Dear Sir, I am having LOOP PostpaidNumber: [protected] .I want to convert it to prepaid number I went to Loop mobile gallery several times, they accept my request by giving Some Request No and and told me that I will receive verification call. After that I Didnt get any Call for the verification.. But they are saying that My phone was switched off when Verification Dept. had called me.. This is really false statement.because.. I had not got any Notification about any missed calls. After that I called on Loop mobile toll free support number 8-10 times. Every time they provide docket no. and inform that I will receive confirmation call.But I never receive confirmation call.This is going on from last 2 months.I am really fed up with this type of service from Loop Mobile. Please sir help me to convert My No. into Prepaid .. This is my very old No. and I dont want to disconnect it..

    dated -29th jan 2014. Dear sir, I milky sangoi bearing loop no as [protected].I have been using an auto renewal pack for Rs.57 valid for 25 days which was activated on 27th jan at 20.15 pm for which i was sent confirmation sms.After which i was holding balance of Rs.290 something after deducting for activation.hence after for each and every usage of internet session i was charged stating that 0 kb.left. To this i asked to launch a complaint which was not done by the executive on 28th jan 2014 at 3.30 pm.And was asked to use internet for no charge will be levied according to system updated.Again facing the same problem of balance deduction called 198 spoke to Mr.Harpreet at 4.25 pm, then to Mr.Shreyan at 7.45pm a complaint was launched for the above after struggling for the mental torture stating that complaint no will be sent to me via sms. Which till the day has not come to me by any mode of communication.Again spoke to Mr mohamad complaint no- doc e[protected] at 8.00pm was given to me assuring me to forward the above matter to their seniors and resoving it within 3 hours and returning of my balance deduction would be done.But still not done till the day.So finally nothing has been done to help me out, giving me mental torture, not able use my net inspite of payingand harassing me unnecessarily.I would like to go to consumer court to take further action. yours faithfully, MILKY SANGOI.

      hi this is ashish singh cntct nmbr.[protected]. i ve been trying to reach the loop mobile customer care nmbr 198 nd [protected] 4 the past 6 days bt m unable to get through.i m being charged excessively 4 services that not even required by me. i had a talk with a person 4m the loop porting dept on [protected] bt its been completely useless talking to them. Loop mobile people used to cal me thrice a day when i said i m interested in porting my nmbr bt nw m really upset with the services provided by them. I hope u ll look into the matter asap nd help me in this.

        I was having LOOP Prepaid Number: [protected] then Before 5 to 6 months I have Converted into Postpaid But Iam not satisfied with the bills... I cant Bear it, , I had Visited Loop Gallery and given the request that I want to Convert my Number into prepaid again... they accept my request by giving Some Request No. After that I Didnt get any Call for the verification.. But they are saying that My phone was switched off when Verification Dept. had called me.. This is really false statement.. because.. I had not got any Notification about any missed calls...

        Please sir help me to convert My No. into Prepaid again... This is my verry old No. and I dont want to disconnect it..

          Dear Colleague, I was using loop mobile number ([protected]) since for long time and thought to take 2 new postpaid number ([protected], [protected]) for incoming calls as I was having a requirement. So I take 2 new postpaid number of Rs 49/- package each just for incoming and for the intension of having free calls to my old number also which was there in the Rs 49/- package. Within 10 days I recieved a message from Loop Mobile that you have exceed more than 75% quota. I visit the gallery and inform them about this that how can my usage exceeds 75% withing 10 days when these numbers are only for incoming purpose and I am using old nokia phones where no way I can use internet. So they say sorry for what happens as this is GPRS charges and they confirmed that we will rectify this. I have shown them the mobile also in which you can't use any GPRS or internet service as it is a very basic phone. Now again after 1 week, I recieved a message from Loop Mobile on both my number ([protected], [protected]) that you have exceed your quota and pay Rs 1200/- and something Rs 1000/-immediatey. I again visit the gallery and question them that how this can happen when I cant use any type of GPRS and Internet connection and there was 0 call on these numbers. SO who is utilizing these services. Again they assured me that we will cleared everything and we have send this issue to their seniors madam which is on holidays in Singapore and will be back after Diwali. Now since then after regularly visiting the gallery and having talks with so many of Loop Mobile executives, no response is there. And now they are saying that you have to pay 3800/- for these 2 Loop Mobile numbers. Now they are calling again and again for the payment, and harassing me that if your purpose was just of incoming calls, then why have you take postpaid connection, you have to take prepaid connection. I explain them that since in postpaid package, these 2 new numbers will be free to call to my old number that's why I have taken postpaid connection and it will be easy for me to pay monthly Rs 49/-. But they are now calling me and asking for the money. One time they said that paid half the amount and we will settle it. Now I dont know how you will help out in this, since this is the first time I am trying to use your service. Just think from my side, that in the package of Rs 49/-, how can I use Rs 3800/- in it. Whereas in my old number which I was using since long time, I have never use Internet or any GPRS activity. And there is no call charges on these 2 postpaid numbers as there was no usage of it.             Resp. Sir/Mam, My Mobile Number is [protected] of Loop Mobiles. I purchased Trunet75 plan last month. From the same day I having no data service regularly(not continuously). Data service provided by company is irregular and very bad. Even full GOOGLE images search page also not opening from my mobile. It happen anywhere though I am at home or in open place, at good locality or at poor locality, in full network or poor network. Please help me for this situation, because I am paying not for fun or fund. Some day before I asked for setting for my Samsung Galaxy Core(GT-I8262) mobile. But company's service provider had not provided me the setting. I had complaint to the company by mail. Someone official called me for that, but he did not called me again. I am very upset for the data service, I paying for. Please look into. Thank You.

