My LIC Agent (Name : Saroj Kanti Chakraborty [Address - 41,C/2/1 Raja Rammohan Roy Sarani ; Serampore ; Dist.- Hooghly ; M-[protected]] do not collect the premium of my all policy's.The Agent is also giving us wrong information about all policy's..

I am lic agent of Branch 1 code 453 in siliguri(w.B) jalpaiguri Division .Our branch on an avarage good serviceing Branch.But respected employe who responsible for showintg Club Membership .He does not co-operative with us and most of the time he does not sit on the chair.Please provide good quality of employe or take action againt him so that he takes responsible for that.

    Dear friends,pl.donot prefer L..I.C.housing finance ltd for your housing loan products.They are not customer friendly and also the officials themselves donot know the procedure of loan.Their aim is only to grab the processing fees from us and make us to wander from pillar to post. I had a worst experience at velacherry branch that my applicaton has been rejected after six months by showing the reason that i had settlement status at cibil report.Though they have all the right to show the reasons, will they bear the the loss incurred due to their delay.No right reply received from L.I.C.for my letter.

      As I understand LIC is cheating pension plan Policy holders. I am also holding a Jeevan
      Suraksha Policy which matured ( Vesting date ) on 22/07/2010 on my 55 Th Birth Day. Now LIC
      is saying that the vesting date should have been 08/02/2011. This is absurd as this is in no way connected with my 55 Th birthday. However inspite of writing many e-mails and contacting them since the last one & half years , I am still to get the commutaion amount & the pension. I have written to the IRDA but not much has happened. LIC had sent a discharge form asking me to sign the same and surrender the original Policy.This amounts to signing an advance receipt, loosing the original policy and agreeing for the fraudulent vesting date. More over , Original Policy is not really required as they have cleared many other Policy maturities without the same. So is with IDBI/ICICI Bonds. I am giving the e-mails of
      IRDA to which you may send your grievence. I am also planning to sue LIC by collecting all
      pensioners who have been cheated. Kindly write to me , if you would like to join hands in fighting this crime. I may be contacted on my e-mail given at the end of this letter. If all o[censored]s join hands & sue LIC we may get our legitimate dues. Even if they pay now, I am loosing at least Rs. 50000/= which is too precious for a pensioner. If you try to find the total amount involved & loss to pensioners, this will be not less than 2G.

            i have been empowered the premium terminal by lic. i always deposit my collection at br 927 bhandup. but today they refused to take my collection saying that i have not selected their br for collection. but as usual i have selected their br only for the collection kindly look into the matter on urgent basis as the time alloted to me is 48 hrs to deposit the collection

              Hi,

              I had applied the loan on 21st December 2010 against the scheme of 9.25% fixed for 5 years. I was told that it should get sanctioned in 7-8 working days before the expiry of the scheme. I received the sanction letter yesterday (9th Feb, 2011).
              I have few concerns in the same:

              1. The sanction letter states the rate of 9.75% fixed for 5 years instead of 9.25% fixed for 5 years
              2. It also says that the rates at the time of disbursement will be applicable.
              3. I was told that the processing charges will be 0.5 % or 10, 000 which ever is lower because of my professional degree. The processing charges shown in the sanction letter is 1%, although I had given the copy of my professional degree also.
              4. I was told that there is no prepayment penalty if loan prepaid from own sources. It will be applicable only in case of transfer of loan to another financial institution. The sanction letter simply says 2% prepayment charges.

              I expect that the sanction letter should have same terms which were told to the customer which were told based on which the customer decided. Also, I would like to have all the terms told to me at the time of application on the LIC letter head instead of verbal communication. Having different things in verbal communication and written letter is not expected way of working of such a large government financial institution.

              Please look into the same and clarify for the same.

              I also support Point#3, They should collect 0.5 % or 10, 000 which ever is lower, if we provide Professional Degree. And regarding Point#2, they must at least consider the rate that is given in 'Sanction Letter' and Disburse the amount.

              Hope LIC will listen to its valuable customer's concerns and take appropriate steps. Thank You!

                Non receipt of annuity cheque
                Sub: Payment of Commutation amount by LIC
                Ref: Master Policy No. 692068. Annuity No. 091Y[protected]

