Sir/ Mam,

I just wish to bring in your kind notice that my brother in law (Late Dinesh Kumar) was met with a road accident in Chandigarh in the month of May 2012 and got expired in the PGI Chandigarh. My Brother in law has taken a Insurance policy on his name from Arvind Insurance Adviser (LIC of India) Trimurti Market, Nadaun. After his death, we have submitted all the required document along with police station document & death certificate to the LIC agent and an inquiry was held from the LIC official in the First week of January 2013. Then they told us that now your all the process is completed and the amount of the claim settlement would be transfer in your account with next 15 days. But now approx one and half month is past, we didn't get any response. We have visited the LIC Branch Office Nadaun &Hamirpur and have a meeting with the branch manager. During our visit they assured us again that your all the process is completed and your file has been forwarded to the head office for payment process and u will get it within next week time or 10 days. But till date we didn't received any amount.

Approx 10 month has been past when the accident held, We have visited the Insurance agent office & LIC office many times, but in vain. Now we are helpless, My sister is a house wife and have two school going kids and its very much difficult for her to take care of them without any source of income. You are requested to kindly look into the case and guide us what we can do else.

    Hi, My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman from Begumpet, Hyderabad. I have applied for a LIC Loan on Feb.8, 2013 with application #[protected]. After 2-3 weeks now the LIC Agent Mr. Swayam Prakash from Kukkapally, Hyderabad has been pressuring to check and provide the details of any other employee from my company Solugenix India Pvt Ltd if they have taken loan as well as provide him with all the profit and loss and other money transaction details of my company, even though he had mentioned earlier that they would contact the concerned person from my company (whose contact details I have already provided) and also had mentioned that they are charging us Rs.5000+ (which got debited from my account 2 weeks ago itself) for valuating our new apartment construction details, verifying all the details about my working for the company etc. Now Mr. Swayam Prakash (+[protected] is calling my builder and saying that unless I provide all the companies profit and loss details (I am just an employee of this company) and other money transaction details, they will not be able to process and sanction loan nor attending my calls any more. I feel that I am being cheated by this person because of the fact that I submitted all the documents he was insisting that we go with HDFC and not with LIC but I felt that it would be better to get loan from LIC, he seems to be giving some excuse of not being able to sanction the loan. He is not even responding to the SMS that I had sent nor called me to inform me the status even though I had sent about 10 days ago once again the scanned copies of the information that he had requested for.

    Please advise as to how I can take this further as I have lost time as well as feel I am being cheated and it is that he is giving me mental torture in this regard.

        Sir, I am taken Home loan from LIC Housing finance. Cheques given for EMI. I am maintinaning Balance 10,000
        But LIC Housing finance 2 EMI's in one cheqe producing. This month also they are given above 10000/- Cheque. My bank given sms that your cheque stopped and 393/- charges collected. If EMI cutting regularly this was not happining. In my account cheque bounce problem also not occured.
        Sir, I am taken Housing Loan from LIC Housing Finance. My file NO: [protected] and [protected].
        I am given cheques for EMI's. I am maintinaning EMI ammount arround 10, 000/- . But they are producing 2 EMI's in one Cheque. In last year december they done like that. In that balance 16000/- present in my account.. this month they have produced 2 EMI's in one cheque. my bank rejected that cheque due to less balance. Balance 9700/-. Acvtual my EMI is 9000/-. Also cheque bonus charges charged by my bank.If every month My EMI recovered this type mistake not arraised.. Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

                Dear Sir,

                With due respect I am to state that I am the policy holder of LIC Jeevan Suraksha Pension Plan Policy no.[protected] which was to be matured on 26/12/2012. I had met the LIC department branch at 11-F, M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049. Prior to mature my Policy, I met Ms. Veena Tyagi (D.A.) of LIC at 11-F at M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049. She told me whether you want pension or surrender the Policy. I opted for the surrender of the Policy. I was also told by the LIC that you need not to pay the final premium of the Policy. If you want to get the surrender money. It was 1 Lac more approximate. I completed the all document and filled the complete form of surrender.

