      I have made the payment of Rs. 292 on 2nd August through online against the statement number : [protected] but as per the Loop Mobile system it was not received.

      I have checked with my bank and they confirmed me that Loop mobile has given a written confirmation that same amount got settled at loop mobile on 7th August at 11.25 PM due to some system issue.

      They have disconnect my number from 3rd August to 7th august and again they have started my services on 7th.

      Today Morning i.e. 14th Aug, again they have disconnect my number and told me that we have not received a payment.

      Last week I visited 3 times to your Loop Gallery and submitted all the proof of my payment and they have given me the acknowledgement for the same.

      I am a Doctor by professional and I am vesting lots of time to update the status of my payment which I paid on due date but still I have to suffer and most important today 3 patience was not able to reach me due to this issue and they have lost their eyes due to not getting the treatment on time.

      Please update your system and start my connection immediately or else I have to escalate this matter to higher authority and also will publish in media.

      I hope you will take this seriously or else i have switch my service provider for all my connection.

                I am totally shocked and surprised by the way Loop has been responding to me. My number is [protected]. Today this number is barred from making outside calls. I have ported to Airtel. I was levied fake charges on my loop bill which i had contested and asked them for a revised bill. The bill was revised and since i had moved out of LOOP, i had requested the customer service team to collect cheque from my residence. They also confirmed that they will be sending executive. This happened twice but no one turned up. I had followed up several time on emails but nothing happened Today they disconnected my services for their negligience. I am totally disappointed by this service I want to submit a strict complaint against the collections team of Loop and the management for serious negligience. im suffering a big loss due to me not able to call my contacts and I will be claiming these against Loop Mobile.

                  Dear Sir, After sending 22 reminders through Email and several personal visit to galleries and phone calls to loop I am writing this. I am holding 14 numbers of loopmobile. Since last 15 days, the booster of loop mobile located at my office is not working & i am getting no network in my office. I made several complains but no response from loops end. Please send your technician immediately to check the said problem. My entire business works on phone and without which I am making losses in lakhs each day. I EXPECT IMMEDIATE / URGENT ACTION FROM YOUR END TO SORT OUT THE BOOSTER ISSUE. IF no action is taken from your end I will port to Vodafone.                     Despite various complaints to Loop Mobile, its customer care is denying my request for refund of Caller Ring Back Tunes which I didn't activate on my no.[protected]. Furthermore, they are not de-activating those tunes as well. I have lost more than Rs.25 as balance in total. They say that as per Standard Procedure, any issues needs to be brought to their notice within 48 hours. But I was unaware when Caller Ring Back Tunes had got activated because I did not receive a message stating that they were active on my no. People calling me on my Loop Mobile no. are not going to tell me that they heard a Caller Tune instead of the normal 'Tring Tring' calling tone. Secondly, I use a dual sim phone & the other sim is of Vodafone. I call or sms much from either of the numbers as most of my work gets done from WhatsApp. So I don't check balance often for any reductions. It was after a gap of some days when I called someone from Loop Mobile & I came to know that my balanced had reduced drastically even though there was no calling or messaging from my side for many days. This shows that I was secretly looted without any notice about active CRBT (Caller Ring Back Tunes). I didn't even activate the CRBT. It was activated from their side. I have the proof of the same. See the attachment. In the attachment, you can see the first message that 'Welcome to Caller Ring Back Tunes. The service will be available in 24 hours'. It simply means that Caller Tune got activated from their side. I received the third message 'Sorry, unable to process your request' within 2 minutes of getting the message. Normally such message is sent when wrong code is replied. But neither had I seen the message nor did I reply to it in a wrong manner to get 'Sorry, unable to process your request' message. It came from their side which means that while activating Caller Ring Back Tunes on my no., they made a mistake & I got this message which proves that they themselves played with my no. So, Caller Ring Back Tunes got activated from their side. All these allegations prove that I am eligible to get refund. As I was looted secretly without me having any knowledge about the same, the question of 48 hour time frame does not arise. So I request you to please take strict action against Loop Mobile & help me get my Rs.25 back & also de-activate Caller Ring Back Tunes permanently.

As such I am not using any facility such as internet or any other kind of facility. And as such it becomes very difficult to pay your bills. Earlier also I have switch to Vodaphone from you service and this time also I have to think if the same continues. If you go through my record I have never ever made late payment or had any sort of complaint. This is very ridicules.                         Hi, Yesterday I had recharged my Loop mobile number with INR 100. Some time later, I got a message from Loop that my Internet pack was due for renewal after 3 days. However, in the evening, I got multiple messages from Loop saying that my balance was low. When I checked, my Internet pack had expired. I would like you to please look into the matter since I have lost my entire balance of INR 100 in a single day.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I the undersigned is the user of telephone services of telephone operator LOOP MOBILE bearing mobile no [protected]. I would like to complain for disconnecting my telephone services and charging for unused/un-requested services against the telephone company- LOOP MOBILE. I have spoken with their executive on their customer care services, the reason given by them is non submission of KYC documents. I would like to inform that I have submitted the necessary documents at the time of opting the telephone services (as per the requirements) and also the same is submitted by me as instructed by the company in the recent time. The said documents are submitted at their gallery situated at SV road, Kandivali west. However, as informed by their customer care executive the same is not updated in their system, which shows a complete laziness and complying to the duties on the part of their employee at gallery for not updating the same in their system.Because of which the service is disconnected and I am facing the said problem from the telecom company ends for the last 3 months. When asked about reason for resubmission of KYC documents the replied reason from their executive is because LOOP MOBILE is getting merged with Airtel company.

