    I have taken a loan from LICHF , Swargate branch. My homeloan account No[protected] .
    My compalints are
    1. First disbursement amount was just 10% of the demanded amount even after validating the work of progress. They do not know the reason for this mistake.
    2. Misplaced submitted document file and this delay in disbursement for the second demand . Their declared disbursement time target is 5 days , however I ahve not yet recived the second payment even after one month.
    3. Very poor administarion in Swargate office in customer dealing. Office is always crowded with so many customer issues and shortage of skill persons. Truely government organisation. I had 3/4 trips of almost 4 hrs each and till without any result
    4. Irresposible behavior of staff by not responding as committed and not recieving the mobile / landline / customer complaint line.
    5. Send a complaint mail to their official complaint mail ID usha.[protected]@lichousing.com. BUT NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE REPLY.
    6. They are masters in misplacing and mis managing your important docuemnts. They do give any acknowledgement / proof of submitted documents.

          I had visited gurgaon office (LIC Housing Finance Limited ) to make the partial pre-payment against my loan account[protected] on 5th May, 2011. Have provided all the necessary documents related to satisfy that the in payment is being made from self-income instead of any other loan/sources.

          I was told that they will present the cheque in 3-4 working days & it is already more than 20 days but the cheque of pre-payment has not been presented.

          Even 2-3 attempts of telephonic follow-ups have not resulted positive as everytime the excuse is that the concerned person is not in his seat.

          This way the interest is charged on higher pricipal base which i intended to bring down by making partial pre-payment. This is really unethical practice.

          Please do the needful so that the action is taken without further delay.

            I applied for a housing loan with ‘LIC Housing Finance Ltd’ (File nos 43391) on 4-Feb-11.


            The point of contact for me was Mr. Naseen over there (agent working out of ‘Lajpat Nagar’ Branch....his contact nos [protected]).
            As my first installment for the property which I purchased (Project name is ‘Lotus Zing’ which is being worked upon by 3C company) was due in the month of February, 2011 (around 28-feb-11) hence I quickly got in touch with Mr Naseen (who in turn guided me to Ms. Usha Gola , I guess she is working with him in the same office …contact nos [protected]). I started coordinating with her. She communicated that once the documentation is complete the loan gets approved (and ready for disbursal) within 7-10 working days (But since I am living in Mumbai and the property is in Noida hence in my case it may take upto 10-14 days). Being a new person (on how the loan industry works) I believed her and started completing the formalities.
            I completed all my documentation on 4-Feb and submitted it (couriered) to the Delhi Branch (i.e. K-59, 1st floor, lajpat nagar, part-2). My documents were received on 07-Feb-11 (I confirmed the same with Ms Usha).


            After that i started following up (which lasted for almost 2 months) with the agents and even the Branch Manager there i.e. Mr. Sudheer Gupta (email id s.[protected]@lichousing.com, Ph # [protected]). These guys (including Mr. Naseeen, Ms. Usha and the branch Manager himself i.e. Mr. Sudheer) started avoiding my calls. I called them a number of times but nobody was willing to take my call.
            The worst part is that Mr. Sudheer (the so called ‘branch manager’ of Lajpat Nagar branch) is picking the call and then disconnecting within a second (without talking/speaking). This has happened 4-5 times on 8-Apr-11. (If you wish then I can definitely send over my call records).

            Then, I escalated this up the ladder (from ‘Agents’ to ‘Area manager’ to ‘Customer relationship manager’ to ‘Regional Head’) to make things work for me but negative. Finally I reached the National Head (Mr Vijay, CEO LIC HFL).

            Staff (including the top management like RM and CRM) has showcased pathetic business ethics. I communicated several times with these people but most off the times failed to even receive an acknowledgment. Finally my disbursement happened on 6-May-11 (after approx 3 months).

            The property/loan which I have applied was under the construction linked plan. I missed my first 2 installment of ~1.8 lacs each because of the delay caused by LIC HFL staff. I was forced to shell out a hefty interest to the builder due to delay in the payment (at 18%).

            So, now i want LIC HFL to cover up for my interest (which I paid to the builder).

            LIC Housing Finance Service is very dirty & LIC housing Finance Service provider are also very rubish .It is better not to go with them for any kind of housing loans.

              LICHF taking more than 6 months to disbusrse the full home loan sanctioned.It is better chance for them to collect intrest for this 6 months.untill priciple recovery starts how much intrest i have to pay? (>70,000/-).This sort of public looting saying rules and regulations are to restricted to save the customers.

