Hi,
I have applied for a loan on 8 Month back still i have got it and after each and every 15 days they start asking for a new paper,I have given all the required paper and even they have taken their all fee and still I am waiting for my Loan Amount .I am fed up of it everyday. They are not responding .

This is really very bad experience till date with LIC Housing Finance.

I am working with ABB, bangalore and my wife is working with Income tax department, Bangalore.

I have Purchased a Flat in Mohali and applied for house load form LIC housing finance, Chandigarh office Sector 22.

I already completed all formalities and submitted all documents required for house load (one month before on 15th of Nov) and personally visited in LIC housing finance office, Rajaji nagar Bangalore for personal verification and met with Madam Aishwara.

This loan is handle by Mr Pardeep chhibber (mob no: [protected]) in LIC office chandigarh.

I have chased so many times on phone to know about status, but there is no response from there end. LIC office, chandigarh saying that they are waiting for FI form Bangalore office and bangalore office saying they already sent 10 day back.

If LIC offices are not able to coordinate among them, then it is difficult to get loan form LIC housing finance.

Please do some needful action or I just want my documents and processing fee (Rs 1103) back, so that i can apply to other bank.

LIC Housing finance claiming to get loan within a week but it is not happening at all.

    Myself, Power of Attorney for my Son in Law J.Jenefar Raj, residing and working in UAE proposal for Housing loan was initiated by LIC Dubai branch and the file was send to LIC HFL Anna salai Branch, Chennai.
    The loan was sanctioned. After completing all the formalities, file was sent to LIC HFl Saidapet, Chennai for disbursement process on[protected]. But till now the file has not been processed and sent to LIC HFL Anna Salai, Chennai. On approach on LIC HFL Saidapet office, there was no proper response. On inquiry, as this process was initiated by Dubai LIC branch, there was no initiative and interest shown on this file.
    Requested not to recur in future in other NRI files like my Son in Law.

      I have finalized property in Baramati. So I applied home loan in LIC Housing Finance at Swargate Pune branch. I submitted all the required documents related to me and property. Also I pay processing fees. But my home loan is not sanctioned saying 'if property is out of city we can not provide loan'.
      So I give application for refund of processing fees. But after more than 2 months I am not getting any reply from LIC Housing Finance. I followed lots of time but I am not getting any respond from LIC Housing Finance.

        Not able to deregister a policy

        Hello,

        I have an internet account in LIC india, where i have register different policies, I had also registerd my brothers policy(as he was a student then). Now he has started to earn, so I asked him to register his policy in his account, the website did not allow it complaining the policy has already been registered.

        When I tried to de-register it from my account, I got surprised to see there is no such option....

            My Jeevan Suraksha Policy (No.[protected] under Pension Plan vested on 28.12.2010 and the Annuity Payment should start from 28.01.2011. But till date the annuity payment has not started and as such it has not been deposited in my bank account though I submitted the "Electronic Fund Transfer Application Form" along with the Pension Option details in the month of December, 2010. Several Reminders were given over phone, E-mail, letter and personal interactions to LIC office at Durgapur and their Head Office at Kolkata, the last reminder given on 26.04.2011.
            Under the above circumstances, I request you to look into the matter for early payment of the monthly pension, alrady 3 months being elapsed for non-receipt of the same.

              Dear Reader,

              This is really shamefull for LIC as they are veru much big foot print is all over.
              They always do like this way ...increasing interest rates....and all.
              even they are not informing to customers regarding rates are increased status.
              Even they have all information in hand .

              So tell us how do we bare such kind of things.
              and no call nothings else.

              We have to contact them & then they said u have to pay that ........Rs.....amount due then it will be regularises EMI......What the nonsence.....do they think we are .....

              Such a bigger cheater Govt.Has to decalre and arrest and ban in all activites even i avail loan from LIC.

              What was the reason, you have done this much allegation? Please provide proper explanationss?
              Because I have taken home loan from LICHFL, (Whitefield branch, Bang). Thank god, I have not faced any issues till now.

                i am a policy holder of lic india, due to some domestic reason i have surrendered my policy as i need money( out of this policy i took loan), i have surrendered the policy (policy no[protected] in KDMO-1 ( CITY NO17) in kolkata.Most astonishing fact this i have enquired several times over phone (phone no[protected] i was told my cheque has realeased and it is on transit. I have sent my agent he enquired the cheque was ready (cheque no-94480 dt 6th april 2011) amounting Rs 14943/- but not traceable, it a kinfd of statement of LIC. i am very unhappy with their service, and not understandable when i will get my cheque and how it will reach to me.

