I ported to loop from Vodafone considering low charges and a free GPRS of 1GB every month. when my number ([protected]) got ported I noticed that the GPRS was not working and hence contacted the customer care for settings. The customer care executive told me that the GPRS was inactive and needed to be activated, i asked him to activate it. Again when I called the next day for some other issue they told me I had activated a 499 unlimited plan(2G) for GPRS. When I said I had not made any such request they said I had asked for the plan when I called them yesterday night. When I asked them to deactivate it they disconnected the call, They disconnected the call twice again. Only when i further called up the executive told me to drop a mail on mobile.[protected]@loopmobile.in. After sending the mail I got an auto mail reply saying My complaint would be served in 48 hrs. I did not receive any response from their end. When I called up yesterday the executive told me if I had a problem with the activation I could have asked to deactivate the service????? I had asked the same but their executives then were more comfortable disconnecting calls than answering or helping me out. I have been HARRASED and the complete experience with LOOP has been HORRIFYING. I dont know how are such operators being allowed to operate. I have already filed a complaint with the appellate and if I dont receive a response from him will move ahead and file a complaint against LOOP with TRAI and DOT. Ashish

    I had called lot many time to customer care regarding the charges added in my bill against "vas" every moth. From last 6 to 7 months, i every moth called for refunding my money charged against vas. From the month of aug 2013 i had paid rs.425/- for value added services.Please refund it back to me.As soon as posible.

      My Name is Shaikh Mubasher Aklakh I was Using a loop Mobile no[protected] which was registered on my uncle's Name : Shaikh Salim Ahmed. I am a customer of loop mobile from last 2 years. my average bill til aug-sep 2013 was between 200-350 per month but from sep-Oct 2013 they were sending wrong bills & showing un used usage in the bill the i have taken an Internet plan of rs 57 rs in which they promise 500mb but when i have checked the mb's used in my mobile is only 450 mb & loop mobile is telling that the plan is over then i have taken an Internet plan in my another no which is of vodafone the plan was of 2GB i have used Perfect 2GB in vodafone then i have recieved the alert that my plan is over that mean loop mobile is doing fraud i.e not providing Proper Mb' or gb's as they are promising & also in my billing card i was geeting 1Gb free per month hence i had keeped a limit in my phone which my Android phone will not exceed in the month of january my billing cycle is 1 to 1 every month in the month of jan 2014 they have stopped providing services to me from 6th jan 2014 & on 1st feb i had received a bill of rs 3200/- in which there is an usage of more than rs 1700/- there customer care department is telling that i have used that data usage on 6th evening & according to my mobile data usage the usage had not exceeded 1 Gb & they are telling that the usage of rs1700 had been used after using 1GB My 1st january bill was 1300 of which i had paid rs 100 & 1200 hundred was left. in feb ther have added 2000 rs only for the Usage between 2-nd January to 6th january evening My monthly rental plan is offering me 200 mins monthly + 1GB Data Usage in 99 rental which is 111.36 per month & they had send me the bill addinng rs 2000 r only for 5 days service Regards, Shaikh Mubasher.       Loop Mobile customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      We had tried to get in touch with the subscriber. However, have been unsuccessful in doing so, due to number been busy. We have replied to the customer requesting for an alternate contact number and convenient time to enable us get in touch with him to resolve his pending concern. In the interim, we have forwarded to the respective team for a review and as per the feedback received we wish to confirm that the GPRS usage has exceeded the 1 GB benefit applicable on the Trunet pack which is active on the account.A message intimating the same has been sent to the customer on 6th January 2014. The GPRS usage was continous and therefore the exceeded usage has been charged as per the default GPRS pack charges which have been levied in Invoice dated 01/02/2014 is correct and genuine.
      We have tried calling the customer there is no response. We have replied to the customer requesting for a convenient time to call up and address his concern in accordance. In the interim, we have forwarded to the respective team for a suitable review and as per the feedback received we wish to confirm that, the GPRS usage has exceeded the 1 GB benefit assigned on the Trunet pack which is active on the account. Therefore, the over and above usage of free GB has been charged as per the default Pack charges which is correct and payable.

      i am not able to connect my internet since past 10 days...no customercare number is responding...both the reachable galleries are closed since the lasst 2 weeks...i have paid for services and am getting nothing!!!not happy!!!

