I had cut price the product by sending it to more than 28 of my friends... After it was at 0... I tried to claim but to my bad i coudnt do that... It shows ordered succesfully placed but i am not able to see it my orders... I didnt even get confirmation of order being placed.

    I have ordered 3 dresses where one is free if i buy 2dresses, the money totally is 963 it is scattered for three dresses.
    I have paid 260 for the free dress nd i still not received the main ordered dresses as it has crossed the delivery dates.

      Hi,

      Limeroad order number - [protected]. I requested the return of product and also couriered the product to limeroad at my expenses because pickup service was not available. Now my order status shows "return cancelled" and my return courier tracking shows the product delivered to limeroad.
      My money is not refunded. Kindly look into matter asap.

        I have cancel my order on 1st June 2020 and apply for refund of rs 249 to transfer my bank account on the same day. Since it has been 17 days, I have not received any amount.kindly consider this issue and approve my refund as soon as possible

          Team,

          This is related to refund of Order No #[protected]. Firstly I don't understand why my refund was converted to LR credit in first place. Later the LR credit notification came saying the credits will expire - how is it possible and why my refund money has expiry date. After that I have initiated the LR credit transfer to Bank account on 10th June, but no updates so far. Can you please update me or transfer money bank to bank.

            On 15th june i have ordered 2 items from limeroad and first payment was through my netbanking, i was not aware that order is not placed as amount of rs. 869 has been deduct from my bank, i did'nt get any order number so that i cannot compalint them properly. Then, second time i paid through paytm and gain rs. 869 deducted from bank and order placed reand received order number successfully.
            I thought after 24hrs i would receive my money back but i have not received it
            Am not happy with the limeroad service if they do such things intiantially.
            I want my money back as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased some clothings for my wife on 9th april 2020. It's been over 2 months i didn't get a single update from their end. If they fail to deliver the product due to this pandemic thay could have returned my money back. They were not bothered to answer my e-mails, phone calls etc and i feel i have lost my money. Attaching all my orders info and communcation e-mails. Please take necessary drastic steps so that i can have my money back (Inr 897) at least.

                        Hey! I've ordered a dress from limeroad but it didn't look good on me. So, i returned it back but the money was refunded to credit lr (Limeroad account) then i requested to transfer my money to my personal bank account.
                        But after that it shows the status that the transfer of the amount has been failed. If so then where is my money???

                        I don't fine that money on my bank account as well as no lr credits.

                              lr credit wallet amount still not refunded in bank account

                              This is a follow-up to your previous request #767217 "lr credit still not refunded

                              Actually i have ordered 1 item on april 24th and not satisfied by the time taken to delivery.

                              We cancelled the order, we are very thankful to you for crediting the lr wallet immediately. But when i transferred the credit amount to bank account they still haven't been credit yet... Its been 1 month & 14...

                              On 17th march 2020, i have ordered kurta set with limeroad costs rs.1302. I have prepaid the order. My delivery address is in bangalore. I went back to my home town due to my home town and got stuck there due to lock down for 2 months. Meanwhile my package got delivered on 24th march 2020 and my office security collected the package. I came back to bangalore and collected my order. It came as shock to me when i look at the package. It is so small. When i opened it, i found a waste piece of cloth in the package.

                                  I got refund from lime road in the form of lr credits, i applied for transfer the lr credits to my bank account. The status is still in queue. Also tried to contact lime road customer care but there is no way to contact them. And they are not responding properly.