              I have applied loan for my New flats at Bhosari,pune area.The related document for processing the fees Given to Agent of Chakan branch.The paper had given to agent in the first week of March.10 .Then after no response from Agent upto 25 days.Then after i move to another agent of another Lic branch 1st week of April.10 & same time already Inform to Old Agent to stop for loan processing.Even till today i have not paid the processing fees to old agent.
              Then after the new agent start their work & even after one half month no response then I contarct to Pimpri Regional Manager Mr.Singh Dt.22/05/10 & they answer your propasal alrady complitted & the sanction letter will got you by on Monday(25/05/10).In between i got on phone call saturday(24/05/10) from chakan unit reginal manager & they told me your loan filr process from chakan & pimpri both branch but you dont get any where.

              My qustion here once information given to old agent to stop the process& till today i have not paid the processing fees then how they process my file on further.Now both the reginal Manager told me your loan propsal will not passed by us.How if the process complitted then Regional Manager has right to holfd the loan means to harssh to custome.Like LIC is a big organisation doing this type of activities & harash customers since last two months.As a procession of icwai busy with my work & sped atleast 15 days for the same.

              I need justification on this matter & immediate action for sancting my Loan.
              TILL I STOP MY PROCESS OF LOAN BOTH REGIONAL MANAGER & SAME TIME INFORM TO BOTH FOR RETURNING MY ALL RELATED DOCUMENT TO ME.NO ONE TAKE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS.MY QUESTION HERE THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO HOLD THE MY PERSONNEL PAPERS.SAME INFORMATION ALREADY PASS TO CHAKAN AGENT TO RETUN MY PAPERS IMMEDIATELY.
              I applied for home loan with LIC Housing Finance 2 months back. Initially there agent Mr. Dhanraj told me that currently the offer is 10.40% floating.
              Once I paid the processing fee and my loan is approved from LIC Housing Finance. Then he started mentioning that this rate is only for 3 months after that it would be 11.35% . I was shocked b'cos my EMI is gone way above my expectation. This is really pathetic and painful.
              I recommend nobody should go to LIC housing Finance for any loan. I was never expecting such a cheating from LIC Agent.
              i have taken home loan from chakan branch and i have submitted my original agreement copy to agent, my loan has been sanctioned, i had given demand later for 95% of work completed but ur branch paid 100% of loan amount to builder without informing me, still i have not got possession of home after 9 month of 100% amoumt paid. This is because o[censored]r agent satish dombe. besides i am asking for acknowledgment for my original document i.e. aggrement copy that is with LIC to my agent Satish Dombe but he is not entertaining me at all also not lifting my phone.
              Please justify my problem

                    I had applied for home loan from LIC HFL in March,2011. I got the sanction letter in April 2011. I applied for disbursement in May 1st week, the payment due date for which was 25 May,2011. I have not received the disbursement yet.

                    I was leterally harassed by the LIC HFL staff whenever Ivisited their office, nobody is there to answer to the queries. Agents/brokers are sitting in the office and doing all kind of work like entering the file data in the system, carrying the customer file(with original documents) with them to the main office at Aruna asal ali road, etc.

                    The office head/manager Mrs. Sangeeta is a softspoken person, but it seems she has little interest in the affairs of the office and does nothing to help the customer. She has been on leave for almost all of April without any replacement !!! Talk of apathy...

                    The other person their is Mr. Deepak, frequently abusive in language and allusive from work. Has handed over all his work load to a broker named Mr. Vikas who is not even an employee of LIC HFL!!!! This gentleman, Mr. Vikas, sits in the LIC HFL office at Pitampura in the managers cabin and you will not even know by his body-language that he is a mere broker....

                    Height of negligence - My file was once lost- with all the originals, and then found after a few days.


                    If there is anybody out there who can do something about this, I would be really grateful.

                    Dear Sir,
                    After apx. one year maturity of my LIC, I have not receive my policy amount . I visited more then 12 time in the branch & i talk to Branch officer Ms.Sarita Mehta ph.28822347,
                    and she make me fool every day saying due te short staff it is delay.
                    Sir I NEED MONY DUE TO MY DAUGHTER MARRIGE ON 24 OCT.
                    Please guide me what should do to get my money.

                      I had been a customer of LICI since 2008. I had taken a child policy on th assurance to convert the premium paying mode from quarterly to ECS type.after continuing for first one year due to certain problem in some machine as per there statement.But after repeated application and also my agent taking directly to the officers concerned, it has not been done yet. As my job is shifted to different cities , so I cannot shift my LIC headquarter everytime keeping it at Guwahati. But as I myself could not visit every time to pay the premium, interest has been charged for late payment but never bothered to convert my policy to ECS. If such is the attitude of the LIC officials now , how can one expect good cooperation by them during time to receive my matuirity amount.There had been no end to my problem .Once the date of premium fails which is only due to their fault, they forwards notices regarding premium lapses. So what can a common man expect with such arrogant officers who thinks they are all in all. Moreover they ignore any application regarding change of address where the rules say that we need to intimate them(LIC) for any change in address, which they do not do . I had applied for a change in my address . But LIC oficials did not respond positively. Where to go is a question for many under such difficulties. They should learn to serve first not in words but in reality. Hope your cooperation may help many sufferers this time.

