Dear sir
I mr. Sanjay hazarika. I have two wheeler loan from your finance company. I face some problem about my loan. I have to pay some over due..in this matter i called to your kolkota branch. But someone over phone was so rude that i can't unterstand. Is this the way to talk with your customers. His name is chattopadhyay ph no.[protected]. He is not familiär with customers.. He aksed me that i have mental problem or what? So please look over the matter.. He should not suppose to be in this position..

Hi Team,

We took a home loan from L&T finance company and before 3 months its have been closed but we still not receive our document and NOC, so we visited the office of L&T as par them still our balance is pending Rs 5400 as ECS Decline charge, but the problem is not from our end.

We also share our bank statements with them but still not receive any resolution.

Kindly support us to waive of the unnecessarily changed and provide our documents & NOC.

I received a call from l&t finance regarding my vehicle loan emi payments (Arun kumar [protected]) from the above numbers there was a problem btwn l&t and federal bank, signatures mis match issue, he was harassing me in vulgar language, and blackmailed me that he will seize my vehicle, and bounce my bank account which is just 2 months old and emi paid upto date

I paid all EMI of my bike and at the time of Noc company demand 7000 Rs but I can pay bouncing charges regular some are still but not the amount of 7000 so what can I do now my loan no.is 2266836 and I can pay up to 5000 rupees and that's right amount should I pay so please do something for that so I can pay money and loan close with Noc papers please suggest me something

I got two wheeler loan last year through the loan account no. 4122554.in pay tm i check today and seems the total out standing due is 6452.00 and the emi shows 2314.00.
But my emi is 2614.00.

I am Nazneen chaudhary.. I got a two wheeler through l&t finance.. I request you to change my emi date from 3rd to 9th... Because my salary was credit in my account only on 9th of every month... Due to this problem i missed my due... I'm not able to pay the emi on correct date... Due to this my cibil score is affecting... I request you to solve my problem by changing the emi date as 9th of every month.

Dear Saurabh,

This is with reference to payment made on 09/07/2019 of Rupees 10, 800 made against processing charges for home loan of L& T.

As we have purchased property in shapoorji palanji, Pokharan road 2, thane west in Name of Nitin Sakpal & had initiated processing charges of rupees 10800 to L&T on 09/07/2019. As the payment was initiated through online transaction the payment amount of Rupees 10, 800 was paid twice due to some error (Copy of transaction is attached for your reference) Instead of Rs 10800 we had debit of 21, 600 so we would request you to kindly reverse the amount of rupees 10, 800 erroneously debited from our account.

We had enquired regarding the same in the bank, but they have mentioned that the amount is not yet reversed and is still with L & T .

Requesting you to do the needful and revert incase of any queries .

I was send a mail to your customer care with all details why this was happend and etc.
After that also i got this reply.

I booked a plot in raheja township and got loan approval from l & t of 18 lakh. The builder demand was of 5.00 lakh but they did fraud with rajeja crm team adults and disbursed 12.50 lakh without prior information.

Raheja team is also not responding and l & t person sarvesh kumar is also not picking phone and asking to ask with rajeja team. Both did scam and i am paying interest so pleasebew

today one call came from Mr sanjay kumar singh his mobile no [protected], he said your outstanding Rs4425/ i said how he said penalty and late fee and interest so increase from 1700 to 4425, please check at your end send my statement in my Email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.

Hello L&T Financial service, This is Tanmany barman 1 year 2 months ago i brought a Bike and This time L&T give me a loan to buy a bike ...and my EMI is 2352 rs . every months your company deduct the balance via my account everything is going right . but now i am job less i quiet my job .. your company agent regular calling me and threat . i told your agent please i pay the all penalty fee but why you threat ..here is not end ..your agent calling to my friends they also threat ..i requested to L&T team please don't do this like unprofessional.. every man has a right ...you can legal action but whats the policy your agent calling regularly and threat ...seriously my experience very poor with L&T ..just 1 months due My EMI ...i am not suggest any one with used L&T Service
