Order no 71145301
One friend of mine ordered the same product as i ordered vide order no mentioned above a few days after i ordered. I have still not got my product, whereas he received the product a week ago from today.
Moreover the delivery location of mine is far urban than my friends.

    I have ordered shoes (No. [protected]) on 19th may, expected date of delivery was 26th may. I paid it through net banking.
    But my order is not even packed or processed. No message, no mail for the delay. No information given.

      I cancelled my order before it deliver but even after 25 days i'm not getting back my money from lime road credits please transfer our amount of rs 1330 as soon as possible don't cheat us or add the 1330 points to lr credits please.

          Have placed an order with Limeroad and i had cancelled it as it was not shipped even after 2 weeks. The refund credited to my LR credits and i requested them to transfer to my bank account. Since there was an option to transfer LR credits to bank account i have provided my bank account and tried transferring. However the status shows QUEUED. I reached out to the customer care email id and they informed me that it will take 7 days to get credited to my bank account. Even after 7 days i didnt get my money back. The customer care no. Is not reachable at any point in time. This is utter misbehavior on part of the company . I want this issue to be looked into urgently or else I will be forced to initiate legal action against them.

                  Its been like a month and i haven’t received my refund in my account. It was initially sent to me as lr credits but i made the request for transferring it to my bank account. I mailed about it several times and the only reply i get is within 7 days within 10days it will be shown in your account. Its been a month now.

                    I placed an order of two kurtis
                    One was completely different and i initiated a refund for which they have not even sent a pickup after 1 week of asking for refund
                    Other kurti didnot even reach me after 5days of due delivery date

I reached out to the customer care email id and they informed me that it will take 7 days to get credited to my bank account. Even after 7 days i didnt get my money back, again i wrote to customer care and the reply was "it will take 5 working days". I dont understand how long i need to wait for my money.

                          My refund is pending since march. I have sent so many mails to the customer care team. They are saying due to lockdown they are not able to proceed. When banks are operating and limeroad has opened new order booking. Why can't they pay my money back. I know they are cheating. Exploring how to fight legally to get my money from them

                            Without my work in my account i found the one product was added in my orders on cash on delivery basis. Actually it's not my work... Now i don't want that product to deliver to my home... I want cancellation for that product. I am not ready to pay for that... Please make sure that how to cancel the order in the app with steps...

                                  It’s been 12 days of struggle to fight for my own money from which need to be refunded by lieroad (Limeroad) but they’re just keep lying and asking me to wait till eternity to get my refund. It took 4 days of continuous effort to cancel my order (As limeroad is not giving a damn about our orders in name of pandemic crisis) and now they’re not returning my money which i have requested on 12 may. They don’t have customer care number or any standard escalation matrix.

                                    I have purchased few item in limeroad in covid 19 period and the company declared they are facilitating the service. Two days before i except the order but i saw the quality of goods is so pore then i decided to returned the item. From two days i m finding the way to retunred the item in my app retunred need option is showing and ask to courrier retunred by customer in his own way. Abd dir thatlllfrom two days i am trying to retunred the source and send a mails more than 15 times as courier srrvuce right now is not available in my city but everytine i dissatisfied no response from the team they utter same reply that i will send them courrier. How can it be possible in my city due to civid19 courrier service is not available here and i asked them to extend the retunred time still no reply. Even at the time of purchase the company has not declared such things. They are just making us full. If the company declaring service is available in covid 19 period they should also accept the retunred lik other company but it’s a cheating with customer and one type of customer harassment. I want strict action should be taken on the company and help me to get back my money by retunreding their itemscompany will

                                      I have ordered a product on 12th may 2020 and cancelled it due to longer delivery time and my money got reflected in lr credit and there was a option of transferring my money to my bank account. I have done the transfer on the same day and still not received my money into my bank.. I have confirmed in the bank there was no refund initiated from the limeroad. So when can i receive my money back.. I am a regular customer and facing this issue which will make me to discard limeroad. Plz fix this asap. I have attached a screenshot. Just fix this and refund my money back.