              My Name is Mr. Deepesh, My Prepaid mobile number is [protected] (Loop Mobile, Mumbai.). I always receive messages from the number 51000 of cricket score which creates a lot of disturbance & sometimes also deduct my account balance. I have been complaining for months, (I don't have previous details)
              I have repeatedly tried to deactivate this service but still keep on receiving messages from the same & my account balance also keeps deducting. I am Hoping Some Help from here.

              This is Krupali here and i had also suffering from this same situation. i had also complaint to loop mobile and also visited the loop mobile gallery 3 times but they are not responding in proper way.

                My self Nilesh Ghare i am using loop mobile network ([protected]) from last 5 years which is register of my wife Meghana Jogal. I have postpaid connection every time i pay bill before expire date. Before 5 Months back i took Nokia 720 Handset replacement of HTC Andoride. My internet pack is active but last 5 month i could not use internet connection reason is because of my handset change still i paying internet activation amount without any using, So much time i tried to contact to call center number but most of time call disconnected. So tried to contact through mail communication but no reply and no any calls from loop mobile, I have mail copy also. Finally they disconnect my mobile service but still no any call from his side. I dont what to do. This number is already share to my personal and official contact. Now a days my all businesses complete stop. Suffering from high tension. Please resolve this issue

                  This is Mahindra i am a loop user my no [protected], there was there was a problem in prepaid voucher card the 14 digits were not so visible to get the voucher, is was just 30 rs voucher, so i called to loop customer care no, they suggested to visit the gallery, i visit the gallery 3 times but til now nothing is happened, i thought i am cheap to ask my 30 rs voucher but they are more cheaper than me to return my money i hope u r getting my words. Its not about 30 rs. Its about how bad service they give

                    Resp. Sir/Mam, I am using mobile No. [protected] from year 2006 of LOOP MOBILE. It is on my name. But two years before I converted the service postpaid to prepaid by submitting new document with my service ID cards copy. The No. converted to prepaid. Today I went to Loop Gallery situated at Md. Ali Road, Mumbai to get a microsim, but the official told me that the card is not on my name, but address is same. The official showed me name on system, and I found that there is typing mistakes done by Loop Mobile company officials. I showed my ID card, Aadhar card and driving license to the official, but he advised me to convert the number to postpaid again so that verification will done again and I can convert the number to prepaid again after 3 months. I want to know that if any spelling mistake is done from mobile company officials, why I will suffer for this all. It is the company’s responsibility to search and verify the documents and correct all mistakes done by company. I called on 198 and spoke with Vigilance officer of your company, but he also advised same as above. (wide DOC-SR[protected] I am still using another postpaid number [protected] purchased with the card. However I don't want to submit anything again and correct all mistakes done by Loop Mobile company with verifying my old documents. Please look into the matter, so that I can collect a fresh microsim card for my new mobile.

                        I riddhi shah ma mobile num is [protected] .my 57rs has been deducted by coz of renewal of plan evn evn I did same recharge n den 57rs has been deducted and nt evn a single msg cme.i wnt my money refund anyhow.and ya wen I tried to call ur customer service four o[censored]r agents disconnected my call and 1 agent name is amer..evn al four of dem r sounding lyk dey r slpng or drunk is tis d way to attend customers.i hav nt seen such poor sercive from any provider.tis a fck al service m using and evn ur netwrk is bakwas.i cn jst say the worst service provider of india..thank u

                          Respected Sir, I'm Neha P Doshi, Dob-13.10.1980..I hv been an active member of loop network since the past 3yrs..Lately I'm terribly disappointed with the netwrk services provided from your end..inspite of repeated complaints its bn to no effect..also 3g services are not provided nor the 2g services provided by you are competitive, affecting my work..since the past 3 weeks I have proposed a request of porting out..and inspite of clearing all my dues and paying an extra charge(without my knowledge) taken by your gallery at kandivili, I hv been unable to do so! !I have received two calls from ur end asking me the reason of porting out which I believe is absolutely & strongly valid enough..still I'm egged not to..and then twice after having tis conversation have I received a rejection for the same..citing silliest n unexplainable reasons.. there is no respite from this utter nuisance! ! Now I'm glad of my decision of porting out n rather am coaxed to withdraw all the remaining members from the family plan I have enrolled them into.. Kindly look into the matter and help me port out amicably & peacefully..Warm Regards., Neha Doshi

                            Respected Sir / Mam, My mobile number is [protected] registered in name of Sangeeta Sahu. Complaint is regarding deduction of main account balance from mobile. Company has deducted amount of Rs. 7 without our knowledge and also their customer care executive are not entertaining us for the same. We have not requested to customer care to start any service and neither we are aware if any value added services has been started without our knowledge for which company is charging from us. Kindly take the matter into consideration and give us positive reply.