                I deposited all document that is 1) Surrender form 2) NEFT Form 3) Original Policy no.[protected]. 4) Photocopy of Passbook. 5) Cancelled Cheque. These were deposited on 19th November 2012 at 11-F, M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049. Again I visited the at 11-F, M-1 South-Ext. Part-II, New Delhi-110049 and met to Mr. R.K. Bhutt the Branch Manager, Ms. Veena Tyagi (D.A.), Dak officials, They say that your papers are missing and we are not in position to find out them. I have the receipt with Date & Stamp Seal Dated : 19th November 2012. Now LIC Officials say that we are not in position to give your surrender payment.

                I am 100% sure that I had deposited papers belong to Policy with Seal & Stamp Dated; 19th November 2012.

                In view of above fact, I request to your good self that I may please be given my surrender payment at your earliest please because it is no where my fault. I am sending you scan copies of all deposited papers. Kindly find the same in attachments.

                    i have applied for home loan in lic hfl. our procedure has started on 17th of Jan when i got the noc. after repeatedly submitting the required documents n after doing continuous follow up finally they told me ill definitely get the cheque on 31st of January. but afterwards they again demanded some requirements. i submitted the same in one day. again next day they ask me some another requirements. i submitted it on same day. but after every alternate day they did the same think. they asked different requirements. every day i used to visit the branch office with hope that today il definitely get the cheque. yesterday on 12th Feb they told me now they dont have any requirement. n after all these things today on 13th of February they told k they have stopped the cheque payment of lodha people. n the reason is they want to keen some apf number n afterwards il get my cheque. n this procedure is going to take atleast 15 days. that means i m not going to get the cheque for next 15 days. if they should asked the requirements in one time till now i would have got my cheque. i have suffered a lot bcoz of this loan procedure.

                      My company has provided my superannuation amount in the form of annuity from Life Insurance Corporation of INDIA Pension and Group scheme department Bangalore - G501.

                      Date of Vesting - 16/11/2010

                      I just got the premium receipt from my company regarding this. I did not receive the legal document or Original Bond document.When i tried to contact for a legal document regarding this i am not getting proper response. I tried to call to customer care but they are redirecting to other departments and finally no one if answering the call.

                      Please see i get this legal document as early as possible.

                      I saw prompt response when i contacted to the customer care through email. Before mentioning here i tried to customer care by phone for which i am not successfull and had to put a complaint. Now i am happy that they responded for my email.

                        I am planning to buy a new house and for the same I contacted couple of bank for the home loan. The rate of interest of lichfl was showing 10.40 and everybody else was 10.75/11.0%. Mr sanjay assured me this is the best deal/Offer you can get and I should go for it. Lichfl works of lhplr, I gave him a cheque of rs.5515/- Which is encashed last week and I received the sanction letter yesterday which states that 0.40 is the offer rate and after 3months or prior it will be changed to 14.40% - 250bps from the sanction letter "the rate of interest of 10.40% will be applicable for 3 months or next review date as per clause 2.2a of terms and conditions of home loan documentation kit. Thereafter applicable rate will be lhplr minus 305bps." That means immediately they will be start charging 11.65% this should be told before by the executive that ths promotion offer is just for 3 months so the customer can decide before giving money for processing. I know I will not get any refund but I want everybody aware of this. once again beware before chossing LIC housing finance

                          I had made Rs.1 lakh payment towards refund of my Housing loan on 1st Sep 2012 by cheque. LIC HFL told me that since 1st working day, the system is down and hence no receipt was issued to me.

                          On repeated enquiries, I was told that my cheque was not encashed. On 6th Sep, the above cheque was debited to my account. Subsequently I took a copy of my pass book and later I was informed that the cheque was erroneously credited to somebody's account instead of mine.