                  As per the policy, i am supposed to get 10% of the basic sum assured every five years. I have not received the amount yet.

                  1. I have been informed by 902 branch that my original policy need to be submitted until otherwise the cheque will not be released. My husband is also holding similar policy, but he has received the cheque without submitting any forms or policy

                  if any rules is there, it should be applicable for all

                  2. Also i received one more call informing that the cheque was couriered in the month of February but it is returned due to wrong address. I have been staying in the below said address from 2008 which is also registered with LIC and all my premium receipt are addressed in the same address

                      LIC POLICY NO[protected] matured - NO REPLY FROM LIC
                      I had sent numerous mail to the LIC .But till date i had not received any reply from them,My policy was matured on 8th March 2011 & now it is more than a month.If LIC can force us to pay late payment charges when our premium gets delayed, Can't we also deserve to get the late payment/interest charges from LIC.
                      SO far,I had not received a single email reply from LIC in this regard.Then what is the purpose of your email ID/computer in LIC.

                          I had taken loan from LICHF in reference to above a/c from your Gomti Nagar, Lucknow branch. Four of my policies, issued from LIC Allahabad (UP) branch have been assigned in your favour. My policy numbers are as follows:[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] with due acknowledgement from your officer. Loan is fully paid. Only policy no[protected] has been returned to me. Rest were not traceable in your Lucknow office.
                          On my repeated complaints duplicate policy bonds for policy no[protected],[protected] were issued.Policy bond for policy no[protected] is still pending six months of loan payoff.

                          LIC — RETURNS ON LIC POLICIES

                          DEAR PUBLIC.

                          BEWARE. I HAVE TAKEN A LIC POLICY - NO.[protected] ON 23.11.2006 - RS.10000/-ONE TIME PREMIUM PAYMENT WHICH HAS MATURED ON 23.11.2011, I HAVE RECEIVED RS.10400/- AS MATURITY AMOUNT.

                          WHAT IS THE GREAT SERVICE DONE BY LIC. IT IS AMAZING AND I AM REALLY VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH THE SOCIAL INTEREST LIC KEPT ON US. LET ALL KNOW THE SPIRIT OF LIC TOWARDS INVESTORS.

                            MY POlicy has been matured on 5.7.2010. I have submitted all the
                            paper, But the maturity claim has not been sent due to colourful
                            exercise of dealing assistant of this policy.
                            Last one year I try to receive my maturity claim. The Company is denieing to give me the maturity amount. I am a Central Railway Employee. Eventhough it deducted the monthly premium from my salary, it take unnecessary delay.

                            My policy has matured on dated 15.02.2011 but no communication is sent to me regarding that. After a long period of 6 months they have sent intimated me through speed post Dt. 22.09.2011 regarding maturity. And issue maturity cheque without any interest of dealy period.

                            I discussed the matter with the deptt. and request to pay me maturity amount with interest. But no response is received from their end.

                            Kindly advice how can I get interest on delay period from LIC deptt.

                                  I had a policy No.[protected] for Rs.50000/- was matured on 15.12.2010 I have not received any intimation from L.I.C so far. When I went and asked about my policy matured amount & the penal interest for the matured policy from 01.11.2011 to 15.04.2011. The Manager of L.I.C branch Bellampalli has told that his branch has given intimation in the month of Jan'2011 through post, the non receipt of intimation is not our fault you can go and inquire at postal department. We will pay only the matured amount without any penal interest that is also on 18.04.2011 since the particular staff who is issuing the cheque is not available. He I request your good self to kindly look into this mater and do needful.

                                    I had sent an application of my mother three months before to get the cheque through ecs

                                    system . With that aplication i had attached a copy of My .SBI saving bank

                                    pass book some cheques you had sent on my mother's name against the policy .No-

                                    [protected]JEEVAN SURAKSHYA) .My mother's SBI account .No was [protected].At that time i was not aware

                                    of that prescribed formt for ECS transfer. My Mother(Mrs.Sandhya Rani Mohanty) is residing with me in BBSR due to her growing age hence you are requested to send all the correspondence to me on the following address
                                    to -Soumyajeet das son of Sandhya Rani Mohanty, At-ExPGP Office, Xavier Institute of Management, Jayadev Vihar, BBSR-751013.I want to know the status of that application. Dear Sir we have changed our address from Bhadrak to BBSR.Can you help us to send us the cheque of my mother on the above address of my office
