Hi, I was submitted no. portability request to loop Mobile. I want to port my services provider in Vodafone from Loop Mobile. I send portability request to loop on 26th June. Normally to port no. required seven days. But still they giving me excuses of system law and etc.. My Mobile no. is [protected]. Please help me to solve this problem. Regards, Kalpesh

Thanks for your instant feedback on my previous complaint.

I have given portability request to you second time. Previously my number couldn't port for some sort of reasons.
Now I have given second time portability request and I got SMS from porting company that your document has been accepted and waiting for approval of old company that is from your end(Loop Mobile).
I hope you will approved my request as soon as possible.

    Hi I am amin this was my loop mobile no [protected] this was my ported no, I have never used this no but they are still calling me and sending bills I ignored NOW THEY HAVE SENT ME NOTICE and telling me they will take legal action. I have not made a single call and I have to pay more then 1000 rupees Is this a nice company?

      M useing this card from 4 years almost i suddenly got msg from loop
      That my 57 rs is being deductive for internet pack.Which i didnt
      Activated .
      When i talk to your customer care executive imran he said me i
      Had activated this service and we had send you msg for this before 3
      Days of activation but i didnt recived any msg like this. And also
      Shouted ki we will not refund do what you want when i said to connect me
      To senior he said senior dont have time to talk to you. Kindly can you
      Please explain like this kind of service do you give to your customer.
      Better i should disconnect this service and should use a better card with better customer care service .I just want my money back or else i have to take some sevior action against it .

        My phone no is [protected].from the past 20 days one rupee is getting deducted from my balance...i have called customer care many times...they onlyhave a list of services which were activated on my phone... wallpaper, animation, video, games etc...i have not activated any of this services...n whn i tell them to deactivate it they dont do it...what kind of service is this???? this is my 2 nd complain regarding this...on 7 July I got a call from this no [protected] n thy told me that all my services would be deactivated...but its not happening...one rupee is still getting deducted...i have not activated any services thn y should I suffer?????? Now my balance is 21.06.. on monday 7 th my balance was 25.06... I called at 800 today n they told me that kal jo aapka one rupee deduct hua tha tab value pack activated tha.. thn I asked him that even today one rupee is deducted, he told me that " today which service is activated for that call me after some point of time as my system is not updated" I got this reply... kindly look into this matter again...solve th is as early as possible thank you!

        One rupee is still getting deducted from my account..i got a call from
        loop mobile customer care on 14 july...they told me the same thing as i mentioned in my 2nd complain..

        ur services will be deactivated i was told this...but its not happening..on

        14th July my balance was 25.06 after refund but today my balance is 22.06...

        i even asked them that is thr any need to go
        to loop mobile gallery...but they told me no we will solve u problem.

        the same ..one rupee is getting deducted from my balance...i got a call from loop mobile customer care...on 14 July n they told me that all services would be deactivated with in two days...but its 10 days n my problem is they same...on 14 july my balance was 25.06

        but today my balance 16.06..(. 9 rupees is deducted...)

        after dat activated an internet pack of Rs 9...so now my balance is 7.06...

        plz solve this problem...

          Hello 1] This number had signal for initial 10 days when subscribed !! 2] Loop Says - As per records, the aforesaid account has been recharged on 04.05.2014 and therefore you have charged Rs.49/- for data usage under default and same is correct and genuine. We had recharged Rs 60 on[protected] & Rs 101 on[protected] on Loop number [protected] and not on[protected] ; for trying to activate Internet Pack by SMS and IVR mode on our own, but lost the same Rs 161 and not Rs 49 only in-spite of Data usage was not activated ??? 3] Loop Says - Therefore, we regret to advice you that we are unable to refund the amount deducted towards data charges. Astonishing ... why cant you refund ??? You can simply re-topup the amount in above number or reimburse back to the Bank ( Axis A/c ) from which you were funded above mobile account . You can also call us on [protected] from 9.15 am to 11.45 am till[protected] SHWETA PATHARE

            I don't get proper network and internet by loop. From last three days i don't have proper network of any. They suddenly charged us rs.1/per sms without concerning the customers. I also activated message pack of rs.27 for 15 days validity and it ends within 10 days. Loop Mobile is really giving worst service to us and on that they are charging us a lot money for it.