                          I have undergone mental turma, agony, losses and situation of family tension as I was not able to talk with them due to disconnection of service. I have also given complaint letter to the gallery but no action was taken, I have also complaint with their customer care executive. But the complaints have fall on deaf ears.

                          Further, they have in my recent bill they have charged me Rs 99/- for calling on some special number which I have not called, nonetheless I have paid the same as per dues stated by the company in their bill and their are no dues pending from my end. The same incident have also happened in the past for which also I have given written complaint to their gallery but no written reply is received from the company end.

                          I request to assists me and helped me in restoring my services and LOOP MOBILE shall b7e penalized for such a irresponsible acts done from their end.

                              Based on my complaint which I posted previously : :https://www.consumercomplaints.in/loop-mobile-b100399/page/9#get-cl909142 They have de-activated all Value Added Services on my mobile no.[protected] & I got Rs.25 as refund. I have also activated DND & so I receive no calls & messages from Loop Mobile. But to my shock, the caller tune got activated again! Everyday a certain amt from my balance is getting deducted for service which I didn't ask for. I am not sure from what day they re-activated the caller tune & total of how much has been deducted. But to my assumption, a sum of Rs.20 in total was deducted from my balance. I called the customer care for refund, but they just reject to give me refund. They tell me SMS codes to de-activate the caller tune. But since caller tune got activated from their side, I want them only to de-activate it. They say they can't activate & de-activate services & they do not accept that they have activated it & blame 3rd parties for activating them. When I tell them that if they can't refund, then transfer the call to your Team Leader or Senior. I will have a word with him. But they refuse to transfer the call as well giving silly excuses like the senior is busy on another call. I told them I am in no hurry & I can wait but still they find excuses to keep me away from communicating with their senior. Finally my complaint was taken with a promise of resolution being taken in 4 hours. But it has been 32 hours since then. But my caller tune has not been de-activated & neither have I got any amount of refund yet. But yet for another 2 days my balance got deducted. This is literally the extreme heights of pathetic service I ever come across in my life & that too 2nd time in a month. If a services gets activated or de-activated, then it is mandatory for a service provider to send a message regarding the same. But Loop Mobile never sends such messages & its enjoys 'Loot'ing customers secretly. I appeal to you to look into this matter of cheating very strictly since it happened 2nd time in a month & necessary action be taken against those involved. I want Rs.50 in total as compensation amount for the pathetic service which I received & for the trouble which I faced 2 times in the same month. for the overall trouble which I faced.

                                Dear Loop Team, I am with loo mobile since years now.There was a blind trust with the company and also faith in the company's work which made me careless towards your services.since 4th july 2014, y views have changed drastically towards company and also towards customer care executives. The mail purpose wiriting today is just that i need to raise a feedback for betterment & also for the trust that was broke by the customer care executive.Let me just ellaborate the scenario for the company. On 4th july at 8.04 am i called the customer care for activating the net for mobile no.[protected], where officer wh said she activated for 57rs which will be recharged from the a/c and will get activated within 4hours.As i told that i have a blind trust towards company and its services, i didnt check wheater the mobile no. is recharged or no. Later on 6th july 2014, I Spoke to the custmer care officer for the net problem which was not working due to low balance, as the officer i spoke on 4th july 2014, didnt recharge hence my 90rs balance was just deducted. which is personally is upset with such kind of service from such a company where i had a blind trust. Later I spoke to various officers SULTANA, ASAD, IZHAR, MEETH ETC. Some responded gud, some were really bad, .As they have no bettter future in the customer service line.I m highy disappointed from these services.One of your senior officer suniana singh was suppose to call me on 6th july 2014 at 5pm, still it is not 5pm for her & let me remind you we are on 19th july 2014.I m badly upset from the service what loop mobile has given to me, It might be a ignorance or company doesnt care if one customer deactivates the loop service provider.But Mr Naresh Reddy whom i spoke rudely on 19th july 2014, Made sure what i needed and gave the resolution.i want to give company a advice.Kindly appoint Officers like Mr Naresh Reddy.Rather Keeping Some officers who are only for the rudeness.                                       Hi, I was submitted no. portability request to loop Mobile. I want to port my services provider in Vodafone from Loop Mobile. I send portability request to loop on 26th June. Normally to port no. required seven days. But still they giving me excuses of system law and etc.. My Mobile no. is [protected].                                       I have given portability request to you second time. Previously my number couldn't port for some sort of reasons.
                                      Now I have given second time portability request and I got SMS from porting company that your document has been accepted and waiting for approval of old company that is from your end(Loop Mobile).
                                      I hope you will approved my request as soon as possible.

                                        Hi I am amin this was my loop mobile no [protected] this was my ported no, I have never used this no but they are still calling me and sending bills I ignored NOW THEY HAVE SENT ME NOTICE and telling me they will take legal action. I have not made a single call and I have to pay more then 1000 rupees Is this a nice company?
