Dear sir,
My policy no. is[protected] . It was matured and I filled-up Form and send it to the local office by post as now a days I am living at Kolkata. Change of address is also informed, ?Yet to receive the cheque .Please inform me latest position.
My wife's policy no. is[protected] . one money back is due but not received yet.She is also living with me at kolkata and change of adress and bank details was submitted with your local office.

Sir,
I want to inform that the afore said policy was wrongly treated and considered as the “Surrender case”
Actually the forms for finalization of policy were sent to me before one year to submit the same duly filled in. I did not fill the forms, but when I received the forms second time I asked my agent about the forms. The agent suggested me to fill in the forms and mention, whether I want to opt the pension or want the full payment in one lump sum.
It is true that I opted for one lump sum but it was after the maturity period of the policy, and I opted for one lump sum, because there was column/option for one lump sum.
This was treated as the “Pre mature surrender case”, and it was treated like wise.
I did not want the Pre mature surrender case, as I was not in need of money, and I was ready to pay the premium up to the maturity date.
This was totally wrong dealing by The LIC. Rather it is a clear cut case of cheating
How can any body, who is a regular premium payer, can opt for premature surrender of the policy, and that too before one year only? This is a huge loss to me, given by the LIC.
Please enquire in the matter and take appropriate action, and review the case immediately.
I was misguided by LIC and taken the forms duly filled in and wrongly treated as the “Pre mature surrender case”

In this reference I want to state that I had enquired in the grievances cell of LIC vide my complaint No:239185, but they informed me that the case have been closed
Further they informed that there is no option for one lump sum payment.
Now I just want to ask that if there is no option for one lump sum payment , then why did they mention in their claim form for one lump sum payment ?
Is it not the mis-guiding to the customers or cheating with the customers ?
I , there by request to please look in the matter and if possible arrange to give me the justice in the case.

I have a complaint against officers & Staff of Br.office( code no can be intimated).The have no Ethics & rude with the customer. My policy was matured on 20th Dec.2010 I have handed over all necessary the documents.After checking in claim section one copy of handed documents were delivered documents.After verification the clerk has confirmed that all documents are ok & I will get payments in time in my bank as per the account no. given with cancelled copy of cheque.While delivery of documents, I contacted the officer, but he also was not on the seat.after request one person came, he receive the documents, but not ready to give official receipt with putting stamp sign & dairy No.After struggler some another officer has signed on his behalf, & one of the officer came & told me that you do not know who am I?I have asked his name but not replied.He threaten me for recovery of matured payments
In reply to this I have not received payments so far till writing.I have sent my rep. for inquiry, first they said without looking, there is no such policy.In reply to that if there is no policy then why u have given letter of maturity?After he convince for policy maturity, but he refused to pay & demanded stamp paper of 100 rs.with affidavit.Why this type of herasments, to the senior citizens & customers?Can any body reply?I have tried all the nos given but some nos are not replied or not lifted during working hours.can u make some inquiry against the officer in my presence.As if you may take inquiry, again there is every chance for delay in payments as threatener

I am working as an agent in Branch III Jaipur, High Court Circle Jaipur, My two policy holder's policy was mature in the month of Feb. 2010 and Feb. 2011 but the Claim manager was mad payment wrongly as under :-
1. policy No.[protected] Chequ was prepaired in the short name i.e. A.K.Mishra amounting Rs.31000/- dated 27.2.10. After long discussion claim manager Mr. Meena say first you submit an affidavit in favour on LIC for your Full Name i.e. Anil Kumar Mishra, which is not our fault, but we submit an affidavit on Rs.10/- non judicial stamp paper but till date chequ was not prepaired by him and conduct misbehave.
2. Policy No.[protected] chequ was prepaired in the name Santosh Gupta amounting Rs.111262/- dated 28.2.2011 in place of Santosh Khandelwal after several request to Mr. Meena again he say for submitting an affidavit in the name of Santosh Khandelwal and I submitted it on 26.3.11but till date Mr Meena was not prepaired cheque and conduct misbehave.
Kindly do the need full and instruct concerned

Branch No 14, 23A/44X D. H. Road, Kolkatta in my Old address at S. M. Nagar Housing Estate,
Block No-M1/6, P. O. Sarkarpool, 24,Pargana(s). Now I am staying Cochin (kerala). before change my place I inform by letter to same branch office my change address and near LIC office in Cochin. Still not change policy to my new address. Matuirity letter recived on old address my friends redirected to my new address.. After getting letter I immedley send Origional Policy along with signed Maturity letter and
my Bank Name and Account No. Doccuments send trough Registered Post under reciept no EL[protected]N dated 25/04/2011. Still on date I am not recied payment or any leter from Lic Branch office.,

        Second time I approaching this forum for addressing my same complaint.I am having the policy no.[protected]Jeevan Astha)worth Rs.25,000 from LIC of India,Branch-Mori Gate Code[protected],Premium Slip No. 0031063 dated[protected].

