I have sent two tapals containing two policies for surrender purpose on 28.06.2011, one to .T.nagar branch and the other one to villivakkam branch. After period of 35 days the .t.Nagar branch has delivered the cheque for Rs.98381/- for Rs.1 lakh. But the other branch is not at all tracing the missed tapal transmitted between themselves and their regional office. The purpose of the preclosure of the policies is entirely defeated successfully by LIC and I have contacted the branch and the manager concerned several times. Today also I have contacated the branch manager who has informed me over phone that he will contact within two minutes. After several attempts, I could not contact him over phone. Now I hope I may get any favourable reply from them as early as possible. Or otherwise there is no option to file a complaint with consumer forum.

    Lic is the worst life insurance co in india in customer service. I have submitted all the documents of maturity claim with lic on 2/4/2011 but my claim is not paid till date. no person in whole office is even pick a phone call of any person. I went there fr 2 times for my claim but they didn't give any satisfactory reply.I talked to Branch manager of that branch but he also give any responce showing he has no responsibility regarding this. if lic is so lazy to give a maturity claim , how can we expect that lic will give a death claim and who will run after lic after the death of insured person.My policy no is Policy No.74997377

      I have two policy from you, purchased from Serampore Branch (West Bengal)
      Details of Policy as following :

      Policy No.[protected] dt. 04/01/2008 Amount of Premium Rs. 50, 000
      Policy No.[protected] dt. 14/12/2007 Amount of Premium Rs. 50, 000
      I have paid only one premium. Total 1(One) Lakh. Rupees.

      Due to my personal problem I want to surrender Policies & withdraw money from you.
      Please let me know How can I expect right now from above 2 policy .

        My Loan account No. is[protected] and I had drawn loan of Rs. 2.00 lakhs from LIC Hsg Fin. Ltd, having office at Jeevan Prakash Building, 4th Floor, Sir P M Road, Mumbai 400 001. I had also assigned my LIC policy's with them for this loan besides the hypothication of my flat. Against my policy No.[protected], which was assigned to them, had matured on 2/4/11 and had maturity amount of Rs. 2,08,900/- payable, which was directly taken by LIC Hsg Finance Ltd. My loan amount outstanding was merely Rs. 8000/- as of 23/03/2011 and hence I had delivered a letter dt 23/03/2011 to them by Hand Delivery and had asked them to collect this maturity payment. I also requested them to refund me the balance amount of R. 2 lakhs and the ORIGINAL Documents of the flat and other Insurance policy documents.

        They failed to act upon and also are still following up with me till 2/5/11 to pay the balance payments. Also are NOT returning me the policy to enable me to claim the maturity amount.

        I request to you to please advice them to act upon immediately and return my money and documents and also penalise them for this un-ethical acts.

          I would like to lodge my complaint against the city branch No. 3 which is situated at 14, Madan Street, Kolkata-700 072 and the said branch after my intimation sent two maturity vouchers against one policy vide no.[protected] one has made mannual and another is computerised.

          After submission my maturity voucher the said branch is yet unable to send my maoturity voucher and the said branch is yet harassing for the said maoturity cheque.

              COMPLAINT FORWARDED TO FROM TIME TO TIME

              Inspite of repeated mails sent to u, till date I have not received the receipt for the premium paid towards by policies in question and also the same is not showing in your system as told by bo_894, Mulund Branch..

              I am literary punished by both the sides, inspite of repeated follow-ups till date your bo_894 (Mulund - West) has not adjusted the premium paid by me from April to Sep; 2010.

              My policy No.[protected]Rs.173.40) expired in March 2011 and till date I have not received ntimation about my pension from your end. I have received cheque for GMA, and nobody from your office - Hema Mam, Dalvi Sir are able to explain, what is this. Your letter says there is a gap of Oct, 2003, the premium amount was deducted from my salary and the same was remitted to your office, please ask the person concerned to check and verify with your records. This amount is remitted to your office by Lupin Limited, Mumbai. This is ridiculous, without proper check you simply tell the customer, there is a gap.

