I m Sachin Mestri my no. is [protected] after talking with all ur executive the service which u have purposely activated on my no.is not being deactivated.because of all ur rubbish service my balance is being deducted every month.We r nt that much rich to give money for charity every month for beggars like u.And if we ask ur executives by calling on ur mobile assist for asking y our bal. is being deducted they have only one answer with them i.e "our system is being updated we cannot give u the information call us after somtime"..pls see to it or else i will sui u all in the consumer court..

My balance gets deducted every time when I refil. I already complaint three times to the customer care service but they are doing the same thing every month. First they told your ring tone charges deducted secondly Manthras charges deducted I don't know why are you doing like this nonsense? I didn't download any ring tone or manthras. I fedup daily delete your sms. Please take my complaint in to consideration. If you are not give this feed back I will complaint in the consumer court.

i bought loop mobile prepaid [protected]card from jinal communication on 28august2009 i submitted my documents &on the same day my card was activated the service in my area is good .but on 2nd sep2009 my no was diconnected as a reason my documents were not submitted on next day i went to bpl gallery which is located in mahim .i took the token no. and waited for me to help . i saw there some of the excecutives were having a big chat with each other avoiding to the customers sitting there after 20mins i was been called by excecutive BHOOMIKA i told her that my no is diconnected she told me my documents are not submitted i told i have given to the shopkeeper she said it not our duty to collect the documents . i said ok she asked me to give documents to her now, i gaved my passport photocopy to her in that copy my photo was in moustache& now i m well grommed she asked to show the original passport to confirm i showed her . after then she told me bring another photocopy ot it . i told her when i showed u the original passport why u need a copy then then in loud voice she said i will not accept this copy u go and tell anybody u want 2 tell i dont care i said ok . i went outside & bought a new copy when i entered the gallery & went to give her she told me u dont undstand i m busy u sit i will call u every now & then she attanding her personal cell phone calls . i waited for 23mins after that i went to and told pls take my douments i have work she took the documents in such way that she is doing a big favour on me overall her behaviour was really bad this the u give help to customer PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION ON HER I DO SUGGEST BECAUSE NOW DAYS NO ONE WILL PROVIDE A FAKE PHOTOCOPY AFTER SHOWING A ORIGINAL PASSPORT

    Dear Sir/ Madam

    This is to bring to your notice that I have been using BPL Mobile (Cell No.: [protected]) for almost eight years. I complained to the BPL Mobile Gallery in Lokhanwala, Andheri(W) about not sending me unsolicited, unwanted SMS's and voice calls. This complained was filed on March 25, 2009. They told me that NDNC and DND will be activated on my cell phone number but not immediately.( I wonder why it takes so long. I think it's a delaying tactics on the company's part.) I was told that I will have to suffer those umpteen TM, TA, LM and many other SMS's and several voice calls trying to sell caller tunes and Mantras and stock investment tips and god knows what all for two more months. As the Effective Date for my NDNC and DND activation was given as May 9, 2009.

    Much to my harassment it's well past May 9, 2009. But nothing has been done by the Loop Mobile people. The staff at the Lokhandwala Gallery in Andheri(W) refuses to give the contact numbers of the concerned authorities. They do not have any grievance hearing person appointed at the gallery. You have to go and spend hours at the gallery. They make you wait and wait and then give contrdictory answers to your questions. Some of the staff say that these SMS's and voice calls will never stop. Some say that every time you get these messages and calls you are expected to come to the gallery and give them the details of these messages and calls. They promise to stop further SMS's and calls from these particular numbers but these are false promises.

    After much argument and isistence I was given a cell number which is [protected]. I was told by a staff that this number belongs to Ms. Esther who happens to be the Zonal Manager for this area for Loop Mobile. I spoke to her a couple of times. All she offered was false promises and assurances but the nuisance continued. And now if I try to call her she does not even have the decency to pick up the phone and talk to a subscriber who has been their customer for almost eight years.

    I want you to please intervene the matter now. These mobile phone service providers have been taking their subscribers for granted. They are invading subscribers' cell phones( which is their private space) with so many unwanted advertisements. It is obvious that Loop Mobile is making a lot of money from these advertisers for allowing them to use their network. Loop Mobile is not bothered if the end user i.e. the subscriber is being bombarded with so many SMS's and voice calls at any or all time.

