. 16 which was supposed to be matured on August 2012. But till date I neither have received any intimation for maturity nor received any proceeds from the LIC.

                  I came to know on visit to LIC office on 12th April 2013 that the aforesaid policy has been matured and encashed by another same name person Mr. Ranjit Shaw under the Bank Account No. [protected] with Park Street Branch of Karnataka Bank, though the above Ranjit Shaw and the respective Bank Account is not belongs to me. The original Policy is still lying with me.

                  Therefore you are requested to take the necessary steps to recover the maturity value.

                  other waise go to grevence redresal section and file your complain and i am sure you will get the papers.incase of loans, and non refund of bonds after repayment of loans etc...you may get help.

                  I want DETAILS of the payments made to me against my 'Survival benifits', and how and where those amounts were dispatched.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have submitted all the required documents at LICI Egra Branch Office on. 02.03.2005 for the above subject. However till date I have not received any communication from your branch office towards above subject. I have intimated the matter to your Howrah Divisional office also but the result is same.

                  I have repeatedly written letters to the branch Manager then Divisional Manager also to the Zonal Manager, Grievance Cell-Kolkata. I received one reply from Zonal Manager stating about scrutiny of the subject during 3rd quarter of the year 2006. After that have repeated sent reminders but no response received.

                  I have become really upset on LICI. All the officers, Managers, Sr. level Managers etc. can not give any solution.

                  My expectation was at least one letter, whether I shall get the benefit or not. If not; then reason for the same.

                  It may please be noted that I have submitted all original documents, e.g. post mortem report, Final police report.

                  I request you to kindly take-up the matter and let me know the status. In case of requirement of any further document other than those are already furnished, may please be informed me.

                    Sub.: Non receipt of Cheque Payment for Rs.9,564/- against Annuity No.48232 vide Policy No. 311218 in June/July 2012

                    With reference to above subject matter, I ,S.M Jolad, had written to you ,Sir, on 18th July, 2012 and till date I have not received any response from your office. I AM NOT SURE IF my letter sent to your E-MAIL ID [protected]@licindia.com is REACHING YOU OR NOT.

                    Once again I would like to kindly request you to look into the matter and help release yearly annuity Payment of Rs.9,564/- due to me.I had also written to you another letter in the 1st week of July, 2012 with regard to the said matter as cited above. But, again, Sir, till date, I have neither received your A/c payee Cheque to my above address Nor ECS payment in my below mentioned registered Corporation Bank in Dharwad.

                      I have a Home loan account # [protected] which I took from LICHFL in Feb 2010 for fixed rate of 9.25% for three years.

                      I have just been come to know that my ROI has been revised by the Bank from 9.25% to 11.90 % and the installment has been increased from 2500 rs and not only this they have increased the time span of the loan from 20 years to 24 years.
                      I visited the branch on 15th April 2013 and spoke to the authorities concerned but they are not ready to listen, they say nothing can be done. I am failing to understand how come the floating rate be 11.90 % this is not as per the market. Even the market rate is not more than 10.50 %.

                      With this I am going ahead to make a complaint to the RBI banking ombudsman officer.

                      I would like the authorities concerned to get back to me and sort out the issue else i am going to seek the legal help and sue the bank and seek legal help from the regulators.

                      LIC Housing Finance Ltd., — Interest on Housing Loan

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This said company has charged at a higher interest rate. My loan is a floating one and whatever current market rate it should be applicable to me also. But when I enquired the reason for higher charge I was told borrowing rate has been increased. If this rate is increased it shuold be applicable to all. However they are showing ad in tv with lower int rate.When inquired they are telling that is for new customers. Sir I have taken the loan just 5 months ago. They are playing with our life and simply expoliting us. They do not have fear of God.

                      Please take some necessary acttion to save the public.

                      i have applied for home loan which was rejected on the ground that my name is listed in CIBIL site. I told them that i have never raised any loan from any bank or any financil institution and due to some mistake my name is reflected in the CIBIL site and they rejected my proposal. After that i tried to contact one executive Mr. Ishant Taneja (Phone No. [protected]) who was dealing my case, who was dealing my case, but he did not picked my phone since then and he put some other executive on line, who told me that Mr. Ishant is busy in the meeting and your file will be returned in a day or two i.e. 6th or 7th March, 2010. . This attitude has started soon after my loan was rejected and he was sure that he won't get any incentive from my proposal. I want to know that is an executive of some DSI or LIC is so busy he did not get time to attend a phone call or call back. Till date i have not received any phone call or my papers.

                      I request you to take necessary action and take necessary action against the said person for his unprofessional attitude.

                            I have availed a housing loan from LIC HFL 04/2010 at 8.9% and the EMI charged was INR 23932.00. I have not defaulted any EMIs till date. In the month of April 2013 I have seen that LIC HFL has not taken the EMI from my ICICI bank. I did cross check this with LIC HFL and the officials confirmed that the EMI was withdrawn from ICICI as they tried to withdary INR 26904.00 as they have raised the interest rate from 8.9 to 11.9 %. I was not even intimated in this regard.
                            Further more they are offering New loans at 9.9 % and the existing customers are being charged 11.9%.
                            I dont understand this logic, why are the existing customers being treated like this?? Is it that we are being punished for taking a loan from LIC HFL??
                            Can all o[censored]s join together and fight this case in the Honorable High Court for Justice.