                            I MADE CONTACT MANY TIMES.THEY SAID PROBLEM IN ECS CLEARING.
                            NOT A SINGLE ECS CLEARED IN THIS MONTH.
                            I TRIED TO DEPOSIT MONEY.BUT THEY SAID ECS CLEARING WILL TAKE PLACE IN THIS WEEK.
                            SUGGEST WHAT I CAN DO.

                              Hello sir,

                              This is sravan kumar working for PwC from last 4 years. I am a LIC policy holder paying 70K towards my premium every year. I am eligible for 30lakhs loan as per my payslips.

                              Many banks and finance organizations approached me to give easy housing loan within 15 days. But i made a choice to go with LIC housing because of my profile i would get loan faster than anywhere. Later i come to know that this was the BIGGEST MISTAKE i made.

                              I wanted to buy a new house for 23 laksh and needed 15 lakhs as loan . I have applied for loan on March 3rd with all the documents on LIC kukatapally office. My file number is 316677. I got saction letter on 30th of march. I thought i will get cheque within 15 days. I paid 7500rs towards processing fee (PwC is listed in LIC website) and agent took 7500 as charges. He didnt give any bills for this 7500 amount.

                              By April 18th, the agreement between builder and me has expired due to it exceeded 45 days time. We requested the builder to extend the agreement period for some more days. and my LIC agent pointing reason like file not sent to office, department has not come today etc for delay. This is going on TILL NOW (May 23rd).

                              I am roaming around LIC office never before . Now the builder is not interested to extend the agreement and asking for interest on 15lakhs loan amount for last two months. Agent is asking for more bribes around 20K and even block mailing us as he wont return our documents(SALE AGREEMENT and other confidential doc's).
                              I have submitted all genuine papers and i would have get loan from any nationalized bank within one month. Agent is intentionally delaying my file until he get required amount.

                              1. What is the amount client need to pay to AGENT as per LIC Policy.
                              2. Is this the LIC policy to encourage agents to get more bribes for submitting genuine documents.
                              3. Is this the LIC policy to treat client to come whenever agent calls.

                              I would like to see LIC as a prestigious organization in india with good client service with GOOD AGENTS with GOOD SERVICE. I am providing the agent details only to do not repeat with any other clients.

                                  My life policy[protected] matured for payment during Nov 2010. After receiving the maturity notice during Oct I informed the misplacement of the policy to LIC. Promptly I received instructions to submit an indemnity by a creditwothhy person.
                                  The indemnity as required by them was submitted to LIV Hyderabad branch 650 during December.
                                  During Jan 2011 I was informed their Mumbai office would verify the authenticity of the indemnity and I shall be informed about the development shorty.

                                  From Februray onwards many mails were sent to branch office 650 as well as complaint officers at Hyderabad. Even telephonic reminder evoked reply stating the concerned emplyee is on leave and after his resuming duties matter shall be resolved.

                                  Not satisfied with the reply I complained to The Ombudsman at Hyderabad on May 15, 2011. I am yet to recive any reply from any of LIC's compaint redressal Officers.

                                  When can LIC find time to reply me and remit the amtured amount against policy[protected].

                                  LIC of India Hyderabad — Matured amount not paid

                                  My LIC policy serviced by LIC branch 650 Hyderabad matured for payment during Nov 2010.

                                  All required papaers were submitted to them during Dec 2010. Many complaints to their branch office, Regional Consumar Complaints office did not evoke any reply.

                                  What remedial action I should take to receive maturity amount without any further delay.

                                      I am Paying EMI through ECS ( ICICI Bank). Few months back the due date was missed. However I paid the extar amount to re activate it as per the post received. I am doing the same for the last three monts. still it is not re activated.
                                      Plese do the needful. sending the cheque through courier every month from Doha is a costly affair.

                                        Its unfortunate that i got my housing loan from the Mr. T.C.Sharma one the agent of LIC Housing Finance
                                        who is sad in his services.Every time i need some information i have to call him many times or i fail
                                        to get thru him.I have to request LIC housing finance to collect the Sub Lease Deed from the builder .
                                        For such a small job for which i have to pay fees to LIC Housing Finance, I still have to run around.

                                        I visited their branch office Jeeva Bharti Building where my so called servicing agent Mr. Sharma sits
                                        who didnt have courtsey to help me.I was told by the senior officer that it can be done only in Daryaganj
                                        office.Today i get to hear from daryaganj office that it can only be done in the branch office.

                                        When i finally got thru Mr. Sharma he gives his own story as usual that he can only guide me and cant
                                        do anything more.

                                        Its shame on such Financial Agents who get bad name to such esteemed organization.Pls share if something can be done otherwise i do not mind taking the issue further.My property address is
