I Vinayak Balkrishna Varghade wants to inform you that I had two Loop Mobile numbers-[protected], [protected] and as we were informed that Loop Mobile is going to close. I had given these numbers for Porting but we were told from Loop Mobile that we have to clear the Loop Bill before Porting I had clear the Loop Bill but my porting was not done of both the numbers and my Loop service of about two numbers was stopped for nearly one and a half month and now I have received a message that if I don’t pay the Loop Bill of Rs.325 and Rs.99 my mobile service will be disconnected But I want to know that when my Loop services of both the numbers were stopped then how your company has sent me a message that If I don’t pay your Loop Bill then my recent mobile services will be disconnected, After receiving this message I had gone to the Loop Gallery of Borivali (West), Chandavarkar Road to Enquire about this Bill but there I was told that they had no data about any customer I’m ready to pay the Bill if I get the Itemized Bill within 15 days as I want to know the call records before paying the above amount.Please do the needful as soon as possible.
