Dear concern,

The service provided by your engineers today was unsatisfied.

Our major problem is while we switch on the a/c it starts smelling badly may be at high or low temperature we cant't use it.

Your engineer told us that it is resolved, but still we are facing same problem.

So i request you to please send some other better engineer who can resolve our problem at one visit.

Kindly do the needful.

    I have bought 2 lloyd split ac in the month of july, 2017.ac came with 5 years warranty.
    On 18th feb, 2018, while i switched on my ac to check whether i need some servicing it suddenly caught fire after sparking.in the moment smoke has been filled in my house and i brought local technician to stop the fire and stop it from aggravating. It was life threatening for us at that moment.

    On 5th march, 2018 i called customer care and filed my complaint with the executive and received a complaint no,. Hil[protected].

    Next day, a technician visited my house and took pictures of the burnt ac and he said that i would receive a call the next day.

    Next day i got a call from the area manager, he said that as the part is burnt he would not be able to do anything as the company mentions that physical damage is out of warranty.

    Now, i think the company is trying to dodge their responsibility by providing such clause in their warranty. On the one hand they are making such unsafe acs which can kill people and on the other hand, they don't want to accept the responsibility.

    I am feeling cheated by the company that in the name of 5 yr warranty they are selling their products but due to some smart clause they are dodging the bullets. How one supposed to trust lloyd?

    I really want the company to repair my ac for their fault. If not, i will move to consumer court or will file fir against lloyd for making such life threatening products.
    It is not expected from such a big company as LLoyd and I hope that your grievance is redressed by them.

    This is how they treat their customers.
    Lloyd are promoting their products by Big B. Is this is the way they are giving their services. They should get it replaced immediately. Bad image of the company.
    My AC also caught fire suddenly.

      Worst experience
      Worthless air conditioner
      0 quality of product and servicing
      Not even a single season passed with its repairing
      Last year complete coil was changed with swing motor and remote in warranty in one year only the gas valve are again needs to be changed gas is again leaking due to coil perforation remote is also not working again
      Lloyd doesnt know the meaning of warranty and servicing firth time they asked for money despite the fact that the ac is in warranty the ac i bought came with a 5 year warranty period but the still asked for money when i complained about the issues again they came checked and asked for the visiting charges 400rs which they took and also some advance for the parts replacement thats what lloyd defines as warranty and servicing
      Dont go for lloyd opt for other better options
      Buying a lloyd ac is like putting your 35000 to 40000 hard earned money to fire.

