I SURESH KUMAR, HGA, S.R. NO 119366, H.G.A., BRANCH 116 GIVEN MY GURANTEE TO MR SHAILANDER KAUSHIK, H.G.A., S.R.NO 140410, BRANCH-116 AND MS. INDRA KAUSHIK, APPLIED TO YOUR OFFICE AT ASAF ALI ROAD, NEW DELHI-110002, ON 23/02/2011 UNDER PRESSURE FOR PURCHASING HOUSE AT KAUSHAMBI, GAZIABAD ( UP ) ( BUILDER IS NOT APPROVED BY THE LIC HOUSING FINANCE ) ON 23/02/2011 .

I HEREBY WITHDRAWN MY GUARANTEE IN ABOVE SAID PROPERTY WHICH WAS GIVEN TO MR SHAILANDER KAUSHIK AND HIS WIFE MS INDRA KAUSHIK.

PLEASE NOTE IN THIS CONNECTION I HAVE TOLD TO MS KHUSHI OVER MOBILE NO [protected] WHEN SHE MADE A CALL TO ME FOR ENQUIRY ON 24/02/2011 AT 12.26 P.M. AND I PERSAONALLY WENT TO LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD, ASAF ALI ROAD, LAKSHMI INSURANCE BUILDING, NEW DELHI-110002 AND MET TO MS RAJ RANI AND NEHA MISHRA BUT THEY REFUSED TO TAKE MY APPLICATION OF WITHDRAWN OF MY GAURANTEE.

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO GIVE BACK MY PAPER SUCH AS PHOTO, OFFICE I CARD COPY AND SALARY SLIP FOR THE MONTH OF FEB 2011. AS I AM NOT INTERESTED IN GIVING MY GAURANTEE TO SAID PERSONS WHICH WAS GIVEN BY ME UNDER PRESURE.

LIC website never is fully functional. All I want to do is check my policy status.. but for past 5 days the website shows the error "Due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted."

This is Bangalore..supposedly the IT capital of India.. but the websites never work here.. that too of a premium company such as the LIC... its frustrating.

Moreover, I tried calling the Info Center 1251 (from landline) to know about the policy status, they put you on hold all of 30 seconds then disconnect the call themselves with an IVR message that all agents are busy!!!

Someone needed to take action.. if not me who else!

Vide File No. 407279 LICHFL Janakpuri Branch sanctioned me loan of Rs. 15,30,000/- on[protected] under Griha Prakash Scheme against a Residential Floor in “SRS Pearl” at Sector 87, Faridabad. On receiving a demand Notice from “SRS” I approached the company for making remittance, but they refused to honour saying that validity of sanction expired and advised me to make a fresh application.

As per their advice, I submitted a fresh application Vide File No. 30490 with their Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi Branch on 1st November, 2010 by attaching same concerned documents together with copy of Loan Sanctioned Letter and paying the process fee. After this I chased up constantly with all the concerned officials and I was assured that since the loan has already been sanctioned, very soon I will be receiving a fresh sanction, but on the contrary I am now verbally informed that on account of “Company Profile not found Okay, the case is regretted”.

After receiving the above news I have been running from pillar to post, writing letters/sending email messages to Regional Manager (Mr. Mahinder Kumar), but no reply till date and hence, this request for your intervention for sanctioning loan on the basis of earlier sanction.

Hi,

I would like to complain about Mrs Madhavi Lata ,Manager in LICHF Gachibowli,VInayak nagar who is actually responsible for the home loans and other mattersin that area.

She never entertain any body directly for the home loan which is her work and always tell to come through the agent so that she and her staff can earn money.

She is very rude and and along with the staff no body is actually interested in working here and they feel that customer should beg in front of them and and should their work also.

Please take action against her.These people are ruining entire system by harassing and extracting money from common people.

Loan file no.[protected] foreclosed in 03 jan-2011 but till date no documents recieved from mumbai office. Also thre is no one lifting phones seems that thay dont want to change the culture of typical govt. office.
I tried n number of times daily on phone[protected] & 22644052 as given by reception-mumbai office. When it is tolto him that no body is lifting phone on this numbers, he replied he can not do anything.

No body is MAI-BAAP of LIC Housing finance limited.

What kind of SARKARI website they have developed. I am trying to login into http://www.licindia.in but the site is not opening.

In last week I tried to make payments by using my Credit card. But the LIC website has removed the option for credit card.