        I am sorry to inform you that till now I have not received the my POLICY BOND.Several time I have visited and contacted the senior persons in the branch but there is no fruitful response from the concerns branch.

        So therefore I request you to do the needful ASAP in this regard so that I can continuosly faith on the India's Largest Insurance Company.Kindly let me know if you need any other input from my side.

        I am attaching the premium slip along with this mail.

        This is my last reminder to concerned authority.If I won't receive my Policy Bond within 10 working days(from 30th-Dec-2010) then I will move to court for the needful.

        i have taken a jeevan aastha policy in the month of jan.2009 and i have no recieved my policy bond till date my policy number is[protected]

        I have same complaint.Dimple(LA.) S/o Mukesh kumar Khatri (LP.).They Purchases policy no.[protected]Jeevan Trang)worth Rs.1, 00, 000 from LIC of India, Branch-Barkatpura Hyderabad Code - CBO21-6041, Premium Rs.5230/- par Year dated[protected].

        Mukesh have not received the POLICY BOND. I have contacted many time in the branch but there is no fruitful response from the concerns branch.& the party is paid 2nd Premium also.

        So therefore I request you to do the needful ASAP in this regard so that I can continuosly faith on the India's Largest Insurance Company.Kindly let me know if you need any other input from my side.

          Dear sir,

          I have been an employee of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd, Veraval for more than twenty years and we had an employee superannuation scheme there linked with LIC of India there. I have left the job since July 2008 and working in other company. I have not got the residual amount of the said scheme till date. You have paid me Rs.59151 in Oct 2008 wide ch. no 0081263.In the same month I also have got Rs.1510 and Rs.755/- wide ch. no 0081264 and 0976648 respectively. .This was my last ever payment from LIC to me. I think it fit to raise this complaint as till date the residual amount has not been paid to me.

            Dear Sir,

            This is to bring to your notice that I the undersigned have shifted my family from Ballarpur to Nasik Maharashtra in the month of April 2008. Normally I was receiving the cheques in the month of May every year since last 3 - 4 years. But in the year 2009 after repeated follow up with post office at Ballarpur I have not received any cheques of superannuation. This continued for the current year also. i.e. I have not received superannuation cheques for 2009-10 & 2010-11, though I have received my LIC policies at the old address.
            I have sent a registered letter on 21.04.2010 to P & GS dept Delhi . requesting change of address & to send 2009 - 10 & 2010 -11 cheques. But so far I have not received any cheques.
            So this is my earnest request to you to look into the matter & do the needful.

            Pl arrange to send the cheques at my new address given below.

              I deposited my policy bond on[protected] policy no[protected] along with discharge form & other documents to obtain maturity proceed. I have already sent 3 time my staff personally to enquire about the payment.
              I came to know that my documents has been lost in the branch due to sheer negligence of staff nobody has been co-operating to release my payment and also making mockery of costumer service either.
              You are requested to inquire in to the matter and expedite the same with interest otherwise i shall have to go for legal recourse at your cost & responsibility.

                  Also please advice me which is best option if i close my account before paying 5th due in Jan 2011. What benefits will i get if i close my policy after 5th due in Jan 2011 (may be in feb 2011 or march 2011).

                  If the current plan is not profitable then can we switch to some other ULIP plans?

                    I have sent so many mails to LICHFL for asking about the status of my loan but there is no response from there side and they disgusting people has deposited my cheque which I have given for a loan. Pathetic service. Cheque has been stopped by me and I really very disapointted by pathetic service.

                    No one reponding my mails as well on phone. Is this kind of servive they are given to customer before loan. I don't know what happen after the loan. Disgusting people.

                    Below is the mail which I have sent so many times but not getting a single response.

                    I'm writing you because to bring in your notice that I have applied a home loan from LICHFL on 8th of November’10. From this date to till now I have called so many times (Twice a day) for asking about the status of my home loan but every time I have to listen new story i.e,
                    1. We need an ITR for current year;
                    2. We will go to your business address for BIR.
                    3. Your CIBIL is not clear.
                    4. Your verification report has not been received.
                    5. We required few more documents etc.
                    6. Today also I have received a call for few more documents.