        मैं हर्ष लुनिया राजनांदगांव (छतीसगढ़) निवासी हूँ, मैंने लॉयड इन्वर्टर AC 1.5 टन आपके athroised डीलर air fair cooling systum रायपुर से 13/2/18 को पर्चेस किया, जिसका इनवॉइस नंबर 586 है, जो कि मुझे 16/2/18 को मिल गया
        17/2/18 को मैंने उसके इंस्टालेशन की requset डाली, , , , आपका बंदा आया 19/2/18 को मॉर्निंग में और उसने बताया कि आपको स्टैंड बाहर से लाना होगा, मैंने कहा ठीक है, , , आप इंस्टालेशन चार्ज बताइये तो उसने मुझे 650/- के आसपास बताये (जो कि आपके 490+18% gst =580 से 70/-ज्यादा हैं )
        उसके बाद उस बंदे ने स्टैंड लगाने के 200/- अलग से मांगे otherwise AC नहीं लगाने की बात कही, तब मैंने आपके एरिया मैनेजर प्रभात पूरी जी से बात की, , , उन्होंने भी उस सर्विस मैन से कहा कि 580/- होते हैं और स्टैंड लगाने का अलग से चार्ज मत करो, , , पर फिर आपके राजनादगांव सर्विस सेंटर (मिलिंद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक) के संस्थापक महेश जी का फ़ोन आया और उन्होंने भी मुझे 200/- अलग से देने की बात कही, , , मैंने साफ कहा कि ये 200/- मैं नहीं देने वाला चाहे तो आप AC फिट ना करें, तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा कि लूनिया जी कुछ कम ज्यादा करके दे दीजिए, ये सबको देना पड़ता है, तब मैंने उनसे पूछा के इंस्टालेशन चार्ज का मतलब क्या होता है तो उन्होंने मुझे ही समझाने की कोशिश की, , , but फिर मैंने प्रभात जी को फ़ोन किया और ये समस्या बताई, , , फिर प्रभात जी ने उनसे बात की और फिर वो रेडी हुए 580/- में AC फिट करने के लिए, , , और उनका काम भी थोड़ा भी सफाई और जवाबदारी वाला नहीं लगा ।।। आउट डोर यूनिट को भी स्टैंड के 3 साइड ही बोल्ट से टाइट किया एक साइड तो open ही छोड़ दिया था, , , मेरे कहने पर कई किस्म के बहाने बनाने लगे और उसके बाद मैंने उनसे ये कहके (की कुछ भी हुआ भविष्य में तो वो आपके सर्विस सेंटर की जवाबदारी होगी) उनसे उसमें तार बंधवाया, भविष्य में अगर वो आउट डोर यूनिट गिरता है तो वो आपकी कंपनी की जवाबदारी होगी, , , ,
        इसके बाद वो लोग ये कहकर चले गए कि आपका AC का कनेक्शन खींचा हुआ नहीं है, अगर हो जाये तो बता देना हम तुरंत आ जाएंगे, , , मैंने उसके 1 hour बाद ही कनेक्शन करा कर उनको कॉल किया तो वो बोले आ रहा हूँ, , , , उसके बाद से मैंने कल से अभी तक 25 फ़ोन कर दिए पर ना तो वो आये और न ही AC चालू हुआ ।।।।
        अब आप ही बताएं कि coustmer की कोई वैल्यू है या नहीं आपकी नजर में ।।। भविष्य में मैं कभी किसी को रिकमेंड नहीं करूंगा लॉयड का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट खरीदें और आपकी सर्विसेज को मैं "-5" स्टार रेटिंग दूंगा ।।।।
        और आपकी सर्विस का यही हाल रहा तो मैं आपके एयर कंडीशनर को सार्वजनिक शौचालय में लगवा दूंगा जिससे आपको अपनी कंपनी की वैल्यू भी पता चले ।।। और हां हो सके तो अपना "मिलिंद सर्विस सेंटर" राजनांदगांव बदल दें (ज्यादा पैसा मांगते हैं)
        मुझे तो अब अफसोस हो रहा है कि क्यूं मैंने लॉयड जैसा चीप सर्विस बेस्ड प्रोडक्ट पर्चेस किया ।।।

          The company sounds to be decent before buying the product but the moment i register the complain about the led on 23/01/2018 they took 1month to repair the led and after so much of leg pulling. The led again stopped working after a week and this time also they are not paying any attention to the complain. This is not the way these types of companies are supposed to work since lloyd is renowned company but still it is the reality. This was the first time i purchased any lloyd product and now on wards i won't recommend anyone about this. The company is the worst ever i've seen.

            My washing machine is not working since dec 2nd 2017 and i have made complaint but till now its not resolved. No proper response from customer service. My complaint number is hil[protected]. Please take appropriate action and update me.

            This is really frustrating when i call customercare they done respond properly. I have sent an email to [protected]@lloydmail.com still no response.

              I bought lloyd led tv 42 inches on feb2016
              . Till now i got problem 4 times. I am complaint on the problem but they are not responding. Customer support also not responding. My tv given to lloyd service center in nacharam hyderabad. They given one engineer number anil reddy. I called so many times. He is not responding. Almost 2months completed. My tv is there only. Anil reddy telling me call to br rao. He is also not responding. I called to lloyd customer care. They gave customer care number of telangana no one is responding on this number. Now my tv in service center only since 2 months.[protected] this is the number. Anil reddy not answering to my call. Br rao not answering to my call customer care also not answering to my call.

                Lloyd ac is not durable, i have very bed experience with the lloyd.
                In very short period it starts trouble and service centre could not provides satisfactory services also repairing cost is very high even free services. Log of coil is very poor, in short period it starts leakages. There is no guarantee/baten tu for leakages, which is most problematic ares.
                As per my suggestion we should not go for the same.

