Complaining when u given me back my return product money... This is my first bad experience with lr... I using lr before 1 year n i order many dressed... I m never refund any product but this is my first experience bcoz of bad products... Before u guys me send very comfortable product... I want my money back 1300rs/-very disappointed u guys received my return product in 2 days but can't u have time for return... Givn my money back... I like lr very much in lots of aap but u guys doing same thing like other cheap app i never trust inlr
Contact my whtsap [protected] when u given my return product money u receive my return products in two days nw u have some traffic issues covid issues seller issues for given my return product money...in fact you guys send my product in 3 days wow...

Due to the current situation, we are functioning with less manpower and due to system limitations, we were unable to fulfill your requests on time. However, the refund of INR 786 against the order #[protected] and INR 521 against the order #[protected] was successfully processed on (09 June 2020). This should reflect in your bank account anytime by (18 June 2020), against A.M Marketplaces Pvt. Ltd. At times, you may not receive the bank transaction SMS therefore we request you to check your bank account statement for refund referring UTR-- N[protected] and N[protected] respectively.

      My order number is #[protected] and my date of delivery is may 18 2020. But order status is still packed and not even dispatched. If they cant deliver why are they accepting orders and providing fake dates. Fake company. Delay is acceptable but not more than a month. They should pay for it. Very bad.

      Dealy is acceptacble but not more than a month. Atleast they should call me and told before itself or they should have cancelled order. Else they should have called me informing tha delay will be more.

      Daily im seeing status, but no improvement in my order which leads to huge stress and they have to pay for it.

      I want something to compensate for my stress and take necessary actions.

        I have return my order no. [protected] and received refund as limeroad credit from where i have option to transfer it to my bank. Account. I have selected to transfer my amount to my bank account but not yet received and my credit also cut from the limeroad app and not yet received my amount in my bank account.
        I want my refund amount in my bank account.

              I have placed an order with limeroad and i had cancelled it as it was not shipped even after 2 weeks. The refund credited to my lr credits and i requested them to transfer to my bank account. Since there was an option to transfer lr credits to bank account i have provided my bank account and tried transferring. However the status shows queued. I reached out to the customer care email id and they informed me that it will take 7 days to get credited to my bank account. Even after 7 days i didnt get my money back. The customer care no. Is not reachable at any point in time. This is utter misbehavior on part of the company. I want this issue to be looked into urgently.

                    I bought a product from limeroad which was a bit large so i asked for exchange. They said that pickup service is not available. So u can self ship the product and we will refund u the money spent on shipping.. I self shipped a product to the address on the return slip.. Now the courier company is saying that the recipient has shifted.. And they are doing rto now... What should i do... Limeroad is really bad.. Plz help... My money has been wasted... Plz refund me.. The money spent on product and also on shipping..

                      As per your request, a refund of rs. 1224 has been processed against your order #70531684. It will reflect in your limeroad account. I have requested to refund this amount in my bank account since 19/5/2020 but till date they haven't processed it and it is showing in queue. They are cheated on me.

                                    I had placed an order with limeroad which was a complete suit with dupatta. It also contained a bedsheet set free. I returned the dress on 8 th march as i didnt like the quality of the dress. When i had recieved the dress i did not even get the bedsheet set whivh supposed to be free. The refund was first transfered as lr credit but on my request it was supposed to be transferred to state bank savings account. But till today there is refund. But limeroad is reflecting that the refund is successful. Kindly help this is nothing but fraud. I have atfached the screen shot of refund status sucvessul and failure both as being shown in limeroad app.

                                    On my complaint I had recieved a call yesterday i.e on 2nd june.I think he was a customer care executive.He did appologize for the inconvinience caused to me and said my matter will be resolved at the earliest and apart from my refund amount they will give me a compensation as well.he said that they can refund only through unified payment interface.he told me the process how i can get my refund through my google pay.he was very fast while narrating me the steps.he had given me a voucher number and their UPI id.but when am typing that id it shows its an invalid id.If this google pay doesnt work why dont they directly transfer to my bank account just as other online shopping sites do.please help.

                                        My above said order number dated 19/0102020 was partially delivered on 23/01/2020. Left over free item was promised to be delivered on 29/01/20. This item, a blue tooth speaker has not been delivered to me till date despite of repeated request telephonic and emails. It's now 04 months i have been waiting for the product.
