Dear Sir,I am agent Seema Bajpai in District Branch Lucknow code 7179225. I have taken a ULIP (Money Plus)Policy in the name of my minor son Aakarshan Bajpai.In May 2011 I had surrendered the policy as I needed the money for my son studies.but I was told that the amount has been encashed by me then I asked in accounts to Mr.Shukla he said there is no register so he cant help where the amount is? Then I asked Mr.Sanjay Chatterjee AAO(PROG) he assured that he'll find out then after talking to the head office he told me thats its true that it has been encashed.Then I had no choice except going to the AXIS BANK HEWETT ROAD where LIC was keeping its account. Then I requested the Bank Manager and told him everything so he confirmed with Mr.Sinha then he told me that this cheque was encashed by LIC itself but in the other account the A/C No is [protected] credited on 3.6.2011.(The copy from the bank is with me can be showed when required).Then Iasked Miss Nidhi Singh head of PHS department and told the whole matter she asked for the application and the NEFT form with the cancelled cheque leaf so that the amoun t can be transferred but again when the amount was not received I asked her then she told me that the amoun t has been adjusted in new business then I asked her who gave the authority to LIC then she said that the register in which these details were there is now missing in accounts department and the person who can tell about it i.e. Mr.Shukla accounts head has been transferred so she cannot trace the case. Now the thing is if my son is minorand I was not able to collect the cheque then LIC would have intimated at my residential address if not then they can keep the amount till the time I would have asked for it, but they encashed and also used without my permission and now refusing to give my account please check the whole matter the details are[protected] Money Plus ,Aakarshan Bajpai,amount 47052/,chq No- 0236482 dated 13.5.2011 voucher 2807 dated 13.5.2011. depositedin LIC account AXIS BANK A/C No [protected] Hewett Road Branch. on 3.6.2011Bajpai when I am divorced and in the form when I have mentioned my name in Proposer then how come it changed into his name Please see.
There is one more case my agency was terminated in in 2010 in August so the bonus was given to me and Mr Ansari took the cheque of Rs.6512 saying that this amount was given to me by mistake but when i reinstated my agency then this amunt should be given to me but they have not given the amount of Rs.6512 yet. Now I am a lady and being harrased by this branch. Please see as all Forgery is done here everyone knows but nobody helps here.

Sir, I took policy No.[protected] of Rs. 2.55Lakhs on July 24, 2003 under which annual pension of Rs. 24000 is to be credited to my S/B Acct No.[protected] every August 1,till my life and later the principal amount is to be given to nominee.This year's pension due on July 1,2012 has not been so far credited to my account. I have issued post dated cheques to my creditors and delay in payment of pension by LIC India will embarass me.Kindly look into this and help.As per the system the amount is electronically transmitted and there should not be delay of even a day.AP Srivastava

Describe of complete Pre-Payment of my Home loan LIC Housing Finance is not returning my House Registry papers. Everytime I visit their office they just say "We will provide you in 15 days" and when I again visit them in 15 days I get same answer. They give some lame excuse that it is to be dispatched from Lucknow. It has been over 7 months I have been troubled endlessly.

I have also escalated to their senior management but no use. I am a senior citizen and not in a position to tolerate this kind of behavior from LIC HF employees. Due to this I am not able to sell my House and I have already lost some good deals.

Sir we are facing lots of problem by giving nos. of 500 & 1000 notes in writing for any payment in INSURANCE Companies. Are we criminal?? every time while I m writing notes i feel I m guilty. This is a one method of giving undertaking regularly just criminals have to do. please take action on this.. We are not criminals.

