Sir/Madam,

I have avail home loan from your Guwahati branch with Loan Account No:[protected]Application No:[protected]).Last 02 (two) months I am facing problem with ECS.I have given the ECS mandate form ICICI BANK LTD, Gauwahati Branch.

ECS did not get debited due date 10th Aug'2016, I have enquired with bank and they said that they did not receive any ECS request from LICHFL. I then enquired in LICHFL office here at Guwahati and they showed me my loan account is not any defolt & EMI amount Rs.26388.00 debited my suspense account. Same thing happen last month also due date 10th September, 2016.

I again went to LICHFL and ECS facility will not be possible for month of October, 2016. At that point of time I have already given cheque from October, 2016 to March, 2017(For 06th Months) as per your advice.

Because of the mistake from LICHFL officials (may be from your branch or Main branch), . I request you to kindly look in to this immediately so that the same will not be repeated next month.

3months ago my policy bonus have matured, the hard copy details was already send to the branch office but no feed back had come from your end.Till now I have not got my matured money or any response. The details of my policy is already given below.

LIC home finance — Delay of cheques

Hi All,

Don’t take Home loan from LIC Home Finance as it delay lots for the dispatch of cheques. Employees are not responding properly to customers.

My cheque is recieved at 12pm today. but still i cosnfused that why my cheque is delayed. And also,
i recieved wrong amount of EMI. In sactioned letter it is 7869/- for Rs.700000/- for 15years. but it is 7887/- after disbursment. how it is ?

Satish Kumar Anmole here . I have Housing Loan at your branch with Account No. [protected].
Today I have tried to get my repay certificate through my online login(i.e. satish_anmole) for last financial year 2011-12 but it is just showing blank values in Actual Certificate.

Can you please send me a soft copy of the repay certificate for financial year 2011-12 for above account no. [protected] so I can go ahead and mention it while submitting my IT return.

i had done online payment for my premium of a rs 3517, but premium paid reciept is yet to be generated,

NIRMAIL SINGH SANDHU(P) by using my ICICI bank credit viza card 4477xxxxxxxx9012 on line
but no receipt issue or no number is generated. Whereas I got the message from ICICI bank that the above
amount has been paid to LIC by debiting my credit card. Kindly issue me the receipt and intimate me
on m y mobile no. [protected] and also forward the receipt of the above payment to my email address

My above policy was matured on 01.04.2012 and I had sbmitted all the papers reqired by your Primer Chamber Branch, Alkapuri, Vadodara on 12.03.2012. Today I have not received the payment, I Visit your Branch on 05.04.2012 & Telephonic Talk with claim department on 06.04.201, she said our computer system not working so we are enable to see your compliant. She was not concert reply with us.

In Past, I had also similar problem in my money back policy benefit, I had not received any benefit in time. But I had go to your Primer Chamber Branch & then by they are dispatch our cheque Late payment within 15-20 days. I got my payment of LIC with lot of difficlty and hard work. Your Branch staff is not working & Answer properly.

I hope, You are consider my problem immediately & short out.

Please Reply your disciplinary action on staff.

You should have checked policy details before investing. This is ULIP so it is linked with stockmarket.
I am assuming that you have paid 3 premiums worth 5000 for 3 years .Now first of all give an application to your LIC branch that you don't want to pay further premium. Wait for the stock market to go above 20000 then you will get your money back.
