Respected sir/madam, there is an network issue on my loop no.[protected].my network is not showing from today 6/oct/2014.time.5.15pm.i already make a complian from customer servise but still no answer...please sortout my network problems as soon as possible tii 2day.

      Dear sir, MySelf Vivek, I had a registered a complaint on mobile number [protected] on deduction of almost Rs. 30 on,[protected] and was said to be refunded within 2 days.           THEY HAD CHARGED 129 AS VAS IN FORM OF GPRS. I HAD BEEN USING LOOP N TILL DATE MY GPRS USAGE NEVER EXCEEDED 50% OF ALLOTED PLAN, NOW THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR USING DOUBLE GPRS THEY ARE CLAIMING. THIS HAS HAPPENED AFTER I OPTED TO PORT OUT TO AIRTEL NETWORK. I HAVE WIFI AT OFFICE AS WELL AS HOME N HAD BEEN TRACKING THE NET USE. I ALSO NEVER DOWNLOAD USING GPRS NOR IS MY OTHER SERVICES ON MOBILE PHONE IS ON. ALSO WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR 12 DAYS N PORTABILITY HAPPENED BEFORE THEIR BILLING CYCLE.               Respected sir, I have to forward a complaint that my wife's BSNL dual numbers [protected] and [protected] are receiving almost in all days repeated trouble some phone calls from one of your customers of Orissa state through the following series of Loop mobile nos:- [protected]-[protected].,[protected].,[protected].,[protected].,[protected].,[pr... etc., In spite of adding these said numbers in rejection list, still fresh call numbers of Loop mobile nos. are tried continuously daily.We suspect some malpractices may be tried by some culprits using the mobile nos. We request serious actions from Loop mobile corporation in this regard, we will be very much thankful to you for relieving us from this mischief..Otherwise a police complaint would be preferred.Awaiting your positive response, sir. We are not able to contact the culprits through the referred cell nos. Hope, the Loop mobile Corporation would do the needful...

And No. of reminders for last 11 day. i m suffering due to forcely deactivation of net than i call up c.c. for activation .i got sms that your plan actived on 4.9.14 at 12.40.but still till date i.e.16.4.14 nothing has been done.my 57rs deducted for net thou.                   From my account 100 rupees was been deducted in mid of august and then the service of cricket of activated which was not from my side, and even charges for that was deducted from account & daily charges are also deducted for the same, I have called customer about 15-20 times as asked for the deactivation that they assured me the service is no more active, even I getting the sms that the service is no more active, but still it is continued and I am receiving cricket alerts to stop that I even SMS on 155223 as said on LOOP web page and getting reply of deactivation, still the service is been active, feed-up of this, it is second time happening that the service gets automatically activated & trying to deactivate it doesn't works out

                      I m using loop mobile service from last 5 years. Yesterday loop mobile deducted 60rs balance. & Today 50rs they deduct from ac. M not using any kind of services, except I hav a plan of 57rs internet . I dont know why U decuct my 60rs & I call several times to cust care but they hangup my cal. want refund my money. my no.                           My number is [protected]. I was out of Mumbai and submitted my bill payment a day after the due date. The outstanding amount is 711. Since I was travelling I had already made an advance payment so as not to be inconvenienced. I received an email from the Loopmobile overdue payment office today but the payment has already been made at the drop box at Chagan Mitha Pump on Bhulabahai Desai Road on 2nd September, I have always made payments well ahead of time and am most distressed that I should be in this situation. Kindly expedite and revert. It is impossible to reach the number of Mobile assist or customer care or my relationship manager.