              On 18th Feb'14 we have purchased 2 new loop post paid Sim([protected], [protected]). The loop co. representative Mr raj and Mr mudasir came to our room and sell those Sim with the assurity that the Sim will be activated in one day of time. I paid them 700/- for 2 Sim.
              Since that day I was following up your 2 representative for Sim activating, raj no. is getting switched off from first day and Mudasir is continuously disconnecting my call.

              I am continuously calling the loop customer care but no assistance. Is being provided. Finally after so many efforts somwhow i could be able to get the Manager No. Mr Miranda.               At last company said you do what ever you want ( Mr Miranda Words to me)

              Its my one time request to them either your representative contact me in concern to this else I have take serious step againts such kind of fraudent behaviour .
              If the matter will not be taken with your primary concern then on Monday I will registered the complaint.

                I am really disgusted withe the service. You guys have cheated me and you are a fraud. All you want is to take money from me. I have spoken n number of times with regards to the billing plan which i was given in the year 2010. I have been using this plan ever since. none of your documents that i have which is your bill that i receive on a monthly basis talk about this plan expiring after a year and then you charging me on a monthly basis. and likewise i had two years of this plan being renewed for me. but last year in 2013 you changed my plan and started charging me 125 as a monthly rental which is not acceptable. i have called n number of time but your not so smart reps always try and convince me. the last rep that i spoke with was a lady with whom i spoke and she said that she will be reversing all the charges and activating the 777 bonaza plan for me. As per what she said the plan is activated however the amout is not being refunded for the months where you cvharged me 125. More surprisingly when today i spoke to your rep names sohail he was rude and i asked him to cancel the 777 on the a/c and as im not going to use the service any more you give me another shocker that the amount is non refundable. im so disgusted with your service. i expect a reply to this email im next 7 days where if i dont get a reply i certainly will cancel my services with you.                   my mob no [protected] bill which i recd today shows a levy of 447.5 for GPRS calls. i have taken a simple 99 rental plan for this no., and have never asked for gprs/internet services on this no. in fact i had taken an internet conn for my cell no [protected] just for 1 month and i have logded a complaint on 5 march as i am not getting connection for same, and i have asked loopmobile to disconnect my internet for this no. it is just beyond me how arbitrarily a whopping amt has beeen charged to me for vas, when i have never asked for it. pl check my previous months bills- when i am maintaining just bare min rental plan, why would i suddenly ask for gprs/internet? this is sheer high handedness. in the past too an sms alert service for missed calls was started and i was charged though i had not requested for that service now this pl look into the matter and remedy it immediately if you can do this to your customer of more than 15 yrs, then you richly deserve to b taken over by another co i will only express thanks after redressal of my complaint dr vivek maste [protected]

                    Dear Sir/Madam I would like to inform that I had taken a loop mobile new RVP 199 monthly rental plan in the month of January. The first bill was generated on 1st February of Rs 185/-. But the second bill which is generated on 1st march is Rs 1844/ . Which is huge amount for me, and i, m not able to pay this much amount. Even i, m not use my monthly rentals facilities that have given in the plan. This is wrong intention to make a customer by the loop executives. Preeti an executive having Mo No. [protected], have given me wrong information about the plan and she said that, it, s only you have to pay monthly 199 rental charges. No extra charge will be applicable with this plan. even she is not pick up my phone. And my no. [protected] is closed from past weak. My alternate No is [protected] Kindly help me.                       I am Pallavi Patankar - [protected] online recharge of Rs 10/-, on 2-Mar-14 don't do any call then my balaance is deducted same thing is happening in today it means on 6-mar-14 voucher recharge of rs 10/-, call to customer care also he just told i will deactivate all services on your phone, This thing happing in last 2-3 months, no one take proper action on that Kindly take proper action other than i will change service provider
                      We have outcalled the customer and informed that we have deactivated the VAS services permanently and posted the credit of Rs.15/- towards Mantra VAS service. Subscriber is satisfied with the resolution provided

                        i have availed internet mobile data on my loop mobile no [protected]
                        right from day 1, i cannot check a single email (yahoo mail) and i could not download a single image or video on whatsapp.
                        and now since past 4-5 days i cant get anything, not even the written messages on whatsapp
                        the mobile data icon lights up but no messages download
                        and why i couldnt download a single image or video on whatsapp is a mystery
                        i have been unable to check even one single email on yahoo, because invariably there is a timeout or retry or unavailable message.
                        i wonder what i am paying internet charges for?