                I have a loan A/c with LIC housing finance Ltd. From the day one , I am paying all Instalments to LIC, but they are again & again showing my A/c in defaulter cases. For that purposes I had forwarded Bank A/c statements to kaithal & Karnal Lic's office. In addition to that I have called no. of times to make necessary corrections in their record. But they are not giving any response.

                i am avdhesh sharma mani noida sec-18 se home lone liya hi 2 year pahle.Ab top lone ke liye apply kiya jise nov 2010 me apply kiya.Ab tak muje lone nahi mila hi agent naveen chander hi.Iske liye maneger LAXMI CHOUHAN JI se bhi mila hu.mari file bhi ok hi.Aaj naveen ji khte hi file nahi mil rahi hi.Mea bahut dukh hu mere uper karj ho reha hi.pleas mujhe lone dilay.

                  I have tooked loan on policy and i have cleared all the loan amount but the LIC manager is not issuing my policy.
                  He is saying i cant give you the policy he is saying i need your policy for some other work. I have clered loan before 1 month but still he is not issuing my policy and his behaviour is very bad,
                  I dont knw why these stupid people gets the good position.
                  I need your help. please do the needful.

                    My wife's LIC policy( No[protected] under SSS, matured on 01/03/2011. Every month the premium is remitted through Corporation Bank Wadala for last 3years. The last premium was also sent through Corporation Bank Wadala. We have not received the maturity intimation from your office at my residential address or Corporation Bank wadala where My wife Mrs. Gouri is working.

                    After we observed that the policy was due, accordingly we have submitted the policy to LIC office at Santacruze-West on 22 March 2011 for getting my entire maturity amount. Reference no of acknowledgement slip is I/22/03/2011/MA/6. In your prescribed format , we had clearly mentioned the mailing address and intimated to send the proceeds of the matured policy to Corporation Bank, Wadala branch. We have yet to receive the proceeds. After about one month on 20th April 2011 , we inquired at LIC office, Santacruze-West. we were told that , the cheque was already dispatched by registered post on 26th March 2011 at my residential address, though We had clearly mentioned that cheque to be posted at working Place, ie Corporation bank , Wadala Branch Mumbai. Then , why LIC has sent the cheque to my residential address? We have not received the cheque till today.
                    Under the above circumstances we have every right to claim the interest on the proceeds of the above LIC policy for the delayed period.

                      Myself P G Hegde have taken the Housing Loan from your esteemed organization of Rs 20 lakhs for the flat at Gurgaon(Haryana).



                      Raheja developers sent the demand letter on 6th mar 2011 to me and I have forworded the same to you on 12th mar 2011.



                      Final date for receiving the cheque was 31st mar 2011.They have received the cheque only on 15th April 2011.(15 days late)



                      Due to your utter negligence and irresponsible way of working I had to pay late payment penalty Rs 2565 and also I lost the timely payment discount



                      Offer of Rs 1.8 lakhs.My loan A/C No is 11057131 and File No is 213996.I have taken the loan from Faridabad branch.Kindly arrange to repay the penalty



                      and discount charges as this is purely your blunder mistake.I was regularly following with Mr Ashutosh Area Manager.But he has not taken any interest to



                      resolve the same.Kindly do the needful

                        LIC policy no.[protected] belongs to villupuram br so far.on 16/11/2010 they have voluntarily tr the same to pondicherry Annasalai br without any information .On enquiry annasalai br told me that the policy still remains with villupuram br. Again on further enquiry villupuram br told that the same have already tr to annasalai br even not adhere to my words.On further request again with annasalai and kamaraj salai br,they once again told that the policy still remain with villupuram br.please note that the policy matures on 29/03/2012 and I AM READY TO PAY THE BALANCE PREMIUM AMOUNT IN FULL.Please take necessary action and must impose a fine of 25000/- for my mental agony and torture for the past 6 months by sending me here and there

                          Hello, I am Nitin. LIC Housing Finanace , Pimpri is cheat me . Their Manager Ritesh Singh is refused to refund my processing amount cheque. Actually I want home loan of Rs.15,00,000. For that I have done all documentation & processing fees cheque of Rs. 5,515 to LIC housing Finance on 12/03/2011. During that time their agent Nagesh Shewale told me that this cheque is issued when your loan proposal is sanctined. Now ,0n 22/03/2011 , I received call from Nagesh that due to my company profile loan amount upto Rs. 15,00,000 was not meet. LIC offer me only Rs. 11,70,00 only. So, that time I refused for their loan amount & asked my documents & cheque back. They returned me the documents & for cheque they assure me that it will not deposited & returned it to me very soon.But, on 26/04/2011 ,they incash the cheque without my permission. When I asked question about it, they told me it's their processing charges.

