The Postpaid bill for the billing cycle 17/09/2014 to 16/10/2014 had been received for an amount of Rs.1576 which was unusually higher than what was generally received for previous billing cycles when the network and data usage were within the tariff plan limits. I believe that there has been some miscalculation in the processing of the bill which has caused this error. The service provider now has shut the outgoing mobile service to networks other than loop mobile for this number due to "non-payment of dues" as can be heard from the recorded message while making such calls. When enquired about this issue at the customer care, it was replied that the inconvenience was due to server breakdown. Hello,

I wonder the Loop company has no more interest with customers any more as the services are shutting down. Since from the Ad in the newspaper saying the services are shutting down from 29th Nov 14 the company prior to that the services are shut down.

I am not able to make any calls neither incoming calls.

I have two loop mobile numbers [protected] & [protected] for both of these I haven't received the EBIll copy at my registered email id and now of the Loop gallery are opened to lodge a complaint. I would suggest for the current month there should be no monthly charges as the services are stopped from 1 Nov 14.

I wanted to Port out but I am not able to get the UPC code as the customer service 198 & 800 are helpless to provide any reply to our calls.

I was customer of Postpaid connection Loop Mobile from more than 10 Years, I had paid the Deposit for Roaming and STD/ISD Activation of Rs. 4500 which is been reflected in my bill. I have ported out to Airtel recently but they Airtel is not answering about whether my Deposit has been transferred to them or not nor I am able to contact to Loop Mobile to check whether they have Transferred the Deposit to Airtel or they are going to refund me the Deposit. I have the same problem. They (Loop mobile) provided a number to get information about the deposit refund. That number is not contactable.(standard message indicating the number is not ON). That number seems to be common to all Loop bill payment service stores in Mumbai -- going by the website mumbai.yellowpages.co.in.

No idea what is going on

I have been a customer of Loop Mobile, from the date of inception of the service (as BPL). My number was[protected].

I have a deposit of Rs. 11, 000 lying with Loop Mobile, which has not yet been refunded, despite me having ported my number to Airtel in October 2014.

Efforts to contact Loop Mobile have been in vain. The customer care number on their website is no longer operational.

I have been a Loop Mobile customer[protected] from the inception of the company, including as BPL Mobile.

I have a deposit of Rs. 11, 000 lying with Loop Mobile, which has not yet been refunded to me. I have ported my number to Airtel in October and was told by Loop Mobile that the deposit will be sent in due course.

It has now been three months and attempts to contact Loop have not been successful. Their customer care number mentioned in the Website is not operational.

I will appreciate if this matter is brought to teh attention of Loop Mobile.

Loop Mobile, despite an assurance from them, have not yet refunded my deposit amount of Rs 2857. My number: [protected]. The docket no. which was provided to me confirming the refund is[protected]. All their contact numbers are not working. I am not sure if Loop is planning to refund its post paid customers. This issue needs to be dealt with seriously, Thanks. Anil

I am a Loopmobile subscriber since they started. My deposit amount is pending with them. When I ported out I checked with the Gallery and they assured the balance will be refunded in 45 days. I wrote to their Nodal officer, TRAI Secretary and Shri Prakash Jawdekar about the plight of Loopmobile subscribers. Nobody seems to be bothered, including the TRP hungry media.
I am pla ning to take up the matter with one of the aggressive political parties so that pressure is brought on the Management to settle all outstanding depositors. Maybe somebodt can form a Group on Facebook and we collectively move Consumer courts.

I hope this consumer Complaints works.

I am also facing the same problem. BPL (LOOP) used my deposit of Rs.3k for nearly 13 years. At the time of porting they said the cheque will come to your address registered with us now its more than 1 year and will waiting for the refund of deposit.

On top of this Airtel blocks the number if by any chance we forgot to pay the biil just for 2 days!! You can not even receive sms. So when you try to pay online you can not receive OTP. You hanged till you go personally and pay the bill.

I think while porting from BPL or any other service provider, they should take the deposit from earlier provider. So that because of deposit, the new service provider atleast do not block the phone due to 1 or 2 days late payment.

My Self Siddhant M. Patkar is trying to generate a UPC code for Porting out to other network provider. I had recieved a code last month but the code expired since i was sick and unable to go to the network provider for porting out of Loop. As per my new Network provider the UPC code has expired or has been given to some one else. Now when I'm trying to Resend a Porting request Loop mobile is not sending any UPC code. Please help me out in this as no 1 is responding from customer care also the phone is not being attended by any from Loop Mobile executives. Please help me sort this out at the earliest as Loop mobile is gonna shut down this month.

Loop mobile is merging with AirTel. From Nov 29, 2014 all loop mobile customers will be disconnected from the service. The Pre-paid customers will have to let go the balance which they have on their phones as AirTel will not adjust this amount. This is day light highway robbery by Corporate India ! Like me there are thousands of customers who are being officially looted. Can you please take up this matter? My mobile number is [protected]

I have generated porting code 2 months before to port out from Loop Since then I have paid more than 3000 Rupees, paid Rs.500 extra and generated UPC 4 time but loop is not releasing my no. [protected]. I am seriously irritated on this. Every month my bill is coming like anything. I have spoken to customer care more than 20 times visited there gallery 3 times but no action. I want to switch to Airtel all verifications have been done but Loop guys are just not letting it happen and now even the nos. 198 & 800 are non responsive...
