Hi,

I have applied for a housing loan with LIC Housing in Jan 2012 and when I started the process they today me it will take 7 days to disperse the loan. I had requested for a loan of 20Lacs for construction where in the building is already 60% complete.
With in the first two week it self all the formalities were completed like inspection, documentation etc and the sanction letter was released. Following which I submitted...

I had taken a loan from LIC Housing Finance in Apr1999 for a period of 15 years. I paid my installments religiously and never defaulted. I managed to pay back the entire loan in Jun'08. However, i am yet to receive my original deed and original LIC Policy Certificates against which i got the said loan. the reason stated by LIC is that i have to furnish the bank statement showing that the last 12 cheques that i gave as monthly installment...

I have a LIC policy for which I had to receive a cheque for Rs.15300.00 against money back amount for my policy no.-S[protected] in Dec.2011, but still I've not received the same.
