I served as LIC Agent since 1994 and I resigned from my Agency [protected]in 2009. I have applied for Gratuity and the same was approved by Zonal Office in February, 2013. Since then I have not received the Gratuity. I have sent many personal reminders and also made personal visits but I have not yet received the Gratuity.