Its very sad that i am writing an complaint against LIC.When some one busy LIC he knows after him his family will take care in terms of money.
But this is not the case of my family. My father took 3 LIC and he expired last year in May 2011 since then his LIC amount is not being paid off. My mother is having an trouble time. The agent is not doing anything just simply saying that its going to be done. I cannot accept this, when it comes to take the premium they took in time but when it come to return the money they are showing colors.
And when my mother warned that agent that we will give a complaint he said you can complaint nothing will happen
Out of 3 LIC's only 1 i paid off till now. Please take some fast action against my complaint as mother dont know much about all these things and that agent is taking advantage of her.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I need to bring it to your notice a very unpleasant, grave and very sad situation that I am facing for the last 11 months after my resignation from my previous employer LIC Of India.
I have worked with LIC of India as Senior Marketing Executive( On Contract basis) for the period 30/03/2010 to 31/07/2011
This was a contractual assignment in Administrative Officer Cadre of LIC Of India, Now I have resigned from LIC and have been relieved on 31/07/2011
But my Provident Fund amount of Rs more than 64000/- is being held up by them and they are not ready to refund it. I have personally met concerned Divisional Officials of Meerut, Zonal Office Kanpur and have written many mails to even LIC Head office Mumbai but every body is just giving me a deaf ear and no body is ready to listen. No body is answering what will happen of my hard earned money.
Sir, I am fed up and frustrated a lot by the system of LIC where an organization is of the intention to guf[censored]p even the PROVIDENT FUND of an Ex-Employee.
Sir, I am finding this situation as very unpleasant, emabarrasing and disgusting where I am in the condition of begging for my hard earned money and someone is holding it like it is of his own

I was looking for an IT statement or Provisional certificate from LIC Housing Finance Ltd to file my Tax Income Tax returns .

The option was there before in http://customer.lichousing.com/
faster few weeks, they removed this option and they did not respond on these changes.

We prefer to download the online version (soft copy) of this Provisonal certificate for an year from the website. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.

This avoids to travel to particular location to collect the same and need not wait to get this document.

We can send this document thru' our emails and can be easily shared to Auditors and can be taken 'n' number of printouts.

I am very sorry to say that one of your bloody agent had done fraud to me and i want help from LIC,if the company can help then it will be very helpful otherwise i am going to file a case against him,i've enough of proof (His residential address as well his Bike number)
with me to do the needful,the mistake from my side was that one of my cheque for installment was cleared late due to govt. holiday (Republic day)
,and Ecs stopped working.this occurred in january,and the agent his name is Mr.Kishorekumar [Branch-IIT,C-29<community centre,phase-1,Naraina Vihar,New Delhi-110028 ].I've paid all my dues to him by hand[Rs.8200] on 10th of March2012,and the mistake from my side was that i had'nt taken reciept of it
. From that day onwards he is not picking up the phone and i am not getting the reply, he is having very frequent visits to his village,going through some personal problems but that is not my headache,I've even talked to one Mr.praveen punia who is development manager at Naraina office,but the response is same,he says he is helpless unless he gets to kishore kumar,My policy number is[protected]Sugeesh.k.g,and[protected]K.G Girish.POLICY NAME-Jeevan Saral, It has been more than four months and i don't want to suffer because of him,so please help and do the needful

I have under Group Gratuity Scheme, Master Policy Number 47987 an annuity number 24552 for Rs.1184/- per month. since July 2011, I have not received any annuity cheque till now. I contacted the department personally at New Delhi, when I was told that the cheque would be deposited in my account directly through NEFT. I submitted the details of my Bank Account along with necessary papers. I again sent one complete set through courier on 21.4.2012. But still there is no reply nor any payment received. Department is not giving any reply.

I have a loan from LIC housing Finance for EMI of Rs. 21333. It is regularly being deducted from my bank account on 11th of every month through ECS (the madate which I have alreday given to LIC Housing Finance).
But in the month of July 2012, it has still not been deducted.
When I approached my bank, SBI, Indirapuram I was told that ECS mandate is proper and it is valid upto April 2020.
When I approached LIHFL I was told it has already been raised on 10th (as usual every month) of July 2012 as such sometimes it takes time and becaused of "it becomes in queue" as such it will be debited in one to three days.
I as a common man perplexed with this situation and I donot know to whom I should approach for this error. What is my right entact with me if LICHFL charges interest on delayed payment.
I have sufficient balance in my bank account as such ECS bouncing due to insufficient fund does not arise.
Kindly help me in this regards