              Dear Concern, My name is Madhuri Mahale loop customer [protected] on yesterday 30rs Balance was deducted n when i was asking to customer care of loop they told me just ke it is not showing in our system it will not refunded. n today 1 customer care executive gave me such information about 10 ka gang offer. he just told me about how to activate it but didn't tell me that after activation of 10 ka gang plan your current plan will be deactived. and i had activated Rs. 57 Internet plan on today. this plan also the get deactivated. and again when i was calling them for asking this nonsense happing they just tell our senior executive will call u within 4 working hours. but i tell the ke transfer this call to your senior person they put my call on hold. Requesting you to look in to this case and try to tell them to give my refunds of Rs. 30 and Rs.57 Thanks & Regards, Madhuri Mahale

                My phone is [protected].from the past 15 days 1 rupee is getting deducted from my balance.when i call ed the customer care they said ur animation is activated, which i didnt but still i told them to deactivate it .but stil one rupee is getting deducted from my account..again whn i called them i got to know a new service is activated on my phone...i told them i m not activating any services thn how does it. Gets activated...????they replied that ma'am whenever u press any button on ur phone service gets activated...how is this possible??? i even asked them that when i am telling u all to deactivate, thn y r u not doing it?????i was shocked to see that my call cancelled in between...as thy had no answer!!! I have all the msg of the service centres including doc no., service which were activated are wallpaper, ANIMATION, value added services, health tips, games, videos...etc... i have not activated any of this service...i would kindly request you to deactivate all the service as early as possible ... ...an amount of Rs 10 is deducted from my account till today...i would want a refund of this Rs..a i haven't activated any services..kindly do the needfull.my email id - narwani.[protected]@live.com u can contact me on this.that thank you

                My problem hasn't been sove yet...one rupee is still getting deducted from my balance..i got a call on Monday ie on 7 th July, i was told That all my services would be deactivated wiithin two days...
                its been four days still my one rupee is getting deducted...i also asked for a refund of 10 Rs which i got on Monday itself...

                after getting a refund my balance was 25.06 but now my balance is 22..06 ...i have not made any calls, no msgs...nothing...i kindly request u all to solve problem as early as possible..!!

                  I, Miss Ashwini Teli is a loop service user through Government plan. Contact No: [protected]. My plan includes 49 Rs Rental, loop to loop free lifetime, loop to other 30 paise, 100 minutes free, 200 sms free. I had a word with Mr. Tauheer Patel on 23.06.2014 regarding my internet plan. He suggested to take the Rs.99 plan for unlimited internet and he said that he would activate in 4 hours. On 25.06.2014 I received a message regarding crossing my limit for internet usage and that I have to pay Rs.400 extra for that and also on the same day my outgoing call service was stopped. I gave a call to the call center and they suggested that after i clear the payment my service would be activated. I went to the service center at Mulund on 25.06.2014. There Mr. Sarwar told me that he would increase my limit to 1000 and he asked me to pay Rs.400 and told me that Rs.400 would be adjusted in my future payments. He also assured me that I can use my internet service. However again on 28.06.2014 I again received a message telling that I have crossed my limit and I have to pay Rs.375/-. Again I gave a call to the call center. There she told me that my net plan is not still activated and my limit is also not extended to 1000. She told me that I am using internet through default. She assured that she would activate my 99 plan in 4 hours and she was going to highlight my number in their system so that I would receive a message on Monday regarding my usage and it was activated and I can use it unlimited. I went to the Mulund gallery on 28.06.2014 and they informed me that they have already sent the request for increasing the limit. They also told me that I can use my internet. Again on 29.06.2014 I received a message again that my outgoing is stopped and I have to pay Rs.452/-.On 30.06.2014 I again gave a call to the call center and Ms. Aarti informed that your limit is still not extended and only my 99 plan was activated and till I pay the amount my outgoing would not be started. Please tell me that where have I gone wrong and why should i shell out extra money from my pocket without any fault of mine? This mistake is on your side only and i am feeling helpless about the whole issue and I am not getting any help from anyone. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                  We have outcalled the customer and informed that the Trunet Starter pack was activated on 28/06/2014 and as per the said pack we have charged the rental @Rs.98/- and the same will be charged on a monthly basis till the Trunet starter pack is active. We have enhanced the credit limit upto Rs.1000/-. We have also kept the upcoming invoice dated 04/07/2014 on trace to rerate the GPRS charges levied as per Trunet propack.

