Refund not got since 2 months

I had ordered a shoe on 8th mar, 2020 which i received on 16th mar, 2020. But that was small in size. I had returned the shoe to the company on 20th mar, 2020 for replacement. On 4th may, 2020 the delivery boy was come to deliver the new shoe, before the delivery he asked me to give 4 digit otp pin. But there was no any otp pin came on my mobile. That reason, his gone from my house without giving the shoe. Then i call to the customer care service but the customer care executive told me to give my mobile number which is registered in my bank account. I asked to him why you want my mobile number. He said that we are deducting only 2 rupees from your bank account just for confirmation. I don’t understand why did he say like that. Then after one otp came in my mobile from my bank, he asked me to give that otp number. I totally denied. It is request to you please solve this issue as soon as possible

I have requested the refund 2 months ago but do not received any refund yet. Also I am not able to contact the customer support no.

If i sumbit my queries in email. I Always get the autogenerated message everytime with new date. Its fraud please help

I have placed an order on limeroad on 11 th april 2020. They stated that order will be received by 24 th april 2020 but till now my order hasn't been received. So i would like to cancel my order. I have already mail them
But there is no proper response kindly make sure that mu order need to be cancelled and refunded

You guys are not reliable and not of your words you have said that you will surely issue the refund of order on monday '27...but now its 28 'Tuesday!!...you are just extending the date ...let me know sir...how much time you will more take to issue my refund order#70881294...please sir tell me when will it reflect in my account!

It's been one month but i didn't get refund of my returned item. They have delivered wrong item after taking it back they didn't credit the amount in my account.

I order 2 plazos from limeroad on 9april in women clothing option and that was expected to be delivered by 20 april but still i have not received my order.. Then i decided to cancel the order of both the plazos but the option to cancel order is not available inthe app. I want ro cancel order and receive my money back.. So please help me in cancel the order and refund the money back...

Hii, actually we've ordered 3 items on april 1st and not satisfied by the time taken to deliver we cancelled them. We r very thankful to u for crediting the lr credits immediately but wen i transferred the credits to bank account they stii haven't been credited yet.. Its been23 days till now plzz credit them as fast as possible order no. Is [protected]

I had purchased a half shoe (Tan slip jutis) from limeroad online shopping site on march 2020 through cash on delivery, the product i received was not in my expected. Hence i returned that product on 08/03/2020 (Pickup copy attached). But didn't get refund amount.
So i mailed them to their customer care. And they reply that amount will be credited my bank account within 7 working days. But after 7 days i didn't receive that amount so i mailed tham again and get same reply 7 working days.
I mailed them several times and get same reply. Till date i have not received the amount in my bank account.
So i request you to kindly do the needful.

Hi Team,
I have placed an order at Limeroad of amount ₹1210.
The amount has been debited twice from my two accounts.
But the order is not placed and I can't see any confirmation of order in my history.
Kindly help me resolve the issue ASAP.
My total amount debited is ₹2420.

I have placed an prepaid order of two kurtis in April 2020 in limeroad but today I cancelled it but that total amount 2207 rs transferred to LR credits in limeroad to utilize for next purchase. I want the refund to my bank account only. I tried option to transfer to my bank account but it does not work.please help me

I am Annu sangwan.you have not refund my money in my bank account so I want my money as soon as possible.

I ordered one dress more than a month and then i returned it immediately but limeroad is not at all willing to refund my money. I called them 5-6 times but everytime they say tomorrow money would be transferred but only god knows whether their tomorrow will ever come or not. Even though my money is not refunded the app is showing false refund successful status. Kindly return my money!!! It's humble request.

I have orderd some clothes from lime road but due to bad quality of products i have returned the products on 7th march. I have paid the amount online. But i am not getting my refund even after 20 days. Customer care has blocked my number and on email everytime they are telling me that amount will credited in 2 days. I am unable to contact the customer care.

I had returned items on order nos. 69726218, 69744991, 69824674 on 09 march, 2020. Today it's 26th march and no refund has been done yet. When i tried calling customer care, they have blocked my contact and order nos. It's been so unfortunate to see such behavior from company's side as i have been a regular customer to limeroad. I once again ask to immediately release my money in my account.

I have been conveyed that my issue will be resolved by today (25th march) by support team. Yet i have not received any amount and mail from you. This is my last request to you unless i move to consumer court for the refund. Please expedite and refund me by today itself.

I purchased loafers from limeroad and they sent large size I raised refund and still 15th of March refunded money is not deposited in my bank, neither they pick call nor limeroad gave satisfactory reply I doubt they cheated me and are not willing to return money in contrary they told me that by today money would be deposited in my bank

I ordered a white kurta from limeroad. Received a small torn piece of a t-shirt. i have inititated a return request but i dont think it will be successful since i never received the original item. when i checked the kurta i ordered was out of stock. so they send me a piece of cloth instead of informing me about the kurta being out of stock. Highly irresponsible behavior.I want my money refunded ASAP.

I ordered a handbag and i am not satisfied with the product. It is huge than expected and not worth of money. I wish to return the product and my refund is credited in lr credits. I don't want to order any other product in this site. So kindly transfer the refund money into my bank account. I request you to do the necessary as soon as possible and return back my money

I place the order of saree and bedsheet on 22nd feb, paid 1135/- for two pieces in that order. Bedsheet cost was rs 699/- in the offer provided by
Limeroad with that saree. Eventually, i paid 1135/- for two things but i received the only saree on 27th feb but i did not receive bedsheet, i
Waited till 5th march then called customer care where they told there is a condition in this offer that your item in the offer will get dispatch
When you return period to get over for the item for which i majorly paid, so they told 5th march is the date when your return period is over so tomorrow your
Item will get dispatch, again the same call i did on 7th, another guy said today is your return period is getting over last info was wrong, so tomorrow it

Moving out of the country on 16th so no one will be able to get it, because of their issue i lost my money of 699/- bedsheet, i just want my money back which i paid
For 2 things but i received just one, bedsheet cost was 699/- which i didn't receive, but at least i want 50% back anyhow.
