I have been with loop since many years now...normally my bill never comes more than 1500 rs...I have always travelled abroad using the phone for very little calls my bill has come around 5000 to 6000. This time I travelled to Dubai on 24th may 2014. I just landed and my data service was on only for 10 mins...I switched it off then...I received few calls thru out the day about 5 mins of incoming calls... Another outstanding amount & value added service

Last time I am visited at your Loop mobile Galary with my Loop Mobile Bill (April'2014). I am requested for deactivated my value added services which was I am not activated & not use anyway. This month(May2014) bill again show Value added services & International Sms Charges that also I am not used.So Please de-activate above services & refund my deducted charges Immediately.

Bad Customer Service, deficiency of service

GPRS 499 plan activated without my consent