    Their NDNC and DND services are a sham. The staff is clueless about the existence of a grievance cell at Loop Mobile.

    I hope you will take up the matter with Loop Mobile people and haul them up for harassing me and many other subscriber like me.

    Our cell phones are our private space. The service provider has no right to invade it with their revenue making exercises.

    I request you to please stop this racket as early as possible.

    Thanking you and hoping you will help. Not just me but hundreds and thousands of subscribers.

    BPL mobile service provide (now loop) — nuicence calls from advertisers

    I / we get so many calls from some advertisers. After picking up the call some songs start or some advertisement starts.
    Also there are so many messages about cricket, buy this and that, win this and that - particularly from 58888.
    How to get rid of these things?
    Yes i agree totally wid the concerned person coz its such a[censored]all network dat even i[censored] call the customer care regarding d problem 1 person tells it will take 72hrs d other 1 says 1-2days and the nxt one says 45days.Now its already passed 45days that i have gvn a complaint on the 13th of June and the complaint number is DOC-C[protected] and even after telling them the complaint number they say that its not registered wid them when they have snt me a msg regarding it.I was very happy to take d card BPL but since when it has changed its name to Loop it provides a [censored] all services the network is bcum such bad i dont have words.Please take this issue as a serous one or else its goin to worsen your reputation.N please try to solve this issue as soon as possible near Cosma Colont, Near Mount Mary Steps, Bandra West, at the earliest.

      sony ericsson/W700i — cheap service & ignorance of complaint

      Sir,
      I would like to attract your kind attention toward my complaint about my SONY mobile set W700i. I have submitted my mobile & headset kit on three occasions (detailed as under) for repairing in your service centre at G.N.H. TELECOM Sec. – 27, NOIDA.The quality of service and the behavior of the staff at service centre is not upto the mark. Nobody at the service centre pay their attention towards the service and causes the unnecessary delay in repairing the mobile set.

      The headset kit which I have submitted on 07-12-07 has not been delivered to me after 2 months.

      The details of my cell are as follows.

      1. I submitted my cell & headset on 07-12-07 complaint I.D. is SES07GNH14235 for cell & SES07GNH14236 for headset. The problem was that the P.C. was rebooting while I was connecting my cell with P.C.

      2. I was returned the cell on 09-12-07 but the problem was continuing and it was again submitted to the service centre on 10-12-07 for the same problem.

      3. I get it back on 15-12-07 but the problem was not solved again and I leave it at the service centre till the problem is not rectified.

      4. After a month’s time, the service centre returned the mobile set to me without solving the problem and I mentioned in the job sheet provided by the service centre (service was not satisfactory). I was told to go to our Head Office (Salore International, D-13/4, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi). I submitted the mobile set there on 08.01.2008 and get it back on 17.01.2008 but the problem could no to rectify here. The hands free kit which I have submitted to service centre on 07.12.2007 is still not returned to me.

      I feel very harassed by the service provided by you. Now I request you to please make necessary step in this case otherwise I have no option except to go to consumer court because now I have lost my patience.

      Loop Mobile — Fraud

      Loop mobile is fraud company, and all subscribers of loop mobile mnust immediately swith to another servise provider as soon as we have the privlidge of number portability.

      The block nos for no reason, give no logical reasoning, barr and activate services as per their convenience.

      I have launched several complains and all we get is docket nos. and no true feedback of response.

      Loop Mobile — Unused services have been charged

      Sir/Madam,
      My bill of this month (11/05/09 to 10/06/09) contain some charges which is I think from my side is as a fake. On the page no. 6 of the bill of this month I have been charged for unused Weekly tushan offer. Eventhough, if I accepted that I have activated that service then please provide me the details of service you have provided me in respone to activation of the Weekly tushan service. I have been charged Rs. 60/- for this service. I want the details of the service activation, deactivation and the service provided from your side to me. Also give me the detail of my Complaint no.       Loop Mobile — Unuse call charges

      On last few day loop mobile charge me for unuse call.I hadn't any call between 23/06/2009 to 26/06/2009 but company deducted call charges of Rs.20/- (Rs.10/-, 5/-, 5/- Respectively ) on my prepaid A/C. When i call customer care respones arrived from their system error. I want the details of that call charges & why they charge me without calling any call. Also give me the detail of my Complaint no. If I did not get the early and sufficient response then I need to go to the Consumer court.

