Arrogance of an Employee

I have a loan with LIC Housing Finance Limited. I have given an ECS request to debit the EMI on 14th of every month. The EMI was coming on 15th of every month and the amount was getting deducted without any problem as I used to keep the amount from 13th end of day. This month, to my surprise, the EMI came on 12th morning itself and got returned as there was no money when it came. However, I put the money in the afternoon...

Lic of India bokaro 1(0566) branch does not revive my policy as special revival. Actually I am not able to pay all the premiums due in full. so, I want the date of commencement of the policy to be enhanced from 28/08/09 to current date (special revival date) and the premium to be deducted from my salary.

This is with reference to LIC loan approval file number 130200. I was cheated by Mr. Ramesh Pawbake in various aspects of the home loan and even asked for bribe. Areas of cheating were as follows:
