I had enrolled for an LIC Policy No.[protected] on date 26.03.10 at Guwahati , Assam (name of Policy is Helath protection Plus).The premium scheme was half yearly and one premium of Rs. 6000.00 was paid the day the policy was enrolled i.e on 26.03.10. As I am a working personal in the Field of Power Plant Engineering, I have no other off day other than Sundays, and it is not possible for me to go the LIC Branch, stand in a que and pay the Policy premiums. Hence I had registered in LIC website www. licindia.in, such that I can pay all my premiums online. The next due date for premium payment for the above stated policy was on 26.09.10 but unfortunately till that time no records of my enrollment for this policy was available in the website and hence I could not pay the premium on time. i tried several times but could not.Now when I could the next best chance to pay the premium personally in a Kolkata Branch (Branch code 424, lake Town , Kolkata) they denied to keep the premium even with a fine and asked me to go and contact guwahati Branch for renewal of the policy.Again this is very difficult for me to go to Guwahati (Assam) and get my policy renenwed.
Kindly help me out in this matter, otherwise my policy has lapsed and whatever paid amount will go waste. Either alloow me to pay the premium with fine at Kolkata Lake town Branch , Code 424 or else please arrange to refund my amount such that I can start a new policy again.
I need your help in this regard.

    I have taken a LIC ULIP MONEY PLUS - 1 policy in march 2010 but till now i have not get my bond paper. My agent has informed me that now a days LIC is not issueing bond paper. I just want to know that is it true that LIC is not issueing bond paper now a days. I also want to know that how long it takes to issue bond after buying policy.

      I had my LIC LIFE INSURANCE POLICY lying as a collateral with LIC HFL. On matutity,the same was delivered to me after rigorous follow-up.I SURRENDERED THE maturity amount to LIC HFL,and requested them to refund the same to me. But,thereafter,I have been just calling ,calling & calling these buggards ,without any result. I regret having opted for LIC HFL .NOBODY IS SERIOUS,RESPONSIBLE,HERE.ALL ARE DAMP LOGS ! NO WONDER,THE HIGHEST OFFICIALS ARE CORRUPT ! REST OF THE STAFF ARE ON PAID HOLIDAY FOREVER ! I PITY THIS PSU !

        Dear Sir,

        I have a loan account with LIC HFL for almost a year. The monthly dues are paid by ECS as we discussed and agreed between both o[censored]s. During our initial discussion for ECS payment they did not accept Citi Bank since they told me that they are having an issue so I was asked to open a new account with some other bank for ECS payment. I have chosen IDBI and asked the personnel in LIC to check whether I could go for this particular bank and they said no issues that I can go ahead. So I have opened an account with IDBI and provided all information to LIC and ECS gone well for few months and after couple of months my ECS got rejected and got a message from LIC that it was rejected by RBI. To my surprise how RBI could reject my ECS when they could able to get payment for initial few months. So I have contacted LIC HFL officer Mrs.Udra and she advised me to close the account and open a new account stating that there might be some problem with my account and I did so. And again after opening a new account my ECS went through fine and this month it got rejected by RBI!

        When I approached the bank said that they have not received any request from LIC to clear fund and all the time I was having enough fund in my account. But LIC always blaming the bank and reluctant to resolve the issue as soon as possible!

        I am really tired and frustrated to handle this issue which is happening every now and then. I am sure the bank does not have an issue but the LIC HFL do not provide proper information to RBI which is getting rejected.

        I would really appreciate if some one from LIC could take responsibility and resolve this ASAP.

          Hello,

          We have complain against the LIC agent number "0066671C" for the policy number[protected] . He had taken Rs.50000 cash from me and had given a receipt stamped by LIC . Now that when we went to the LIC office to check, they told us that the cheque which we had given had got bounced back. The agent must have taken the money and given a cheque which he had himself made it bounce. The agent is refusing to pick up calls now. We have the LIC money deposit receipt. What do we do now?

