Hi All,

LIC HFL has provided me a Sanction Letter for Rs 4400000 and has already release amount of 3689000. When i called and requested to release remaining amount, Since i am looking for my FLAT registration by last week of this Month.

Now they are saying, I am only eligible for 4000000 can some one guide/help me on my action item now.

I anju arya recieved a cheque no.545233 dated 22/5/2012 of rupees 8,40,000(eight lacks forty thousand only) from LIC housing finance ltd. on the behalf of Prabha Rastogi. i recieved cheque because i sold my property to her. but the cheque received contains error in figures and words.I approached the concerned officer in lic,meerut office but he is not listening to me. please take neccesary action immediately.

2. The complaint is being lodged under Section 18 of the Consumers Protection Act, 1985 that the said agent Mr. Sukhwinder Chaukaria R/o Shaheed Udham Singh Nagar, Bhanoki Road, Phagwara played gimmicks with the consumer Miss Pooja Rani and her mother Smt. Sudha Rani as he collected Rs 1,632=00 (Rs One thousand six hundred thirty two only) from the consumers and after repeated rounds failed to provide the receipt of the amount deposited.
3. From the last one year the consumer has not got any correspondence from the LIC office and on repeated visits to the said agent he again insist to pay him Rs 1632 but fail to provide any documentary evidences of deposits made to LIC of India.
4. That the consumer has already paid Premium of the amount payable but LIC has failed to provide receipt till date to her.
5. That no intimation till date has been provided by LIC of India to the consumer regarding payment and due in her account.
RELIEF SOUGHT:
1. The consumer kindly be provided receipt of the amount deposited so far.
2. Details about the amount due kindly be provided to the consumer.

Hi,
I live in Sydney but my origian is Guntur. I have been working in Sydney for almost 2 years. I would like to buy a home in Guntur so I applied for housing loan in LIC. My loan has been rejected saying I didn't studied Btech. I really shocked when I heard it. so that means only B Tech studies people are the only one who should stay in this world none of others.

Does education really matter to get housing loan ?

What should I do now ?

i have taken loan of 20 Lacs from LIC Kasturba gandhi marg. My loan account no. is[protected].

My last data of payment to builder has already gone. in spite of so many followups, i have not been able to receive my cheque.

For 15 days, LIC KG marg keep on telling that they have not received the papers. After so many follow ups, finally they manage to locate the papers and after processing , they send to asif ali office. now i am waiting for my cheque to be deliverd.

Irony is that, no body in any office of LIC housing fiannce, pick up the phone. where to contact.

There is some manager gurjeet, her phone is never picked up.

i do not know what kind of rubbish company is this. These LIC officers should be kicked out , only then they will come to know the reality.

I took housing loan from LIC HFL Haldwani on 3/9/2007 A/C N[protected]Appl.No 455590 after completion of the home I applied for additional loan for fencing on dated 3 /1 /2009 paying Rs1123/ through cheq no 26601and again on dated 15 / 4 / 2009 paying Rs 1103 /- through cheque no 26606 but unfortunately they turn-down my application without returning the above mentioned amount. When i approached Bank of Baroda to full-fill my need and got my loan transfer d .LIC HFL charged me heavy pre- closer charges .kindly look into the matter and make them refund unlawful amount charged by them

1. Self was working with INDIAN AIRLINES ( now AIR INDIA) regional office Chennai and retired on 30th Sep 2009. At that time I was given the temporary address for communication and annuity disposal. Later I shifted to my permanent address shown as above. Due to the dislocation, I was not getting my annuity amount supposed to get as quarterly Rs 2707, for the period :
a.30/12/2009 b. 30/03/2010 c. 30/06/2010 d. 30/09/2010 e. 30/12/2010
f. 30/03/2011 g. 30/06/2011
2 .Here after you can deposit the annuity directly to my SBI a/c No: [protected] . The form “ OPTION FOR ANNUITY PAYMENT BY NEFT” duly filled with bank check photo copy( with IFSC code) is also enclosed.
3.So far my pending annuity (from January 2010 to 2011) of the policy number mentioned above has not been cleared from your office.
4. I personally visited your office on November last week of 2011. At that time your office told me that all my previous letter has received and they were doing all paper works on my account number and stale annuity pending with my name.
5. So far I did not received any letter or intimation regarding my PPF pending annuity so far .But i am receiving my quarterly annuity from October 2011. Please look into the matter and intimate me the present position .

