Dear Sir/Mamam

I am having 7 LIC Policies of LIC of India and paying premium through Indian Bank, MG Road branch since 25.7.2010 by accepting ECS payment by LIC Jeevan Beema Nagar BRanch, Bangalore.

Now since I am transfered to another HAL Division at Marathalli, I wish to change my ECS payment facility from Indian Bank, MG Roard to SBI HAL Branch, Bangalore, for which I obtained SB_HAL branch Bank approval with seal for accepting ECS facility as I am operating Saving Account from this branch. But, LIC Jeevan Beema Nagar Bracnh has not accepted change in ECS facility stating that it can not be changed now because of some RFM action at their part.

Please do the needful by registering complaint.

defence — NON ACCEPTANCE OF CHEQUE FOR LIC PREMIUM

I have a money back policy at Gazadiabad branch. Being a defence employee I have been posted at border, where I can not get my policy transfered. I do visit New Delhi Janakpuri since my family is staying there. I have personnaly visited LIC Janakpuri New Delhi Branch in B block to deposit my LIC perimium for QE June 08 several times between 18 Jun 08 to 29 Jun 08 . I have been told a standard reply by branch lady clk that the internet connection is not working. I approached branch manager, he also did not help me.

how come an internet connection of this branch is not working for so many days . I am of the openion that the branch is reluctant in accepting cheque for out station policies.

You are requested to look into the functioning of this branch. It is also noticed that the lady clk at the counter is either busy in talking on mobile phone or listenig music on Mobile FM.
ECS is a facility offered by the Banks to its customer under instructions from RBI

The procedure for ECS mode under LIC is as follows
1. Before submitting your proposal for insurance get the ECS mandate form from LIC.
2. Submit the ECS mandate form to the bank for attestation and take two copies of the same.
3. Submit the original to the bank so that they will enable ECS under your account
4. Submit the copy of the mandate to LIC along with the proposal for insurance,
5. LIC will then generate debit invoice and send it for clearing to your bank
6. Bank verifies whether you have given mandate for ECS debit to the bank
7. If you have given the mandate and sufficient balance is there then the debit goes through
8. Usually Rs 125 now a days is charged by LIC only if the ECS debit does not happen due to insufficient funds in the bank account of the party

    Sub: Benefits- Death claim already sent on 20.01.2010- policy no from[protected] ,policy status (e.cert due) plan (097) jeevan akshay -reg
    Ref: my letter even dated in favor of manager ,LIC , karaikudi Branch.


    I here by inform you that I have not received any response for my letter till date from you. I am solely depend on the benefits of my late husband M.SP.Subramanian . It is known that LIC is the forerunner in settling the death claim within the month .But in my case it is not so. In my reference, documents are handed over to Sri Pethaperumal.
    LIC is the only organization in helping the old age people and their spouse after death. But your vision is failed in my case.

    I request the concern authorities to look in to the matter and settle the death benefits within a week time. I would like to know the reason for the delay. It is very displeasure to me.
    I expect positive results from your end.
    LIC has become a dictator BEING a GOVT org.Should be tried by S.C.of India

          As stated above , I invested in money plus plan of insurance policy in march 2007.and I have deposited the premium in the year march 2007, march 2008,march 2009 & march 2010. After depositing the premium of March 2010. Applied for surrender of policy in April 2010.
          Due to this I have received the allotment amount of 60,000/- paid by me up to 3/09. But I haven’t received the amount which I paid in month of April 2010.
          Ie 20,000/- when ever any officer of your company (Lic of India, Alwar Rajasthan Office) came to Alwar Branch for visit , I requested to him so many times, Even I requested several times in Branch office. But B.M sir Ignored my request.
          So it is my humble request to you to give me my remaining amount.

          AM A CUSTOMER O[censored]R LIC MY POLICY NO.[protected] WS MATURED ON 28/12/2010. THE POLICY BONED AND MTURITY FORM DULY SIGNED AND SUBMITTED TO UR SERVICING BRACH THAT IS SEETHMMA DHARA BRANCH VIZAG.A.P MEAN WHILE I HAVE TELEPHONED TO THE OFFICE TALKED WITH THE CONCERED HE TOLED ME THAT IT WAS POSTED ON 23/12/2010 BY SPEED POST . BUT IT WAS NOT REACHED UP TO 28/12/2010. AGAIN I HAVE CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND THE CONCERED PEOPLE SAID THAT IT WAS POSTED ON 23/12/2010. AFTER AWAITING COUPLE DAYS I RECEIVED THE COVER, SURPRISNG IT WAS POSTED ON 31/12/25010. I RECEIVED ON 1.1.2011 BY SPEED POST.