            This is regarding LICs AAO Recruitment 2010. My nephew after depositing Rs 400/- towards exam fees, tried to submit his application online but it was not accepted till 14.12.2010 (last date for submission of online application). He has been trying persistently for about 10 -12 days but in vain. Like him there are lakhs and lakhs of youngsters in India, who paid Rs 400/- but could not apply online due to inefficient management of LIC website. So it will be fair if LIC make an announcement in News Papers immediately that those who could not apply online after depositing a fee of Rs 400/- till 14.12.10, can approach the respective LIC Payment Counters for refund.

              Sub: Inaction against wrong premium for the policy no:[protected] and correction there-off.

              Ref: 1) My previous applications to Br Mgr, 43J, Bagnan Br. dated 26.2.09 & dated 10.07.09.
              2) Application to CRM (EZ) dated 6.3.09 & dated 21.4.09.
              3) Application through email to public grievance cell on 21.01.10.
              4) Application to Dy Dir. (IRDA) Consumer Affair Dept on 30.08.10.
              5) Application through email to IRDA on 20.09.10, 18.10.10, 22.11.10 & 20.12.10.
              Sir,
              Beg most respectfully I want to inform you that the undersigned have LICI policy at 43J Bagnan Branch, Howrah, WB. Due to my financial problem one premium (Jan’08 premium) Rs: 85055/- for the policy no:[protected] was due. When I was ready to pay, the Br Manager asked for medical report from ‘Annesha’, Bagnan, Howrah, WB, lab. Then I paid 2008 & 2009 premium with late fine on 4.2.2009 along with medical report.

              After one month, suddenly, I was asked by LIC Br Manager to deposit additional amount of Rs 14062 separately (Rs:7031 per premium), based on wrong ECG report made by LIC paneled Bagnan lab. Then I lodged a written complain on excess premium amount based on wrong ECG report made by LIC paneled Bagnan lab. But, as per Br. Mgr’s advice and assurance to adjust excess premium amount in the 2010 premium; I paid excess amount separately on 03.03.09 to run the policy.

              That Sir, after came back to Delhi, I have tested ECG & other tests at LIC paneled modern lab in Delhi & Central Govt. (CGHS) paneled Lab, but, found no physical problems. Immediately, I applied over e-mail (Complaint No: 165149) to Dy Secretary who replied that Br. Manager, Bagnan branch (43J) will settle the matter on submission of fresh medical report and accordingly all the documents submitted to him and a copy to Marketing manager, Howrah Division, 16 hair street, Kolkata.

              Sir, after getting several complaints from me and from other customers against ‘Annesha’, Bagnan lab, the LIC, 43J Bagnan branch found our point is genuine and de-listed the said Medical Lab from LIC panel. But, excess premium amount based on their misleaded report, 43J Bagnan branch didn’t adjust my premium and still I am waiting for your favorable action.

              Therefore, you are requested to take an immediate action on the above said matters.

              My policy has gone for revival on 12th Jan 2011 but till now the policy is not activated.

              I have visited many times to the LIC office at Kurla West, Ghatkopar West but no one is able to reply me how much more time it will take ????????????

              My question does the policy Revival take 60 days……………

              I have even complaint to LIC but they have close the complaint request by saying “ QUERY FORWARDED TO MUMBAI REGION ”

              HELP ME TO SOLVE MY QUERY.

                I am Srinivasan, retired General Manager of Hindustan Photo Films, Ooty.
                My daughrt in law is NagaRatna Nandakumar. She had taken LIC Policy[protected] from LIC Gulbarga. Her annual premiums for the current and last year were due. The LIC Office in Sir Thyagaroya Road, T'Nagar, chennai 17 gave a form to be filled by NagaRatna and signed by her; also they told that they were unable to get the connection to their Gulbarga office.They told me to send the cheque to their office in Gulbarga and request them to transfer the records to Chennai.
                Accordingly, on the 6th April 2011, I had sent the Post office Cheque No.286151 for an amount of Rs.4, 000, the form and the request letter by speed post.
                So far, there is no communication from LIC Gulbarga, Asghari Chambers, PIN 585102. or from LIC in Sir Thyagaroya Road, T'Nagar, chennai 17.
                Will be gratefull if somebody can look into and communicate to me.