                    My Loop Mobile no. is [protected]. I recharged on 20th June, 2014 with Rs.50 & my balance was about Rs.42. My total calls & messages from that date till today amounted to around Rs.8 & so the balance should have been around Rs.34. But to my shock, it is Rs.10 only. They activated value added services on my no. on 20th June like animation, value pack, wallpaper, bhakti sansaar, love tips, etc, without my knowledge & charged me a total of Rs.25 till date. What's more, even if they are activate, I did not get any benefit of any of those mentioned services which they claim I have activated. I didn't get any animation, nor any wallpaper or love tips or anything which sounds like bhakti sansaar. My money got wasted. When I call customer care, they say that they in no way can activate it so I myself would have activated them & even told me to check my messages. I checked them & told them there is no proof of me activating them & I want refund of services which I didn't ask for & amount cut. They said that refund is possible only of past 24 hours but they will de-activate all my services & promised me that not a single penny with regards to that will be cut henceforth. If you want refund, then talk to senior. But since senior was not available, they told me to call next day. Even then they breached their promise & my balance reduced. If you try to argue, they cut the call straight away. If you call again & tell them you want to talk to their senior, they just pretend to transfer the call & call gets cut midway before getting transferred. Today they crossed their heights. They sent me a message to activate caller tune which I didn't even check yet my caller tune got activated within 2minutes of receiving the message. They say they can't activate the service but this is best example I can give of service getting activated on its own. What's more, they can de-activate the services so for obvious they can activate the services. If a services gets activated or de-activated, then a message regarding the same should be sent but no message in that matter was sent. Hence. I was kept in dark about the activated services until I found out by myself. This is the pathetic service I ever come across in my life. Please look into this serious matter of cheating with a customer & help me to get my Rs.25 balance back along with some compensation amount for the trouble which I faced.

                    We have outcalled the customer and informed that we have taken request to refund the amount of Rs.25/- towards VAS service and the same is in process also informed the customer that all VAS services have been deactivated.

                      My mobile no is [protected]. I was your customer, but, due to non availability of network while reaming i have ported out to vodafone. After porting out, i received bill of rs.335.00 including the late payment penalty of rs.100/- . I am ready to pay the bill but due to busy schedule i could not get time to visit your gallary for payment of the bill.
                      I request you to please waive the penalty of rs.100/- as it is not the practice among the mobile companies to charge penalty on post paid bills. As and when your network capacity increases, i would like to take new connection of your company.

                        I am Shilpa Vinayak Murudkar service in police Department in Mumbai. Your KYC system I have submitted my light bill as a address proof. But Your employee named Kesarkar working in Bhoiwada Mumbai Loop gallery. He misguide me. He told me that your documents are not compulsory to provide and this gallery have no rights to take documents. After some days I got your message about KYC submission. Then again I went to the same gallery Kesarkar told me that, now we allow to receive the documents. I have submitted my documents but Kesarkar didn't forward those documents. As a result my loop mobile outgoing calling disconnected. Again I enquire about documents, he said that your documents are not valid. I complaint against Kesarkar to manager of loop mobile gallery (his name is Dipesh Jadhav). But manager ignored my complaint and took Kesarkar's side Loop Mobile gallery detatails are: Loop mobile gallery, near Tata hospital, Parel(bhoiwada), Mumbai 400012 Manager: Dipesh Jadhav Kindly take necessary action against Kesarkar and his manager. I facing problems because of them. I amsuffering from many problems, since my outgoing is off.

