Cheque for LIC used by an agent in personal use.

Dear Sir,

As we tried to have two policies for two individuals (One Time Payment) through an agent (Mr Bhadur Singh) who's phone no. is [protected]. we gave him two cheques of Rs. 30,000 each on the name of LIC. We don't know what the agaent did? Yet we don't get the receipt or any conformation of LIC policy. Agent says that he used those cheques in his personal use.
