    HOUSING LOAN A/C[protected]% Pre clousure Charges against the NHB Circular dated[protected]

    we have pre-closed our said H/ Loan A/c with LICHF Ltd ,ASAF ALI Road New Delhi Vide Ch No 000577 dated[protected] diposited at Area manager office Noida ,They have charged 2% Pre clousure charges agaist NHB Circular dated[protected].

    It is requested kindly refund the excess charges to me.

    This is predominant problem with LICHFL. Incidentally, I also have availed housing loan in Jun 2009 from Asaf Ali Road branch of LICHFL, and have been a victim of same demeanor of LICHFL.

    During the time I availed the loan back in June 2009, a number of advertisements were run on the national newspapers, etc. by LICHFL mentioning low interest rates of the order of 8 to 8.5% for first two years, and that NO PENALTY will be levied on full or part pre-payment of loan. This all was confirmed and re-confirmed by the branch executives as well as the branch manager

    However, when I received the loan schedule copy issued in my name, it contained the 2% penalty clause upon any pre-payment. Visit to the Asaf Ali Road banch manager, to whom I raised the issue with, paid no result as he simply washed off his hands saying the newspaper adds are published by 3rd parties and that LICHFL is not responsible for the claims published there. Now, how can this be possible? Officially published ads in full logo plus details in the ad and official file number at the bottom make it very clear that the ads are not by 3rd parties, but by LICHFL only.

    Moreover, once I availed the the interest rates were enhanced from 8.5% to 10.5% within 3 months of loan disbursal.

    All this has made me feel sour over LICHFL also, which I had opted leaving aside the private companies thinking that LICHFL being kind of semi-public company, must be having some forced ethics and code of conduct to follow. But this is not true for LICHFL also.

    SUGGESTION TO NEW LOAN SEEKERS--
    Do not trust LICHFL or even other public banks. They play wrongfully in the veil of being public/ semi-public companies. Be careful, keep records and cuttings of all records, advertisements, illustrations by the loan companies which they offer before giving you the loan.

      Dear Sir,

      I, Manu Agarwal, Resident of 28, Rajeev Puram, Nera Takshila, Garh Road Meerut taken a LIC policy “Jeevan Shree” of sum assured Rs.500000 on 28 Jan 2002.
      I have also availed the loan facility on this policy from LIC and handed over my policy documents at your Mawana Branch (0275) on 04 Nov 2006.
      Now I have repaid all loan amount with interest till 22 Sep 2010 but still looking to receive my policy bond. In this regard I have communicated with Ms. Kalpana at Mawana branch (0275) many times and today she informed me that the same has been lost by LIC.
      Now again I am in need to avail the loan on this policy but the LIC staff is not agree to approve the loan without submitting the policy bond.
      This is much painful situation for me and I am suffering due to much financial crisis.
      I request you to please get this matter resolved on the highest priority within a week’s time else I would have to approach to the Consumer Court. Please take a serious action against Ms. Kalpana so that in future no other customer would suffer and image of the LIC will not be hampered anymore like it had been inmycase.

        I have booked a flat (601-B Tierra) in Casa Univis Project and already paid ~Rs 10L towards instalment and stamp duty + registration. Around 3 months back I applied for LIC housing loan and they gave me a preapproved sanction of Rs 40L but after going through all the documents provided by me as well as Lodha Builders, they declined to give the above said loan. The reason as told by LIC agent is that the title of the land is not clear which when reported to Lodha by me, they refused to accept the fact . As a layman it is really difficult for me to understand what is the actual case. LIC has not sofar given me any i writing and also has not returned my cheque of Rs 5500/ which was given by me as a part processing fees. Please provide me the fact in this regard.

            I mr Nandkumar Kurle was willing to discontinue my LIC policy but an agent Mr.Nitin Jadhav had done fake signature & send an requisition to change to Bond funds without intimation. He has also done fake signature of mine.Now he is telling that he is busy and not attending us. He is our neighbour ,I dont think so he is so busy that he can't do the needful

              Dear Sir,
              I have taken a 15 year loan @ ROI 8.5% from LIC Hsng Finance in Jun 2009 for Rs 28,59,000.
              As per the agreement 8.5% will be fixed for 3 months.Exactly after 3 months of the amount sanctioned date, LIC has changed the ROI to 9.75% (they have sent me a info mail as well).

              Now Nov2010 again the ROI has hiked by the LIC to 10.25% even without any information to me.

              Kindly suggest the way forward ....

                  I purchased two policies of Market Plus on 27.08.2010 in the name of Mr. Biprajit Biswas and Mrs. Mira Biswas from your branch office of Kalyani (436). The amount of each policy was Rs.50000/-. The agent was Mrs. Smita Das (Sarkar)(code no. 04101436 and the DO was 000002. The policy numbers were[protected]for Mira Biswas) and[protected]for Biprajit Biswas). Transaction numbers are 72698 and 72696 at 11.45 and 11.44 am. Till today I have not received any certificate from LIC office. The agent misbehaved with us and not responding to our query. I request you to help me out.

                  market plus I — certificate not yet received

                  Dear Sir,

                  My complains are related to LIC market Plus certificate for which I have already handed over Rs. 1,00,000/- check to Mrinmoy Basu agent of Lake Town LIC branch on may 2010, but till date mrinmoy basu not handed over any certificate to me. In this regards already I have raised 5 complain to branch manager lake town brach but he wont take any step against him beside that I should get Rs. 5000/- from him. Likethis this so many days passed where as I wont get any reply from any side. Kindly get my certificate.

                      I shakutala J Gupta hereby inform you that my husband died in Road accident im mumbai on 7th may 2010. i am having his insurance policy of LIC. i myself is nominee of policy tooked by my husband.