                    Now the thing is this that I'm very very frustrated and I'm totally under pressure because I have to pay 15% interest to the GNIDA as a late payment. Now I have forgotten about my Rs. 2 lacs which I have deposited to the authority. And finally I have take decision that I don't need Home loan from you because you have given so much of pressure on my mind and I can’t tolerate this much of pressure along with my work. I totally know that what you want from me for providing a fast service but I'll not pay a single peny as a Bribe to you for my loan.

                    Now it’s my humble request from you to stop my loan procedure and return my cheque which has been given in favour of LICHFL at the time of documentation.

                    I'll request Bank to stop the payment for that cheque and kindly accept my intimation to you that I'll stop the payment of my cheque and will not bear any problem regarding this cheque in the future.

                    I’m waiting for favorable response from your side. Request you to return my cheque. I really appreciate if you could send reply asap. Please take this mail on a priority basis. Will send you further explanation on the above issue in a separate mail with all details and dates.

                      I had enrolled for an LIC Policy No.[protected] on date 26.03.10 at Guwahati , Assam (name of Policy is Helath protection Plus).The premium scheme was half yearly and one premium of Rs. 6000.00 was paid the day the policy was enrolled i.e on 26.03.10. As I am a working personal in the Field of Power Plant Engineering, I have no other off day other than Sundays, and it is not possible for me to go the LIC Branch, stand in a que and pay the Policy premiums. Hence I had registered in LIC website www. licindia.in, such that I can pay all my premiums online. The next due date for premium payment for the above stated policy was on 26.09.10 but unfortunately till that time no records of my enrollment for this policy was available in the website and hence I could not pay the premium on time. i tried several times but could not.Now when I could the next best chance to pay the premium personally in a Kolkata Branch (Branch code 424, lake Town , Kolkata) they denied to keep the premium even with a fine and asked me to go and contact guwahati Branch for renewal of the policy.Again this is very difficult for me to go to Guwahati (Assam) and get my policy renenwed.
                      Kindly help me out in this matter, otherwise my policy has lapsed and whatever paid amount will go waste. Either alloow me to pay the premium with fine at Kolkata Lake town Branch , Code 424 or else please arrange to refund my amount such that I can start a new policy again.
                      I need your help in this regard.

                        I have taken a LIC ULIP MONEY PLUS - 1 policy in march 2010 but till now i have not get my bond paper. My agent has informed me that now a days LIC is not issueing bond paper. I just want to know that is it true that LIC is not issueing bond paper now a days. I also want to know that how long it takes to issue bond after buying policy.

                          I had my LIC LIFE INSURANCE POLICY lying as a collateral with LIC HFL. On matutity,the same was delivered to me after rigorous follow-up.I SURRENDERED THE maturity amount to LIC HFL,and requested them to refund the same to me. But,thereafter,I have been just calling ,calling & calling these buggards ,without any result. I regret having opted for LIC HFL .NOBODY IS SERIOUS,RESPONSIBLE,HERE.ALL ARE DAMP LOGS ! NO WONDER,THE HIGHEST OFFICIALS ARE CORRUPT ! REST OF THE STAFF ARE ON PAID HOLIDAY FOREVER ! I PITY THIS PSU !

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have a loan account with LIC HFL for almost a year. The monthly dues are paid by ECS as we discussed and agreed between both o[censored]s. During our initial discussion for ECS payment they did not accept Citi Bank since they told me that they are having an issue so I was asked to open a new account with some other bank for ECS payment. I have chosen IDBI and asked the personnel in LIC to check whether I could go for this particular bank and they said no issues that I can go ahead. So I have opened an account with IDBI and provided all information to LIC and ECS gone well for few months and after couple of months my ECS got rejected and got a message from LIC that it was rejected by RBI. To my surprise how RBI could reject my ECS when they could able to get payment for initial few months. So I have contacted LIC HFL officer Mrs.Udra and she advised me to close the account and open a new account stating that there might be some problem with my account and I did so. And again after opening a new account my ECS went through fine and this month it got rejected by RBI!

                            When I approached the bank said that they have not received any request from LIC to clear fund and all the time I was having enough fund in my account. But LIC always blaming the bank and reluctant to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

                            I am really tired and frustrated to handle this issue which is happening every now and then. I am sure the bank does not have an issue but the LIC HFL do not provide proper information to RBI which is getting rejected.

                            I would really appreciate if some one from LIC could take responsibility and resolve this ASAP.

