Hello,

I wonder the Loop company has no more interest with customers any more as the services are shutting down. Since from the Ad in the newspaper saying the services are shutting down from 29th Nov 14 the company prior to that the services are shut down.

I am not able to make any calls neither incoming calls.

I have two loop mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] for both of these I haven't...

My both prepaid no. Not working showing not registered, I tried calling loop mobile customer care nos. 198, [protected] 28440800, but not able to connect the customer care executive for help. As my cell nos. are old, peoples are unable to contact me. I want this nos. to be in working condition, but loop mobile is not giving any response....

I was customer of Postpaid connection Loop Mobile from more than 10 Years, I had paid the Deposit for Roaming and STD/ISD Activation of Rs. 4500 which is been reflected in my bill. I have ported out to Airtel recently but they Airtel is not answering about whether my Deposit has been transferred to them or not nor I am able to contact to Loop Mobile to check whether they have Transferred the Deposit to Airtel or they are going to refund me...

My Self Siddhant M. Patkar is trying to generate a UPC code for Porting out to other network provider. I had recieved a code last month but the code expired since i was sick and unable to go to the network provider for porting out of Loop. As per my new Network provider the UPC code has expired or has been given to some one else. Now when I'm trying to Resend a Porting request Loop mobile is not sending any UPC code. Please help me...

Loop mobile is merging with AirTel. From Nov 29, 2014 all loop mobile customers will be disconnected from the service. The Pre-paid customers will have to let go the balance which they have on their phones as AirTel will not adjust this amount. This is day light highway robbery by Corporate India ! I have not exceeded my data limit, I got text saying I have to pay 2250, my plan is of 99rs which has 1GB free net and I have used around 70% of it, m not suppose to pay any thing other than my normal bill which mite b around 300 to 500 Rs. It can't get more irritating than this. Its been more than 20 days I have been trying to port out from loop. But this disgusting service provider is refusing to port out. What do you want from us? my internet is not working since last 1-2 weeks. I try to call on your 198 no for complaint registration but there is no replay. only record is playing no body answers the call. ONce some body pick up the phone and tell me that there is some error in your internet he will solve it from there and ask me hold the line for at least 10-15 minutes.