                        i kindly request you to look into the matter
                        i have been a loyal customer with bpl mobile since more than 13-14 yrs, (check my other no.[protected])

                        but i am deeply disappointed with the deteriorating services
                        also kindly guide me wrt number portability as i would like to switch at least one no to another co, what are the formalities involved

                            With regard to the bill dated 07/02/2014, customer id 1597008, mobile no. [protected], value added service charges of rs.179 has been added .Details are given below 28/01/14 -> M bounce games @99 4/02/14 ->Value pack @50 4/02/14 ->Value pack @30. These has been done without my intimation.Kindly cancel these services and refund the amount of rs 179.

                              I am using Loop Mobile phone no. [protected].


                              Yesterday, I suddenly received two separate e-mails from
                              Loop Mobile that I have not paid bills for mobile no. [protected] and [protected], both cases Rs 394/- each. I immediately had a talk with Loop Customer care executive, named
                              MUTABBIR M that these numbers are not for mine, and I never taken thesenumbers, then they informed matter will be look into and issued complaint docket no. SR-[protected].


                              Today, somebody, name Vishal called up from no. [protected], and informed these are my numbers only, and they have issued me with my permission and verification. I asked to show proof and tell the name of agency who issued me these above two numbers as well as my number [protected], but they told they have no record and refuse to give, also asked me to visit Loop Gallery to tell the issue. I also informed that it is wastgae of my time and money and why should I visit Loop gallery where I have no fault.


                              It is clearly fraud by Loop Mobile, and put any numbers
                              against anybody’s name, and make customer hare. Please suggest how can I take
                              action against Loop Mobile. And, as Loop is sold to Airtel now, are they trying
                              to collect fraud bills from customers? Please suggest as I need to take strong action

I have done online recharge on loop site on[protected], 12:25:52pm of rupees 120 full talktime but i didnt get full talktime as i viewed in your loop site . I only got 104 rupees so im logging a complaint as i talked to your loop customer he said logged a complaint and mail to this site. So i hope your making my deduction of rupees 16 that i will get refundable from your side. Thank you.

                                  Since last 1 month (Dated- 21st Jan'14 ) I am continuously calling these Loop mobile customer care executive, none of them are able to solve my ""QUERY'". Some stupid MASALA jokes has been activated on my number without any approval as I recharge they start deducting my balance for this nuisance. Look m fed up calling you people again & again. It's high time being know. Kindly DEACTIVATE this service and I don't want any of these SMS on (Jokes) Make sure this should not be repeated in future.

                                    Dear SIr, I have already submitted complaint in consumer forum for post paid to prepaid conversion.My phone no. is [protected].Still no action taken by Loop mobile in spite of contacting loop executive several times on toll free no..Their support is poor and they disconnects the line frequently.After giving complaints they always say that our representative will call.but nobody call and they always say your phone was unreachable or you did not pickup phone.But I have given 2 phone nos.Both no.s cannot be switched off or non reachable, or if they have called it will be in my phone logs.but it is not there. So basically they are lying. I am really fed up of this type of service.kindly guide me is there any way I can convert my post paid loop sim to prepaid?If not I have no option but stop using loop mobile services. I started the process on 17 Dec 13 and keep on running behind loop galleries and submitted all the concerned documents and bill paid by me as and when loop asked .

                                      After on month when I got fed up with loop I requested for closing the Mob No. Loop service is very pathetic, all stupid fellow are sitting in all the galleries.

                                      I submitted written complaints to loop office Mahim and submitted feedbacks but till date no satisfactory replied has come to me. At present my connection is closed.