                      I am Having insurance policy of my husband in mumbai & my native palce ballia. As claim in mumbai hasbeen settled immediately as soon as claim form submitted by me but on contrary same company LIC in ballia & bansdih which come under varanasi division o[censored]ttarpradesh i have submitted claim form in ballia & bansdih 6 month ago. after submission of claim form i have received only sum insured amount and they replied me that for accidental claim file hasbeen sent to varanasi divisional office for approval after that i serval time contact LIC ballia & its Divisional office for settlement of claim but they are not even replying six months ago, accidental cliam are pending with them i have persinally visited concern office they have replied that they had sent the file to divisional office for approval. after that i had mailed to varanasi branch for reply but they also didn't reply. i have submitted all documents related to claim they demand documents which are not useful for claim.

                          My name is Mahendra kumar gupta I am having a Housing loan from LIC Housing F LTD and my file no is 117104.
                          Currently my loan limit is 16.70 l which is 75% of my property when I was taking this loan I was told if near future If I raise a request to LIC and want to increase this limit so is it possible to do so, Then I have been answered with the YES and in a simple way and I was communicated that you just need to give a application and last two month salary slip along with bank statement this is it.
                          Once I have initiate this process they told me it is approved and your existing limit has been increased with the amount 1895500, But when i went in LIC office for verification they are giving me new loan and nothing has been done to reschedule my loan.
                          I speak to their area manager Mr Alok Goel as he introduced to me as area manager on the phone, He is also telling the same process well I have checked with couple of banks and one my friends friend who is working in LIC housing finance and as per her comment LIC can reschedule the loan and increase the existing loan limit.
                          I don’t know what is the process to fixing this loan limit (16.70 L) my current salary is 43k Per month.
                          My loan is taking care by Mr Rajeev and I don’t think he has manner to speak. During the conversation with him I have threaten to damage my credit history and Rajeev wording was “You don’t know me I can update your CBIL data and you cannot do anything to me” well I don’t know if he has done the same or not
                          I think I have trapped in an ambush and I am seriously thinking if this has been taken care properly I don’t know what will happen to this complaint.

                            I got a policy in LIC Bearing Policy No[protected], which was commenced on 08 Nov 2007. At the time of four long years i have not received any type of policy key documents from above mentioned agent 01982502, Name Sanjay and by post.

                            He Says, I kept your policy documents, whenever you surrender this policy, contact me.
                            He is not respond my phone. I think he is not proficient in his job work.

                            Kindly prompt action is requested and do necessary action against this defaulter.

                              Previously i posted a letter against shortage payment(Rs.740/-) of LIC policy no.[protected] vide speed post ref.no. SP EW6398201 ON 04/10/10 but unfortunately now 40 days over, i did not get any information from your side.
                              So i request you pls. let me know how can i get back my remaining balance amount.

                                LIC INDIA Complaints - For issunig of due amount for surrender value of policy no[protected] and[protected]




                                As stated above , I and my sister invested in money plus plan of insurance policy in march 2007.and we deposited the premium in the year march 2007, 2008,through the agent. Premium of March 2009 and 2010 are due, due to the mis use of agent and then we decided to with draw and Applied for surrender of policy in August 2010.
                                But we haven’t received the amount . I requested to officer (Lic of India, Ranebennur Code 26763,Karnataka Office) so many times, Even I requested several times in Branch office. But B.M sir Ignored my request.
                                So it is my humble request to you to giveback us our amount.

                                I have a policy with the following details
                                No.[protected] Premium (Annual) Rs.10003 - Last Premium date 28.12.2009.

                                Till date, I have not been informed or my call was not attended. Four-five nos. were contacted.

                                See my previous policy having No.[protected] Premium (Half Yearly) Rs.3488.60 - Last Premium
                                date 4.1.2010. You can check up about this also you know it. For this I am putting it for your
                                information.

                                  My Policy No.[protected] is made at LICI, Bilasipara, J.C.Road, P.O.Bilasipara, Dist.Dhubri, Assam. Pin Code-783348. Under the survival benefit scheme,I received an outstation clearing cheque of Rs.30000/= bearing no.csc/x 802580 dated 28.10.10 drawn on United Bank Of India, Hakama Branch, P.O. Bilasipara, Dist.Dhubri, Assam, Pin-783348. Since it takes 15-20 day for clearance and deductions made for charges, I send back the cheque on 01.11.10 to LICI Bilasipara, requesting to pay me either by an at par cheque or by a demand draft.
                                  On 16.11.10. I received a demand draft of Rs.29895/= dated 13.12.10.(please note the date of DEMAND DRAFT), drawn on United Bank Of India. Drawing office HAKAMA BR.(HAK-G66)
                                  It is shear negligence on the part of The bank and the LICI.
                                  Do they accept the same mistake committed by their customers. Here the system do not accept it and the customer is penalized by taking extra charges.
                                  Now one more question is raised here that since LICI as stopped accepting outstation cheques then why they are making payments to their customer by outstation cheque.

                                  I am Vinay kumar Roy I have purchase a Money back plan ( Poicy no.[protected] from Saharsa (Bihar) branch and have received 2nd time money back cheque but by mistake cheque has been damage & not deposit in bank .After that i have gone lic office (Saharsa )and submitted all require document and application along with damage cheque on 19th April 2012 to Mr.Niraj kumar Singh and I have regular follow up with Mr.Niraj kumar singh on mobile no.[protected] but he told every time payment transfer in you’re a/c by next week but I don’t know when come next week and money back payment received in my a/c. today i have again call to Mr.Niraj Kr Singh but he tell me there are no any time to solve your problem and you can Champlain to head office.