                              Hello,

                              We have complain against the LIC agent number "0066671C" for the policy number[protected] . He had taken Rs.50000 cash from me and had given a receipt stamped by LIC . Now that when we went to the LIC office to check, they told us that the cheque which we had given had got bounced back. The agent must have taken the money and given a cheque which he had himself made it bounce. The agent is refusing to pick up calls now. We have the LIC money deposit receipt. What do we do now?

                                This is regarding LICs AAO Recruitment 2010. My nephew after depositing Rs 400/- towards exam fees, tried to submit his application online but it was not accepted till 14.12.2010 (last date for submission of online application). He has been trying persistently for about 10 -12 days but in vain. Like him there are lakhs and lakhs of youngsters in India, who paid Rs 400/- but could not apply online due to inefficient management of LIC website. So it will be fair if LIC make an announcement in News Papers immediately that those who could not apply online after depositing a fee of Rs 400/- till 14.12.10, can approach the respective LIC Payment Counters for refund.

                                  Ref: 1) My previous applications to Br Mgr, 43J, Bagnan Br. dated 26.2.09 & dated 10.07.09.
                                  2) Application to CRM (EZ) dated 6.3.09 & dated 21.4.09.
                                  3) Application through email to public grievance cell on 21.01.10.
                                  4) Application to Dy Dir. (IRDA) Consumer Affair Dept on 30.08.10.
                                  5) Application through email to IRDA on 20.09.10, 18.10.10, 22.11.10 & 20.12.10.
                                  Sir,
                                  Beg most respectfully I want to inform you that the undersigned have LICI policy at 43J Bagnan Branch, Howrah, WB. Due to my financial problem one premium (Jan’08 premium) Rs: 85055/- for the policy no:[protected] was due. When I was ready to pay, the Br Manager asked for medical report from ‘Annesha’, Bagnan, Howrah, WB, lab. Then I paid 2008 & 2009 premium with late fine on 4.2.2009 along with medical report.

                                  After one month, suddenly, I was asked by LIC Br Manager to deposit additional amount of Rs 14062 separately (Rs:7031 per premium), based on wrong ECG report made by LIC paneled Bagnan lab. Then I lodged a written complain on excess premium amount based on wrong ECG report made by LIC paneled Bagnan lab. But, as per Br. Mgr’s advice and assurance to adjust excess premium amount in the 2010 premium; I paid excess amount separately on 03.03.09 to run the policy.

                                  That Sir, after came back to Delhi, I have tested ECG & other tests at LIC paneled modern lab in Delhi & Central Govt. (CGHS) paneled Lab, but, found no physical problems. Immediately, I applied over e-mail (Complaint No: 165149) to Dy Secretary who replied that Br. Manager, Bagnan branch (43J) will settle the matter on submission of fresh medical report and accordingly all the documents submitted to him and a copy to Marketing manager, Howrah Division, 16 hair street, Kolkata.

                                  Sir, after getting several complaints from me and from other customers against ‘Annesha’, Bagnan lab, the LIC, 43J Bagnan branch found our point is genuine and de-listed the said Medical Lab from LIC panel. But, excess premium amount based on their misleaded report, 43J Bagnan branch didn’t adjust my premium and still I am waiting for your favorable action.

                                  Therefore, you are requested to take an immediate action on the above said matters.

                                  My policy has gone for revival on 12th Jan 2011 but till now the policy is not activated.

                                  I have visited many times to the LIC office at Kurla West, Ghatkopar West but no one is able to reply me how much more time it will take ????????????

                                  My question does the policy Revival take 60 days……………

                                  I have even complaint to LIC but they have close the complaint request by saying “ QUERY FORWARDED TO MUMBAI REGION ”

                                  HELP ME TO SOLVE MY QUERY.

                                    I am Srinivasan, retired General Manager of Hindustan Photo Films, Ooty.
                                    My daughrt in law is NagaRatna Nandakumar. She had taken LIC Policy[protected] from LIC Gulbarga. Her annual premiums for the current and last year were due. The LIC Office in Sir Thyagaroya Road, T'Nagar, chennai 17 gave a form to be filled by NagaRatna and signed by her; also they told that they were unable to get the connection to their Gulbarga office.They told me to send the cheque to their office in Gulbarga and request them to transfer the records to Chennai.
                                    Accordingly, on the 6th April 2011, I had sent the Post office Cheque No.286151 for an amount of Rs.4, 000, the form and the request letter by speed post.
                                    So far, there is no communication from LIC Gulbarga, Asghari Chambers, PIN 585102. or from LIC in Sir Thyagaroya Road, T'Nagar, chennai 17.
                                    Will be gratefull if somebody can look into and communicate to me.
