Today i transfer my premium Rs 1580.50 by net banking axis bank acc. no [protected] to LIC policy number[protected]Rajesh Kumar) first time show sum earr so i try to pay after 10 min in ii nd time. in 2nd time muny transfer is succesfull but mony deducted in my account in 2 times that is Rs3161.
pl refund my excess transferd mony as soon as possible

But on the basis of some wrong blood report premium was increased to Rs. 56287/- each which was paid by me accidently. my blood report of other reputed labs are normal. LIC website never is fully functional. All I want to do is check my policy status.. but for past 5 days the website shows the error "Due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted."

This is Bangalore..supposedly the IT capital of India.. but the websites never work here.. that too of a premium company such as the LIC... its frustrating.

I would like to complain about Mrs Madhavi Lata ,Manager in LICHF Gachibowli,VInayak nagar who is actually responsible for the home loans and other mattersin that area.

She never entertain any body directly for the home loan which is her work and always tell to come through the agent so that she and her staff can earn money.

She is very rude and and along with the staff no body is actually...

Loan file no.[protected] foreclosed in 03 jan-2011 but till date no documents recieved from mumbai office. Also thre is no one lifting phones seems that thay dont want to change the culture of typical govt. office.
