    Sir, I have paid the last due premium in respect of LIC Profit plus through during the month of Dec 2011 which was due for Jan 2012.The cheeque was cleared in my account.My policy No is[protected]. In this connection i have not received the concerened receipt of payment. Is the duty of the Branch to send the receipt like primium notice ?Pl help me to send the same from the Branch (poonamalli /chennai.)

      REGARDING WITH THE ABOVE REFERANCE I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY YOU THAT MY BORHTER HAS EXPIRED ON[protected]. DUE TO NON AVAILABLE THE DETAILS OF POLICY WE HAD NOT CLAIMED FOR THE SAME. I SHOCKED.. AND THE THIS POSITION ON THIS LEVAL YOU ARE APPOINTED THE PERSON. WE ARE EDUCATED PERSON TO WHOM THE BRANCH MANAGER BEHAVE THEN WHAT ABOUT THE NON EDUCATED?

        Please note the I, Ghanshyam Bhardwaj, (R/O Vill: Nauri , P.O.
        Bhadiyarkhar , Teh: Baijnath, Distt: Kangra ,H.P.), have been
        receiving my pension under the super innovation scheme.
        Master Policy No: 46128; Annuity No : 15382.
        The last received cheque was till January 2012, after which i have not
        received my pension.

        I have been trying to contact you using the phone numbers provided on
        the letters received from your department, but no one picks up the
        phone.

        As per the letter received from LIC dt:03/12/2011 which required and
        existence certificate, i have already posted you the following
        documents dated: 14 December 2011
        a) existence certificate
        b)electronic mode application form.
        c) photo copy of the first page of the bank passbook
        I have used Indian post speed post system the receipt of which is also
        attached to the mail for your reference.additionally copy of above
        documents is also attached.

        I have not received the cheques or the electronic transfer as was
        supposed to be done.

        It is difficult for me to travel till Delhi to sort out the issue.
        therefore i will request you if you could resolve the matter and
        resume my pension. also please do reply back if any other documents is
        required further.

          Sum assured : Rs.2,00,000/-
          Plan : New Bima Gold(T.No.179), 4 years money back policy
          Policy Term : 16 years
          Monthly Premium amount : Rs 1166/- through monthly salary from South Eastern Railway, Kolkata-43
          Expected 1st money back after 4 years (as on 28.05.2011) is : Rs.30,000/-
          Unfortunately LIC(India) issued cheque of Rs.28,834/- instead of Rs.30,000/-
          Reason shown for deduction due to gap premium of Rs.1,166/-for Jan’2008 vide Divisional Manager’s letter dated-23.05.11
          As per employers (South Eastern Railway, Kolkata) record that bulk premium amount of Rs.1,41,330/- was paid to LIC(India) vide Cheque No. – 998745 dated 23.01.2008. In which premium amount of Rs.1166/- for the month of Jan’2008 against policy No.[protected] was included.
          In view of the above it is requested to take necessary action towards pay the difference amount of Rs.1,166/- as early as possible by rectification of the monthly premium data for the policy no.[protected].

            I am writing to complain about the conduct of LIC of India in handling serious charges fraud and harassment Case registered against them for selling life insurance policy with fake details by their agent Ms. Swati Arora followed by constant harassment both by the company and the agent ever since the case have been highlighted.

            Details of case is as follows
            First handwritten and email illustration (copy enclosed) at the time of giving policies states
            Premium Amount = Rs 10286 per month
            Total premium = 740592
            Maturity Amount Shown= Rs 1206000
            Tenure 6 Years
            Bonus @ Rs 60/1000
            FAB and Loyalty Bonus are also payable at maturity

            Second illustration after complaint on 17th November
            Maturity Amount Shown = Rs 729600
            Bonus = Rs 34 per thousand
            Final Addition Bonus and Loyalty Bonus are NOT showen as benefit in this.

            We are folllowing up with LIC on the same but they are more willing to save the agent and not the conusmers.

            What can be done into this.

              I Rumpa Das w/o N.K Kalyan Das has been taken a money back policy plan from LIC of India. My Insurance policy No[protected] Table & Term No 075/20 has been taken on 22 Jan 2007. Cheque No 577076 dt 22 Jan 2012 for sum of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) received from LIC of India as a Bonus Cheque of my policy. The same has been deposited in my account but the bankers returned the cheque due to funds insufficient in PNB account No [protected] of LIC of India which is mentioned on the cheque.

              In view of the above, you are requested to clarify the same that I am facing hard. Please confirm me on Mobile No [protected] and email No [protected]@gmail.com.

                  I, Dr.Ayesha Jehan, Aged 52 years of age have an LIC Policy bearing policy number[protected] taken at Koti main branch, Hyderabad.

                  Due to certain family commitments I was unable to pay my premium on time for the first time in 9 years, which led to policy being lapsed.

                  After this, I applied for policy revival in the month of October 2011. I was asked to undergo a medical examination and lab tests, which I did and submitted the same at DBR diagnostics Dilsukhnagar as advised by the LIC personnel at Koti main branch.