                A cheque No.108691 dated 8.10.2010 for Rs. Rs.117283/- drawn on HDFC, Bank, Church Gate Branch, Mumbai favouring ICICI Bank credit to my SB Ac. No.[protected] payable to me towards the Commutation amount of my superannuation benefit was sent to ICICI Bank at Vidyodaya School Compound, T.Nagar, Chennai by The Senior Manager, LIC of India, P & Gs Unit : PGD DEPT MDO-I, Ist Floor, Yogakshema, Jeevan Bima Marg, P&GS Department , MUMBAI 400 021. As this branch is not functioning any more the cheque was not received by the bank. I informed this to The Senior Manager, LIC of India, P & Gs Unit : PGD DEPT MDO-I, and requested him to reissue the cheque and send it to ICICI Bank at Salem where my above account is in operation. He informed me that he would do so only after the expiry of validity of the above cheque. It is more than one month after the expiry of validity of the original cheque which remains un traced. Inspite of my request LIC has not sent me this payment. Please help me get this payment.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I handed over maturity claim voucher at LIC INDIA, Ahmedabad office at Jeevan Prakash Bldg.
                  duly acknowledged on 9.11.11. First the assistant refused to receive the voucher. So I approached
                  his controller who asked me to hand over the paper to inward dak clerk the original paper was
                  acknowledged receipt by the controller. But assistant Shri Mishra instructed inward clerk
                  not to receive the voucher and shouted and insulted saying we will not take this paper go and
                  do whatever you like, I requested Shri Mishra to cool down and do not shout. But he continued
                  insulting.

                  This is high time. The conduct of the employee is unwarranted.

                  Now I was aware I will not receive the claim amount in time though I am right. And as I expected I have not
                  received claim amount yet. I have therefore sent e-mail to www.[protected]@licindia.com
                  requesting to pay the amount with interest. LIC charge interest for delayed premium equally
                  customer has right to receive interest for delayed payment.

                    The worst part i want to convey you , you people have become thick skinned and not bothered about customers problems. LIC shouldnot forget it is living on the policies of Employees of varoius sectors. When I approached your branch at Secunderabad, Paradise on Saturday to pay the premium, It was told that counter closes at 12.30. I was in at 12.20, but denied premium payment. But an agent went from back side of counter could make his payments of policies he brought with him. So you allow agents but not genuine customers. What's the problem to keep your counters to run full day atleast one counter without break. It will help employees who get a holiday on saturday & sunday can pay the premiums. This is the time for Incometax assessment. Naturally policies & premiums work will be at the peak. Why can't you provide counter open continous during working hours.

                    DOn't allow outside agencies to run counters, which give a receipt generated online, which we are not sure of original or not. Instead run counters atleast one on holidays and during lunch breaks, which will help policy holding employees immensely. Moreover, the Manager of the branch is no way has control over his branch and he is reckless & reluctant to address my problem.

                    Finally i was denied premium payment on that day for which i had to turnup on monday during my lunch break. Again same story, its lunch break, you need to wait for 45 min to open the counter. Why can't you make adjustment of lunch timings of counters such that one works overlap of other and finally customers can make payments without headache. Can't lunch timings of staff working at counters be adjusted for the sake of customers, like being done in other gov't banks.

                    Thanks for the attitude thrown by your negligent,reckless & arrogant staff, who had altercation with other customers at that time. I finally took vow not take any more policies of LIC and took policies of Birla Sunlife and SBI Life insurance to make adjustments to my Income tax adjustments.

                    I hope you will soon losing customers and the day maynot be far, LIC is a oblivion

                        Hi My file number is 311207. Every month i had a monthly ECS for Rs17509/- All of a sudden i have been deducted for Rs. 18860/- which is unacceptable. There is no proper communication from LICHFL. Although, they have sent a text message on my mobile, they have again sent a sms to ignore the provious message. Again have deducted for Rs18860/- i had a balance of 18,283/- and the cheque got bounced! How can the LICHFL do like this without proper communication. Who is responsible for the bouncing of my cheque?

                          I had taken a loan of 15 lacs from LIC housing under loan a/c no.[protected].There is a delay of more than a month in disbursing the cheques even after giving the demand letter and the documents asked by your staff of kalyan . My last demand letter given was on 04th of January,2011 and is still waiting for the cheque and this happens everytime a demand letter is given.But the irony is that to get my loan sanctioned it took just 22 days.Is disbursal of a cheque more complicated than sanctioning of a loan? or is it that you are taking customers for granted.

                            pathetic..dont know how to fix this...and to whom to contact...
                            Exactly ..l. i am also facing same . Earlier i use to pay by HDFC netbanking but now a days i am not.Is anybody knows why its happaening like this????

                              In reference to the above subject, I would like to bring to your kind notice the following:

                              My Name is Amit Giri(File No - 612874) and I had applied for a Home Loan from LICHFL in August 2010 for buying a property with Amrapali Developers in Noida Extn.

                              At the time of applying for loan I had been assured that all the processes will be completed without any complication and on time (within 30 days or Max 45 days), but After a lot of frustrated attempts and umpteen visits to the office the loan is sanctioned, but I'm yet to see any hopes for my first disbursement cheque.

                              Due to the delayed disbursement of payment by LICHFL to Amrapali I have already been charged a substantial amount for late fee and might have to do so again.

                              I had so many other options while looking for a Home Loan company but chose LICHFL only because of the trust which was developed while using LIC's other services. I thought that things will be completed on time and without any complications but even after so many rounds to your offices the things are still pending even after all approval.

