As per shown in the image below.. it the recharge is not possible to be made in online services, why this type services are shown on the website.. why we have use paper recharge every time to have full talk time.. my transaction id for the above mentioned complaint is [protected] dated on 10/06/2014 Tuesday one more.. I used to recharge my mobile no [protected]... with recharge amount of Rs. 87.. (special recharge) but every time I am receiving less talk time as per shown on website .. my transaction id for the above mentioned complaint is [protected] dated on 28/05/2014 Wednesday please do the needful.     I have been with loop since many years now...normally my bill never comes more than 1500 rs...I have always travelled abroad using the phone for very little calls my bill has come around 5000 to 6000. This time I travelled to Dubai on 24th may 2014. I just landed and my data service was on only for 10 mins...I switched it off then...I received few calls thru out the day about 5 mins of incoming calls... Then on 25th may my phone had no signal...I made my office staff call loop and they said I crossed my limit of 16000 rs that's y my mobile is cut... I was in shock how can in not even 24 hrs my bill became soo much just to note my phone had no whats app no bbm or any mails...then after I return to Mumbai my bill has reached 21000 rs..which is not possible. I have paid 13000 rs to activate my line but still its not...they said my bill got generated on 4th june 2014 but still there is no bill. iam sure there is a mistake from their side and I want my bill corrected and refund for extra I have paid. mobile no [protected]

    It is very bad experience of your service. Whenever i recharged my loop mobile no, you just cut my bal within 1 week.
    On 19/06/2014 I was recharge by voucher of 120.00 Rs. on 23/09/2014 my bal is only .19 paise how it is possible?
    On 23/06/2014 i talked with yr mobile assistant he was told within 2 working days we will refund you but till date my bal
    is not refunded by you, what is going on I just know this is many times happened with you. I really very upset with yr service
    I also suggested to my friends, my family members Pl. never use Loop mobile.

    This is regarding a wrong billing against mobile no. [protected] for the period 14th may - 14th june.I had used 90 percent of my mobile packet data and i had got a message from loop that my 90 percent usage is over.But when i checked my unbilled amount the next day it was showing 3490 even though i had stopped using the internet after getting the message.I visited loop gallery and showed them my usages too.I request you to kindly look into the matter and make appropriate changes in the bill.Thank you .Shyamsunder Ramdev Kasat.

        Respected Sir/ Madam, I would like to inform you that your company loopmobile is charging me extra additional charges even though we have not activated them or have not requested to activate them. This is FOURTH time that i am complaining about the same problem. I would request you to kindly look into the matter or else have to shift to other sim card company or would complain in consumer forum for charging unnecessary charges to the customers.Following are the Numbers and those additional charges charged by you: [protected]: Special Number Charges- Rs. 240, Special SMS Charges- Rs.15 and GPRS Charges- Rs 225 [protected]: Special Number Charges- Rs. 248 [protected]: Special Number Charges- Rs.70 I would request you to RESEND me the bill again by cutting down the charges aur else no payment will be done aganist this bills.

        Loop Mobile customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        We have deactivated the VAS service and posted the credits on the respective accounts. Rs.269.66 and Rs.78.65 towards [protected] and [protected] respectively. Taking the necessary credits into consideration there remains an outstanding amount of Rs.625.65 towards [protected] and Rs.101.35 towards [protected]. We have also kept the subsequent bill on trace to check if any vas charges are billed and should there be any charges of VAS be levied we will arange to credit the same in accordance. The default GPRS charges levied in invoice dated 23/05/14 are correct and genuine. Hence, the same stands payable
        We have posted the credits towards vas service on 2 Loop Mobile Accounts held by the subscriber and post which there stands the payable amount. We have also kept the subsequent bill on trace and if any VAS charges are levied we will arange to post the credits in accordance. The default GPRS charges levied are correct and genuine and hence the same stands payable.

              Today i received a call from your office asking about KYC details submission. I asked for Address of gallery in my area which the caller said only available address is of Dadar & Kurla. I asked for still nearby & suggested whether any gallery at Sion or Antop Hill to which he SMSed me the gallery address for Antop Hill. This was about 3.30p.m.At around 5.00p.m. I tried to make out going calls but recorded masasage suggesting service not available to me and contact Customer care. I tried phone for customer care but same massage still broadcasted. When I can not reach out to Custmer care from my BPL Mobile How can you repeat recorded massage to call Customer care. When you don't have gallery in area near by or not able to provide address of nearby gallery how can you block my outgoing without informing me. Please reply it urgently. Regds Nandkumar Khandelwal

We have not requested any additional services, we spoke to customer services several time but till no solution rcvd, But loop mobile executive are unable and are not giving proper details They are really hash in talking to customers. Please help me. I have called more than 20 times to their toll free number 198 Every one there is saying different things.. Thats really bad sign from them.

                We have outcalled the subscriber and informed that we have deactivated the VAS service and refunded Rs.5/- on the account.

                This is Sukhraj Yadav, resident of Kandivali East ( And this one is my land line no.[protected] which is provided your side ). I have applied for MTNL Broadband (new connection) on 20.01.2015. I have paid security deposit INR 1000/- in advance on 20.01.2015 .Your representatives came to my house for the connection. They told me following things which are strange.

                1. I have to personally buy the wire from retailer.
                2. I have to personally spread that wire from main connection to my own house.
                3. I have to inform you / MTNL representatives then they will come and make the connection live.

                I hope that as customer I am not supposed to do these things (point 1, 2, 3).
                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
                Let me know what is the process.