                  On approaching the Koti main branch in first week of november, I was told that my lab tests are normal but my BMI is slightly high and so it needs to sent for review to head office. I was also asked to not visit the office again and that i would be intimated about the results of my application by phone.

                  Since then, I have not received any intimation from the LIC personnel on the status of my policy. They are neither answering any phone calls nor are they responding to any queries properly when I meet them in person. All they sy is that it has gone to head office.

                  My next premium is due in march and I do not want to miss another payment of premium.

                  I please request you to kindly furnish the details of my policy at the earliest.

                      People apply for home loan for want of money for construction.The final check release to be done in the completion of roof.Now the LICHF what is doing, it keeps the final check for years until the customer exhaust paying interest for years.It did not release the final check and consumer not able to complete the construction and he has to expect for the loan money for years.Here the purpose of the consumer is not satisfies and he has to pay interest for years.No body either the government, nor the company paying loan.
                      Here the loan paying company not believing the customer, customer has to believe for years that the company will pay the final check.By that time the customer paid the interest more than the final check value.Why this happen ?. The financial institution believes only until he lays roof and after that let him suffer collecting huge interest amount.Is it not a joke?
                      The home loan final payment must be made once 6 months completion after the sanction.It is the matter of the small home builders .Not know about the big builders? small home builders must be protected from sufferings.
                      why not release final check of final sanction even after 6 months?

                      Home Loan — home loan from lic housing finance

                      I have applied for home loan in january 2009 but still on date i have no idea about the status .I am visiting every week to lic office but LIC executive does not give any feed back to me.Mr. himanshu, LIC executive
                      is demanding more and more documents every time, says HO JAYEGA . no body from office pick up the phone when I call from out side.LIC HOUSING FINANCE is making harrasment of me.now the agent
                      (mr. tiwari) has told me that if I give some money to lic person then the work will be fast.Is this the policy of LICHFL.Some government authority should find out the reason.
                      My experience with LIC HF is similar. The Agent Amit Lohana/Sumit Lohana and the Jogeshwari -Mumbai branch office Mr Vihal Joshi promised a home loan at a procesing fee of R 5500 which was collected in advance. The loan sanction letter mentioned some other requirement of Rs. 30000 which were never
                      discused or told at the time of application.
                      Now they are neither responding to phone calls nor replying to mails.

                        I have been working as a doctor for various organisations and have been filing my IT returns since 2002 onwards

                        I have regular income legally which has been paid tax,and as per government of india rules i feel a loan o[censored]pto 20 lakhs where house itself is a collateral will never be a loss to your LICFL

                        Under these circumstances,I wish to bring to your kind attention
                        that I have applied for a housing loan o[censored]pto 20 lakhs from LIHFL nearly 2 months back which has unfortunately been blocked by some unknown reasons

                        I have paid a processing fee against my wishes
                        As please note that AXIS bank as well as HDFC loan was freely available to me and was offered in same project - and I opted for LIHFL instead

                        It has hurt me emotionally that as a customer of LIC and having previous LIC policies since 2001 the LICHL is acting indifferent and blind of my customer details- which is wrong

                        Please rectify immediately and sanction the LICHFL loan is my request as I have to fufil financial obligations
                        Else please immediately tell me it is possible or not and I want to approach

                            I superannuated from Foster Wheeler India Pvt Ltd, Chennai and my super annuation fund was with LIC.
                            I opted to receive annuity and I was to receive payment of my first annuity of LIC P&GS on 16 Feb 2012.

                                  I raised a home loan in December 2010 with the help of Mr. Sanjay Bhatia and Mr. Akbar (both from LIC Housing Finance CP Branch). In November 2011, I requested Mr. Bhatia to arrange for an LIC document that mentions “all original property documents are lying with the company”. He asked me for a fees of Rs. 300 which I duly paid directly to him. Till now, I have not received this document. I have been following up with Mr. Bhatia for four months now but to no avail. As a record, I have called him up at least 50 times and every time he says “just two more days”. This is really not acceptable and I am quite disappointed.

                                  Also, I have been following up with Mr. Akbar for the past three weeks regarding this document but till now, no response. Apart from this, I have requested for a provisional repayment certificate as well (FY 11-12).

                                  Mr. Bhatia has been harassing me for the last four months and just now, he said the matter is not in his hands.

                                  Nobody ever picks up the phone in branch office, head office, regional office or even customer service. The feedback option does not work on the website. Is this the way Government backed organisations work?

                                    I have a Home loan (A/c No.[protected], Appl. No. 502892) with you since November 2009.

                                    I am not able to log in to your portal using the link provided to me earlier. I need the provisional certificate for year[protected] for IT purposes.

                                    I have sent 3 emails to [protected]@lichousing.com and called on[protected] and 41302805 several times but no one has responded to me. I emailed on ro.[protected]@lichousing.com and [protected]@bom2.vsnl.net.in as well but the emails got undelivered though they are listed on their website. When i call on the numbers above they either don't pick up or even if they do, they keep me on hold and then deliberately hang up. This is pure harassment.

                                    I intend to go to Consumer Forum if i do not get a response in the next 24 hours to this email. Thanks.
