    i had applied for housing loan through mr naresh mehta of ggn. he has taken all the related papers and check no 996561 amount 5515rs. dated 15/4/10. my loan could not be sanctioned due to my age. but my cheque was not returned to me and cashed in account of lic housing finance. when i asked mr mehta he said that your cheque will not be returned. this has been cashed by lic. while submitting the papers and cheque i was told by mr mehta that your cheque will be cashed if the loan is granted to you but now he is saying that you will not get the cheque. pl return my above amount as the loan has not been granted to me.

Policy nikalte waqt usne kaha tha ki me har saal policy ka premium lene aata rahunga, wah phale 2 policy ka premium lene khud aaya aur baad me usne muze 4 premium ke liye bahot taklif di, use 20 se 30 bar phone karna padta tha tab jakar wah aata tha. par pichle 2 saal se wah aaya bhi nahi aur phone karne ke baad aata hu kahkar rakh deta hai, aur aata nahi.Aur abhi 3 saal suru hai.
      Jab muze pata chala ki premiuim na bharne se policy laps ho jati hai, too me khud premium bharne gaya to muze premium bharne se inkar kar diya, aur medical test karne liye kaha gaya (nagpur me). Jisme muze SUGAR ki bimari pata chali. Jab maine policy nikali thi jab mera pura medical test kiya tha (blood, xray, &so on) uas waqt muze koi bhi bimari nahi thi, ab aage kya karna hai puche jane par koi kuch batata bhi nahi .

      LIC — BAAD RETURNS

      LIC give me very bad return on my policy they not even pay back my deposit money after maturity period

        I AM AN AGENT OF LIC OF INDIA - HIMMATNAGAR BRANCH. AGENT CODE : 0304.

        MY LOGIN ID IS : 03048833. My password to access the LIC portal for which i am entitled to use for giving service to existing customer is given to me in 2004. Since then it was working fine.

        Since six months it is showing Invlid USER ID or Password when I am entering the log in ID and Password.

        Then I had written to Branch and Division about this but no response.

        May I request you to advise the concerned to set this right. As it is in the interest of Society and the Policy Holder who have put up trust on LIC and on me being an agent of LIC.

        Your Prompt action on this matter will highly be appriciated.

          Sir, During June 2010, LIC of India , Sothern Zone conducted examination for recruiting ADO. But till date, results are not made available in any authrised sites. Whereas, some malpractice is involved, forgery is involved, & with this people approached through back door is aware about result/their appointment is in pipeline.Sir, why, every candidate is not supposed to know the result or what ? Or for result also one needs to pay bribe or what ?

            Althogh such deficiency in service by LIC is rare but it should be remembered that LIC policies are sold simply on its brand name. Most of the Buyers are not aware what benefits are there in the Policy or whether the Policy really suits them or not. No illustrations are also provided. Agents make false promises and ultimatgely policy holders are ultimate losers.

              LIC Housing Finance Ltd. sanctioned me Rs. 14.25 Lacs as mortgage loan but LICHFL make my loan disbursement after 6 months from the application for only Rs. 10.40 Lacs after so many follow up. Now I am very puzzled from the worst behaviour of LICHFL. I have repaid this loan amount. due to negligency of LICHFL officials the amount was deposited in excess. Now the LICHFL not returning my complete property papers and post dated cheques.
              Does LICHFL will pay me interest @ 12.25% on my excess deposit. Please refund my excess deposit money.

                I feel utmost shock to know that a cheque issued by LIC could not be honored due to insufficient funds.

                I had presented the cheque in my bank on 22nd Oct 2010.

                  I'm Ravikumara K, Proposed life protection policy with LIC insurnce and paid amount during proposal, when i recieved my bond it is noticed that premium amount i paid initialy is much more than policy premium amount, when enquired with officer they told, they will returm me the amount additionally i paid, and also amount which i paid for the medical check-up .
                  unfortunetly till today i didn't recive any intimation or cheque even after 6 months of policy commence, hence i request to return me the amount immediatly

                    I have LIC Policy No:[protected] since Feb, 2008 which is enrolled into your system but unfortunately still I am not able to pay LIC premium online. I have called customer care several times (50-100 times) at 1251/[protected] and most of times no one pick the call in office hours and if anyone pick the call he does not reply properly and they divert my call to IVR that also get disconnect after few minutes. Then I discuss with my LIC agent regarding this issue. He suggested me to send enrollment form at branch which already sent couple of months back but it also could not helped out.

                    I have worst experiences with LIC and its services. Is this kind of service and support should provide to customer by any agency.

                    Request you to intervene in this matter so that I can get solution for my problem.

                    I have paid my this qtr LIC premium 889 policy number[protected] on Apr 9 th 2008 through online, but i didn't get any online receipt, and even due date aslo not changed, but amount as been deducted from my CITI bank account.

                    LIC — Not able to pay pre,ium through online

                    From last 4 I am trying to pay the premium online and frequently I am getting this error message as their response.
                    "Due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted."