Never understand what kind of service they are providing. When you try to call their customer care you can hear 2 lines from the IVR system then you will disconnected.

I have sent 8-9 mails to '[protected]@licindia.com' but they are not all replying to my mail, then what's the use of this email-id. I am constantly sending emails at this email address since 5th Feb and today is 21st Feb but I didn't get any reply, not even a single reply. This is really ridiculous.

I want my correspondence address to get changed. For such a simple query, I am asking them a reply but these are guys have not replied a single time.

my father Vijay Shankar Tiwari had issued 2 no's of cheque for policy no.[protected] &[protected] on 30.10.10 at gyanpur road branch of LIC(Branch code 295). but in the month of february after gap of 3-31/2 month one cheque was bounce for which i have to pay bank charges and also LIC had collected penalty from us for which they are totally responsible. i cann't understand why they had presented cheque so late. atleast they should not collect penalty form us. my cell no. is [protected]. i want strict action towards ir-responsibiity of the branch.

I had applied for a Home Loan in July 2009 for a Flat, B1/101, GF, Ansal Affordable Homes-Gurgaon, Sec-57, and got the attached Sanctioned Letter. But at the time of Disbursement LIC Housing Finance declined to Disbursement to this Ansal's Project.

I have applied this Loan through Mr. Mannan Hussain (M: [protected], Email:- [protected]@gmail.com). At the time of Disbursement he told me there is some dispute between LICHF and Ansal Buildwell, So, LICHF is cannot Finance for your Flat.

So, Kindly refund the Amount (Rs.1123/-) which I have paid for Initial Processing Fees.

At present LIC (and other life insurance providers) declare bonus annually/periodically on with profit life insurance policies , which is payable on maturity or on death which ever is earlier. Accrued bonus becomes a substantial sum of money available to insurer till payment. However LIC does not pay any interest on such accrued bonus though it earns it on such balances.Since accrued bonus belongs to the policy holders, in all fairness, reasonable interest should be paid by insurer on such accrued bonus.

I have written two letters to LIC office,Mul road, Chandrapur maharashtra state,regarding refund of premium of money back policy no. S[protected] from Feb.2010 to June 2010 of Rs. 226 per month total amount is Rs.1130.As this amount is already deducted by LIC main branch, KP ground, Kingsway, Nagpur, from money back policy maturity due in June 2010.
I have transferred on dt. 07/07/2010 from Chandrapur to Koradi TPS, Dist. Nagpur, M.S. you are requested to make arrangement of refund of Rs.1130 by cheque to the following address as eight months have passed in correspondence.

Dear all,

Its been more than a fortnight since i raised below mentioned concern & i was given a timeframe of 3-4 days for getting this resolved.

With sheer disgust and with very liitle expectations i would like to inform you that problem still remains the same hence i am still not able to register policy on licindia portel.

By any means i simply fail to understand how come a policy is taking such an exorbitant amount of time to get updated in master database.

Please suggest a wayout or else guide me a process to surrender my policies aithout any hassle.

i has been apply for home loan (appl.no 663923)on date 23-aug-2010 for amount Rs 12,50,000/-.
i was submit all document to LICHFL Office(SCO-2445-46, 1st floor,Sector -22C phone no. [protected],[protected],mr chiranjeet kr) email [protected]@lichousing.com) (which document demand by exucative of LICHFL),
and i call on 27/8/2010 for personal discussion at chandigarh office during this time his demand for credit card settelment copy, i was proveid this peper same date,
after all peper check,they said your peper is completedand we will send all document delhi office, during this period they submit cheque no. 246444(standard chartered bank)Amount Rs1103/- and cheque was cleared on date 03/09/2010,but after 25 day LICHFL told your case hasbeen rejected due to your credit card problem, while i submit document regarding this already,if credit card problem why not put this quation before cheque clearing,
dear sir,LICHFL was weaste my time approx 25 days and deduct Rs 1103/- with out any loan section,
i was mently disturb with LICHFL workings due to i was received Demand letter by Builder for Due date instalment
This is totally cheating & mently Harsment with customer

on 6/12/2010 i have given DD of 40,000 & the receipt no .issued by LICHFL WGL 152652 Dt. 8/12/2010. & outstanding loan shown is 9,65,000 which is showing a difference of nearly 20,000.
hence i request you sir to rectify the defect & issue me a copy of payments done by me from 1/1/2010 to 31/12/2010.