                  We took a new llyod ac 2 ton split from agra digital world but after only 3 months it stopped working. Company (Llyod) person came and told us there is a leakage in our ac line so they restored a new line and charged us 4200 for the same but after only 3 days it again stopped working thus company's person again came n now they said that there in leakage in the split n not line. We asked them to change the ac as it was only 3 moths old but they disagreed so we asked them to return our 4200 amount as it was there fault that they didnt check properly and asked us to change the line but now also they are not willing to retun the money nor changing the piece. Worst company ever

                  Worst after sales service by LLOYD India, Bought lloyd 40" led tv in 2015 as there are providing 5 years warranty. LED tv failed on 30th sept 2017, technician visited on 14th oct 2017 still no response lloyd to repair / replace TV ref call no HIL[protected].
                  10 year warranty not provide.
                  asking money for service charges and motor change.
                  many time calling to cc and service provider.
                  not picking up the phone provide by cc of service incharges
                  wrong information provided by the cc and service provider
                  mental harassed by all cc and service provider

                    We have purchased 2ton lloyd ac. Since of my purchased it is not working it starts and give cool air for 5 min and break its continuity. Many time company person came but he is unable to make it repair.
                    We have invested for office because we are exporter and here many fourier come at our office and it seems awkward.
                    Team we are assuming that it is not repairable and we want it to replace on urgent basis.

                      I have had almost 3 technicians visiting my place altogether but still the ac is not working properly. This is my second complaint and still the ac is not cooling.
                      My 1st complaint # was hil[protected] which was registered on 25/09/2017 & my second complaint # is hil[protected] which was registered on 06/10/2017. I had almost 3 technicians named azaz, sunil & rafiq all 3 giving different issues altogether. 1st one saying that the compressor is not working. 2nd one saying that there is no gas inside the unit. 3rd one saying that there is a leakage in the ac. When i call up lloyd customer care number they disconnect my line without even answering. Moreover, rafiq had promised that he would come the next day & since then his cellphone is switched off.

                      Pathetic customer service i have ever experienced. Lloyd sucks a big time. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

                        Brought the ac on 31/3/2017. Had a minor issue and tech came to fix it and also did some spray to avoid any kind of leak or rust with my consent and charged rs. 700. Now i again have an issue and your tech came and said it has leak and gas has exhausted so need to fill the gas. Then third guy came he filled the gas and after two days, the situation is the same. It is under warranty and if i need to fill in the gas every 6 months then lloyd should get the most worst company of year award. There customer care is the worst.. They don't even have an email on their website to escalate the issue..

                          Sir/madam,
                          I have purchased ac on 31st march 2017, after 3 months there was problem with display, the service person came and said will take 10-15 days for change the display, mean while ac external unit was not starting,. Again we filled a complaint person came and said its pcb (Some part of internal unit) will be change and he changed it. After 10days display starts showing e6 & e5, again we lodged a complaint, person came and said its pcb is not working i was shocked because just 10days back they have changed the same part, it means either service man put that part local/earlier used part or the quality of llyod's part is not satisfactory, agin i called to customer care, they gave me the no of asm mr shashank (837693...) i talked to him and told him full story and asked him plz assure me that now when the service centre person change the pcb part they will put new part, he replied me how he (Shashank) will come to know the part is new or used, it means company gave the responsibility to that service centre which is not reliable, its realy very shocking for me, now i am feeling cheated, because now winter will start and by the next season warranty will finish and again if this pcb will start any trouble because service centre of llyod is not reliable again they will put some used part which will make trouble in future, than i have to spend money,
                          Sir/ madam i am using lg products and if llyod wants realy to increase the standards of service than learn from lg. I dont know this complaint will effect you or not but, this will effect me a lot.
                          My request you if you are changing any part you should extend the warranty of 1 year of that particular part.

                            I registered a complaint on 25/09/17 on lyyod app regarding my ac remote not functioning properly. I bought this ac on 17 jun 17. One of the technicians came for visit and informed me that your remote would be exchanged by another guy in 2-3 days once it is available in their station.
                            He also gave a receipt and took customer satisfaction code from me stating that the remote will be exchanged.
                            Its been over a week i did ne recieve any calls or message regarding this issue.
                            I called friends air conditioning center where mr. Nabiualla picked up the phone.
                            He informed me that lyyod is not exchanging remotes after 15 days of purchase. I told him that this should be informed by the technician at that moment. He replied stating that this confirmation we have received within a day that no more exchange is entertain.
                            Please help regarding this issue because this is false commitment to the customers.
                            I would also recommend to give service options only to good authorized dealers as lyyod itself is a brand.
                            Instead of wasting money in endorsing if half of the money is spend on customer satisfaction i gurantee most of the homes would have lyyod ac.
                            Awaiting response from any sensible lyyod representative.

                              I am really tired of the lloyd company. It is very painful experience to me, i have not find the solution of my problem till today. 6 months ago i bought this split ac of lloyd, since than its giving problem. It's a defective piece. Even this is 5th time i am making a complaint. Every month it gets some problem in it.in this case i have to approach consumer court if i don't get the solution asap.