      Loop mobile qualifies to be the worst mobile provider in India.. What a pity that it used to be No 1 in the IDC survey when it was BPL mobile.. What have they done to go so bad ?? Nothing much.. Cost cuts, redesigned web site, service cuts (NO WAP/MMS Settings via SMS anymore...), absolutely no good customer service and difficult to reach galleries :).

      I wanted to get the WAP / MMS feature acture on my Nokia and no one in Malad could help me... I was directed to a "Mobile Guru" in Santacruz... Thats what the Gallery told me BTW.. I cancelled the service immediately only to reactivate it at the end of the month due to necessity... I still can't get it to work.. Damn these guys.. LOOP MOBILE SUCKS
      I am Using Nokia 6233 and asking to customer care from last One month for wap setting but always they are saying that "System is Under Upgradation" or "System is Down".

                Dear Sir,

                I had gone to complaint at your Chembur Center.on 19 the May and registered a compliant
                for unaccounted deductions and unsolicited calls which was registered under Docket number DOC-C[protected] by Once Ms Ranjita.

                I had put these complaints, before as well but did not got any answer from, you.Once I complained I asked for the actions on my earlier complaints when one Rajita, executive
                who asked for the proof with me since you do not keep more than ten days comp and can not help me with me results on the earlier compalints

                After the present complaint she told me to come and ask for the results after three days.But on 25 the May when I visited your office again she told she does not have any answer with regard compliant.

                Today my account shows Rs -30 without any call being made.

                I am not sure whether I shoud activate and loose that Rs 30 also


                So I need an answer from you regarding these complaint

                I had registered a complaint at your Ccustomer Service Center.on 31 June about unaccounted deductions under Docket number[protected]. After that almost every day I dialled 50555 and registered a complaint and I got same reply stating that " Sorry Your request cannot be processed at the moment... Till date i.e. 4.06.09 my complaint has not redressed.

                Even On June 04, 2009 I called your Nodal Officer but no use.

                Today my account shows Rs -3 without any call being made.

                I am in Dilemma whether to continue with bpl/loop service or to switch over to any other service provider.

                So I need an clarification from you in this regard.

                I am a customer of your Loop Mobile and I have 3 - 4 No. in my family, but it has been observed that your Co. is deducting unwanted Rs. from all our accounts. We have visited to your Crowford market Gallery & Nagpada Loop Gallery but still they are not given any response. We have talk in your customer care but last 10 days we are getting only one answer that " our system is not upgrading" and finally they cut the line.
                I can't understand why your company deducting such amount from our account, and if its because of machine failure, I request you to please check what is going on in your Loop Mobile else I have no other way to switch over to any other service provider.

                    Ihave been a customer of BPL since 1995 and the only reason I have stuck with them is because of my no.

                    I have always had trouble with my bill amounts and wrong activation of services.

                    I had activated a Rs, 1000 unlimited plan for the Blackberry services and due to an error at their end the 499 data plan was activated.

                    Due to this change in service at their end, a bill amount of 5000 was generated and they demand payment when the true bill amount must be 1600.

                    I have made several complaints and was informed that a new bill would be generated with 2 days . Its been 2months now n i have received nothing.

                    I get calls everyday from their representatives demanding payment and my grief has been communicated but has had no response

                    I urge every Indian who uses Loop mobile, to throw it out of the window and change to another service provider once we have number portability by the end of August. Its a fraudulent company that charges clients without their consent and wrong airtime usage.

                    This is shweta paretkar, i am facing a problem while accessing your site from 1st week of may as i have to pay the bill. Earlier it is showing balance of Rs 169 instead of Rs 938, so i have made the payment of Rs 169 on 12th may 09, then after some days it is showing balance of Rs 769 that too i have made payment online itself. The total of 169+769=938 which is my april bill . And since from last week my outgoing services are barred. I am calling since from 4 days to activate my services but it has not.

