Hi,

Limeroad order number - [protected]. I requested the return of product and also couriered the product to limeroad at my expenses because pickup service was not available. Now my order status shows "return cancelled" and my return courier tracking shows the product delivered to limeroad.
My money is not refunded. Kindly look into matter asap....

This is related to refund of Order No #[protected]. Firstly I don't understand why my refund was converted to LR credit in first place. Later the LR credit notification came saying the credits will expire - how is it possible and why my refund money has expiry date. On 15th june i have ordered 2 items from limeroad and first payment was through my netbanking, i was not aware that order is not placed as amount of rs. 869 has been deduct from my bank, i did'nt get any order number so that i cannot compalint them properly. Actually i have ordered 1 item on april 24th and not satisfied by the time taken to delivery.

We cancelled the order, we are very thankful to you for crediting the lr wallet immediately. But when i transferred the credit amount to bank account they still haven't been credit yet... Its been 1 month & 14...

I got refund from lime road in the form of lr credits, i applied for transfer the lr credits to my bank account. The status is still in queue. Also tried to contact lime road customer care but there is no way to contact them. And they are not responding properly....
