Sir we are facing lots of problem by giving nos. of 500 & 1000 notes in writing for any payment in INSURANCE Companies. Are we criminal?? every time while I m writing notes i feel I m guilty. This is a one method of giving undertaking regularly just criminals have to do. please take action on this.. We are not criminals.

Hi,
Its very sad that i am writing an complaint against LIC.When some one busy LIC he knows after him his family will take care in terms of money.
But this is not the case of my family. My father took 3 LIC and he expired last year in May 2011 since then his LIC amount is not being paid off. My mother is having an trouble time. The agent is not doing anything just simply saying that its going to be done. I cannot accept this, when it comes to take the premium they took in time but when it come to return the money they are showing colors.
And when my mother warned that agent that we will give a complaint he said you can complaint nothing will happen
Out of 3 LIC's only 1 i paid off till now. Please take some fast action against my complaint as mother dont know much about all these things and that agent is taking advantage of her.

I HAVE ONE MONEY BACK POLICY NO.[protected] IN THE NAME OF HARIHAR SWARUP SRIVASTAVA IN WHICH REFUND IS DUE IN JANUARY 2012 BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD IT.. MY ADVISOR WENT TO LIC OFFICE SECTOR 1 NOIDA MANY TIMES BUT OF NO USE . However I am yet to receive the renewed annuity cheque for the above amount.
Nor I have received any communication from LIC.
What do I do?

Dear Sir/Mam,
I need to bring it to your notice a very unpleasant, grave and very sad situation that I am facing for the last 11 months after my resignation from my previous employer LIC Of India.
I have worked with LIC of India as Senior Marketing Executive( On Contract basis) for the period 30/03/2010 to 31/07/2011
This was a contractual assignment in Administrative Officer Cadre of LIC Of India, Now I have resigned from LIC and have been relieved on 31/07/2011
But my Provident Fund amount of Rs more than 64000/- is being held up by them and they are not ready to refund it. I have personally met concerned Divisional Officials of Meerut, Zonal Office Kanpur and have written many mails to even LIC Head office Mumbai but every body is just giving me a deaf ear and no body is ready to listen. No body is answering what will happen of my hard earned money.
Sir, I am fed up and frustrated a lot by the system of LIC where an organization is of the intention to guf[censored]p even the PROVIDENT FUND of an Ex-Employee.
Sir, I am finding this situation as very unpleasant, emabarrasing and disgusting where I am in the condition of begging for my hard earned money and someone is holding it like it is of his own

I was looking for an IT statement or Provisional certificate from LIC Housing Finance Ltd to file my Tax Income Tax returns .

The option was there before in http://customer.lichousing.com/
faster few weeks, they removed this option and they did not respond on these changes.

We prefer to download the online version (soft copy) of this Provisonal certificate for an year from the website. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.

This avoids to travel to particular location to collect the same and need not wait to get this document.

We can send this document thru' our emails and can be easily shared to Auditors and can be taken 'n' number of printouts.

I am very sorry to say that one of your bloody agent had done fraud to me and i want help from LIC,if the company can help then it will be very helpful otherwise i am going to file a case against him,i've enough of proof (His residential address as well his Bike number)
with me to do the needful,the mistake from my side was that one of my cheque for installment was cleared late due to govt. holiday (Republic day)
,and Ecs stopped working.this occurred in january,and the agent his name is Mr.Kishorekumar [Branch-IIT,C-29<community centre,phase-1,Naraina Vihar,New Delhi-110028 ].I've paid all my dues to him by hand[Rs.8200] on 10th of March2012,and the mistake from my side was that i had'nt taken reciept of it
. From that day onwards he is not picking up the phone and i am not getting the reply, he is having very frequent visits to his village,going through some personal problems but that is not my headache,I've even talked to one Mr.praveen punia who is development manager at Naraina office,but the response is same,he says he is helpless unless he gets to kishore kumar,My policy number is[protected]Sugeesh.k.g,and[protected]K.G Girish.POLICY NAME-Jeevan Saral, It has been more than four months and i don't want to suffer because of him,so please help and do the needful

I have under Group Gratuity Scheme, Master Policy Number 47987 an annuity number 24552 for Rs.1184/- per month. since July 2011, I have not received any annuity cheque till now. I contacted the department personally at New Delhi, when I was told that the cheque would be deposited in my account directly through NEFT. I submitted the details of my Bank Account along with necessary papers. I again sent one complete set through courier on 21.4.2012. But still there is no reply nor any payment received. Department is not giving any reply.