                            I really do not understand the logic between the different interest rates for old and new customers. If LICHFL is making profit by giving loan to new customers @ 9.9% then this means they are making more money from old customers by charging 11%.
                            Can some one please let me know the fundamental between various interest rates for old and new customers ?????
                            This is the same case with me. I also have availed a housing loan initially from LIC HFL at 8.9% and now they suddenly raised by 11.9 % without any intimation. Strange in this is, 11.9 % only apply for Old customers but for new customers its 9.9%.
                            LIC staff was not having any comments on this when we raised this query, "why this is different rate for new and old customers?".

                            I think let us join together and fight this case in the Honourable High Court for Justice.

                              Sir,
                              I the undersigned, a proposer of lic’s health plus policy to me and my family

                              Members has decided to surrender the policy under stern financial crisis.

                              However, due to non –assistance and some anomaly, i have been unable to

                              Surrender under the below mentioned facts:-



                              I have informed while signing over as proposer to avail plan 901 of
                              Health plus policy as the caption of from no. H1/ppl/1 suggests.
                              But column d of additional particulars for consideration of the proposal
                              Has endorsed plan 902, which is not in correlation of form.

                              While surrendering the policy , i am informed that plan 901 can be surrendered but plan 902 cannot, in case of my consent and the
                              Form’s title. I was assured of plan 901 in my case which should be
                              Considered but unfortunately my policy bond has endorsed of plan902.

                              However, there is neither in plan 901 or plan 902 , it is clearly mentioned that the policy cannot be surrendered either.
                              Lic agent mr. Bijoy kr. Mazumder agent code 26470412, who approached to me had convinced that this policy can be surrendered after a period of 3 years of regular payment.


                              Finally, when headed to surrender the lic policy policy no.[protected],proposal no. 11242,branch c.B.O 5,branch code 416 ,they admitted my surrender and forwarded to the concerned office. Later on, i was informed that surrender error is there while log in and i am astonished neither at the beginning of signing as proposer nor when i approached to surrender at the branch office, any one hints me its non-surrendering facts.



                              Therefore, i think that i was kept in darkness from the very beginning and i request your good office to consider my grievances and redress its having enabled me to surrender the policy health protection plus---policy no. [protected]

                                This is with reference to my LIC Jeevan Anand Policy No.[protected] Dated 28/12/2008, I had to stop paying its premiums as I lost my job in the year 2009 due to recession period and was jobless for a very long time.I had paid my premiums for three quarters for a total sum of Rs.45558, I asked my agent to close the policy as I am unable to pay my premiums but was told that I cant close the policy before three years and to start it again I have to pay all the premiums with interest which was very huge amount which I cant bear it, I want to start my policy and by modifying it to smaller amount comparatively less premium.
                                Please guide me if it can happen that my policy can be started again by modifying my policy premium amount from Rs.60,744 and to Rs.12000.
                                My premium amount Rs.45558 is with LIC which I had paid.Can it be adjusted by modifying the policy from 60,744 annual premium to Rs.12,000
                                Looking forward for a solution to my problem.

                                life insurance of corporation — i lost cheque or money back policy

                                AS I RECIEVED CHEQUE FROM LIC MONEY BACK POLICY FROM INDIRA NAGAR BANGALORE ND I LOST IT WHILE CHANGING MY HOME, NOW IHAVE TO GET HTAT CHEQUE ND CHANGE MY ADDRESS TO NEW ADDRESS, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GET MY CHEQUE ND CHANGE MY ADDRESS, ALREADY IHAVE SHIFTED HOME TO 42O KM FAR AWAY ND IM WORKING THEIR.

                                  I want to remanber you about my husband's death claim..
                                  I have sent you a file as an appeale. and u get it on feb 14, 2013
                                  And After it i have called you at described tetephone at zonal office.
                                  at telephone, someone told me that .........the zone office is in prossiss and and the
                                  " Zonal Office Claim Review Commity will take action within 30 days ............
                                  and as soon as i will get all information through divisional office.

                                  But....
                                  it till now (after one month).......i have nothing any information about my husband's death claim.....
                                  sir,
                                  i m only a mature person in my family and this case is pending since one year.......
                                  i m vary puzzled mantally ......but i get not any result about this........

                                  sir i allready told you that my hsband was fit and healthy and and no ony information is hidden in this case.
                                  at least i have submitted all the doccuments about this claim,

                                  I want to request you to take a fair and quick action at this case.

                                  And please send me information that what is going with this death claim case...

                                  and other side my husbant was policy holder of SBI life insurence........and SBI life insurance have claimed me all the amout as norms science 3 months ago.......but till now LIC dont take any acction at this site......therefore my husband was a well know polyciholder for LIC of india, and he was custmer of lice since 10-12 years.

                                    I have taken home loan from LICHFL and they have issued the cheque directly in favor of builder Nirala Infratech after one week Nirala inform me that cheque issued by LICHFL has been bounce due to signature mismatch, then may times I called to LICHFL regarding the status of this cheque but they did not reply, now the builder is charging interest on me then who will pay that interest.