          IMMEDIATLY I TELEPHONED TO UR BRANCH MANAGER SEETHAMMADARA BRANCH VIZAG . I EXPLAINED THE ACTUAL POSITION TOOK PLACE.
          I REQUESTED HIM NOT DO THIS TYPE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER. BUT HE FEELS THEIR STAFF ARE CORRECT . TO GIVING WRONG INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER IS GOOD SERVICE AND MOREOVER THEY ARE NOT SENDING THE MATURITY AMOUNT WITH IN TIME .
          BRANCH MANAGER STAFF ARE VERY BAD IN HRD RELATIONS WITH THE CUSTOMERS PL TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

            Ref:- 1. L.I.C. Policy Cheque No.057566 Dt.28.07.2009 for Rs.30,143/- paid upto 11/2001.
            2. My application Dt.11.02.2010.
            3. My application Dt.07.09.2010.
            4. My application Dt.22.10.2010.

            I am the LIC policy holder vide policy No.[protected] monthly deduction of Rs.44.70 has been deducted from my salary and my policy has been expired on January 2009 where as my policy amount has been deducted from my salary up to April – 2009 the same has been paid to the LIC regularly by the Department.

            I have submitted the original policy along with the letter for refund of my LIC policy amount. But I have received the part of my policy amount i.e., for Rs.30,143.00 (Rupees Thirty Thousand One Hundred and Forty Three Only) vide Cheque No.057566 Dt.28.07.2009 i.e., paid up to 11/2001. Whereas LIC amount has been deducted from my salary up to April, 2009. When I enquire from your department, it is stated that the policy amount has not been received from your department since 12/2001 for which I have been furnished a statement stating cheque numbers etc to confirm the same and also requested to mention the section under which it is remitted. Further, I have enquired from my department whether any cheques are pending to be remitted to the LIC Department, they informed me that we are remitting the LIC deduction cheques regularly. Further I have worked in the following section as shown below:
            1. Executive Engineer, circle No. 2, MCH from[protected] to Dec 2002.
            2. General Branch, Head Office, MCH from 5/12/2002 to Auguest 2007.
            3. Town Planning Section Head Office, GHMC from Sept 2007 to Feb 2009.
            4. Estate Office, Head Office, GHMC from March 2009 to till today.

            In spite of repeated reminders vide reference 2nd to 4th cited, no action has been taken to refund the balance amount of my LIC policy amount even after lapse of more than ( 8 ) months.

            Therefore I request you sir to kindly verify in your department records and see that the balance of my policy amount may be returned to me at the earliest possible please.

            An early reply is awaited in this matter.

                        i had applied for housing loan through mr naresh mehta of ggn. he has taken all the related papers and check no 996561 amount 5515rs. dated 15/4/10. my loan could not be sanctioned due to my age. but my cheque was not returned to me and cashed in account of lic housing finance. when i asked mr mehta he said that your cheque will not be returned. this has been cashed by lic. while submitting the papers and cheque i was told by mr mehta that your cheque will be cashed if the loan is granted to you but now he is saying that you will not get the cheque. pl return my above amount as the loan has not been granted to me.

Policy nikalte waqt usne kaha tha ki me har saal policy ka premium lene aata rahunga, wah phale 2 policy ka premium lene khud aaya aur baad me usne muze 4 premium ke liye bahot taklif di, use 20 se 30 bar phone karna padta tha tab jakar wah aata tha. par pichle 2 saal se wah aaya bhi nahi aur phone karne ke baad aata hu kahkar rakh deta hai, aur aata nahi.Aur abhi 3 saal suru hai.
                          Jab muze pata chala ki premiuim na bharne se policy laps ho jati hai, too me khud premium bharne gaya to muze premium bharne se inkar kar diya, aur medical test karne liye kaha gaya (nagpur me). Jisme muze SUGAR ki bimari pata chali. Jab maine policy nikali thi jab mera pura medical test kiya tha (blood, xray, &so on) uas waqt muze koi bhi bimari nahi thi, ab aage kya karna hai puche jane par koi kuch batata bhi nahi .

                            I AM AN AGENT OF LIC OF INDIA - HIMMATNAGAR BRANCH. AGENT CODE : 0304.

