I HAVE PAID L.I.C.I. INSURANCE PREMIUM ONLINE THROUGH IDBI NET BANKING VIDE POLICY NO.[protected], TODAY I.E. 13/12/10, AMOUNTING TO RS. 5003/- SAME AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY A/C TOO BUT E-RECEIPT COULD NOT BE GENERATED BY LICI WEB SITE AND NO STATUS IS BEING DISPLAYED.

Dear sir,
my following policies are in force, i am sending premium time to time but LIC GGC branch is not dispatching me receipts and yearly statement of premiums deposited. Branch has not sent the certificate of year 2009-10 yet.

I am surendra from hyderabad and my loan account number is 64305651 in LICHFL taken in the year 2007. I have observed negligence by LICHFL for customer services, queries, availability of required documents and maintenance of their own worst system.

The worst housing loan institution as experienced is LICHFL. It proudly announce their millons of Rupees as Net profit every year but the company's office, system, quality is hardly have a 50 Rupees value. All their office is like footpath, Website is like a demo project of school going child. It has only one web page and no links are working. No complaints handling. No systematic documentation. Nothing is available on the website LICHFL. The Website lichfl.com is like developed for free and no one ever maintain it. A school going student with little knowledge in computer can design a better website than lichfl.com and can donate it to lichfl for free. The company LICHFL can better sit on roads and empty places to sale their worst products and services and make money in this country like other Indian government institution who make money by cheating, fraud and scams and filling the pockets of senior officers with poor publics hard earned money.

No systematic documentation. No phone is working in their head office in S R branch of hyderabad. Never picked-up the phone. They keep on ringing or might be dead as company doesn't have few hundreds to even maintain the phones.

No customer care for products millions of Rupees.

Never sends post for change in rate, ECS debited, Track record.

Never communicate for queries raised either online or offline.

The company has never given me Welcome kit containing list of document, sanction letter or other required documentation. I need all those documents to transfer my loan to other institution. I asked in S R Nagar office to handover me the list of documents, sanction letter as it is required in other institution where I need to transfer my loan. They asked me to deposit Rupees 500 for fees of all these documents and wait for at least a week. Same documents were given to my friend a year back for free who has also taken loan from LICHFL in 2008.

I HAD A POLICY IN WHICH I HAD PAID 4-5 INSTALLMENTS OF PREMIUM. DUE TO FAMILY PROBLEMS I CAN NOT PAY ANY MORE CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK. PLZ HELP ME I M IN DEEP TROUBLE.

many time I have complaint about that I have created user id in the name of my wife and my son but i have mentioned wrong date of birth in both the user ids (profile update column) thats why i am not able to submit online premium and so other thing in this regard.

I had applied for the home loan amount 28 lakhs and that has been sanctioned.
Builder has made a demand of Rs 1215000 via demand letter. I submitted the same to LICHFL and requested them in demand letter to disburse amount 2 Lakhs and not 1215000 Rs. Also given separate application for the same.

But despite of this the cheque produced is of Rs 1215000. As I need to pay backdated interest, this amount will produce more interest rate to be paid initially.

So I again submit the application to cancel the above amount and requested to disburse 2 lakhs.
But now LICHFL saying that the entire loan amount has been canceled.

Can you please let me know how to make legal action on such case if any.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I held a ULIP policy (No[protected] with LIC. I had surrendered the policy at their branch on[protected]. I was instructed to submit the following (which was duly complied with and acknowledged also).
1.Surrender Application
2.Policy Bond
3.Mailing Covers (2) with latest address
As the address on the policy was an old address, I had specifically enquired whether the address of the policy needs to be changed before surrendering the policy. For this I was clearly informed that there is no need as the mailing covers (self-addressed envelopes) are being submitted with latest address, hence there is no requirement.
I was also informed that the surrender value cheque would be issued and sent across in this envelope within 7 working days.
But unfortunately, because of the callous and careless attitude of the staff the cheque was sent to the old address instead of in the self-addressed envelope.
I had visited the branch on 27th Oct,2010 and 2nd Nov, 2010. I was informed that the cheque was sent on the 26th Oct, but the staff (Ramsingh and Puspa) were unable to confirm which address the same had been sent. In spite of my frequent pleas, I was only informed to wait for another couple of days.
I finally received the cheque on the[protected].
The policy was surrendered due to an emergency requirement of funds and the very purpose was defeated. I have been put to lot of hardship and loss due to this callous and careless attitude of the staff. This is clearly a case of deficiency in service from LIC.
I wish to now seek compensation for the same.

Request your advice on
1.Whether I can file for compensation
2.If yes,how much can I claim as compensation.
3.The procedure to take this forward.

