Genuine distress: for LIC and their Agent Mr. Gagan Deep - 01403(11w)

I have applied for the LIC policy which has not been issued to me even after waiting for almost one year, inspite of several reminders & regular follow ups. I fail to understand what has happened to the LIC customer care which it seems not at all bothered about customer complaints. My Application for LIC policy is pending for almost one year and nobody including the agent is looking into the troubles for the end user. Further I felt deceived...

Application of loan still waiting

I have applied for a loan on 18th Jan'2011 still i have got it and after each and every 15 days they start asking for a new paper ,I have given all the required paper and even they have taken their all fee and still I am waiting for my Loan Amount .I am fed up of it everyday I am going to their office at Asaf Ali Marg,Delhi but they are not even talking to me and telling me why my cheque is not delivered to me....

I have been calling LICHFL office for 6 months but they never pick up the phone.
LICHFL agents who processed my loan and took heavy money from me are also not responding.There is no customer service ,Taking the loan from LICHFL is the worst mistake of my life.