                    This is really causing shear inconvenience for customers to pay their premium online.
                    My LIC policy no :[protected].My policy is actually for due 8/12/2014 but it won't show that it is on due online.This prevents users from paying online payments.I have raised complaints but the response is worst.They say to pay in the branch for this time.
                    I am trying to pay LIC premium online but it just doesn't go through. I have tried all the payment options - bill desk, id bi IMPS but no sucess.
                    If online is not supported by LIC website I don't know why do these sick dumb heads claim that we can pay online.
                    Not at all happy with LIC. I made a big mistake getting in to this LIC drama for a long term . I know this complaint would hardly make any difference just like all our govt. Organisation . LIC is also full of retards and good for nothing people.

For obtaining original documents realted to my property, LICHFL Noida office had only advised to contact their office at Aasif Ali Road, New Delhi. I was recently given office Ph. No.[protected]Aasif Ali Road, New Delhi) but no body responding from this no. I HAD ALSO MAILED COMPLAINT THROGH LICHFL WEBSITE (CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS / FEEDBACK). STILL NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED.                       Hi meena,

                      Please keep on trying the given number[protected]/84) till it get picked up someone in the office. I have also tried for at least half an hour (try between 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. ) before I could talk to them. Then ask for the appointment with them to collect your original documents. They will give you time and date to collect your original documents. Also your will have to bring the id-proof, bank statements reflecting the EMI transactions and final payment made. This is a standard procedure although it is painful. Do not waste your time in writing e-mails or complaints on website. Better write a letter to LIC Asaf ali road through registered post or speed post if the above procedure fails.

                        My mother was suffering with Right breast carcinoma with 3rd stage, she get treatment at " Adar Hospital" Chennai, She stayed in hospital for 1 month. I spent the money nearly Rs.1,50,000/-. I claimed this amount in the lic policy. but upto now she did not receive any amount from the Lic. we are very poor. please kindly sanction the amount .
                        whenever we enquire in office it is in still process. I am asking from last 1 year. I asked somany times in Lic office, Rajahmundry branch.East godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.

                          To Whom so ever it is concerned

                          Initially for Policy revival LIC quoted me Rs.7800/- (Approx) in month of september 2010. Accordingly I did the payment as per quotation.

                          The Payment was also accepted and was entered into system. Later next month I am told that your policies are still in Lapsed state as still amount of Rs.11702/- is due. Still some policies are due for 3 premiums and few for 4 pemiums. Unless I pay this amount my enrolled policies cannot be made active.

                          This is cheating and a complete fraud case. I appeal to immidetaley refund my amount of Rs.7800(Approx) which was paid as per quotation for policy revival.

                          Your status report says, all policies are still in lapsed state....

                          I took quotations from LIC pune office in september 2010 and same month did payment according to the quotations. Still your report says policiies are still in lapsed state. And still it needs 3 or 4 premiums to be paid..

                          Either that day LIC officer did gave me quotation which were completly untrue or this report is not justifying. I did what LIC officer told me to do.                                 This is further to our telecon on the captioned subject at around 12.45 pm on 19th Oct 2010. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I had to assign my policies for taking loan. At the time of assigning the policies I enquired about the beneficiary of survival benefit payments which were due on my two policies in Oct 2010. I was assured by your agent (Mr. Dixit who is working on behalf of his wife at Gomtinagar branch, Lucknow) that the SB cheque will be issued in favor of LICHFL and LICHFL will give me the option to either repay the principal amount of loan or use the money at my will.

                                However, I was not given any option and the same was forcibly used for repaying the principal amount to which I was not even informed. I raised objections with the Branch Manager who confirmed that I had no such option. I told the Branch Manager about the discussion on this matter with the agent at the time of taking loan. He arrogantly replied that I don’t care about what happened between you and agent and it is none of his business. He is also not accepting the mistake of the agent due to which my future financial planning will suffer.

                                I enquired the Branch Manager about the process to release assigned policies to which he asked me to repay Rs. 50000 which was given to me against those policies. I would like to ask that if I am paying EMIs on the aforesaid amount then from where the need to repay Rs 50000 arises? Also if I repay the same then will my EMIs be reduced? What I feel is that these policies are meant to provide collateral securities in case of default so why the benefit arising from these policies were transferred to LICHFL even if there was no default on my part.

                                Moreover, if I were told these things at the time of taking loan then I could have taken lower amount than to assign my policies to LICHFL.

                                I would request you to please arrange to provide the survival benefit payments to me and take stringent action against the concerned official(s).

                                However i am not satisfied with the reply given by Mr Rajput. I would like to reiterate that i was not given any information regarding benefit proceeds from assigned policies by Mr Rajput at the time of taking the loan. I came to know about this only after the problem regarding the beneficiary of SB payments surfaced, followed by subsequent enquiry from Mr Rajput over telephone.

                                Also in his reply nothing has been said about the agent who misguided me at the time of taking the loan.

