I have submitted Appellate Form on April 2, 2009 but i have so far not received any response from Appellate Authority of LOOP Mobile (then BPL Mobile). My complaint is as below:
Statement of Facts relating to grievance or appeal:
On March 14, 2009, I was not getting the network and initially thought that this could be due to technical reasons. However, after doing initial checking, I realized that I am the only one who is not getting the network.
Hence, on March 15, 2009, I approached LOOP Gallery (the then BPL Gallery) at Vile Parle (East). At this point, to my shock, I was informed that there being another number[protected] which is over due for payment and that the address being the same, my services have been discontinued and that unless the person holding this number does not pay the bill, my services can not be reactivated.
I did inform that all my dues are clear and that I do not have any pending bill and that I normally pay the bills immediately. There was not single incident when my bill is delayed over the last one year. Also, I have never signed any document or stood as guarantor for the person who has defaulted the payment. But to my despair, the argument was not considered and I have suffered a lots due to the action by Loop Mobile.
I would like to state here that I was expecting some guests from Bangalore who were dependent on me as they are not aware of Mumbai geography. Due to the improper and bad in nature action by Loop Mobile, I have lost credibility towards my business associates and have lost order worth Rs.20, 000/- Further, I have my aged mother who is fully dependent on me and only source to contact me is through my mobile.
I was informed by Gallery attendant that only after clearing dues for mobile number[protected] for which I am not subscriber, my mobile will be activated within 4-hours. However, when such dues were cleared on Sunday itself by the subscriber and after waiting for more than 4-hours, I contacted BPL Call Centre, I was informed that activation takes place only after 4-working hours and that it is being Sunday, activation will be done on Monday.
I was also informed that activation for other mobile no.[protected] which is also deactivated for default of payment will be activated within 1-working hour. This is simply injustice to the person who is regularly paying the bill. I was also cautioned by the Call Centre that I will be charged Rs. 100/- + Taxes as applicable for reactivating my services. This is like hanging a person for the crime not done by him.
Later when I was contacted by Loop Mobile they have nothing else to offer except apologies. Does this cover the loss and trauma I have faced for two days?

I m rashmi kumud my no. is 977332**** after talking with all ur executive the service which u have purposely activated on my no.is not being deactivated.because of all ur rubbish service my balance is being deducted every month.We r nt that much rich to give money for charity every month for beggars like u.And if we ask ur executives by calling on ur mobile assist for asking y our bal. is being deducted they have only one answer with them i.e "our system is being updated we cannot give u the information call us after somtime"..pls see to it or else i will sui u all in the consumer court..