                            I have applied for a loan on 8 Month back still i have got it and after each and every 15 days they start asking for a new paper,I have given all the required paper and even they have taken their all fee and still I am waiting for my Loan Amount .I am fed up of it everyday. They are not responding .

                            This is really very bad experience till date with LIC Housing Finance.

                            I am working with ABB, bangalore and my wife is working with Income tax department, Bangalore.

                            I have Purchased a Flat in Mohali and applied for house load form LIC housing finance, Chandigarh office Sector 22.

                            I already completed all formalities and submitted all documents required for house load (one month before on 15th of Nov) and personally visited in LIC housing finance office, Rajaji nagar Bangalore for personal verification and met with Madam Aishwara.

                            This loan is handle by Mr Pardeep chhibber (mob no: [protected]) in LIC office chandigarh.

                            I have chased so many times on phone to know about status, but there is no response from there end. LIC office, chandigarh saying that they are waiting for FI form Bangalore office and bangalore office saying they already sent 10 day back.

                            If LIC offices are not able to coordinate among them, then it is difficult to get loan form LIC housing finance.

                            Please do some needful action or I just want my documents and processing fee (Rs 1103) back, so that i can apply to other bank.

                            LIC Housing finance claiming to get loan within a week but it is not happening at all.

                              Myself, Power of Attorney for my Son in Law J.Jenefar Raj, residing and working in UAE proposal for Housing loan was initiated by LIC Dubai branch and the file was send to LIC HFL Anna salai Branch, Chennai.
                              The loan was sanctioned. After completing all the formalities, file was sent to LIC HFl Saidapet, Chennai for disbursement process on[protected]. But till now the file has not been processed and sent to LIC HFL Anna Salai, Chennai. On approach on LIC HFL Saidapet office, there was no proper response. On inquiry, as this process was initiated by Dubai LIC branch, there was no initiative and interest shown on this file.
                              Requested not to recur in future in other NRI files like my Son in Law.

                                I have finalized property in Baramati. So I applied home loan in LIC Housing Finance at Swargate Pune branch. I submitted all the required documents related to me and property. Also I pay processing fees. But my home loan is not sanctioned saying 'if property is out of city we can not provide loan'.
                                So I give application for refund of processing fees. But after more than 2 months I am not getting any reply from LIC Housing Finance. I followed lots of time but I am not getting any respond from LIC Housing Finance.

                                  Not able to deregister a policy

                                  Hello,

                                  I have an internet account in LIC india, where i have register different policies, I had also registerd my brothers policy(as he was a student then). Now he has started to earn, so I asked him to register his policy in his account, the website did not allow it complaining the policy has already been registered.

                                  When I tried to de-register it from my account, I got surprised to see there is no such option....

                                  after 8 months completed, my so many clients are not receieved Lic Card and Not receieved any information regarding card from your side till date 02/05/2011. this is my humble request to you please issue the LIc Credit Card or ask for any type of requirement for issuing card.

                                    I have paid my all due to my LIC housing loan, received my original document on 18.03.2011 except my house plan approval copy. Many times i contact the area manager, he simlply said i will see. My Loan No is[protected]

                                      My Jeevan Suraksha Policy (No.[protected] under Pension Plan vested on 28.12.2010 and the Annuity Payment should start from 28.01.2011. But till date the annuity payment has not started and as such it has not been deposited in my bank account though I submitted the "Electronic Fund Transfer Application Form" along with the Pension Option details in the month of December, 2010. Several Reminders were given over phone, E-mail, letter and personal interactions to LIC office at Durgapur and their Head Office at Kolkata, the last reminder given on 26.04.2011.
                                      Under the above circumstances, I request you to look into the matter for early payment of the monthly pension, alrady 3 months being elapsed for non-receipt of the same.
