I applied for surrender value in respect of our BIMA PLUS BALANCE FUND,against policy NO.[protected] &[protected] on 13/03/2012.Money was sent to respective bank directly.No redemption details was given to us.Money which we receive are much less than NAV value on that date.Also I was told by the concerned LIC branch -1 of BOKARO STEEL CITY that no redemption details are available. While paying the premium for the year 2009 as the cheque got bounced for signature mismatch I was asked to pay in cash and had transfer the money to agent since I was not in town, but the agent holded the payment causing the policy to be lapsed. Non payment of Money Back amount for my policy

I had a policy no.[protected] for which I was issued a cheque for amount of Rs.15300 by cheque no.-507277 as against the money-back, but I did not receive the cheque at my address and when contacted to LIC Katni branch, they could not show any dispatch detail. They gave only the cheque no. and when contacted the branch Manager, Mr.K.P.Jogi twice, he told that he will trace out, but after one week I'm not informed about my missing cheque....
