Received soiled product

Hi,

Kindly help me my order no - [protected] I have purchased a saree of rs1693 from limeroad it was looking premium in picture but after getting it looks like cheaper so I had requested for the refund but accidentally I had choose LR credits which was by default and anyone can get confused on that page now there is no any modifications link which will change the refund amount mode, and there is no any customer support to communicate and I don't want to do shopping from limeroad hence I don't want it in LR credits as I paid cash and if I get in LR credits it will be unusable for me so please help me on the same.

I ordered 3 shorts of value of 1147/- . And amount deducted twice from my account but it is not showing in order tab kindly return my amount.

I have ordered a t-shirt in NetBanking .
Payment process successfully completed and amount was debited but it is not showing my order in MY ORDERS.

I had added a product in cart and directly used buy now option. It took me to the payment page and i made the payment through icici bank. Once otp and payment was confirmed, the order page was not re directed. I got re directed to the buy now option page again. I was logged in using my phone number ([protected]) . I tried to purchase the product again and it did the same thing. Now I have two payment deducted without any order confirmation.
I have money deducted message as below:-

Its been a month return complaint is raised but still package is not picked . I dont understand who will take month time to pickup return. It is postponding everyday.

Please give my refund

My order id is [protected].. I ordered 3 sarees for total rupees 6158.. I returned the sarees by reasoning that two saree quality is less and another saree is different design from what i ordered and quality is alsi not good for that price.. I placed return and after 8 days only partial amount rs. 2477 is credited in Lr credits.. Another saree is rs.3681.. I raised complaint.. They said that product not cleared quality test.. But in website it showing all the three producg quality passed and refunded.. But i received only rs.2477.. I attached all the screenshots also for reference.. Then from customer care called and said i asked y quality failed when i send as it is.. Product is different send.. I asked the picture.. She send the pic of what they send to me.. The same one i too send.. Then y the quality failed i dont know.. Please check and refund.. I bought lot before.. Nowadays price is high for all product by comparing before and offers too low.. But i have trust in this app.. First time i facing this diffulty.. Please check once again.. I dont know how to contact u people.. Ita already 12 days after return the product..

Limeroad mentioned an offer of 50% cash back.
Total amount of order was rs 2117

So they should have provided a cashback of Rs1058 at least and they did so but is was expired on a very short notice of hardly 2hrs.

And then they never returned me my money. I made the purchase as it was 50% cashback. The products i purchased were never worth rs 2117. As it was a cashback offer i went ahead and made the purchase.
But these companies just fool the customers on grounds of these offers.

I emailed them a thousand times but no response.

Looking forward for quick resolution here.

We have ordered checkered kota Doria saree with blouse ordered id [protected]. But you have sent wrong product .So we want to return it . Pl do further procedure.

First the positives about this company - I didnt find the quality of the product too bad through the price is on a higher side.

Now all the negatives :
Regarding order No.[protected] mid rise pleated trouser, on their website order data shows that the product has been delivered but i havent received this product till date.

I have been writing through "Need Help" option available or the website since 4 days but didnt receive any response so far. wrote a seperate mail to [protected]@limeroad.com, no response.

The backbone of any business is their customer care, but limeroad doesnt have a dedicated customer care no. I got somehow through customer complaints a customer no.[protected] and after detailing the person my side of the story (the person sounded like a 10th fail and illiterate person) he confirmed that due to technical glitch the order hasnt been delivered and when asked about what needs to be done about it, the person disconnected call and never to receive the call again through it was ringing (doesnt it sound like some fraud is happening).

After this bad experience, i requested for the LR credits to be transferred to my bank account and here to it divides the amount in 2 categories - certain percentage of the amount to the bank and rest to google pay (doesnt even ask for google pay no. as I have my google accound in my other no. (not the one i use to order from limeroad) so what happens to that amount.

Again after this terrible experience, i rejected my another order and got LR credicts as refund and when I click for refund it shows two options (google pay and bank transfer), this time I only chose the option bank transfer (and google pay left for claiming) which was successful. when I went back to the LR credit page again, same amount reflects (Looks like some foul play)

I have another following orders 3 orders which which i opted for cash on delivery, i will refuse the order as I dont trust this company anymore

I will only think of doing business with this company If all my issues are resolved to my satisfaction.

I have oredered Burgundy A-Line Foil Print Kurta, which was loose and hence placed a return for the same.
However, my Refund reflecting is lesser than the amount I paid.
The price of the Kurti is 976/- and my refund shows 673/-

Please refund the correct amount

Please cancel the order no [protected]..as my mind has been changed nd please refund the money as I have done online payment

मैं limeroad के बारे मे 8 मार्च को भी एक ऑनलाईन complaint कि थी लेकीन कुछ भी reply नाही आया हैं! नाही consumer court से कुछ reply आया. मेरी complain ऐसी थी की, मैंने कुछ 6 shirts अपने पतिके लिये ऑर्डर लिये थे total amount Ru ८८०० है लेकीन limeroad से मूझे ओल्ड ओर अलग प्रकार के shirts मुझे आये! ओर अब मै return order डाला फिर भी अब 22 से ज्यादा दीन हो गये है मुझे मेरा refund नहीं मिला है नाही shirts मिले है मैं बहोत परेशान हो गयी हू! अभी कुछ दिनो पहले refund का status आया की refund succesful लेकीन अब ७ दीन हो गये है कुछ भी payment वापस नाही आया, मैं क्या करू limeroad का call भी नहीं लगता है नाही ईमेल का जवाब देते है मैं बहोत सारे ईमेल किये हैं!

I ordered 3 dresses on 13 th of this month.I paid by net banking and the money was deducted but the order wasn’t confirmed showing some security error.I emailed them showing my concerns but no response even after 48 hours.Either they have to deliver the packages or they have to refund my money.

I had returned solid straight kurta which was picked up on 31st Jan 21.i got a confirmation message & email & was also updated on app that pick done successfully.when I asked for refund after waiting for a mnth I got reply product nt rec'd.i am sending emails for the refund but there's no response no call no refund.

Kindly refund the amount or give as LR credit asap.