                P.S. I had a call to #[protected] and came to know the names of those representatives as - Mr. R M Pal and Mr. V S Gupta.

But since last 15 days or more than that my [protected] & [protected] number is not properly working. as per galley executive told me at the time of purchase sim card my all numbers are free for calling each other but last some days i am not getting same plane and i have to pay per call for sim number [protected] & [protected] to other.                         Can explain what is MIN, Didnt give any information on KYC, Does not send bill, expects payment Cuts phone when they please. Head of appeals : Mr. Sumeet Badlaney,[protected] Ext. 3149...wont talk to you. His juniors have no idea how business is done. Shut them down...they suck I was with them for 12 + years, my father for 15 + years

                            Hi, I am a Loopmobile post paid card holder.My complain is that from last few months loopmobile is adding extra charges for all those things which i have never said them to activate on my number and even after complainig them 2 to 3 times they dont even bother to look into the matter and again send the bill with the same additional charges naming as special number charges. So i would say you kindly look into this matter or else i have to discontinue with this bully company who is earning profits by charging the costumer more. My numbers are [protected] and [protected].                               I am using loop connection 10 ka gang form last 5-6 year. I convert it in post paid service. last 3 or 4 months i'm using the loop post paid super value-99 plan. But I'm not satisfy your service because with out any use my bill amount is getting higher and higher every day. I give a 8 complaint to customer care no-198 & every time your executive giving me a same reason that your no. is not reachable when we are calling to you. If the costumer call you twice in day it doesn't mean that costumer is fool to call you. Last time I spoke with Mr. Bhuperdra Singh Nath. He told me that we surely call you tomorrow but I didn't get any type of call from your back end team and I don't want part of your network. If you not solve my problem early i'm not paying your bill and if the your executive come at my home for giving me any type of notice directly I'l fight with him and if I get any type of call from your recovery department I'l crush your SIM card to dust bin.

                                I m using this service last 15 years but day by day it is getting worst. they charge us for some unwanted scheme and when go for clarification, they are not able to give proper explanation just inform us that it automatically automatically which is not palatable to an educated person like us.. I visited the gallaery right now on[protected] and they were not able to give clarification finally with a despair i deavctivated all the facilities now though i have a smart cell it is just like a dump box very eratic service sorry to say these words.Besides no simple network provided when travelling in local trains whereas other service are received by my co-passengers.

                                    My self Lalit S. Rane.. my no.is [protected].. i am using this loop connection from last one year... the network of my service provider (loop mobile) is worst... I complain the same thing to their customer service manager... They just gave me some stupid reason and committed modification in network... I am in banglore for some business purpose and not having network since morning ... I asked for portability and they are not allowing to port... My documents are there in Vodafone office from last one month ...i want you to take some necessary action

                                    We have been trying to call up the customer. However the number is switched off. The UPC code generated by subscriber has expired. The customer needs to regenerate the UPC code and resubmit the documents to his preferred operator within 15 days along with the new UPC code. On receipt of the submission by the preferred operator will enable us process the port out transition in accordance.

                                      For The last four month we are requesting for converting the postpaid connection to prepaid at your Goregaon West Branch at the time of paying the bill amount and every time they lodge a request within your systems with ulternate no for verification and comment that we will receive a verification call on the alternate no.within 3 days but till date we have not received any verification from your side. Last month again we had visited your Goregoan West Branch and meet Mr.Attaullah - Branch Manager, He himself saw in the system and informed that a verification call was made in the alternate no which Is incorrect since no call was received. He again logde a request and gave us the request no in A piece of paper and assured the we will get a verification call within three days again it was a false commitment but I received a massage in the mobile that apayment of Rs.541/- is due.I again visited your branch on 04.04.14 and meet A person (gent) as Mr. Attaullah was on leave, he told me to fill a form and get the documents so that he will generate online request for convertion and forward the document to the customer care person who is doing verification call also commited that once the convertion of Postpaid to Prepaid is done then only pay the bill which we agreed. Today i went to submit filled form with document but the person was not available but a lady named Archana took the form and asked me to pay the bill Amount without which see cannot accept the form.It is a disguesting service we have been getting from loop Mobile. We will pay all the dues only after getting the Postpaid connection converted in Prepaid till than we will not pay any amount. If the matter is not soughtout in 15 days i will write and formal complaint to the Telecom Regulatory Authorities of India. Also at the time of converting the prepaid to postpaid connection we were not intimated about the billing amount limitation but after the postpaid converted when the amount crossed Rs.1500/- the network was getting disconnected and after visiting the branch only I could know that it is due to cross of limitation.

                                      No Loop mobile number mentioned by the customer neither there is any email id mentioned for us to get in touch with the customer to resolve her pending concern. Hence, we are unable to action the same

                                        Your all customer service executives disconnects the call an there is no one to monitor then why the calls are recorded????? and is there a quality team listening or monitoring this??? Just Because of the above issue I have done MNP for my one of the other no. [protected] I called loop mobile customer care by dialing 198 from my wife's SIM - [protected] to get the details of GPRS connection on my Android cell phone I tried it more than 10 times and after every frequently the call was disconnected & only two girls spoke with me and provided the alternate number via SMS to speak with their technical team to get the issue resolved i.e. internet on android, bu whenever I have called on the technical dept as well they say hello and disconnects the call or rather receive it and keep it a side. I don't know whether they want to resolve the issue of their customers. I have learnt that loop doesnot wants to provide customer service and their executives also not interested in resolving the issue. Hope this might help me and reach them.