                        I bought a receipt of Rs.400 for LIC AAO exam.But since the server was slow and the flash program was taking such a long time.I wasn't able to register.So it was a complete waste of time,effort and money.I wish they could have used the registration portal as last time.And my dream of becoming a LIC AAO has fallen down.

                          I have been trying the online form submittion from date 11/12/2010 but the site is not doing the procedure completely. So, the company itself is a brand company and they have done the Recruitment procedure so dull. The Date of Online Submittion is last on14/12/2010.,I have been trying till the midnight but the page doesnot open. So, I have done the Payment of Rs.400/- against the Fees for the Exam. So, know I am very much frustrated due the LIC site which they have made for the submittion. So, give me the way how to reimburse the Fees I have made to the LIC OF INDIA.

                            please let us know that thosand of candidates have applied for the exam of AAO for which lic has collected cash of Rs400 as application money but for the last two days of online registration (13.12.2010 and 14.12.2010) the system is not working so that the candidates like us suffered a lot.We have spent hours in the net cafes to do that registration.But alas the system is not working.We are not getting any proper answer from the local LIC officials whether they are extending the date of online registration.We are absolutely in dark.We the aspirants need answers that if you are not able to develop a healthy system for online registration what is the use of that technology.We suggest to further not to use such a system that causes harassment to the candidates.Please follow the ancient procedure of pen and paper for filling up the vacancies.DONT GO ONLINE PLEASE AND STOP THIS NONSENCE./////////////////.Please do the needful to refund our money back or extend the period of registration.

                            same here .not able to register online. trying fort the past 3 days. this is indeed frustrating. If LIC doesnt have proper IT infrastructure to support such online applications, they should also have a process of registration offline. Request concerned authorities to action on the same immediately.
                            LIC must have earned a huge money by this, we have paid the fees but couldn't submit the form. Please take action against LIC OF INDIA...

                              I have a complaint. I had taken LIC’s money plus policy no. being[protected] from Jhansi branch. I was given a cheque for Rs.33594 vide cheque no.107545 dt.13.10.2010. Amount in figure in the cheque was correct. Amount in words was incorrect - it was written THREE THOUSAND ONLY instead of Thirty three thousand five hundred ninety four. As such, the cheque was returned to Jhansi Branch.
                              Two months elapsed. There is no replacement cheque. At present I am away from Jhansi. Could someone help me?

                                  Hi:

                                  I have been trying to use the LIC Website. Most often the website is either down with Connection timed out error or it is extremely slow.

                                  Last week, I tried paying the premium for the Insurance Policies with LIC. The Website performance was so slow, the connection got timed Out while I was executing the transaction through Netbanking. The Premium amount got debited from my Savings Bank account, however the transaction did not go through. I am waiting anxiously to know the status.

                                  I contacted my Bank and they have informed that the transaction was successful, however, the Premium paid amount is not getting reflected in the LIC portal.

                                  While I admire LIC for its services, the Website is awful in its performance.

                                  Please assist.

                                  Completely agree. Even now at this point of time it is very slow that you need to wait 5 minutes tp open a single page.

                                  Worst ever website performance which degrades the motivation of the personal cusotmer service at the LIC branch offices.

