Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Yogesh Hans from faridabad city. I applied home loan with LIC Housing finance for BPTP elite floor property in sector 76, nehar par, faridabad & file number is 213418. But due to some technical reason this deal has been cancelled on 17th July. 2010 & same request in a form of application I had raised to LIC office on 17th July, 2010 & request was please cancel this loan request & refund my processing fees which is around 10000/- was debited from my Axis bank account as suggested by Sweta to write a application & submit to LIC office. I given them in written on 17th July, 2010 but still there is no action regarding the fees refund. I am not satisfied with the services of LIC housing finance.Whenever I called in LIC Home Finance faridabad branch to ask about my refund fees, they always used to speak please speak to Atul, Atul says please speak to Sweta as she is the manager for such request, when I speak to Sweta, Sweta repiled please speak to Atul, then Atul says speak to Ritu, Ritu replied please speak to Sweta or Atul but did not get any response in a proper manner what is is going on there, sombody says will let you know on 6th Sep & 10th Sep & you will recieve DD the same from faridabad branch else they courier the DD on my residence address but nothing happened till yet. I want please take necessary action towards them & stop such indicents which create totally harrashment & unfair. I have the cancellation letter with me on 17th July, 2010 duly signed with Area Manager along with LIC official stamp if you required I can mail to you. Today is now 6th October & till not get any response from them.You may contact to me on my cell number i.e [protected] if you have any query.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to log a complaint against LIC Housing Finance Ltd. B/7, Silver Apartments, Shankar Ghanekar Marg, Prabhadevi Dadar (W) Mumbai - 400028. Tel:[protected].

    My name is Varun Kumar Shrivastava and my file no. is 170697(in LIC Housing Finance Ltd.). I had applied for the housing loan in the branch a month ago along with the required documents for me as well as for the property, and a cheque for INR 1000 as processing fee. They have provide me the sanction for the loan on the 15th day of September 2010. After that we submitted our origional property document for the disbursement on 21st day of September 2010.

    On 23rd September they have rejected my application on basis of the area covered by the flat what I am willing to purchase. They said we are having a policy that, LIC Housing Finance will provide loan only on those property which are covering built-up area 450 Sq. Ft. or more.

    The above mentioned statement has not been mentioned in my sanction letter and not communicated to me well in advance by the Business Manager or any other employee from LIC Housing finance. Even after that I did not found such policy on the website of LIC Housing Finance Ltd.

    Because of lake of communication and not transferring the correct knowledge to the customer now I have lost my valuable time and the same is causing for the delay in the payment what I have to make to the seller of the property.

    Kindly log a complaint agaist the LIC Hosing Finance Ltd. I would like to claim INR 50,000 from LIC Housing Finance Ltd. for the time I lost in their slow process and delay caused in the payment.

    Request you to take necessary action against LIC Housing Finance Ltd.

      LIC-Market Plus — Premium not debited from Bank A/c

      Sir, I Have taken Policy no.[protected]Market Plus) under Rs. 2500 per month ECS. One installment in march 2008 cleared in April 2008 but after that amount not debited in saving bank a/c.
      I complain to senior officials since last 15 days but it is very shocking for me that LIC take it very easy. Till date no proper response given to me.

      I have taken LIC MARKET PLUS policy on[protected] from Mr. Rahul Advisor LIC (Phone nos. [protected] and[protected], Gurgaon Branch.
      But I could not not recieved my Documents so far. Even though I am following advisor regularly and he always says it would come within week likewise.

      Please help me out

      always i am told the branch manager of Periyakulam branch has gone for meeting at madurai. He is not at all coming for duty.

During the first week of May-2011 I was informed that the a cheque of the final settlement amount has been electronically transferred to my personal savings bank account (HDFC) at Powai.             Dear Sir,
            My Husband Mr. Swapan Sengupta passed away on 15th May,2010.He had purchased a Pension Plan,named Jeevan Akshay Policy(I),Policy No.[protected] on 28.09.2001,Table No.144 from The Life Insurance Corporation Of India with a deposit money of Rs.305000/- only.As per the policy terms & conditions,an amount of Rs.7884/- only was credited on his account via ECS as the querterly annuity.
            One of the same was credited by LIC India on 01.06.2010 & the due date of the annuity was after the date of the death of the life insurer.
            Now,when I claimed for the deposited money after my husband's death,the LIC sanctioned the death claim deducting the entire amount of the querterly annuity of Rs.7884/- for the period 01.03.2010 to 31.05.2010.
            Now,I feel,as per annuity rules,the annuiant is eligible for having the annuity till his last breath.So,I have requested them repeatedly by sending letters to pay the balance amount of Rs.6570/-only for the period 01.03.2010 to 15.05.2010.But till now I do not get any letter or information and nor the money.
            Henceforth,I am earnestly requesting you to look into the matter to arrange the payment of the annuity for the period 01.03.2010 to 15.05.2010.