                    A very pathetic services has been provided. if your systems are not working properly that is not a mistake of customer. if this is the service we are getting from loop mobile. then it is better to disconnect the connection.

The matter has been already taken with your executive of custemer call service centre. However, to avoid frequent complaints with your C.C.S.C. I request you NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVECES wihtout my written request / E-mail to you. Please make note of the same and mark in my Monthly Billing portfollio.


                    Further, I have been assured by your Loop Mobile Gallary, Sion, that from the next month onwards bill in respect of above moble I will get discounted Rs. 50/- every month till SiX month, so for your billing department has not fulfilled the same. Please look into this matter immediately.

                    I have been a customer of BPL since 2005 and till customer because I want to avoid to inform new number all near and dear. I have always had trouble wrong activation of services. I have not activated any service/plan but I prepaid balancehave been reducing since one week.

                    I have made several complaints and it was informed that a service will be dactivated within 2 days . but it was not done even after 5 days. Every day I am getting SMS that my request can not be processed at this moment. When I telephoned to customer service center it was told that service was deactivated. Still my balance is being reduced byRs. 5 to 10 daily. I am not able to recharge as it will againreduced.

                    I urge each and every Indian users who are using Loop mobiles, Kindly throw it out on the face of loop galaries and change to another service provider once we have number portability by the end of August. Its a fraudulent company that charges clients without their consent and wrong airtime usage.

                    I was observed that loop service department was activating GPRS Smart Pack service without my knowledge / my consent and consequetnly reducing my balance. The matter has been already taken with nodal officer of custemer call service centre. I request you NOT TO ACTIVATE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVECES wihtout my written request / E-mail to you. Please make note of the same and stop reducing/charging uncalled calls .

                    Please look into this matter immediately.

                      I have been a BPL subscriber for over 6 years having my mobile number [protected]. I was very happy with the services until March this year. I have registered a number of complaints because of call dropping. I wrote to Mr Sumeet Badlaney the head of the contact centre also. The technical team visited my residence & said that someone in the area had installed a booster because of which I was facing the said problem. We have 4 LOOP Mobile connections & all o[censored]s having the same problem. We have an Airtel & 3 Reliance connections but theres no problem with them. I would have loved to surrender all connections but its going to be difficult intimating our relatives/clients/friends etc hence we sticking on with LOOP. Would want you to look into the matter & help me out at your earliest.

                      In spite of repeated complaints there is no improvement in the network. The calls dropped every time. As I am using this service provider for last 10 years I can not change the service provider.

                        There was an offer from Loop mobile that go to WWW.DUSKAGANG.COM and Invite your friend to buy a new prepaid sim card and make his gang and win assured prize, talk time, bikes and holidays, i did invite my 3 friends and followed all procedure as prescribed by them, i did call them on customer care about 15 times to have my assured prize of at least a talk time of Rs.30/-, they did also varified and agreed to give me in 48 hours, then i had a call fro them refusing my request and said that i had not followed the procedure correctly, but i did correctly said by an executive of the Loop Mobile Customer Care, as if i would gone wrong to follow the procedure then my new SIM card wouldn't get activated.

                        THEN MAXIMUM 5 TO 6 DAYS AGO, I WAS KEEP CALLING TOO MANY TIMES TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE THAT MY CALLER TUNE SERVICE IS ACTIVATED, BUT BPL COMPANY’S MUSIC IS PLAYING THAN THE SONG I SELECTED. ONE SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 4 HOURS, 1 SAID 1 DAY, 1 WAS EVEN REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND SEND A MSG SHOWS DOCKET NO. DOC-C[protected]. AND IT WAS NOT AT ALL GET START. TO STOP THIS NON-SENCE PROCESS I DEACTIVATE SERVICE.

                          Hello,

                          I have submitted Appellate Form on April 2, 2009 but i have so far not received any response from Appellate Authority of LOOP Mobile (then BPL Mobile). My complaint is as below:

                          Statement of Facts relating to grievance or appeal:

                          On March 14, 2009, I was not getting the network and initially thought that this could be due to technical reasons. However, after doing initial checking, I realized that I am the only one who is not getting the network.