                          After several trips to my Servicing Branch and Main Branch of the LIC HFL, finally credit was given on 29th Sep instead of 1st Sep.

                          Further, I requested them to change the credit date to 1st Sep, they said that they can't do that, but suggested that Rs.750 credit will be given to me.

                          Till date, nothing has been done.

                          Pl advice as to how to proceed ?

                              hello sir please guide us what to do now?

                              i have purchase 3 policy of LIC, 2 policies are of 5 lac INR and one of 11 lac INR , from dabhoi branch of vadodara from the agent Archana Patel. the agent has submitted 1 - 1 premium of each policies and then she take away all the money given to her for premium payments, in return she us to provide us the letter mentioning that our premium is paid which is printed on lic letter head which she obtain from the other branch whose D.O was her husbands elder brother. I have paid the lic premium for 5 years and finally I realized that she is cheating on me and on many other people like me..

                              now please reply me that what can be done on this? and is it possible that lic will activate my lapsed policies? and if no then who is liable to pay me my money?

                                Myself Prasad Murlidhar Sonawane, LIC Housing Loan accout no[protected].

                                My final disbersment cheque, was dispatched from LIC Pune H.O. in the between 20th-25th Jan 2013 to LIC Pimpri Office, is not delivered to me till date i.e 6th Feb 2013.

                                As I submitted the required document to the agent(Mr. Rohidas) on 10th Jan 2013, 7 normal processing time is 8 to 10 days, hence I promised the builder(Ravi Enterprises) to pay the remaining amount in late January & get the possesion of my flat, also as per the information from my LIC agent(Mr. Rohidas) my cheque was dispatched in January, but not deliverd to me.

                                I have to Pay rent of Rs.5500.00 + electricity bill to my curent Landlord as I did no get the possesion of my flat.

                                I did come to LIC Pimpri office 28th,29,30th,31st of January 2013 to get the cheque, but unfortunately I didn`t.

                                I talked to Mr. Ajit on 5th Feb 2013 & asked about the cheque to which he confirmed that the cheque has been misplaced & you have to came & meet our head.

                                I did went on 6th Feb 2013 did meet Mr. Shyam(Head LIC Pimpri) & asked about the cheque, to which he replied that you will get new cheque on 9th Feb 2013, but we can not pay for the rent which has to be paid.

                                Now I want to know how & who will pay the losses( in terms of house rent which I have paid to my current landlord) to me.

                                Cheque — cheque misplacement

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I had deposited cheque no 660760 of corporation bank in Chanakya puri ICICI branch on 20 /21/1/10 ,the cheque was due on 28/1/2010 for the amount Rs 30350, the cheque has neither been crdited to my account nor returned back to me. I have made number of complaints on phone to your complaint section with no results. I would request you to trace the cheque & credited the amount.

                                The cheque was issued by LIC branch of Janakpuri Delhi with my account no[protected] written on it as such it can not be credited to some other account.

                                    My policy no is[protected].I have applied for a loan and it has been sanctioned on 04/02/10 for an amount of Rs.192500/-and in the sanctioned letter they asked me to pay a broken period interest upto 28/03/10 but again I applied for a loan on Dec-2012 but rate of interest they are charging are not mentioned in the sanctioned letter
                                    and they are not giving any information or intimation for paying the interest as it is becoming burden on me to pay the interest and also they are not giving any breakup of interest which are paid and which are due please help me.

                                      I have taken a loan of Rs. 16,00,000 (12,00,000 + 4,00,000) from LIC HFL in two accounts and my account no.'s are [protected] and [protected] in the year 2008. and i have paid regular installment of both my accounts and now i am in urgent need to require the sanction letter of both my accounts and for this, i have mail so many times to mr. dushyant, the area manager of LIC and in the LIC office also and i made so many calls to the LIC office or to Mr. dushyant, but i have not recieved that document yet and now he is not recieving my phone also. so in last i requested u to provide me the sanction letter of both my accounts.