                                I would like to further state that i required higher loan to which i agreed to assign my policies provided the future benefits arising from the policies will be given to me. I would never have assigned the policies if such things were communicated to me at the time of taking the loan. I was under impression that the benefits will be transferred to LICHFL only in case of default on my part which was the crux of the information given by your agent. My other points also remain unanswered regarding the reduction in EMIs.

                                Re: Loan A/C No. 26507774

                                In reference to the above subject, I would like to bring to your kind notice the following:

                                1. I had applied for home loan from LIC HFL, Lucknow and it is needless to mention that I was lured by one of your agents (Sanjay) to take the loan. The benefits explained to me at the time of application were manifold. Finally I was convinced to take the loan for tax saving purpose.

                                2. A loan of Rs.13 lacs was sanctioned and first disbursement was made on 02nd Aug’2007 for amount Rs. 9.35 lac only.

                                3. After 2nd disbursement of Rs. 1.14 lac I was refused further disbursement of remaining Rs. 2.51 Lac( i.e Rs. 13lac-Rs.9.35 lac- Rs.1.14 lac ) was not disbursed. On pursuing the matter I was disbursed for Rs. 1 lac only in the month of Sept. 2007. I feel sorry to state that reality didn’t turnout to what was promised by the agent & other officials at the time of applying for the loan. Also I found some discrepancies in terms & conditions explained to me.

                                4. I wrote a letter to your manager ( Mr.Tripathi) seeking clarifications, but he refused to accept it saying that we can sit and discuss over the issue (Letter attached). He solved few queries but most of them remain unsolved and ultimately I decided to apply for the transfer of the loan to other institution. I would like to mention here that it was a tough time for me as I was under immense pressure to pay Rs 5 lacs to the previous owner of the house. I had also discussed the rules and regulation of balance transfer with Mr. Tripathi.

                                5. I approached one of the financial institution and was assured a higher amount of home loan .I approached LIC HFL for the loan closure quotation. In the quotation the outstanding loan amount was shown as Rs. 1142514.36 (quotation attached).

                                6. However at the time of depositing the cheque for the same amount, the cheque was refused on the ground that the closing quotation is much higher than that mentioned in the quotation. The discrepancy in the amount could not be justified by the concerned staff & Mr. Ramnarain. They also forgot the ethics of customer service and behaved rudely.

                                7. Finally the loan was taken over by some other institution who sanctioned and disbursed the loan much higher than yours against the same property.

                                It’s disgusting to state that in this competitive scenario, your institution is behaving in an unprofessional and unethical manner. When other institutions could give a higher amount of loan on the same property why can’t yours.

                                I am putting up this matter now as I was under impression that this could have delayed the proceeding involved in taking over of the loan by some other institution.

                                I would request you to please look into the matter and solve the issue at the earliest. I am bearing the burnt of that mistake which I have never committed. I want refund of amount paid as EMI due to higher interest rate, processing fee due to non disbursement of sanctioned of loan amount and compensation of mental and financial harassment.

                                First of all I would like to express thanks for sanctioning me the loan of Rs. 13,00,000. In this regard I have some queries which are as follows :

                                1. I was assured vide your letter dated 10/07/2007 & 03/08/2007 of getting a loan of Rs. 13,00,000 for the purchase of house. But the loan disbursed so far is only Rs.11,49,000. The details of disbursements are as follows:

                                3. It was also told that the interest charged on the loan would be 11% p.a.. However, the interest mentioned in the above mentioned letters is 11.25% p.a.. Please explain the discrepancy.

                                4. The processing fees was charged on Rs.13,00,000 instead of the disbursed amount of Rs. 11,49,000. The difference in the processing fee should be refunded to me.

                                5. Please let me know the details (i.e. in what respect) of the amount deducted on 18/08/07 vide cheque no.793603 of Rs.246.Please also furnish the details of the amount deducted in lieu of the loan till date.

                                Please resolve the above mentioned issues at the earliest and acknowledge me.

                                  I had applied for loan on 19th of June 2010.And by luck I am still in process of getting my check(deposit will be done by LICHF in Authority).

                                  Every time they ask either for some new document or give some new excuse.Whenever I ask for status they say it will be done very soon.Any how I got my sanction after a long wait and have submitted all documents with last date as 27th Oct 2010 to submit check in YEA. Because for my case I need to take one date from authority to proceed for loan.Can any one please help me to get it done on time.
                                  Because one date will exceed I will not be of any side.

                                        It’s a worst experience to share with all of you. I planned for apply a GOLD card which meeting eligibility criteria as required by company in brochure but I shocked while visiting office physically at 6th Floor, Jeevan Prakash Building, K.G.Marg, New Delhi. Good to say that I have not wasted more than 15 minutes with the LIC card officials. They simply told being a IT professional we can not provide card in this eligibility criteria, means require much more income slab. It’s also to be mentioned that I visited LIC office after taking each & every updates from customer care taking care of my valued time. My grievance is not that they told me I am not eligible rather why customer care not updated me and why it’s not updated in web.
                                        Anyways I am posting this to all consumer websites that they can be aware of it.