                          Hence, on March 15, 2009, I approached LOOP Gallery (the then BPL Gallery) at Vile Parle (East). At this point, to my shock, I was informed that there being another number[protected] which is over due for payment and that the address being the same, my services have been discontinued and that unless the person holding this number does not pay the bill, my services can not be reactivated.

                          I did inform that all my dues are clear and that I do not have any pending bill and that I normally pay the bills immediately. There was not single incident when my bill is delayed over the last one year. Also, I have never signed any document or stood as guarantor for the person who has defaulted the payment. But to my despair, the argument was not considered and I have suffered a lots due to the action by Loop Mobile.

                          I would like to state here that I was expecting some guests from Bangalore who were dependent on me as they are not aware of Mumbai geography. Due to the improper and bad in nature action by Loop Mobile, I have lost credibility towards my business associates and have lost order worth Rs.20, 000/- Further, I have my aged mother who is fully dependent on me and only source to contact me is through my mobile.

                          I was informed by Gallery attendant that only after clearing dues for mobile number[protected] for which I am not subscriber, my mobile will be activated within 4-hours. However, when such dues were cleared on Sunday itself by the subscriber and after waiting for more than 4-hours, I contacted BPL Call Centre, I was informed that activation takes place only after 4-working hours and that it is being Sunday, activation will be done on Monday.

                          I was also informed that activation for other mobile no.[protected] which is also deactivated for default of payment will be activated within 1-working hour. This is simply injustice to the person who is regularly paying the bill. I was also cautioned by the Call Centre that I will be charged Rs. 100/- + Taxes as applicable for reactivating my services. This is like hanging a person for the crime not done by him.

                          Later when I was contacted by Loop Mobile they have nothing else to offer except apologies. Does this cover the loss and trauma I have faced for two days?

                            The network is totally gone since last August and inspite of repeated calls to customer care all i get is only docket numbers and no improvement in NETWORK. There is also no call back from network team which your mobile assist promised.
                            1) FREQUENT CALL DROPS
                            2) NO CONNECTIVITY
                            3) NO CALL CONNECTION..."IT SAYS NETWORK BUSY" AFTER TRYING FOR 10 TIMES ONLY AFTER THAT THE CALL GETS CONNECTED THAT TO ONLY FOR NOT MORE THAN 10 SECONDS
                            4) 90% OF THE CALLS GETS DISCONNECTS AUTOMATICALLY ie. CALL DROPS. WHO WILL PAY FOR IT.
                            5) 99% IN CALL IM NOT ABLE TO HEAR WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WANTS TO CONVEY. I HAVE TO KEEP GUESSING...".HELLO...HELLO ...HELLO...I'M NOT ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING... " ONLY THIS I HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING.

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is with referance to above mentioned subject the network is totally gone since last more than 5 years and inspite of repeated calls to customer care all i get is only docket numbers and no improvement in NETWORK. There is also no call back from network team which your mobile assist promised many times.

                            The following major problems occur during operating mobiles :

                            1) FREQUENT CALL DROPS.

                            2) NO CONNECTIVITY.

                            3) NO CALL CONNECTION..."IT SAYS NETWORK BUSY" AFTER TRYING FOR 10 TIMES ONLY AFTER THAT THE CALL GETS CONNECTED THAT TO ONLY FOR NOT MORE THAN 10 SECONDS.

                            4) 90% OF THE CALLS GETS DISCONNECTS AUTOMATICALLY ie. CALL DROPS. WHO WILL PAY FOR IT ?

                            5) 99% IN COMING CALL IM NOT ABLE TO HEAR WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WANTS TO CONVEY. I HAVE TO KEEP GUESSING...".HELLO...HELLO ...HELLO...MANY TIMES BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING... " ONLY THIS I HAVE TO KEEP REPEATING."

                            I am very FED UP WITH THE SERVICES...!

                            Hi My Self Mr. Vijaykumar Soman My Cell No is [protected], i loop mobile customer since last 8 months, but some time we are facing Network Problem, No Connectivity, Frequently Call Drops, pls firstly solve my Network Problem
                            I am using LOOP Mobile (initially BPL), since long, I am facing terrible Network problem since long, I complaints so many times to customer care centre, but nothing is happened so far !!!?

