Dear Sir,

With ref to above mentioned policy, we have received your reply regarding rejection of our request
for the payment of Hospitalization and Surgical Benefits.

In letter you have mentioned that you are not considering our request due to following reasons: -

Repudiation Code: L 08 – Total Hospitalization period less than 52 HRS

In Policy minimum hospitalization hours is Mentioned as 48 HRS inspite of 52 HRS.

Repudiation Code: L 10 – Claim form not received with all relevant documents of treatment
taken.

We have already sent the claim form and relevant documents. In case more documents are required
by you with any other form, please let us know so that we can send other documents.

Repudiation Code: M 01 – Surgery not Listed in the allowed surgeries as per policy conditions.

At the time of issue of Policy we have told that this is a normal Medi-Claim Policy and all type of
Injuries and Surgeries are covered in this Policy. Now when we are applying for the claim you are
rejecting our application saying that this surgery is not listed as per policy. We went to Local Office
of LIC at Bahadurgarh. Head of the Office is also unaware about such clause in the Policy. This is
Completely Unfair with the Public.

So we are requesting you to reconsider our application. Otherwise I ll file a complaint with IRDA
(Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority)

My LIC policy No[protected] of Jeevan Suraksha for which my annuity amount will credit to my Savings account each month for which I have given
option letter but you have snd cheques to me. It is difficult for me to go the bank and deposit the cheque. Beside that bank is deducting pocket
expenses for collection as it outstation cheque. I informred to CRM, LIC,Asansol division on September,2011 and apply to B.M. LIC,
Bishnupur branch,but they have not informed me that from May,2012 annuity amount will credit to my account directly.

In the above back drop I would like to know the fate of my quarry neither I will withdraw my whole amount from LIC.

More than 6 months have been passed I have not received my 2 policies out of three. My three cheques for Rs. 8397/- , 1021/- & 1021/- have been already been debited from my account on[protected], All medical checkup formalities have been complited/done by authorised LIC doctors. Unit sales Manager (code 0181688c) mr. Santosh Noronha, and Mr. John .V. Santhmayor, (code 6682) development Officer, LIC Ghatkoper west branch, Mumbai are not co-operating in the matter

I have availed housing loan of Rs.15,00,000/- and chq of Rs.7,50,000/- got on 28/09/11 and as per your advice i had to pay Rs.12,599.00 per month. but deduction has started from the month of Dec 2011 and EMI changed to Rs.12622.00 per month.

has charged.Hence you are requested to clarify the difference of Rs.52/- appeared as per your mail.

I dr.subhash chand have 5 lic policies.At the time of starting of these policies i was in REWA,but now i m in Srinagar( Uttarakhand ).Before 3 month back i applied for the change of existing address.but till now result is zero.On contact to lic office REWA they told me that your application has forwarded to Satna (M.P.) which is head office of lic.I contact there but they told me that policies could not transfered to srinagar (Uttarakhand) due to failure of internet link,but this is not a satisfactory answer.I m mentally harassed so please help me these no. of my policies {[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]} THANKS.

I have been contentiously receiving Pension cheques from LIC of India, this year I have received a letter which I filled and send to LIC of India, (P & GS Deptt.) Jeevan Prakash Building New Delhi through Speed Post (No.EF[protected] Dtd.[protected] but it is very disappointing that even after four month neither I have received my pension cheques nor any thing has been communicated to me.
I request you to please look into the matter and resolve ASAP.

Hello,

I have taken home loan from Lic Housing loan at ahmedabad.My loan account no is : 55002874 and my name is Rasnidhibhai Krishnalal Nayak

I have paid my loan remaining all settlement payment on 31.01.2011 of Rs.85000/-.As per rule after paid all amount i must get all my original documents within a month but its been a year and still i dont get my original papers, even i have submitted all the required documents after completion of payment period of 3 months,(document like ,they demanding photographs, current salary sleep,) and before one month they also asking Rs.85,000/- receipt copy, its already 2 time submitted at ahmedabad regional office by myself. I have visited the Ahmedabad, Paldi LIC Husing loan office and have talked to Mr. Vishal shah , even in the Head office Mumbai to Mr. Datatray Hegde, But they dont give us the exact time and now i am suffering ..very badly...