                              Worst service from lloyd technical team suffering from last 6 months and still no solution.

                              Kindly look into the matter and reply me as soon as possible.
                              I feel wastage of my money in purchasing lloyd.

                                I m really displeased by the service of llyod ac. From last 15-20 days we are complaining about our ac and till now no service has been received. When i called after two days one guy came and he said gas is need to be refilled and from that 15 days noone came to refill it and when i called llyod ac customer care your complaint is not registered till date and there are several many complaints pending over of here of llyod of other people its not a new thing for us. And he is proud of this thing that lots of complaint are pending is this the service of llyod? Our product is not defective llyod company is defective or i should say destructive for such a small thing it is taking so much time no one is giving proper response here. Now we have set a target i m a personal officer and around working under and not just 9000 employees 9000 families we will suggest all to never ever buy any product of llyod. When i called the person said gas is not avavilable how to do it. Is this the service of llyod. We will start a campaingn on social media to boycot llyod's product so that the problem for such a smal thing we are facing today should not be faced by others. Right now till date this situation we are bearing llyod have to compensate for it.

                                  I have registered my complaint 2 times my registered mobile number is [protected]
                                  But you are not coming to repair my ac its a peak time of summer and we cant use ac. You have such a poor customer support that you write down only complaint but you don't work to resolve it but now i am planning to go consumer court regarding this matter so that you can know the value of customer who have purchased your so called acs.

                                    We are not satisfied as we are facing lot of challenges like:
                                    1. Did not get servicing in time
                                    2. Cooling is not properly
                                    3. Water leakage from front of indooor

                                    I request to you, please return this product (A/c) as we are facing challenges since one day of configuration (2016). Now i am not ready to face more challenges.

                                    Sorry for inconvenience.
                                    As i don't live at my home (Where a/c configured). Only my parents (Mom and dad) is live there they are not aware about this. That's why i will have to go again and again at home that are very painful for me. So please accept my request and return this product.

                                      Details: my name is dexter hendricks, i had purchased a lloyd air-conditioner on 11th april 2016 from raghavendra refrigeration & air condition works, d. No. 65-6-696/2, new gajuwaka, visakhapatnam-530026

                                      Complaint: lloyd had promised me 3 free services at the time of purchase. The ac started giving trouble after 6 months that is in october 2016 as the air conditioner wasnt giving any cooling effect so the technician who came to repair it said that the air conditioner had not been installed correctly and due to that there was a leak which resulted in the gas leakage. So they had changed the gas. The air conditioner worked well for few months and again in february 2017 the same problem happened and then the technician gave the same reason and changed the gas again and then it had worked well for not more than two weeks. So now i have filed a complaint again and the technician came and checked the air conditioner and gave the same reason and said that he would be coming in the following week to change the gas! For both the services that is in october 2016 and february 2017 no slips or invoice or bill was provided by the technician after repair. I am attaching pictures and screenshots of the bill and messages of the services.
                                      This product from lloyd is faulty which is why im facing this problem of calling the technician about every four months! Now that the free services are over they are asking me to pay for the gas! The technician said that the problem will arise again and this isnt acceptable!

                                      Desirable solution: i suggest that lloyd replace this air conditioner with a proper functional one and make sure that installation is done perfectly otherwise every 3-4 months i will have to pay for the gas change and i will loose my money that i have paid that is rs. 29000/- for purchasing this air conditioner

                                      is that it? you send me a message saying that you'll will get in touch and expect me to be satisfied with it? sorry that's not done! the air conditioner is faulty and your technician just said that he is just coming to refill the gas so i'd suggest you send a qualified technician to check it properly and avoid any future problems! i want the air conditioner to be opened and checked properly and then be fitted back properly! see that its done!

                                      REf. our service request your service people was checked the AC Machine and informed us the gas was leaked and to be Gas filled . After that even though We are continuously contacting with your local service engineers on nos.[protected], [protected] & [protected] we are not getting minimum response. our Mobile no.                                         I have purchased three AC from the Lloyd last year (June 2016) in tha name of Ajay Gupta But now we are facing issue with three of our AC, In two of ours W AC the problem is that they were not cooling properly and we have make the complain four days ago, till then no technician has came to resolving the issue, we are trying to call them but they are not responding to our call properly, they were giving phone numbers of other technician as saying that he will attend your call, they were not doing there job properly, very worst service of the Lloyd, i will suggest never to buy any product from this company .