                            MY LOGIN ID IS : 03048833. My password to access the LIC portal for which i am entitled to use for giving service to existing customer is given to me in 2004. Since then it was working fine.

                            Since six months it is showing Invlid USER ID or Password when I am entering the log in ID and Password.

                            Then I had written to Branch and Division about this but no response.

                            May I request you to advise the concerned to set this right. As it is in the interest of Society and the Policy Holder who have put up trust on LIC and on me being an agent of LIC.

                            Your Prompt action on this matter will highly be appriciated.

                              Sir, During June 2010, LIC of India , Sothern Zone conducted examination for recruiting ADO. But till date, results are not made available in any authrised sites. Whereas, some malpractice is involved, forgery is involved, & with this people approached through back door is aware about result/their appointment is in pipeline.Sir, why, every candidate is not supposed to know the result or what ? Or for result also one needs to pay bribe or what ?

                                I AM REALLY SURPRISED THAT HOW POLICY WAS DE-ACTIVATED EVEN AFTER CREDIT OF PAYMENT IN LIC. OF INDIA.

                                YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DE-ACTIVE POLICY AFTER CREDIT PAYMENT IN ACCOUNT OF LIC OF INDIA AND PASSING OVER 7 MONTHS OF POLICY ISSUED.

                                Althogh such deficiency in service by LIC is rare but it should be remembered that LIC policies are sold simply on its brand name. Most of the Buyers are not aware what benefits are there in the Policy or whether the Policy really suits them or not. No illustrations are also provided. Agents make false promises and ultimatgely policy holders are ultimate losers.

                                  LIC Housing Finance Ltd. sanctioned me Rs. 14.25 Lacs as mortgage loan but LICHFL make my loan disbursement after 6 months from the application for only Rs. 10.40 Lacs after so many follow up. Now I am very puzzled from the worst behaviour of LICHFL. I have repaid this loan amount. due to negligency of LICHFL officials the amount was deposited in excess. Now the LICHFL not returning my complete property papers and post dated cheques.
                                  Does LICHFL will pay me interest @ 12.25% on my excess deposit. Please refund my excess deposit money.

                                    I feel utmost shock to know that a cheque issued by LIC could not be honored due to insufficient funds.

                                    I had presented the cheque in my bank on 22nd Oct 2010.

                                      I'm Ravikumara K, Proposed life protection policy with LIC insurnce and paid amount during proposal, when i recieved my bond it is noticed that premium amount i paid initialy is much more than policy premium amount, when enquired with officer they told, they will returm me the amount additionally i paid, and also amount which i paid for the medical check-up .
                                      unfortunetly till today i didn't recive any intimation or cheque even after 6 months of policy commence, hence i request to return me the amount immediatly

                                        I have LIC Policy No:[protected] since Feb, 2008 which is enrolled into your system but unfortunately still I am not able to pay LIC premium online. I have called customer care several times (50-100 times) at 1251/[protected] and most of times no one pick the call in office hours and if anyone pick the call he does not reply properly and they divert my call to IVR that also get disconnect after few minutes. Then I discuss with my LIC agent regarding this issue. He suggested me to send enrollment form at branch which already sent couple of months back but it also could not helped out.

                                        I have worst experiences with LIC and its services. Is this kind of service and support should provide to customer by any agency.

                                        Request you to intervene in this matter so that I can get solution for my problem.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have paid my this qtr LIC premium 889 policy number[protected] on Apr 9 th 2008 through online, but i didn't get any online receipt, and even due date aslo not changed, but amount as been deducted from my CITI bank account.
                                        Please let me know what i can do?..

                                        LIC — Not able to pay pre,ium through online

                                        From last 4 I am trying to pay the premium online and frequently I am getting this error message as their response.
                                        "Due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted."

                                        This is really causing shear inconvenience for customers to pay their premium online.
                                        My LIC policy no :[protected].My policy is actually for due 8/12/2014 but it won't show that it is on due online.This prevents users from paying online payments.I have raised complaints but the response is worst.They say to pay in the branch for this time.
                                        I am trying to pay LIC premium online but it just doesn't go through. I have tried all the payment options - bill desk, id bi IMPS but no sucess.
                                        If online is not supported by LIC website I don't know why do these sick dumb heads claim that we can pay online.
                                        Not at all happy with LIC. I made a big mistake getting in to this LIC drama for a long term . I know this complaint would hardly make any difference just like all our govt. Organisation . LIC is also full of retards and good for nothing people.
