i have taken a housing loan two years ago i.e.2009, from salem branch of LIC-HFL, and i am paying around 17000 as EMI every month. but i am kept totally in dark regarding EMI and interest calculations. the branch never bothered to inform me about the status of repayments or loan statments. every time different staff will tell different amount as EMIs.branch manager or agent...

My mother (siya devi)had a money back policy of lic of india having policy no[protected].Policy was matured in may 2010.On maturity it was found that money back amount of Rs 4000.00 was paid through cheque no 0130913 on 20/05/2005 ,but actually we have not received this amount through any mode. I am Secretary of LIC co-operative housing Society Ltd. in Rajkot City of Gujarat and want to know as per the bye-laws one member did not construct house within 3 years. Breach. I have made a online LIC payment for my policy[protected] for the amount of Rs1431 on Oct 17 2011. The amount has been debited from my HDFC account but till this time i didnt not get any confirmation for the payment. I was not able to register complaint in LIC site because of continous errors.
(very poor service). yesterday i wrote a mail to HDFC banking stating the same issue. waiting for their reply....