i have took housing loan and for monthly payment i have completed all the required formalities regarding ECS mandate.
Mr. Sumnesh (LIC agent) assured me about that and told me that from 10th of April a fixed amount of money will be automatically deducted from my account. i have sufficient amount in my account, but than i got a letter from them i.e. Non payment of dues.
it happend because of their technical fault i have repyed for their letter but still didn't get any response from LIC- HFL.Its just an example of its irresponsible attitude and improper service. So please help me out.

I have complained to concern person but do not positive response still now from LIC and my complaint as below :

I have Two polices of LIC and for pay the premium every time I go to Nadiad branch (Near – PARAS Theater) when it is due. I faced some problems every time and till it is not resolve for me; also I came to your Naiad branch on Saturday morning (Dated 12.05.2012) and facing some regular harassment.
1. Every time for paying a premium for policy which I taken from Viramgam Branch, it is not done in a single attempt because of no Network connection. After waiting in raw for half an hour when there is not payable of the premium because of no network it is very desirable and for the paying premium I am attend regular for two or three days then it was correctly done. So sir please takes up the matter from which service you got the internet service because for that your valuable customers is suffered only for that reason and your ground staff is refuge from their responsibility after giving answer that “Network not available”. Also this problem I was faced on Saturday 12.05.2012 recently now.
2. From last two or three times at the time of paying the premium I have not received acknowledgement letter .When I was complained about this on 12.05.2012 to the PS department head at Nadiad branch (PARAS) they are unanswerable (Give irresponsible answer) about this, So kindly give me your gentle instruction where I should go?, to resolve this my problem.
3. I have received letter from LIC to fill up the form for direct fund transfer to my bank account. So I went to Nadiad Paras branch(PS Department) on Saturday 12.05.2012, to submit this form after filled up (Mr.Tadvi – The form receiver),after waiting for one hour they told me that it is not receivable by this office ! ( sir give me information where I go for submit this form?). After that I was gone to the PS dept. Head and they received that form and give me instruction to come after two or three days for inquiry.

I retired on 30 Apr 2007 From Vijay Vallab School, Bhavanipet, Pune on attaining superannuation. My DOB is 27Apr 1949.
All Documentation were completed and a SB Ac opened at SBI Golibar Maidasn Pune as required. (Ac No.[protected]. All Particulars were sent Promptly. In response I was asked to send Life certifiate by LIC IPP Cell Western Zonal Office, JB Marg, Mumbai-400021 vide their letter Ref No. IPP/MUMBAI ZO/E-CETIFICATE/161/Jun09/05315 dated 11/02/2009. This was promptly sent on 05/03/2009 by registerd post. Since nothing materialized till Feb 2012 , another application showing all details along with fresh 'Life Certificate'was sent was sent again by Regd Post on 21/02/2012 to the same office (Ack Slip dated 01/03/2012 received from IPP cell. I have still not received any remittance in my pension Ac or received any communication from them (ie LIC IPP Cell West Zone Office, Yogakshema, Ground floor, West Wing , JB Marg, Mumbai-400021).

lic's profit plus policy no[protected] current status of v s suresh

Hi,

I am Nikhil Chaitanya I have enrolled for the LIC policy Jeevan Ankur under Monthly ECS. Last month on[protected] the LIC ECS amount of Rs.2643.00 was deducted from. this month on[protected] the amount changed to 2682.00 and the ECS was bounced. I enquired about the difference between the 2 months ECS amount to the LIC officer ( i dont know the Name of the LIC officer since My LIC agent connected me to him thru his phone). The LIC officer was unable to explain the cause for this difference in the ECS. now they are asking me for late fee charges and ECS bounce charges.

I strongly believe that this is not my fault since there is no intimation from LIC for any change in ECS amount.