I have a loan from LIC housing Finance for EMI of Rs. 21333. It is regularly being deducted from my bank account on 11th of every month through ECS (the madate which I have alreday given to LIC Housing Finance).
But in the month of July 2012, it has still not been deducted.
When I approached my bank, SBI, Indirapuram I was told that ECS mandate is proper and it is valid upto April 2020.
When I approached LIHFL I was told it has already been raised on 10th (as usual every month) of July 2012 as such sometimes it takes time and becaused of "it becomes in queue" as such it will be debited in one to three days.
I as a common man perplexed with this situation and I donot know to whom I should approach for this error. What is my right entact with me if LICHFL charges interest on delayed payment.
I have sufficient balance in my bank account as such ECS bouncing due to insufficient fund does not arise.
Kindly help me in this regards

i was surrender my policy no[protected],[protected] and[protected] all documentation had been complete on last month 06/06/2012 on the branch .as per branch official including branch manager all formality will be complete within one week and cheque will be done. but i have not received the cheque till the date.The behavior of agent and other official is not co-oprative.
Therefore i request to you please do necessary action and arrange the payment.I am highly oblige for this kind considration.

my father had a policy no[protected] but he was died in an accident while returning from the office,after that we have applied for the death benefit amount,but now they are saying only because we paid the premium amount lately after 3 months 9 days later of the due date of premium amount,this is not a valid reason to tell us,anyhow we want our money,if we paid the premium amount lately then definitely my father would have paid the premium amount with the fine amount,please help me out from this rediculous matter and to get my money as soon as possible or else i will take further action against lic india pvt ltd.

This is Nikhil Shah,
I had applied for loan from LIC housing finance, I also got the sanction letter for loan amount of 17,00,000 Rs.

I paid 1800 Rs. as a application fees
Rs. 3500 as notary charges
Rs 28000 as Processing Fees.
2 days before the disbursement of loan I was told that my my loan cannot bt processed.

If loan cannot be processed, I shall be getting back Rs.28000 which I paid towards the processing charges.
Branch manager refused to meet me several times.
Kindly look into the matter to avoid legal actions

I have the honor to bring your kind attention that my father have a LIC policy which no is[protected] and yearly installment is 32190/- the policy taken from chandausi now bhimnagar district,utter pradesh.the policy is under maturity and maturity date on 28/012/2013,My mother Mrs tasviran bano is nominy in the policy.

My father was sub inspecter in utter pradesh police and was murdered by unnone criminal on 10th may 2009,the case is under investigation by the police..

as per rules and regulation policy amount is Rs 3,00,000/-

In the accidental claim for this policy is Rs 10,00,000/- (rupee ten lac only).

Now I want to withdraw the policy .....

please look into the matter and help me to arrange all benefit including accidental claims...

Sub: Complain regarding harassment to public

Dear Sir,

I, Mr. Vinod M Makwana, have been working as Assist. Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department since 19/02/2011 at Government Engineering College, Bhuj. One office is provided to pay premium of LIC in bhuj in Kutch (Gujarat) and it’s branch office code is 821. One rule made by this branch office that each person has to be write the policy number on Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1000/- currency note during paying of premium in your office.

What’s important that public is not manufacturing any currency note. It is made by RBI, India. People have trust on Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1000/- note because that are given by ATM of all bank in India. It’s not our responsibility that currency note is wrong or true. A person who taking premium in your office has a responsibility to check this not whether it is corrects or duplicate. Better solution is that this office must have a machine that checks a currency note whether it is duplicate or not.
What is the drawback by this formula written below?
1. Each person take time of minimum 3 minutes to write the policy number on currency note of Rs. 500 and 1000.
2. Currency note will damage in future.
3. It takes too much time hence it create crowd of people and do fighting to pay premium.
4. Only few people can pay a premium in whole day because of your this worth idea.