Now I got to know that My original file has been misplace by them so just because of their mistake I am suffering, and they dont give us the proper answer till passing of one year of settlement payment.

Please help me solve my problem within a month.

Dear Sir,

First of all, i would like to request everyone to avoid LIC Housing laons for buying new house. The day i have availed the loan i am suffering every minute from this company. My Loan account number [protected]

There is no proper communication to the customers about the interest rates. There is no communication if any technical error with monthly emi payment. No use of ECS standing order. You need to keep visitng the branch for sorting out issues with your loan. There is no customer service

Recently i made part payment of 3 lakhs in october 2010. But after repeated calling to the branch and emails they did adjust the loan after 2 months.. No adjustement of the interest for 2 months. Night mare to get adjusting the amount.

My monthly emi payment for Jan 2011 didnt go through because there was a technical error in takeing the payment from ICICI Bank. After repeated trying i could contact branch office in visakhapatnam. They suggest to come in the branch and pay the amount and sign for new ECS form. Which i cannot do as i stay oustide india. I request to look into the matter and help is very much appreciated.

I WANT MY ACOUNT STATUS OF MY LIC'S MONEY PLUS POLICY NO IS[protected]

i had taken a house construction loan from lic housing loan with a monthly installment of Rs.6200.
also i had submitted a sbi cheque book of 25 cheques with my sign. as per the instructions to lic house loan office in Rohtak.in dec. 2011 i received a phone from lic office saying that my cheque no 617255 has been rejected /bounced with the reason, sign. not matching.same time i went to the lic house loan office and met Mr. parmod ,manager in the office. he told me to submit a new cheque for Rs, 6593.i asked him that i have already submitted a full cheque book with my sign.he told that the cheques were already dated by them and to submit a new cheque for the above mentioned amount. i handed over a cheque no 425285 dt.21/12/11 for amount Rs. 6593 to the office and asked Mr. parmod to get me a copy of the bounced cheque.i was surprised to see that the cheque was not sign. by me . i asked to Mr. parmod that it was not my fault and he has submitted the cheque without my sign. where as this is duty of them to have checked the book when it was handed over to office and during the dated of cheques .also they could inform me to submit a new cheque for the amount Rs. 6200 and not penalise me for Rs. 393.several time i has written to Mr.parmod and higher officer of regional area/head office but no satisfactory replay from their end. it seems that they are least bother about the problem to customer. pls help me in refund my Rs. 393 or guide me to consumer court to fight against corruption.

Previously my residence nebhiror Purshotam Munarka who is your agent, having agency code no.41896111 has filed papers to opt. for pension plan on my behalf but I have asked to file for claim of maturity amount. After the laps of maturity date & wait up to dec.2011, one day I asked him for above amount, he replied that your policy will be mature next year as on 19/12/2013. Afterwards I exercise myself to my nearest LIC branch no.114, they said it have been already matured & gave me the maturity form, also told me their requirement for submission to file the claim. As you know that I have filed my case on 06/01/2012 against your file no.3825, on 7th your claim officer phoned me, told me about the fact & current status of my case. I meet her personally on the same day & request for the claim which is required by me for the medical treatment which is advised by the doctor. She has suggested me that give me a letter along with your medical certificate. By 9th I have submitted request letter along with medical certificate Today (20th) I make a call to your claim officer, she has noted my police no, than inform me that you have to submit application of surrender because your pension has started.
Sir, tell me how it is started? Have you paid me anything in last ten year? If I submit application of surrender than what will be surrender value? What are the rules & regulation for me, please send me its copy as well as a photo copy of my file to opt. for pension plan which was submit by Mr. Purshotam Munarka, so that I shall proceed further.
Sir, kindly consider, if you are in this situation than what you will expect from me (as a policy holder as well as a officer of LIC).Hoping best co-operation from you.
