I have purchased few item in limeroad in covid 19 period and the company declared they are facilitating the service. Two days before i except the order but i saw the quality of goods is so pore then i decided to returned the item. From two days i m finding the way to retunred the item in my app retunred need option is showing and ask to courrier retunred by customer in his own way. Abd dir thatlllfrom two days i am trying to retunred the source and send a mails more than 15 times as courier srrvuce right now is not available in my city but everytine i dissatisfied no response from the team they utter same reply that i will send them courrier. How can it be possible in my city due to civid19 courrier service is not available here and i asked them to extend the retunred time still no reply. Even at the time of purchase the company has not declared such things. They are just making us full. If the company declaring service is available in covid 19 period they should also accept the retunred lik other company but it’s a cheating with customer and one type of customer harassment. I want strict action should be taken on the company and help me to get back my money by retunreding their itemscompany will

    I have ordered a product on 12th may 2020 and cancelled it due to longer delivery time and my money got reflected in lr credit and there was a option of transferring my money to my bank account. I have done the transfer on the same day and still not received my money into my bank.. I have confirmed in the bank there was no refund initiated from the limeroad. So when can i receive my money back.. I am a regular customer and facing this issue which will make me to discard limeroad. Plz fix this asap. I have attached a screenshot. Just fix this and refund my money back.

      Hi team,
      I have ordered two kurtis with order number [protected] and [protected] with total 2207 rs on 2nd april 2020.

      I have cancelled it later and refund moved to lr credits. I had contacted customer support and requested the refund to my axis bank account on 19 th april.

      Till now i didn't receive my refund amount and the limeroad shopping app is cheating customers. I have contacted the customer support through email multiple times but no response.

      I am having the entire proof and even ready to raise a consumer case against limeroad in court.

      I want my money back.

        Fraud of inr 5000 rs from my account

        A plazoo kurta was returned to lime road dur to it's quality issue on 8 march and i received refund of inr 1592 as limeroad credit which i requested to transfer to my bank account it said queued but never returned and i lost my lr credit too so i complained it to customer care on 15 may a person contacted from their customer support he asked bank account to be refunded and took a otp and then he said refund is initiated but after a min rs...

        Hi, we have received the bank details for refund of rs. 649.0. This amount would reflect within 5-7 working days under the name of a. M marketplaces pvt ltd.
        The above msg recd on 4 5 20. Status quede. Till date not received in account.. I have requested for transfer of lr credits given to me by company on cancelation of orders to my bank.
        The company acknowledged and sent msg as in para 1. Money not received till date.

        I am yet to receive any reply to the complaint made by me from company

            Iam begging for my own money... Tell me the issue why arn't you refundung my money in my bank account... My total amount is rs.2512... You first tell that wait till 24thmarch, then 27 march, then 4 may, then 8 may,... Please sir it's my humble request please refund my amount in my bank account myntra and other websites do in just in 24 hours why can' limeroad?...                 I ordered 3 sarees in two diff orders on 14th & 15 th of april 2020 of order no ([protected] and [protected]) respectively due to lockdown they are saying they will take atleast 1month to deliver my product, as i have to gift those items to someone for birthday purpose i have cancelled the order on 28th of april, after cancellation they transferred my whole paid money of rs1723 as lr credit to my limeroad account, i requested for a redemption of the whole amount to my bank on that very day they said it will take 6-7working days to reflect on my account but still today its 18th of may 2020 the money hasn't been transferred to my account i have mailed them 10-12 times atleast within this period but everytime they are avoiding it by giving me some silly reasons and lame excuses like technical issues, redemption reprocessed, lockdown barriers, less amount of staffs nd so on.. Plz help me on this, what should i do this is my first purchase over limeroad, i got no clue about these kind of forgery they are doing with everyone.. My email id is jkane. [protected]@gmail.com

                They are total fraud, what action did u take?
                Do u know someone who lives in delhi or gurgaon?? I have there ofc address if nyone could go physically there then these matters will be solved otherwise its a complete waste, lots of peoples are suffering with this same kind of problem

                    I ordered a bulk of clothes from limeroad in April and prepaid them but due to certain reasons I have to cancel that order. I applied for my refund to my account on 19th of April but till date no update of my refund each day I mail to them for my money refund but get same copy paste reply I am really worried that they are fooling me

                      I have ordered this eyeglasses on 4 april 2020. There is no option visible to cancel the order. I mailed to track the order and didnt get any response. So on 15 may, i mailed the customer support to cancel the order. They say they will refund the money as lr credits. I saw several reviews in google playstore app reviews that people are unable to transfer their lr credits to bank accounts. I dont want to lose my har earned money. And i didnt want to shop anything from limroad. I want my money to be credited back to my debited canara bank account.

                          Hi,

                          I have cancelled a product on 30th april - order no - #[protected], amount got credited to lr credits instated of original payment source. Same day i have added a bank account and provide request to transfer my money to my bank account. As per their policy refund will be processed on 5-7 working days, however today is the 10th working day from the day i cancelled the order, but still i am waiting for the refund they don't have any customer care option - no email no contact number - as they don't have any contact information except physical address they should strict to their timeline as per their own policy. Pathetic experience.

                            We cancelled them, we are very thankful to you for crediting the lr wallet immediately. But when i transferred the credit to bank account they still haven't been credit yet... Its been 8 days till now.

                            Please credit the transfer amount as soon as possible.

                                  My limeroad credit amount rs. 1506.00 has been transferred to lr credit as my bank account (Ac/ details [protected], ifsc - sbin000093, sbi jadavpur university branch) on 19 th april.

                                  But the payement status is queued till now.
                                  Tellme the what will be the next step..

                                  This type of business is not appreciatable.

                                  So, take a promt initiative that i can get back my money as soon as possible
