after all its come to know that it was problem from your division. but mrs. khushlani misbehave & misgaid to me .

Dear sir,

Last 2 Months back I have applied for the Personal Loan & submitted all the required documents, After the loan sanctioned they have asked me for some more documents & I have submitted as they asked for me.

But still now they have not given me a check after regular follow-up to them, Either they are telling will do in 2 days, & these 2 days are not finishing from last one & half month,

They are telling some thing about the OD file that have not come from the Head Office, So I Tried to ask to the Pune Head office but no one is picking the phone or the phone is engaged at every time.

Please Help in this regards

If I don't get the loan with in 2 days I may loss many things

I am facing financial constraints due to non payment of the pension.I am a retired employee. Will you directly take up the matter with LIC? Dear Friends,

I am writing here just to make all my dear friends aware of the ground reality of LIC Housing Finance Ltd. I applied for the loan (the worst decision ever taken by me) in LIC HFL through an agent Sunil Sharma [protected] (Asaf Ali Road Area Office) after seeing his number on SRS Residency website. Initially he responded promptly and got collected my documents immediately along with the sanction fees cheques. The Agent commited me of 85% of loan on property value and accrodingly i purchased property in faridabad and made advance payment to the seller.
I got the sanction after 20 days and they asked for the 1% sanction fee of sanction amount which is highest in the market. According to them the sanction fee calculation came to 27000 + S. Tax. I bargained with them and escaped with 11000 + S tax.
Now, after regular follow ups and personal visits to their asaf ali road office, i wasn't seeing any hope of disbursement and I was under pressure to pay the balance amount to the seller.
Sunil Sharma started ignoring my calls. Then I had to go to their office and they used to asked me to sit in their office for long hours giving me some hopes that the disbursement is in process. After 40 - 45 days, when i asked them to either give me loan amount cheques or my documents back. They told me that the loan will be disbursed @ 75 % of the property agreement value. I was shocked at that point of time as I was under tremendous pressure from seller for balance payment.
Finally i agreed on 75% and asked them to get the loan disbursed. They called me in their office continuously for 3 days, made me sit in their office whole day and assured me that cheque will be ready in couple of days.
After couple of days, Sunil Sharma's team member called me up and informed me that my loan can not be disbursed and you can get your documents back. The behaviour of these LIC guys are so rude that, anyone will feel that they have come here as beggers and begging for the loan. The Area Manager Rekha Rani herself is so rude that, I never seen that lady talking with customers patiently, she always use to shout on the customers as if she is giving the loan from her pocket as a beg or donation.
When I approached the LIC area manager for my original documents, they people called me thrice for handing over the documents. Luckily, i got my documents back and came to know the reason for non disbursement. Sunil Sharma (Agent) had tempered my original property documents (agreement to sell) and made forged signature of mine and the seller. Anyone can notice that the signatures are forged and documents are tempered.
Finally I applied in HDFC and got the sanction in just 10 days and disbursement in next 5 days. Only in 15 days, everything was done and that too hassle free just in one visit, comparing to LIC asked me 12 times to their asf ali road office, as if we were free people.
After 70 days of mental, physical and fiancial torture by these LIC people, now I am relieved by HDFC just in 15 days.
I am sharing my experience with all of you, so that you should not bear the same torture.

Stay away from LIC HFL and Stay Happy..!!!!

The staff of LIC of india Mt. Pradip Parab staying now at Shripal bharti Bldg. No.1, C-10 unitechwest end is doing much harrasement and misbhavior with the customer to have the policy from them. Everythings are coming out now because he has purchsed this flat at shripalbharti. He is taking double premium amounts from the customer saying benefits arrangements are specialy done by LIC of India now for customer. He has started earning money from the customer.

we reqeuest LIC of india a india's best insurance company to have a band on such employee to stop our harrasement.

we appreciate if you do so to save our Policies with you.

My self Nand Kishor (An LIC Agent Lic.No.02546 11U). I had been purchased 3 policies before some time. All three policies are registered in LIC for view/print and to view status only. Policies are:[protected] Rs. 5018/-

[protected] Rs. 767/- out of above three policies last Policy No.[protected] is registered only. Other two policies are also registered, but I had forgot user id and password of these Policies[protected] &[protected]. Please help me to provide user id and password of these policies.

It was long story that we have decided to approch LIC home finance OMR branch chennai. Being impressed by the Low interst rate, I approached this office on March,2012. In Tamil we say 'AAAPPU" ( Big Tunnel). I bought AAPPU at my own cost. You can go this branch and if you meet agent kamalakannan, then u can count your end of days. He will smile and look at your eyes closely while talking and judge us in in 10 Min.
He gave list of documents and if you submit again he will ask for same list of documents. He will find all the possiblities of your negative points( though it is positive one). He will also tell he cleard all the negative point with his own risk. i got irritatted when he say my land documents are missing, and he corrected it. He will promise that you will get sanction letter within this week. He repeatedly say this word for 3 months. :).

After heavy fighting i got sanction letter. where the tenor and loantype ( fixed or floating) is automatically filled by him without consulting us. if any changes , if you pay 10000 he will fix it. :)

Climax is , when i asked for payment he informed that i will get only 8% initially that is 8 laksh where i have to give 6 lakhs to land loan. He ordered us to pay 1% of loan amount so that he will release the payment of 20% immediately (AFTER 3 months).

i complained to manager NANDHINI,but she scolded him ( Kamalakkannan) not to disturb her further .. everything should be closed within him. The agent (kamalakannan) also told us manager is dummy-like. nothing will work out.

SO IT PEOPLES who are working in OMR , Chennai. Please dont go this LIC home finance for home loan.

They will pay you when you ALMOST DEAD.

Sir i am vignesh kumar, having insurance policy number[protected] which is New bima Gold ploicy table (179), i am paying monthly premium of 1482 dedcutible from my salary, in the last yr 2011, due to the change of job, from april 2011, i am unable to pay the monthly due,. the money back is due on october 2011 which is INR 50000 after consuting with my LIC agent, if i paid the remaining pending amount 0f 13500, the money back amount will be credited to my account, So i paid the remaining amount, the cheque has been given from the LIC is 18800 INR,, After checking with the LIC agent, he said the policy had been surrendered, due to payment has been done upto, April 2011, so i will get only the surrender value. Even i though i paid for fully 3 and half years, the total premium paid will be more than INR 60000, but the surrendar value i got the nearly 30% of the amount, i dont know how the LIC people doing calculation, please suggest me to get the amount i paid, at present i am out of INDIA too, Is there possible to get the premium receipts for my policy number ? for verifications

It is intimated that monthly premium installment in respect of myself(Shri Achintya Roy) holding the policy No.[protected] is being forwarded regularly by my office along with the premium installment of other employees of SQAE(A) & LPR Khamaria w.e.f April’2007 as per your letter No. NB/KD-55/SB dated 08/03/2007 . On Feb’2010 after completion of 05 years, I should get money back of amount Rs 5000/- but it has not been forwarded till date because my premium for the month of April’07 to Aug’07 has not reached at your office. The above information only intimated when I personally reached at your good office on 16/04/12. I showed dealing madam my pay slip where the amount had deducted for the aforesaid month but she denied and advised me to sumit office certificate. It is not understood why the above query is raised at this stage. My office also intimated that and showed me that all the amount has been forwarded through check along with other employees for the aforesaid months. It seems that due to negligency of your staff they had not made entry as my name was included 1st time in the office invoice and harassing me.