                            R/Sir, 04/09/2014 I had already requested for deactivating my service of this mobile no vide my email dtd.06/08/2014 but still the bills are being sent to me for Rs.326/- eventhough I have not made a single call from this number.Even the customer care executive has been apprised of this, who is least bothered to give attention for the same. My call was suspended from 19July 2014, onwards even before I could receive the bill amt. of Rs.1287/- which I had been promptly on receipt of the bill on28/07/2014.At that time itself I had submitted a complaint for the same for stoppage of the services, but still the bills are being sent to me without any reason or explanation for the chgs.of special no. which has been charged in the current bill of August, 2014when my outgoing calls has been totally barred from u, r endfrom July, 2014 onwards.Although I have done the payment of August, 2014promptly vide chq.No.002361 for Rs.326/-drawn on Bank of India, Nerul Branch thru the drop box and the same has been debited from my account, still I have received no confirmation for stoppage of the network services which I have telephonically intimated to the customer care representative Mr.Gauri Shankar-M.NO.[protected] from01/09/2014 who told me would come and meet me personally, right from August onwards with respect to stoppage of the usage of this service, but hasn`t turned up so far nor any another representative turned up to attend to my complaint promptly.I will be forced to move the consumer forum in this regard for unnecessarily harassing me to do the payment of the bills and also enforce them to pay back the refund of the chgs. being levied to me unnecessarily when I have asked for suspension of the services from July, 2014 onwards. I request u, r goodself to Kindly do the stoppage of this service of the M.No.[protected]on my name-Sunanda Ganapathy Iyer, Immediately and stop sending me bills on my address. Kindly give me the complaint docket no so that I can be assured that u have atttended to my complaint.Dont compel me to initiate legal action against you.                               My mobile bill for the number [protected] has been charged RS 180/- for some special numbers for statement date23/06/14 statement number[protected]. I was assured from your customer care that this money would be reversed in my next bill instead for which I was charged RS 70/- again for the same . I hope my account is credited for the amount of RS 180/-

                                  My phone no is [protected].from the past two months one rupee is getting deducted from my account for the services which are not activated by me eg :wall paper, animation, video, games etc on 1 August my balance was 112.56 after that I activated an internet pack of 57 so my bal ance was 55.56 after my pack was completed i activated an internet pack of Rs 9 regularly for three days.. sfo if I minus 55.56 from 27 my balance would be 28.56 from this amount i have only used 5.47 rest 23.09 were deducted from my balance for no reason. i need a refund of this amount.as services were not activated by me...plzz n i would also want that all this services should be deactivated...this is my fourth ccomplain regarding this. i have also called the customer care but say the same thing as mentioned in my earlier complains i need a refund of 23.09... kindly help me thank you email id : narwani.[protected]@live.com

                                    I am Mr. Chitrasen Pawar a loop mobile user since last ten years. I always used your service with honesty. On 21st august, 2014 i received a message from loop mobile claiming that i have used 90% o[censored]sage limit and i am liable to pay Rs. 2700 to loop mobile. I did not even used internet on 21st Aug but due to some consequences and unfortune my data services turned on. But i have mobile data settings which further proves that i did not use mobile data to cost over Rs. 2700 in any manner. I can present this data on further enquiry.So without a document comprising my data usage and charges applied, i will not pay the bill. I request you to take my letter into consideration and start my outgoing services as soon as possible. I hope you resolve this problem and avoid this inconvinience. After all customer satisfaction is your responsibility. Thank you for taking time to read this letter. I have been a satisfied customer of your company for many years and this is the first time i have encountered a problem.                                       * I am using loop service from past 5 years but now my dad office shifted to panvel. He is facing network problem so we decided to port same number to vodafone.* I given documents and request to vodafone for same and they also putted the request to loop mobile. * I spoke to call center representative of loop he told me to clear all outstinding due of last month Rs. 251 and I cleared the same by paying Rs. 260 on 13-Aug-2013. * Then after each day I give call to their call center to do follow up first day told it will done by Saturday 3pm. Then on Saturday they told it will done by Tuesday. But on Wednesday their representative told me different thing to clear un-billed amount. And also rejected 2nd porting request giving reason that outstanding amount is due. But that is not the case I already paid my outstanding amount i due. I already paid more than outstanding amount. * Now I am frustrated with loop service and there changing responses each and every time. * Please help me on getting port my number to vodafone. *My Loop number is [protected] which I want to port into vodafone. My contact number is [protected].

                                        Hi, I do not make calls from my number but the balance is getting reduced as soon as it is recharged. Please check what the scheme is, what is the call rate. I am unable to operate my mobile due to insufficient balance provided making recharge. Last recharge I made was on 11th August, 2014 of Rs. 10/- but as of today my balance is 0.19paise. This is serious issue. Kindly cooperate and do needful AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. TREAT IT AS URGENT. Thanks & regards, Ganesh Shrimal
