Delay in Loan Processing

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Myself, Power of Attorney for my Son in Law J.Jenefar Raj, residing and working in UAE proposal for Housing loan was initiated by LIC Dubai branch and the file was send to LIC HFL Anna salai Branch, Chennai.
The loan was sanctioned. After completing all the formalities, file was sent to LIC HFl Saidapet, Chennai for disbursement process on[protected]. But till now the file has not been processed and sent to LIC HFL Anna Salai, Chennai....

Refund of Processing fees

I have finalized property in Baramati. So I applied home loan in LIC Housing Finance at Swargate Pune branch. I submitted all the required documents related to me and property. Also I pay processing fees. But my home loan is not sanctioned saying 'if property is out of city we can not provide loan'.
So I give application for refund of processing fees. But after more than 2 months I am not getting any reply from LIC Housing...

Not able to deregister a policy

Hello,

I have an internet account in LIC india, where i have register different policies, I had also registerd my brothers policy(as he was a student then). Now he has started to earn, so I asked him to register his policy in his account, the website did not allow it complaining the policy has already been registered.

When I tried to de-register it from my account, I got surprised to see there is no such option....

Delay in getting Annuity Payment

Money back policy - money not received

As per the policy, i am supposed to get 10% of the basic sum assured every five years. I have not received the amount yet.

1. I have been informed by 902 branch that my original policy need to be submitted until otherwise the cheque will not be released. My husband is also holding similar policy, but he has received the cheque without submitting any forms or policy

if any rules is there, it should be applicable...

I had sent numerous mail to the LIC .But till date i had not received any reply from them,My policy was matured on 8th March 2011 & now it is more than a month.If LIC can force us to pay late payment charges when our premium gets delayed, Can't we also deserve to get the late payment/interest charges from LIC.
