I the undersigned is the user of telephone services of telephone operator
LOOP MOBILE bearing mobile no [protected]. I would like to complain for disconnecting my telephone services and charging for unused/un-requested services against the telephone company-
LOOP MOBILE. I have spoken with their executive on their customer care services, the reason given by them is non submission of KYC documents. I would like to inform that I have submitted the necessary documents at the time of opting the telephone services (as per the requirements) and also the same is submitted by me as instructed by the company in the recent time. The said documents are submitted at their gallery situated at SV road, Kandivali west. However, as informed by their customer care executive the same is not updated in their system, which shows a complete laziness and complying to the duties on the part of their employee at gallery for not updating the same in their system.Because of which the service is disconnected and I am facing the said problem from the telecom company ends for the last 3 months. When asked about reason for resubmission of KYC documents the replied reason from their executive is because
LOOP MOBILE is getting merged with
Airtel company.
I have undergone mental turma, agony, losses and situation of family tension as I was not able to talk with them due to disconnection of service. I have also given complaint letter to the gallery but no action was taken, I have also complaint with their customer care executive. But the complaints have fall on deaf ears.
Further, they have in my recent bill they have charged me Rs 99/- for calling on some special number which I have not called, nonetheless I have paid the same as per dues stated by the company in their bill and their are no dues pending from my end. The same incident have also happened in the past for which also I have given written complaint to their gallery but no written reply is received from the company end.
I request to assists me and helped me in restoring my services and
LOOP MOBILE shall b7e penalized for such a irresponsible acts done from their end.
