I have availed housing loan for Rs 45,00,000.00 as 28.09.2010. Have submitted post dated cheques of 10th Every month for EMI of 40,973.00. These needs to be presented every month. First cheque presented post lots of followup on 3-Dec,10. Again the Dec,EMI cheque i am finding not presented and their executive have collected a new cheque for Rs 40,973/- collected again on 31st Dec'10 stating that their cheuque is misplaced. I made a complaint to LIC through web portal bearing no:291543. The reply came from LIC was "CUSTOMER INFORMED THE REASON. COMPLAINT CLOSED". i made a renewal premium payment online for my policy no.[protected] through my ICICI Bank account for Rs.1319=00 on 03/01/2011 vide payment id no[protected].
But the LIC has not sent my premium payment receipt till 07/01/2011.So,you are requested to forward my grievance.

I have paid Rs.980/- online through licindia.com customer portal on 24/12/2010.towards my premium of policy number[protected]jeevan mitra triple cover) since the portal is not working properly I mistakenly paid it twice. and the amount of Another 980/-* was cut from my AXIS bank account.
one of my premium is accepted by LIC and the receipt is sent to me by mail.
I complained about the another Rs.980/- to lic they responded and...

I want to access my LIC policies online. But the website of LIC is not working properly. What should I do now to get information about my policies?

I am a software engineer and recently booked flat in Pune.

I had sanctioned the Home loan from LIC Housing finance with rate of interest as 9.25% fixed for 5 yrs , through agent Riddhi Financial services Pune (Address : Nana Peth Concerned person: Prashant Shembekar). This loan was sanctioned on[protected] which was valid for 90 days (i.e till 30-Dec-2010).

With reference to my Income Tax refund of A.Y. 2008-09.I hereby inform you that my TDS (Tax Deducted at source) for above mentioned year is Rs. 99,923 , which is not matching with the Tax Credit given to me by Income Tax Deptt i.e. 84579. So, the I.T. Deptt. is not processing my Refund.

Dear customer care
I requested to reissue a cheque against my Policy A/C [protected] (Zavvar Jafar ) due to expiry of first initial payment Cheque issued on[protected].
I Personally approach to LIC office Rajindra Nagar, Ghaziabad in mid October, 2010 and submitted the application with original cheque.The Branch Manager assured that I will receive fresh cheque within ten days.
Unfortunately I did not received it...

I have been trying to access my online account with LIC of India website since Dec'2010 and has been unable to do so and getting the below error:

This is critical for me as my premium has been due since 22 Dec and I have been unable to pay the premium online. Also, this is the last month...

Site's home page is up and running instead it doesn't allow to let a user login. I was in much need to download my online payments made reciepts to submit as tax proof to my comapy. The last date is today's date faling which i have to claim the tax returns directly from the IT deptt, all knows how pain it is to get back from them....

I have submitted my complain about the "MATURITY PAYMENT" against the LIC OF INDIA , so many times in your FORUM but I did not get the reply till date.
Where I can view the status of my complain ? please inform.Because this is only the last and final FORUM for us to complain
