I had a policy no.[protected] for which I was issued a cheque for amount of Rs.15300 by cheque no.-507277 as against the money-back, but I did not receive the cheque at my address and when contacted to LIC Katni branch, they could not show any dispatch detail. They gave only the cheque no. and when contacted the branch Manager, Mr.K.P.Jogi twice, he told that he will trace out, but after one week I'm not informed about my missing cheque. I also lodged my complaint in writing through e-mail. Now I've changed my location and also informed them my present address and contact no. via e-mail. Please do needful to solve my problem.

I have not received my Annuity payment from LIC of India, Satna/ Bhopal against my Policy no.[protected]. I am 65 years old Senior Citizen-

Hi,

I have applied for a housing loan with LIC Housing in Jan 2012 and when I started the process they today me it will take 7 days to disperse the loan. I had requested for a loan of 20Lacs for construction where in the building is already 60% complete.
With in the first two week it self all the formalities were completed like inspection, documentation etc and the sanction letter was released. Following which I submitted my originals and the same were verified and accepted.

When the Original property documents were accepted they said in the next 2-3 days you should receive the cheque.

But now it is more than 3 weeks not sure what is happening with some stupid reasons they are not releasing the funds.

Another surprising thing is even if you want to do every thing on your own; you are forced to go through the agent; who has hardly any knowledge of the process. As such we don't get to talk to any one in LIC directly.

I am badly stuck here and not sure what do; so thought let me see on the web if I can get some email id where I can post my problem to LIC; and found this site.

I had taken a loan from LIC Housing Finance in Apr1999 for a period of 15 years. I paid my installments religiously and never defaulted. I managed to pay back the entire loan in Jun'08. However, i am yet to receive my original deed and original LIC Policy Certificates against which i got the said loan. the reason stated by LIC is that i have to furnish the bank statement showing that the last 12 cheques that i gave as monthly installment...

I have a LIC policy for which I had to receive a cheque for Rs.15300.00 against money back amount for my policy no.-S[protected] in Dec.2011, but still I've not received the same. When I approached the LIC branch at Katni, they gave me the cheque no.-507277 issued in Dec.2011 for the same, but when asked about the mode of delivery, they could not answer satisfatorily. I also talked twice to Mr.K.P.Jogi on his mob.no.-[protected], but he was also not taking interest and unable to track my cheque. Dear Sir

I have taken the housing loan in LIC HFL in the year 2009. I am the second owner to my Flat and i bought it from LIC HFL existing customer only and i took over the loan from LIC HFL because of the LIC people are saying that if you are taking loan from the same concern the process would be simple and immediatly loan will be sactioned.

According to that i have applied in LIC HFL and took over the loan as well.

Now the problem is i have approched and requested from LIC that i needed one set of document xerox copy But they are refusing to give the set of document and they are saying that if you need we can give only list of document.

i am planning to sell my flat and from the begining they are not giving set of document.

i asked the LIC people that i am the owner of the property if i ask you supposed to give the document xerox copy and whatever charges to collect i am ready tom pay it.

Moreover i am not having any document which they are not given earlier and they are saying that all document in locker we can't take it.

if you want fully close the loan then we will take and give to you.

any how i am going to close the loan now the buyer asking the xerox copy to check the legal verification for that i needed xerox copy then only i can sell the property.

kindly assit to get the document xerox copy to sell my property and to settle the loan from LIC .

I SHOCKED.. AND THE THIS POSITION ON THIS LEVAL YOU ARE APPOINTED THE PERSON. WE ARE EDUCATED PERSON TO WHOM THE BRANCH MANAGER BEHAVE THEN WHAT ABOUT THE NON EDUCATED?

receiving my pension under the super innovation scheme.

The last received cheque was till January 2012, after which i have not
received my pension.

I have been trying to contact you using the phone numbers provided on
the letters received from your department, but no one picks up the
phone.

As per the letter received from LIC dt:03/12/2011 which required and
existence certificate, i have already posted you the following
documents dated: 14 December 2011
a) existence certificate
b)electronic mode application form.
c) photo copy of the first page of the bank passbook
I have used Indian post speed post system the receipt of which is also
attached to the mail for your reference.additionally copy of above
documents is also attached.

I have not received the cheques or the electronic transfer as was
supposed to be done.

It is difficult for me to travel till Delhi to sort out the issue.
therefore i will request you if you could resolve the matter and
resume my pension. also please do reply back if any other documents is
required further.

Expected 1st money back after 4 years (as on 28.05.2011) is : Rs.30,000/-
Unfortunately LIC(India) issued cheque of Rs.28,834/- instead of Rs.30,000/-
Reason shown for deduction due to gap premium of Rs.1,166/-for Jan’2008 vide Divisional Manager’s letter dated-23.05.11
As per employers (South Eastern Railway, Kolkata) record that bulk premium amount of Rs.1,41,330/- was paid to LIC(India) vide Cheque No. – 998745 dated 23.01.2008. In which premium amount of Rs.1166/- for the month of Jan’2008 against policy No.[protected] was included.
In view of the above it is requested to take necessary action towards pay the difference amount of Rs.1,166/- as early as possible by rectification of the monthly premium data for the policy no.[protected].

I am writing to complain about the conduct of LIC of India in handling serious charges fraud and harassment Case registered against them for selling life insurance policy with fake details by their agent Ms. Swati Arora followed by constant harassment both by the company and the agent ever since the case have been highlighted.

Details of case is as follows
First handwritten and email illustration (copy enclosed) at the time of giving policies states
Premium Amount = Rs 10286 per month
Total premium = 740592
Maturity Amount Shown= Rs 1206000
Tenure 6 Years
Bonus @ Rs 60/1000
FAB and Loyalty Bonus are also payable at maturity

Second illustration after complaint on 17th November
Maturity Amount Shown = Rs 729600
Bonus = Rs 34 per thousand
Final Addition Bonus and Loyalty Bonus are NOT showen as benefit in this.

We are folllowing up with LIC on the same but they are more willing to save the agent and not the conusmers.

What can be done into this.

Dear Sir,
I Rumpa Das w/o N.K Kalyan Das has been taken a money back policy plan from LIC of India. My Insurance policy No[protected] Table & Term No 075/20 has been taken on 22 Jan 2007. Cheque No 577076 dt 22 Jan 2012 for sum of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) received from LIC of India as a Bonus Cheque of my policy. The same has been deposited in my account but the bankers returned the cheque due to funds insufficient in PNB account No [protected] of LIC of India which is mentioned on the cheque.
