Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] Complaints & Reviews

I superannuated from Foster Wheeler India Pvt Ltd, Chennai and my super annuation fund was with LIC.
I opted to receive annuity and I was to receive payment of my first annuity of LIC P&GS on 16 Feb 2012.
LIC P&GS, Chennai asked me to submit bank details which I submitted (in Nov 2011 by speed post) as follows:

I was trying to get the loan statement and creating an ID but not able to create the the same due to some technical problems in LIC web site.

Any how, I need the Loan statement for this financial year to submit in office for tax benifit.