                              Dear sir, i was a prepaid customer and i got a call from your executive proving me super 99 plan ..in which he told me i will get 200 local mins 200 local/national sms and 1 gb internet ..i demanded 400 local mins and rest sms and net same ... i got call back from that person saying i have send a mail and i have got conformation ... but i hav still not got that 200 local mins extra and that person is nt picing up the phone his name is SAGAR [protected] AND HE IS BEING AT MAHIM HEAD OFFICE

                                Hello, I had opted to change one of my mobile numbers and port to Loop for a 49 Rental Scheme. I never used any internet plan or opted for anything and they have started to send me bill of Over Rs. 300 for a single month use. I spoke to someone from their customer service desk who promised a call back from senior which I have not yet received as he was not sure what he was talking and not able to answer anything I was asking about. Instead was trying to tell me loop has the right to charge for internet even when I kept on explaining that I never used internet on my handset nor did I ever give a request for it either which I can even prove. No senior callback I have received in spite of requesting him to speak to a senior as he was not able to understand my query. I would like to warn people against the cheating loop company and the false promises they make and try to loot the customers and forcefully charging them.                                   I am advocate and my name is Rajendra Bhaskar Gaikwad. I have taken mobile services of Loop Mobile. I have requested to the Loop Co for mobile Porting Code under my request No.LM589339 for my Mobile No.[protected] as I have to change the said Co. due to not having 3G services and to avail mobile services of Vodafone as they are having 3G services. However, the Loop Co. is passing time and not ready to give correct Porting Code to the Vodafone as Vodafone has sent me SMS that "THE PORTING CODE DOES NOT MATCH THE DONOR ALLOCATED PORTING CODE FOR THIS NUMBER. PL. CONTACT YOUR CURRENT OPERATOR FOR FURTHER DETAILS". I have requested thrice since 5th November, 2013 to Loop Co. I have also contacted them on tollfree No.198. they told me that Porting Code shall be given within 90 (ninety) days. Meantime they have also disconnected my services by giving reason for address verification. I went to their Borivali (West) Gallary and they have again started services. It is also found that my name is wrongly recorded in their record inspite of I have submitted all the address proof, photo identification proof before six/seven years back. I have also resubmitted all the documents thrice within 3 three years. Inspite of providing all the documents, my correct name is not mentioned last 7-8 years and they are rendering services in wrong name. Under above circumstances, it is realise that the Loop Co. is not ready to give any co-operation in the above matter. I, therefore, requesting you to kindly lodge my complaint and take necessary action against them.

                                    My name is Babu Vithoba Vajarkar and my loop mobile number is [protected]. On my number some value added service was activated without my knowledge because of which my mobile bill shoot up like hell. First my outgoing services were stopped when it exceeded Rs. 1000. This put me in inconvinient situatiin. The service was restored after making payment of Rs. 1000. Again at the end of the month I had to pay Rs.550 more as monthly bill payment. So my total bill was Rs 1550, which normally ranges from 250 to 300. When I called customer care number I was told to go to loop gallery for help and was told that I will be refunded the excess charges which were billed to me. After going to gallery, the VAS service was stopped but they gave me this email id and told me to write an email to you for refund. As the VAS service was activated on my mobile without my knowledge, I request you to refund all the extra charges caused due to VAS. Please adjust the refund amount in the forthcoming bills.                                       I have complained and called a lot to your customer service providers even went to the gallery all they say is it will be taken care in 4 working hours and nothing happens i have been associated with this company for 12 years n maybe more very sad to see such unprofessional service don't know who to talk to even the technical team seems not to know their job. i don't get call backs instead ii am told as a customer to call the technical team directly instead of them calling me . pathetic service don't know what can be done anyhow . really thinking of porting out of this service so angry and fed up of Loop Mobile

                                        Loop Mobile customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Subscriber is complaining receiving UCC sms from sender id AM-Dishpy "AM-Dishpy -Dear smt Surabhi s Mujumdar Rs.294 received towards recharge of your super platinum pack under traxn no[protected]. We have investigated and have replied to the customer informing the above mentioned Loop Mobile Number [protected] has been registered by the customer with the Airtel Dish Services. Therefore, he is receiving messages on the aforesaid number. We have requested the customer to contact Airtel Dish Services for the same.