                            Once I tried to call up International call, it was just ringing, and they have deducted amount from my account !!! This also I had complaints to them, but result is Zero?!

                                I am using Loop mobile. 98702*****. This is under group billing (bought under company name). One of my group member with number 98218***** had outstanding bill on his account. Because of that outstanding bill, my number was barred. When I call customer care department, I came to know that he has paid part payment on his outstanding bill and his phone is activated now, where as my phone is still not activated.

                                On asking the customer care department, I was told that unless that person does not pay full amount, my number will not be active. Whereas his number is already activated why the hell will he pay his balance until he can use his mobile? This is what I asked the customer care; she just told me that "Sorry Sir, This is Loop mobile Policy.” Amazing Policy Isn’t it? For one person's crime, other is being punished. And the person at fault is being served like king.

                                I have sent a mail to redressal.[protected]@loopmobile.in and waiting for their reply to explain this policy. Hence I would like all those loop mobile users who are reading this, please make sure that tomorrow they will change their policy and inform you that any other loop mobile user you call, if they have outstanding bills. Your lines will be barred, because the defaulter is known to you. So it’s your duty to find out that defaulter and make him pay your bill even if you are not in group billing just like me.

                                Policies are always changed without prior notice, and they are never readable when we receive from the local dealers of Loop sim card holder, as well as Loop Gallery.

                                Hope this policy will soon be loopt (removed) from Loop mobile services.

                                Hope You are enjoying the LOOP mobile till they are LOOPT From the market.

                                My name is Nilesh Jadhav i am the custumer of Loop Mobile .My mobile No. is [protected]. I am making complaint because yesterday i.e on 12/11/2010 my service was barred by the Loop Mobile for the crossing the credit limit.
                                As today i.e on 13/11/2010 i made payment of Rs.450/- in Dadar Loop Shop at around 11.30 a.m where the executive said that your service will be activated within 2 hours, even though my service is not activated for this i called to cust.care they told me to make payment of Rs.350/- so that your service will be activated within 2 hours.As per the information of custumer care i had made payment of Rs.350/-in Fort Gallery(CST) at around 5.30 p.m.where Mr.Imaran said that your line will be activated within half an hour still my service is not activated .
                                so, Please activate my line as early as possible.

                                  I dont what is the current internet settings for my mobile, when the service providers settings(idea)is done, still it is giving " check network coverage, and data settings"

                                  BPL Communication - Mobile Service — Network Problem

                                  I have been experiancing lot of network issues in recent past with BPL network. I am using BPL service almost more than 5 years . Its been pathetic over last 5-6 months. Neither the call gets connected nor the sms goes . I live in mumbai city and its really worst over last 5-6 months.

                                  When it comes to the billing and other payment parts, they are very particular. Why dont they use the same approach to increase the efficency of service they provide. And its not one off cases, I have few friends who are using BPL network. We are not in a position to change the proivder as we have been using this number since long.

                                  Would like to know is there any plan to revive this situation?

                                  I taken a prepaid bpl connection, DusKa Gang[protected]. In that, I can able to sur[censored]nlimited ( Wap sites ) upto april 2009. But, from the date of taking this connection I am facing a problem.

                                  I can able to surf any wap sites. OK. But suppose If am opening any applications ( not Wap sites) like ebuddy, SBI Freedom, Skype chat, Google chat, ... I am getting error message either "PACKET DATA NOT AVAILABLE" or " LINK NOT AVAILABLE" or "SERVER CONNECTION LOST"

                                  I contact NOKIA Customer care ( bcoz I am using Nokia 6270 mobile ), and discussed them about this, they told me that this model mob will support any applications, but your mobile service provider should give u the full version of the wap / gprs. U confirm that it is a demo OR full version.

                                  Then I contact bpl / loop again and asked them about this demo & full version. Bpl/loop is telling, they will provide only full version. they never provide demo version.

                                  What I want to do to solve my problem ?

                                  My friend is also hv a prepaid bpl no. . but he can able to access any wap sites and any applications. the only difference is that, i am accessing sites using a free provision ( without any charge) from bpl upto April 2009. but my friend is using a monthly Rs.49/- scheme, otherwise every thing is same.