We took a loan of Rs 11 Lacs from LIC housing finance company. In the initial stage of the loan itself to understand things properly we took help of the LIC officials leaving besides their agents. We had opted for a product where the RoI was fixed for three years at 8.75% and then was floating. We agreed for the same and the file done for the same. We had paid a sum of Rs 1000 for availing this product in that particular file number. The processing of the file took some time and a new file number was given to us. n However due ignorance and negligence they didn't transfer the relevant fund from old file number to the new one thus chaning the product to floating rate at 10.5%.
I fail to understand how such a reputed organisation can afford to such things causing customer dissatisfaction. I even approached to local LIC housing office where they do not entertain anything on this front. They even do not listen to what we are looking forward to convey to them. I am looking to know my rights and how I can get things what I opted for. I had got documented everything however they do not anything on this front and expect every time good behaviour from our end.

This is Murali mohan S/o prsada rao csv, myself purchased flat in Gollapudi and obtained loan from royal sundaram BNP Paribas. They are PVT lenders and they may charge more interest rates(flexible) that is why I choose your LICHF to loan take over for FLAT in gollapudi. Myself working in NBFC BSFL(non-banking finance Co)BASIX is group of companies which are into different segments like LAB( Local area Bank) and energy generating company C-TRAN, and also in livelihood School. we are in GENERATING LIVELIHOOD TO POOR. Finally it was rejected but not mentioned on which grounds it is rejected could you please give feedback and revert to my mail ID, so that I can try to provide those documents.

OURS is the ONLY organization working differently for UPLIFTMENT OF RURAL AND URBAN POOR.

Dear Sirs,

I am holder of LIC policy No.[protected] with their branch at High Court Squre, CAB, Chandini Chowk , Cuttack, Orissa. I am for the past 18 Years residing in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. I have been reporting to them for the past 5 Years that they have not returned my original policy documents which I had sent them for releasing installment of this money back policy.
Further I have been sending them registered letter and E mails and communicating on telephone calls to Branch Manager Mr. T.K. Prushti ( [protected] / 9758 ) to release my payment as the same should have been released during August 2010. But this has no affect. I have even asked them to send me the documents for this purpose but they are not sending and unnecesserily delaying or not cooperating.
Request you to kindly look into this matter.

But till date I have not received any amount from your Corporation.The matter was discussed with the respective agent on several time but the agent did not help me out and giving me fase information regarding my Money Back. Since the matter is already lapsed for more than two years and hence I need your kind intervention in this regard.The said policy address as mentioned has changed now ( no documents received in previous address) and therefore any documents if send from your end may please be sent in my new address as mentioned below.

In view of this I request your goodself to send my due amount with interest in my new address.

LIC office send the Money back cheque of Rs. 12500 /- in August-2010 through speed post but still i dint get it.
I have submitted a written complaint in Vapi office and try to contact them by phone, but still there is no respnce from their side.

Respected sir, my husband taken a lic policy (New BIMA GOLD, no.[protected] , amount Rs.1,00,000 / -) in the month of 27.05.2008 but after one year two months i.e on 15.07.2009 my husband expired due to illness ( lever problem )
we have submitted all necessary documents and we have claimed the policy but we have not been sanction the police amount.

A Cheque No. 418376 dated 28.10.10 amounting to Rs. 28260/- issued from LIC India, branch Gumti No. 5, Kanpur (A/c No. - [protected]) in my name was returned by the bank because of following reasons -

1. Firstly, the Cheque returned by the Bank of Baroda, Saharanpur stating that the signature of the drawee differs on 13.11.2010. After pursuing the matter personally it got resolved.
2. After that, the clearing staff suggested to deposit the cheque in the bank again.
3. On depositing the cheque in the bank the second time on 01.12.2010, the cheque was again returned on 02.12.10 by the bank mentioning that the funds are insufficient in the LIC Account ( A/c No. [protected] of LIC in Bank of Baroda, Gumti No. 5, Kanpur )
4. Till date the cheque is still with me without any disposal.
5. Kindly suggest a solution. Such an irresponsible act is not expected of a Premier Institution of Govt. of India.

I am surprise to the worst web site of LIC of India has where I cannt make online payment. But for that I can not even compalaint on its website. there also it gives error.

I have submitted my application requesting for refund of Levy charges paid (Prepayment Charges) on 01.11.2010. I have understood that they have received the directive from their Head Office on 30.10.2010, that the Levy charges towards prepayment of Housing loan can be waived off, if the amount is paid from the own resources of Income by the person who has availed the housing loan. I have setteled my housing loan including the levy charges (prepayment charges). Concerned Manager/AGM have asked me to submit the application for refund of Levy charges with the proof (Bank statement) that I have made the payment from my own resorces of income.
Accordingly I have submitted the application on 01.11.2010.
I have sent E_Mail reminders. Tilltoday I have not received the payment.
My LIC Housing Finance Loan Account No.[protected].

LIC has repudiated the death claim on the life of my father of sum assured valued rupees five lakh. My father has deposited almost rupees four lakh towards premium to LIC. The concerned agent named Prabir Kr Dey misguided us and we suffered huge loss of money.