                              I request you to please look into the matter urgently as further delay related to same is causing me financial damages as well as damage to the trust I have with your company.

                                I have enrolled my policy No[protected] and a premium of Rs 30837/- has been paid through a cheque, drawn on SB of Patiala, Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar , Jalandhar-144003, which has been realised on 03 June 2010. When I click to find out the record of payment and wish to print an online receipt, it appears on the screen that no record of payment of this policy is held. Please help.

                                  As i have registered on the LIC portal on last month Dec 2010.My pocily number is[protected] registered my email id also for the same [protected]@yahoo.com but didnt received any login details on my emailid as if now i was trying to login but dont remeber my userid and password,so please help me out in order to recover the LIC username and password.

                                    LIC is asking for post mortem report, magistrates certicate, statement of witness, FIR report , Local doctors,report even after submitting a number of papers like death certificate, doctor's statement in the prescribed form of lic,

                                    This is a vicious circle. After submission of papers a new letter comes asking for something new. the policy is of 40 000 Rs. I requested them to give me back the amount of paid as premium, they say it is not possible because the policy is joint and the other partner is dead. I have foolishly invested around 46000 in various policies. I have stopped paying and discontinued all other policies as i am sure my nominees cant get anything as the procedure is dam slow, complex, non cooperative, and even agent does not take any interest.

                                    LIC I beleive is good if a person does not die.

                                    1. My father Sri Manoj Shankar aged about 51 Years Suffring from High Feaver the dated on 14 June 2012, we admit his in

                                    Hospital (Sri Raj Trust Hospital, Jakkanpur patna) but under Treatment he died on 17 June 2012.

                                    2. My Father is also a Govt. Teacher, and Total two policies for his name those are following : Policy No[protected],[protected].

                                    After his Death I Contact the Branch office LIC Jehanabad, Bihar, Then claim Officer (Mr. Premchand Choudhary) required

                                    some needful Papers related to my father”s Death.

                                    3. Then Total required Papers arrange from me and all Papers hand Over to Claim Officer(Mr. Premchand Choudhary) in the

                                    Branch the dated on 23/07/2012.

                                    4. After one month I contact the Branch for know about to process in my father”s Death claim but Mr. Choudhary told to me

                                    That I can’ot do any work related to your father”s Death claim because I have a Lot of pending work so you may be go now.

                                    5. So I contact the Br. Manager( Mr. Rampravesh das) he is so Proudly his behavior is not good he said to me Your work has been

                                    done in next Six Month. I reply to him this is not fair then he said you are freely complaint to any related officer and now you can go.

                                      dear Sir,

                                      i got an sms reg ecs deduction amount for rs 16589 whereas my regular deduction of emi is 15390 as per the sms they asked me contact 23440533 for clarification. then i enquired about the details about deduction amt the above said no to my surprise nobody is in a position to clarify and they have given my other no 23440531 there i enquired the lady told we are not concerned and she gave another no which is not working.i am very much upset with the way LIC people of Ameerpet/central office is dealing with the customer.I tried to contact secunderabad branch where as no response on the phone. I am vexed with service of LIC empoyees.pl. resolve my problem.

                                      They will never care for your calls...The mumbai Kharghar and Vashi Branch is the worst branches I have ever been to.The people are most of the time on leave...the field people fools thheir managers and they dont care for the customer grieviences...

                                      LIC is on making record on guiness book of world record...for most number of Complaints ...If this is government org...they should close it down ...as it will bring down the government orelse...

                                        I applied for LIC Housing Loan for Rs.38 lakhs vide application no. 618510 on 28.04.2010 through an agent attached to Vashi LIC Housing Finance Branch. The agent collected the application along with all the necessary documents and upfront fee cheque of Rs. 5515/- vide cheque no. 133363 of SBI, BARC, Mumbai-85. The agent informed that he will submit the upfront fee cheque only if the entire loan(Rs.38 lakhs) is sanctioned. To my surprise, I found that my cheque was en-cashed without my knowledge with lesser sanction amount. I met Mr. Laal (Mob.No.-[protected]), Area Manager, Vashi and explained the matter. He agreed to refund the upfront fees and advised me to submit a refund application. Accordingly, I lodged the application for refund on July 14, 2010. Thereafter, I pursued Area Manager for refund on several occasions either in person or over telephone. I last visited his office on Jan 29, 2011. Till now I could not get the refund. Meanwhile, I took the loan from a National Bank as there was pressure from my builder's side.

                                        I could not expect this kind of attitude from an Institution of repute like LIC Hsg. Finance. Being a Class-I Central Govt.Officer with lot of responsibilities, I find it very difficult to pursue the issue with LIC Hsg. Finance.

                                        With this, may I kindly request your intervention in the matter for redressal and early disposal.