                          my no was [protected] Un justify charges My no was [protected] it was more than 10 year No, I am platinum card holder, My line was disconnected on 17 th march without any information, since this card being used for major business purpose and due to this action I had lost so many customers and it has impacted to my carrier and business, One fine day I got bill of 99000/- I shocked, my line got disconnected without my fault I had incurred in loss of lakhs of rupees which they have to think on it After raising lots of complaints to their customers care portal they haven’t reply me back ( Having copy ) I had facilitated with CRM MS Divya Pathak t had raise complaint to her on phone 2 time she haven’t revert back Following things I need to understand from them 1- My limit was 9000/- ( Nine toused only ) how it went up to 93000/- 2- If they dis connect my line on 93000/ - why they hevent disconnect my line up to my limit 3- Why they are not replaying me on mail 4- How they can use un authorized person to call me and ask me for money I am still paying them Payment Details Mobile Number :[protected] Transcation Id : MSMP[protected] Amount Paid : 5000.00 Status : SUCCESS 1- Changed Balance on the web would be reflected after 4 hours.                               Sir Loop Mobile suddenly stopped out going calls on 17/06/2014 and 18/06/2014. The automated answer mentioned while trying for making calls that the Inter connectivity charges has not been paid by LOOP I have suffered a heavy monetary loss due to this

                                  I learn from your Gallery in response to my enquiry, that I have been charged Rs. 495/- for overseas call to London on each of the days 16th & 17th April. I wish to point out that I am 87 years old, and I am unable to speak on phone for more than 10 minutes at a time.. It is not possible for me to speak continuously on phone for 30 minutes continuously at a time.. I should have been charged for only 10 minutes on each occasion. If you agree, then It is expected that you give me credit for and Refund to me the excess charges charged to me on 2 days as stated above..I have been your regular payer for several years and have never defaulted in payment at any time.                                     I really regret to inform that since 16.6.2016, I can not contact to my relatives of vodafones in Mumbai from Mumbai, while dialing vodafone nos. from my loop mobile I here recorded message that Your this mobile no. can not be connected because loop mobile has not paid interconnect dues (some thing like this) ... why we prepaid customers suffer for such activities of loop mobile...?                                       I have registered a complaint on the 6th of june 2014 at the customer care no provided with regards to my prepaid account, telephone no [protected] but upto today ie the 16th of june 2014 the matter has not been resolved. Mine is a prepaid account, which i am holding for the last 15 years. But of recent the loop mobile service has been awful. I am totally disgusted. My complain reference no is doc/c/06069033. I have made several calls but no one seems to know what is happening or going on. My grievance is that i am not getting the network at my place of work which is cuffe parade in mumbai. Also at other places the network is intermettient. (It comes and goes).
                                      Will someone have this problem rectified immediatel
                                      Loop Mobile customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We have outcalled the customer and have requested for detailed address where he is facing network issue to enable our technical team to conduct survey at the concerned location. However, customer has denied stating does not want the network survey to be done and wants to port out.

                                        sir, My mobile no.[protected] which I was using for last so many years, was restricted from using out going calls with out giving sufficient time for settling the issues .your mobile network restricted me from any out going calls i always paid your bill in time you can go through the records, your customer care was very irresponsible . i even don, t know why it happened, i will be forced to change the network because of your irresponsible behaviour I am going to clear your dues and will change to some other network .i will see that i will give publicity of your misdeeds thanks [protected]