                    I had taken Jeevan Dhara Pension policy in the year 1998 from lic office,Taliparamba branch ,Kannur dt,kerala as per the advice of its Senoir Manager.He had given me in writing the benefits that I will get from this policy at the time of Maturity.Now policy No:[protected] got matured and the lic office says that the Final additional bonus was withdrawn on a later date and it is not a guranteed addition.Hence I am not eligble for such benefits .They never informed about these changes during the course of the policy and these things are not mentioned anywhere in my POLICY BOND.Is it not Fraud or Cheating by lic of india ,Taliparamba branch to its policy holder.Why they are engaged in giving false promises that too in writing.Pl.look in to this matter and give me your expert advice.

                      I had taken Jeevan Dhara Pension Policy No:[protected]Single premium from Taliparamba branch,Kannur Dt,Kerala in the year 1998 as per the advice of Senior Manager,Taliparamba Branch.He had given me in wrting the benefits that I will receive from this policy when it matures.Now my policy got matured and is due for first instalment payment on 01 /07/2010.Till this date I have not received any letter from Lic office with regards to the payment of Annuity and I do not know how I will get my monthly pension .In this regard ,I had contacted CRM,Kozhikode and also made complaint through LIC Web portal.But CRM ,Kozhikode is very arrogant in replying and they are supporting The Lic office ,Taliparamba branch very blindly and they are very haste in closing the complaint from LIC web portal without considering my grievances.My LIC web portal complaint no is : 270427 & 268146.Regarding maturity claims,the lic office says that in 1998,Jeevan Dhara policy had an additioanl benefit called Final additional Bonus payable on vesting date and this benefit was withdrawn on a later date and hence I am not eligible for final additional bonus.After giving promises in writing,and without informing the policy holder's the changes they made,I would like know whether LIC of India can deny the benifits after the policy maturity.Is Lic of India Cheating its customers very openly like this.Since I do not have any faith with CRM,kozhikode,I request you to kindly bring this grievance to the notice of higher authorities including LIC Chairman for kind consideration.

                        I want to surrender my policy "LIC Jeevan Anand" Policy No.[protected]. It was an yearly policy in which first payment i made cash and then 2 payments through internet banking transfer. I have missed the receipt of Internet banking transfer. Now when i visit the branch each and every time they say Please come with receipt or any proof of payment. When i told please check your documents. They told me its your responsibility not hours come any other day.

                            My Daughter Himani Agrawal purchased market plus policy from LIC of India Branch Chawani-I Kota vide policy No.[protected] for Rs. 50,000/- & My wife Asha Agrawal purchased same policy market plus from LIC Policy No.[protected] for Rs. 10,000/- but due to urgent need both were applied premature payment after three years on dtd. 7 April 2010 and filled or desired forms and affidavit etc. and submit to LIC of India Chawani-I Branch Kota but they have not received payment till date after continous persuance to LIC office
                            May Kindly help them to get above payment and issue suitable orders to Chief Manager LIC of India Chawani Kota.

                                My LIC Policy no is[protected] branch 11Y NAJAFGARH NEW DELHI-43 My survival benifit cheque of Rs 15000 given by LIC BR 11Y. But LIC MASH DEPARTMENT DO 3 stop payment of this said cheque. I meet head of the department in branch 11Y .He told me that we have given an another cheque in your favour which have been incash by any third party or by you. I show him my bank pass book but there is not such entry related the cheque. I have visited thrice lic branch 11Y but not satisfied answer related the cheque. At last in lic branch 11Y head of the department said that we have sent your documents at MASH department for further activity. 60 days passed but no answer/ letter/ mobile from 11Y or MASH department delhi DO3 Janakpuri. I have not received any payment / cheque form lic till today.
                                So I request you to take action against related department and make enquiry who have incash my S/B cheque and give punishment & penalty to related person. you are requisted to send my cheque by LIC with CDA CHARGES & WITH INTEREST because cheque payment is late by 61 days.

                                      licofindia — no action taken after 1 year on application of refund of amount lying with lic of india policy number 641922431

                                      I have applied for a refund amount of approx 27, 000/- on my policy number[protected] which is lying in lapse but neither they have sent my amount cheque nor they have replied i am in need of that money that is lying with licofindia and is my hard earned.
                                      one year is a sufficent time to act on a complaint and also it is realy hides of doing unsatisfactory job towards a customer and providing the kind of service which is just unexpected out of a company based on customers.

                                      i had taken a policy (money plus policy no.[protected]. and i have surrendered it on 30th july 2010. more than 2 month has been spent.but still i could not get my refund. so please look in to the matter and take necessary actionand refund my money on the following address.