                                  I think .. it is time some one for LIC looks into this and rethink about the maintenance contract of the web site company

                                  I am trying to make my premium payment for LIC's ULIP from 1 week and I am stuck up in registration part. The website is so slow that I dont think I would be able to make the payment, and unfortunately tomorrow is the due date. Its really disgusting. Having such a huge number of customers and daily transaction, LIC should at least think of improving its online services.
                                  Worst website ever. The correct policy number given shows a pop up which says ' undefined'.
                                  Have to wait for more that 5 mins for the page to load. The basic webpage keeps on testing out aptitude and analytical skills with infinite questions. A wrong answer is shown as wrong, but a right answer asks for infinite more questions. Shame on the LIC to have such cheap webpages. Are we not paying? Doesn't it have money to spend well on websites, to make it user friendly and easily accessible? i it not your responsibility?
                                  This cheat fund's mobile application too is a nightmare!! Worst ever, 5 stars for the development team to have been successfully looting our money!

                                  Have been trying to pay the premium since a month!!The late fee is being charged for their irresponsible work.
                                  I am an experienced web developer and I can say, Lic should re think about their website. Why?

                                  1. Your password management is worst. You did all browser specific validation and very poorly tested.
                                  2. You can't set any password limitation.
                                  3. As per your developer, "." is not special character
                                  4. I cant use "!" in the beginning of my new password
                                  5. Once I created a strong password my browser is not asking to save it, that means I need to reset my password in each 3 months (quarterly), sorry I can't remember this type of password for long

                                  Okay, now I have logged it, and after couple of clicks found the renewal section.
                                  6. After clicking on it, transaction charges are mentioned. And after having a quick read when I click on billdesk message come "session out".

                                  What is this LIC? I thought internet banking is to make life easier. I am missing the old site.

                                  Its still the same crawling website even in Sep 2019. Cant event login with valid user id/pwd. It seems LIC is does not care about customers at all. The premium payments portal https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM was slow before, now it completely unusable...

                                        I am surendra from hyderabad and my loan account number is 64305651 in LICHFL taken in the year 2007. I have observed negligence by LICHFL for customer services, queries, availability of required documents and maintenance of their own worst system.

                                        The worst housing loan institution as experienced is LICHFL. It proudly announce their millons of Rupees as Net profit every year but the company's office, system, quality is hardly have a 50 Rupees value. All their office is like footpath, Website is like a demo project of school going child. It has only one web page and no links are working. No complaints handling. No systematic documentation. Nothing is available on the website LICHFL. The Website lichfl.com is like developed for free and no one ever maintain it. A school going student with little knowledge in computer can design a better website than lichfl.com and can donate it to lichfl for free. The company LICHFL can better sit on roads and empty places to sale their worst products and services and make money in this country like other Indian government institution who make money by cheating, fraud and scams and filling the pockets of senior officers with poor publics hard earned money.

                                        No systematic documentation. No phone is working in their head office in S R branch of hyderabad. Never picked-up the phone. They keep on ringing or might be dead as company doesn't have few hundreds to even maintain the phones.

                                        No customer care for products millions of Rupees.

                                        Never sends post for change in rate, ECS debited, Track record.

                                        Never communicate for queries raised either online or offline.

                                        The company has never given me Welcome kit containing list of document, sanction letter or other required documentation. I need all those documents to transfer my loan to other institution. I asked in S R Nagar office to handover me the list of documents, sanction letter as it is required in other institution where I need to transfer my loan. They asked me to deposit Rupees 500 for fees of all these documents and wait for at least a week. Same documents were given to my friend a year back for free who has also taken loan from LICHFL in 2008.

                                        I was also got housing loan from LICHFL.My A/C no.25007241.I have repaid all loan amount but LICHFL Branch Jabalpur (M.P) has verbally ask to deposit Rs 300/- towards handling charges but no one ready to give me demand note for Rs.300/- When i wrote a letter to higher officer than on phone i was inform to collect my registry.I visited the branch and collected my registry with any payment.The responce of man at counter was very rough and non co-operative and he has not returend my cancelled unused cheques and agreements etc.I finally desided not to to visit that worst financial institution again.
